A high-profile former sheriff who once sued the U.S. government over its gun regulations – and won – says it’s the local sheriff who will have to defend Americans when and if the feds start banning and confiscating guns.
Richard Mack, a former sheriff in Graham County, Ariz., joined with then-Ravalli County Sheriff Jay Printz in a lawsuit against Washington when Bill Clinton demanded sheriffs enforce provisions of the Brady Bill gun-control law.
He won. And since then he’s been at the front of a movement that highlights the responsibility of local sheriffs.
Now, as Washington gears up to consider imperious plans to limit guns, require fingerprinting and registration, impose additional taxes and fees, ban particular features or functions outright, and even confiscate weapons of self-defense, Mack has told WND that there’s hope remaining in local law enforcement.
It’s not complicated, he said.
“Gun control is illegal, and it’s against the Constitution,” he said. “What people don’t realize is that the Second Amendment was designed to protect us from the power of the federal government.”
He said he would expect sheriffs across the country to defend the rights of ordinary Americans.
“I hope and pray America’s sheriffs won’t allow any more gun control,” Mack said. “The sheriffs need to be united in letting the federal government know that we’re not going to allow it.
“In the ’90s when I was the sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., we worked with other sheriffs and stopped two or three Brady Bills,” he recalled, a fight that he’s been detailing in seminars with sheriffs.
He said the office is critical, as it’s not only in law enforcement, but also is elected directly by the people.
“Out of 200 sheriffs with whom I’ve met, I’ve only had one give me a wishy-washy answer. That one said he would try to take the federal government to court,” Mack said. “Most of them have said they would lay down their lives first rather than allow any more federal control. They also said they would do everything they could to stop gun control and gun confiscation.”
Alan Stang at News With Views wrote about another battle Mack encountered while sheriff. A bridge had washed out and parents were driving children 26 miles to school, which physically was located only half a mile across a river.
The county decided the fix the bridge and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers warned that an environmental study alone would take 10 years. Mack promised to provide protection for the workers, and said he’d call out a posse if needed.
The bridge was built.
Stang wrote about other close encounter between sheriffs and the feds:

“In 1997, in Nye County, Nev., federal agents arrived to seize cattle that belonged to rancher Wayne Hage. The sheriff gave them a choice: skedaddle or be arrested. They skedaddled. … In Idaho, a 74-year-old rancher shot an endangered gray wolf which had killed one of his calves. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service sent three armed agents to serve a warrant. Lemhi County Sheriff Brett Barslou said that was ‘inappropriate, heavy-handed and dangerously close to excessive force.’ More than 500 people turned out for a rally in the small towns of Challis and Salmon to support the sheriff and the rancher and to tell the federal government to back off.”
Mack, who’s written “The Magic of Gun Control,” said if there is an actual specific plan to start taking Americans’ weapons, he expects a response.
“If the federal government wants to start a new Civil War, all they need to do is go ahead with gun confiscation,” Mack said.
Just a day earlier, WND reported that Firearms Coalition Executive Director Jeff Knox said Second Amendment supporters aren’t planning negotiations with Obama over gun control.
“We are not going to back down. We are not going to give in. And we are not going to concede one more inch,” Knox said.
He was responding to questions about America’s response to plans like those from Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., to demand gun registration, bans and fingerprinting in the wake of the Sandy Hook school shooting in Connecticut.
“Unfortunately, the president and other anti-rights politicians are not doing anything to keep what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary from happening again,” he said. “Instead they are going after law-abiding gun owners and targeting commonly owned firearms and ammunition feeding devices. Their proposed restrictions on these items would have had no impact on what happened at Sandy Hook, and, if passed, would not stop the next craven murderer from wreaking just as much havoc and destruction.”
Gun Owners of America Executive Director Larry Pratt shares Mack’s opinion.
“The county sheriffs need to act and make new deputies to stop federal authority in the counties,” Pratt told WND. “This is a defensible idea. He can deputize people to serve since they are the ones who voted for him to represent them. A lot of citizens would stand up for their Second Amendment rights if they were protected by the sheriff.”
He cited a move that already is surging among states to adopt laws and use the Tenth Amendment to curb federal activity. The Tenth Amendment simply reserves to the states and the people all responsibilities not specifically assigned to Washington in the Constitution.
Pratt noted the move that over the past few years has seen eight states adopt laws that exempt firearms made, sold and kept in the state from federal oversight. The federal government has taken the issue to court, where it remains at this point.
“A number of states are passing laws that use the Tenth Amendment to curb federal control. Their law says that if a gun is made in the state and sold in the state, that the federal government has no control over it,” Pratt said.
He provided additional examples of what already has resulted from sheriffs’ disputes with the feds.
“In Elkhart County, Ind., there was a farmer who produced raw milk. The Department of Justice was investigating the farmer and was trying to shut down the farm,” Pratt said. “Elkhart County Sheriff Brad Rogers defended the farmer by saying that without a warrant signed by a judge and without probable cause, they had no jurisdiction to investigate the farmer within his jurisdiction of Elkhart County.”
“Rogers said that if they didn’t leave, he would arrest them. The DoJ threatened to arrest him, but Rogers sent his deputies to defend the farmer,” Pratt said. “The feds have had to back off.”
He also said local officials in New Mexico burned trees from a small parcel of federal land to halt a raging forest fire.
“The sheriff is the chief officer in the county even on federal land if the land is in the county,” Pratt said.
But Washington is not idle. Barack Obama said he will put the weight of his office behind gun control, and Feinstein even has proposed a federal gun buyback program that has been endorsed by about 40 members of Congress.
Feinstein’s dedication to eliminating the Second Amendment is unquestioned.
The California Democrat was one of sponsors of the so-called “Brady Bill,” the 1995 “assault weapons” ban. Faced with the limitations placed in the version that was making its way through Congress, Feinstein said, “If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States, for an outright ban, picking up every gun in America, Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.”
Mack, who is also the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, said Feinstein is a “polimagician,” a political leader who believes his or her policies will work magic for their constituents.
“They think they’re special and better than everyone else. Feinstein’s [own] concealed carry permit is the product of this elitist attitude,” Mack said. He said Congress and Obama simply are loading their political agenda onto the backs of the victims of Sandy Hook.
He said gun control through history produces one result: “Genocide.”
Pratt warned that Washington’s strategy will accomplish nothing but creating vast new ranks of felons in America.
“A lot of Americans spend an awful lot of money on these guns. I don’t think there will be very many who will willingly accept $200 for a gun that they paid $500 to $1,000 for,” Pratt said.
The last two major gun rights cases that went before the U.S. Supreme Court were decided in favor of gun rights, and as a followup the Second Amendment Foundation has been taking on local and state restrictions.
Recently, a federal judge struck down a North Carolina provision that authorizes a ban on firearms and ammunition outside homes during “a declared emergency,” determining that violates the Second Amendment.
WND reported earlier when residents of King, N.C., were startled by the banishment of firearms during a “declared snow emergency.”
Judge Malcolm J. Howard wrote, “[T]he court finds that the statutes at issue here are subject to strict scrutiny. … While the bans imposed pursuant to these statutes may be limited in duration, it cannot be overlooked that the statutes strip peaceable, law abiding citizens of the right to arm themselves in defense of hearth and home, striking at the very core of the Second Amendment.”
“When SAF attorney Alan Gura won the Heller case at the Supreme Court,” noted SAF Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb, “the gun ban crowd said that we were a ‘one-trick-pony’ and that we would never knock out another gun law. He also confirmed to KS SOS Kris Kobach that the information contained in the White House image isNOT “identical to” that in the official record.

Many of you have replied to concerned constituents that the matter is settled by the public statements of Hawaii officials, the HDOH birth index list, the newspaper birth announcements, and Obama’s posted short-form and long-form birth certificates.  Onaka’s disclosure – the only one made by a HI official under oath –negates all that and fits the vast legal and forensic evidence collected so far, some of which is in my affidavit (privately posted at for NE criminal case #B2-119. Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Commander, Mike Zullo  (both of whom initially disbelieved the skeptics) have both signed affidavits saying there is legal-quality FORENSIC evidence that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and draft registration are forged. Onaka has now revealed the REASON for the forgery: to hide the non-validity of the birth record. Evidence in my affidavit proves (among other things) that the 1960-64 birth index includes non-valid records.

Onaka’s disclosure is proof of results-altering election fraud in every state in this country, since fraudulent filing documents were used to place Obama on every state’s ballot. Absent a non-Hawaii birth record, Obama doesn’t even have a legally-determined birth date, place, or parents so nobody can lawfully say he meets the age or citizenship requirements to be President – and yet every Certification of Nomination falsely swears that he is eligible.  EVERY electoral vote for Obama is thus now LEGALLY KNOWN to be fraudulently-obtained and must not be certified as lawful on Jan 8th. As with the Sandusky case, those with knowledge have legal responsibility to act, and that is now you.

Shocking revolutionary roots not just of Obama, but top advisers Jarrett and Axelrod too

Editor’s note: Who could have imagined that one of the most audacious disinformation campaigns in American history would turn out, according to a recently declassified FBI file, to have a direct connection not only to today’s president of the United States, Barack Obama, but to top advisers David Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett as well? Here, Professor Paul Kengor, author of “The Communist,” the new bestseller about Obama mentor Frank Marshall Davis, tells the incredible story of communist disinformation in America and its multiple ties to those now “fundamentally transforming” this country from the top.
If you want to see how Soviet-style disinformation has spread in our own country, look no further than the Communist Party USA. Sure, no one could spin a web of lies quite like the Soviets and the Kremlin, but their American devotees are likewise excellent at agitation, propaganda and deliberate deception. America’s communists have produced some impressive homegrown disinformation. Here, I’ll consider an especially productive example, which still bears bitter fruit today among the wider American left: the campaign against the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
In this skillful, cynical disinformation campaign, American communists, working with duped progressive/liberal accomplices, framed their accusers as “fascists,” “Nazis,” “McCarthyites” and even “racists” who were (allegedly) unfairly hounding and maligning them by investigating their ties to Moscow. In truth, the accused were frequently guilty – and, at the least, merited attention. Nonetheless, these leftist forces came together, under the leadership of the CPUSA, the Daily Worker and other far-left forces, in coordinated campaigns such as“Operation Abolition,” which sought to abolish the House Committee on Un-American Activities, which they tagged as “HUAC” – the “House Un-AmericanCommittee,” a label that sticks to this day.
Of special interest, one of those who engaged in this campaign was Frank Marshall Davis, a closet CPUSA member who in the 1970s would go on to mentor a young Hawaiian boy named Barack Obama, our current president.
Communist campaigns
Before examining this anti-”HUAC” campaign, consider a few words on the concept of communist campaigns.
Communists excelled at“campaigns” – that is, carefully concerted efforts where they exploited an issue or cause to further their agenda. Such campaigns were a very significant, still vastly unappreciated tactic vigorously employed by the communist movement throughout the 20th century. They were done with great effect, so much so that many of the outright untruths in these underhanded campaigns have slipped their way into history books as quasi-official versions of 20th century history.
These campaigns took on such a discernible, consistent pattern that they eventually prompted full-scale investigations by the U.S. government, which deciphered a clear tactic requiring constant surveillance. The FBI in the 1950s would produce a 100-plus-page report (classified) strictly on the subject of campaigns. The bureau defined campaigns as “concentrated, continuous and concerted succession of agitation and propaganda activities specifically devised and timed to sway public opinion. All communist campaigns are intended to arouse, influence and mobilize as many people as possible to further communist goals.” Those goals, naturally, included the promotion of the “welfare of the Soviet Union.” For American communists, the end-goal was always a “Soviet America,” or, as the 1930s CPUSA loyalty oath put it, “to insure the triumph of Soviet Power in the United States.”
Of special relevance to this article, communist campaigns, like communist fronts, thrived on deceit and disinformation. And American communists were vigilant in concealing their coordination. They needed to be ever ready to deny their participation.
The chief target audience in these campaigns was gullible liberals/progressives that communists believed could be duped. The dupes were indispensable to success. If the campaigns marshaled only the support of communists, they would be transparent and would collapse under public exposure. The presence of liberal/progressive dupes helped diminish the presence of communists.
The FBI noted that,“No other organization has ever engaged in so many diverse, intensive and extensive campaigns conducted with so much perseverance, deftness and potency as has the Communist Party USA.” CPUSA was “never without” a campaign of one type or another, and had been responsible for “an inestimable number of campaigns.”
The anti-’HUAC’campaign
This brings me back to the anti-”HUAC” campaign.
One of the most controversial domestic battles of the Cold War was the fight between Congress’s House Committee on Un-American Activities (HCUAA) and those accused by the committee of harboring private loyalties to the Soviet Union and international communist movement. It was before this committee that certain citizens were repeatedly asked the dramatic question, “Are you now, or have you ever been, a member of the Communist Party?” Many of those asked pleaded the Fifth Amendment.
There is much to this drama that today is misunderstood or unappreciated. To cite just one example, the actions of the House Committee are often identified with conservatives, with the political right, with McCarthyism and the man Joe McCarthy. In truth, SenatorMcCarthy was never a member of this House (of Representatives) Committee. In fact, throughout its history, the committee was chaired primarily by anti-communist Democrats. Its Democrat chieftains ranged from Rep. Martin Dies, D-Texas, to Rep. Francis Walter, D-Pa., to Rep. Richard Ichord, D-Mo., among others.
But more than that, and fundamental to the theme of this article, was the counter-campaign against the House Committee. That counter-campaign is known today only by a narrow group of Cold War researchers who have actually dug into the declassified archives – ranging from Soviet archives in Russia to the Comintern Archives on Communist Party USA (CPUSA), housed at the Library of Congress. A look at those archives, and other material, illuminates an interesting counter-response to the House Committee. That counter-response was a campaign called Operation Abolition.
Operation Abolition was a 1940s/1950s effort led by (among others) CPUSA, the Daily Worker, the ACLU and a splinter group from the ACLU, the National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee – headed by Corliss Lamont and I. F. Stone. The goal of this coalition of left and far-left sources was to abolish the House Committee on Un-American Activities, or at least to so question and demonize the committee in the public’s mind as to discredit the committee.
It was incredibly ironic, and utterly outrageous, that after two decades of being wrong and being duped by Stalin, by Stalinists, and by secret supporters of Stalin, that America’s liberals/progressives – led by the ACLU and National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee – would come together to find their demon not in the duped liberals/progressives or pro-communists who defended Stalin as he murdered tens of millions, but in the anti-communists who tried to tell the truth to Americans about Stalin, his murderous state and his secret supporters in America. Can you imagine? Well, that is precisely what happened. Making it worse, I. F. Stone, who we now believe was a paid Soviet agent from 1936-38, helped lead the campaign.
So intense was this campaign that Congress itself ultimately investigated the campaign. Congress correctly perceived that the campaign was built upon a larger“anti-anti-communist” campaign that liberals/progressives pushed for decades and still advance to this day. That push had been so intense and problematic in the 1950s that the Senate Judiciary Committee (run by anti-communist Democrats) would hold hearings and publish a report titled, “The New Drive Against the Anti-Communist Program.”
As noted during those hearings, leading the charge in many of these anti-anti-communist thrusts was the New York Times. As testified by the feature source in the hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Times was one of the primary “organs of anti-anti-communism,” doing so ad nauseum with “heavyweight, comatose gibberish.”
Whether gibberish or not, this work was extremely effective in stirring the emotions of liberals/progressives, with the effect of inadvertently advancing the communist cause.
‘HUAC’s’ ‘Un-Americans’
Implicit to this effectiveness, and a huge propaganda success, was the very use of the acronym“HUAC.” Language became central to the debate.
Consider: America’s communists, socialists and liberals/progressives happily inverted the phrase“un-American,” charging the House Committee itself (and its chairs and members) with being “un-American.” The political left has done this so effectively that its historic term for the House Committee on Un-American Activities is not the proper acronym, “HCUAA,” but the commonly known and widely accepted term“HUAC,” which is actually a mis-ordered acronym that incorrectly reads: House Un-AmericanCommittee. This acronym is itself a major statement. Note, too, that the term“HUAC” shows that the political left in America is not shy about labeling certain people “un-American” – a tactic that the left claims is the typical domain of the right – so long as the left is doing the labeling.
Overall, the left has done this so aggressively that it has succeeded in permanently labeling HCUAA as “HUAC.” I have noticed the results when teaching college students. In my courses, when I attempt to use the correct acronym, HCUAA, I get quizzical looks as I scribble the letters on the chalkboard. To the contrary, the moment I revert to “HUAC,” students nod, understanding what I’m referring to. The left has won this battle over language. And most ironic, the greatest champions of the term “HUAC” were American communists, who used the term incessantly in the Daily Worker and all their publications. When non-communist liberals/progressives today use that term, they are actually, whether they know it or not, employing the propaganda language of CPUSA.
Particularly brazen was the Daily Worker. In fact, it is almost laughable that the Daily Worker put“communists” in quotes when reporting on actual communists identified by HCUAA, while simultaneously not placing “HUAC” in quotes, as if the former were fantasy and the latter reality. Oftentimes, communists and liberals/progressives alike simply called HUAC “the Un-American Committee”(leaving out “House”).
Even more brazen, CPUSA, throughout the Cold War and even post-Cold War, maligned what it dubbed“the racist, McCarthyite forces of evil” and the “fascist House Un-American Activities Committee.”
Yes, fascist.This was an obscene accusation against a generation that had faced the Nazis. And yet, typical of the American left, opponents were transmogrified into political monsters: “racists,” “fascists,” “Nazis.”Liberals/progressives hurl around these vicious names still today, almost reflexively. It isn’t anything new; they and their comrades have done this for a long, long time.
Frank Marshall Davis
Interestingly, this war over language was waged not only at CPUSA organs like the Daily Worker but by a subject of remarkable modern political relevance: Frank Marshall Davis. Davis did so in his writings and publications, beginning at the Chicago Star (1946-48) and continuing with great frequency at the Honolulu Record (1949-57)– two communist-controlled publications.
For the record, Frank Marshall Davis was a card-carrying member of Communist Party USA – card no. 47544. He joined the Party in Chicago during World War II. He was founding editor-in-chief and a weekly columnist for the Chicago Star, where he wrote flawless pro-Soviet propaganda, blasting everything and everyone from the Marshall Plan and Truman Doctrine to Harry Truman and Winston Churchill. His position was always predictable: it was the Kremlin’s position. Davis continued that work in Hawaii, where he moved in 1949, and where he would eventually meet and mentor a young man named Barack Obama in the 1970s.
As to the theme of this article, I counted 43 examples of Frank Marshall Davis using the word“un-American” at the Honolulu Record in just 1949-50 alone. Some of these were in defense (to defend himself), others on offense (to attack the committee). Three times the words were typed into titles of his columns. Twice he used the word “un-Americanism.” Davis was not reticent about excoriating “the aptly named un-American committee.”
Some examples of Davis’s use of this phrase are worth highlighting: In a May 1950 piece for the Honolulu Record, Davis described what he referred to as a natural alliance sought by bigoted anti-communists on “the un-American committee.” “This alliance with a revived Nazi Germany,” wrote Davis, “may please such persons as John Rankin of Mississippi and John Wood of Georgia, two past and present chairmen of the un-American committee whose ideas on race parallel those of Adolf Hitler.” In fact, said Davis, congressmen Rankin and Wood were not merely run-of-the-mill, redneck Democratic Party racists, but were themselves “upholders of master race theory of the Nazis.”
Frank Marshall Davis did not mince words: If America, and especially anti-communists at “HUAC,”wanted to see Nazis, they should look in the mirror.
Another “un-American”piece by Davis that’s especially illuminating was a September 20, 1947, column for the Chicago Star, titled, “I got radical thoughts.” Here, Davis candidly stated that he wanted to flat-out nationalize the packing-house industry, as well as impose national price controls and a federal tax on the rich and their“excess profits.” “I’m so un-American right now,” wrote Obama’s mentor, “that I want to see price controls clamped back on this minute, a new and stronger excess profits tax put into operation, and the whole packing industry nationalized.”
What’s fascinating about this particular article is who Frank Marshall Davis worked with at the communist-controlled packing house workers’ union – and how those comrades eerily relate to today.
Working with Davis in promoting the packing-house workers union was Vernon Jarrett. They collaborated in a communist-controlled group called the Citizens’ Committee to Aid Packing-House Workers. A surviving April 12, 1948, document printed on committee letterhead, and found by researcher Trevor Loudon, lists Davis as both committee member and among the small group of journalistically inclined individuals who comprised the committee’s publicity committee. Joining Davis in both capacities was Vernon Jarrett.
Vernon Jarrett would become a major name in Chicago and known nationally. He would also become father-in-law to a young woman named Valerie Jarrett, Barack Obama’s single most important adviser.
And the links don’t end there. Also working to advance the proletariat from the packing-house workers union was the Canter family, specifically Harry and David Canter, who in the 1930s lived in the Soviet Union while Harry worked for Stalin’s government as an official translator of Lenin’s writings. Hailing originally from Boston, where Harry was secretary of Boston’s Communist Party, the Canters eventually ended up in Chicago in the 1940s, where they worked with Frank Marshall Davis, Obama’s mentor. In the 1970s,David Canter would, like Davis, become a mentor – of a young man named David Axelrod, Obama’s chief strategist.
The links are amazing, too extraordinary to try to make up. Nonetheless, they are as true as they are shocking. And to bring this full circle to the theme of this article, the likes of the Canters worked with Frank Marshall Davis in certain circles and fronts –and the literal pages of the Chicago Star, which incessantly called for the abolition of the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
In all, whether“un-American” was hurled by Frank Marshall Davis or his liberal/progressive or communist friends, think about their argument: The left was, in effect, arguing that the true Americans were the card-carrying, closet American communists – literally pledged to Stalin’s USSR and the Comintern – whereas the un-Americans were the anti-communists, especially those elected to Congress and fulfilling their duty of investigating possible secret Soviet agents or collaborators. For these congressmen, their duties to the U.S. Constitution mandated that they pursue potential indigenous security threats.
Frank Marshall Davis and his comrades constantly tried to argue that they weren’t communists, but were mere “progressives” being unfairly hounded by Neanderthal McCarthyites and the evil “HUAC.” This was disinformation they fed to liberals, which, in turn, fomented a wider anti-”HUAC” campaign. Liberals, naturally, swallowed the bait hook, line and sinker. In truth, these guys were communists, and they were rightly being pursued for their correctly suspected pro-Soviet activities.
And yet, still today, the likes of Frank Marshall Davis himself continue to be protected by liberals who portray him as an innocent civil-rights crusader hounded by McCarthyites. Who does this? Pro-Obama liberal biographers and journalists. They do this, of course, to protect Obama. Alas, then, the disinformation curiously continues.

The shoe is on the other foot and the Mexicans from the State  of Sonora , Mexico do not like it. Can you believe the nerve of these people?  It’s almost funny. The State of Sonora is angry at the influx of Mexicans into  Mexico !!!
Nine state legislators from the Mexican State of Sonora  traveled to Tucson to complain about Arizona ‘s new employer crackdown on  illegals from Mexico . It seems that many Mexican illegals are returning to  their hometowns and the officials in the Sonora state government are ticked  off. A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on  Tuesday to state that Arizona ‘s new ‘Employer Sanctions Law’ will have a  devastating effect on the Mexican state. At a news conference, the legislators  said that Sonora, – Arizona’s southern neighbor – made up of mostly small  towns – can not handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools that it will  face as Mexican workers return to their hometowns from the USA without jobs or  money.
The Arizona law, which took effect Jan. 1, punishes Arizona  employers who knowingly hire individuals without valid legal documents to work  in the United States . Penalties include suspension of, or loss of, their  business license. The Mexican legislators are angry because their own citizens  are returning to their hometowns, placing a burden on THEIR state  government.
‘How can Arizona pass a law like this?’ asked Mexican Rep  Leticia Amparano-Gamez, who represents Nogales . ‘There is not one person  living in Sonora who does not have a friend or relative working in Arizona ,’  she said, speaking in Spanish. ‘Mexico is not prepared for this, for the  tremendous problems it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona  and who were sending money to their families return to their hometowns in  Sonora without jobs,’ she said ‘We are one family, socially and economically,’  she said of the people of Sonora and Arizona .
Wrong! The United States  is a sovereign nation, not a subsidiary of Mexico , and its taxpayers are not  responsible for the welfare of Mexico ‘s citizens. It’s time for the Mexican  government, and its citizens, to stop feeding parasitically off the United  States and to start taking care of its/their own needs.
Too bad that  other states within the USA don’t pass a law just like that passed by Arizona  . Maybe that’s the answer, since our own Congress will do  nothing!

1. There  will be no special bilingual programs in the schools. 2. All ballots will  be in this nation’s language. 3. All government business will be conducted  in our language. 4. Even worse they believe they lose their vote if they do not think their candidate could win. They are defeated before they even get out of the bed every morning. This is idiotic, evil, and proves they are an example of the dumbed down education system promoted by and the result accomplished by the Secret Society Communisits. And worst is fact they think they are actually voting a President into office. This is purely a dog and pony show to make the Sheeple (Idiots) think they just elected their man President. No one ever demands or even questions the voting machine counts which are illegal from the get-go. No one ever pays any attention that George Soros owns and controls the company in Spain that actually manipulates the counts to get their hand picked candidate selected as the announced President. The Sheeple do not even know that this person is not the President but a CEO of a Foreign Corporation that has the name UNITED STATES, INC. The Sheeple do not know that the Republic our Forefathers establised was the united States of America. Read the Constitution. It has been a fraud since 1871. Every President since then has known this and those who tried to correct it were assissinated or attempts were made (Reagan). The Sheeple have no idea that they fund this corruption thru their man made brainwashing that they owe a federal income tax which is another absolute un-constitutional act the current communists known as Congress promote cause to do otherwise they and/or their family’s life is blackmailed or commits suicide or their plane flies into a mountain in S. As to the article below and Ross Perot, how many Americans are even aware a little bit that Perot family was threated if he continues his race to the White House. Just another failure and definitely a part of the brainwashing techniques the American public has fallen into. Only a hand full of people realize what criminal activities took place here in Tampa at the RNC Conference when the Communists and Facists Romney and the RNC Committee changed the RNC rules the first day of the Conference (prevented busses carrying Ron Paul supporters to get into the voting on the rule changes) to remove Ron Paul name. They fear Ron Paul because he has integrity and has no ties to their system or Lobbyists and cannot be blackmailed like 99.9% of the others. Paul would interrupt their MONEY MACHINE. He still made significant strives for us and the SHEEPLE even thou they have no idea who he is. No salary , no participation in their evil money system (pension or otherwise) and has told them for past 20-25 yrs that we were headed to where we are today. ECONOMIC  COLLAPSE!
No my friends a “Write In” is the way to go if you want Liberty again. READ MY LIPS (remember that?): IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH WAY YOU VOTE IF YOU STILL BELIEVE YOU GOT TO DO AS THEY SAY (BE A SHEEPLE). THEY BOTH ARE OWNED BY THE SECRET SOCIETIES. I choose to make a difference with a Godly choice to go for a man with integrity and has shown he cannot be bought and fights for the real issues (no foreign wars, defend America at home, eliminate evil pretending agencies (FRB, IRS, there are several others), eliminate excessive spending which covers many topics and agencies and displayed in his Presidential Plan which the Sheeple never reviewed unless they removed themselves from the Boob Tubes, immigration, and many, many others never even mentioned in any of the debates. I choose a man who has the real issues identified and a plan to get er done. No dog and pony shows. If you like the dog and pony stuff, you probably better watch the one tonight called Presidential Debate. I probably will watch cause I need to get a great laughing session in since that is good for our health.
A write-in vote or 3rd party vote is there because WTP realize the 2 established Parties are not getting the job done and if people do not realize that by now we are definitely in trouble. If we could could get just 15-30 percent of the voters to vote 3rd party or Ron Paul, our message will be accomplished. We do not have to win necessarily but it would sure put the Communists/Facists on their toes and take notice we are serious about our Liberty. B

1) Only in America, could   politicians talk about the  greed of the rich at a $35,000.00 a plate   campaign fund-raising event.
 
2)  Only in America, could   people claim that the government still discriminates  against black   Americans when they have a black President, a black Attorney  General,   and roughly 18% of the federal workforce is black while only 12% of the    population is black.
3) Only in America, could they   have had the  two people most responsible for our tax code, Timothy   Geithner, the head of the  Treasury Department and Charles Rangel who   once ran the Ways and Means  Committee,BOTH turn out to be tax cheats who   are in favor of higher taxes.
 
4) Only in America, can they   have terrorists kill people in the  name of Allah and have the media primarily react by fretting that Muslims might be harmed by the backlash.  
 
5) Only in America, would they   make people who  want to legally become American citizens wait for years   in their home countries  and pay tens of thousands of dollars for the   privilege while we discuss letting  anyone who sneaks into the country   illegally just ‘magically’ become American  citizens.

8) Only in  America, could   people demand the government investigate whether oil companies  are   gouging the public because the price of gas went up when the return on    equity invested in a major U.S. oil company (Marathon Oil) is less than half   of  a company making tennis shoes (Nike).
 
9) Only in America, could   the  government collect more tax dollars from the people than any nation   in recorded  history, still spend a Trillion dollars more than it has per   year – for total  spending of $7-Million PER MINUTE, and complain that it   doesn’t have nearly  enough money.

I was talking to someone the other day whom I consider to be quite an authority on the Constitution, rights, etc.  He said that the Constitution is about limiting jurisdiction of the government.  And if it was not in the Constitution, the People reserved jurisdiction for themselves.  If that is the case, why does the government and the “supreme court” feel that EVERYTHING falls under their umbrella of control?   It is because we THE PEOPLE have been dumbed down sufficiently that we think the government is the boss of us.  WE are the boss of the government.  The ONLY authority the government has is what has been delegated to them (temporarily as we see fit) by the PEOPLE!!  The only way we are going to get things turned around is to TURN THEM AROUND!!!  Stop acquiescing!!  Stop being uninformed!!!  Knowledge truly is power.  The ONLY way we can get control back is to become educated.  READ READ READ!!  BE responsible for yourself and your family.  You do not need to and should not have to be responsible for others.  THEY need to stand up and be responsible for themselves.  The government we have is a direct reflection of the People.  If the government has the power, it is because we have forfeited it to them.  Of course, they are going to take more if people show no desire to take responsibility.  Anytime we go to the government to fix our problems instead of taking our own responsibility and coming up with our own solutions, we are giving away our power.  We as a People HAVE to be self-empowered.  We as individuals HAVE to be self-empowered.  Whatever the government does, if we go along with it instead of resisting, we are agreeing to it.  STOP!!!  M
 
What’s the One Document You have in Your Possession that gives
You the Authority or Jurisdiction to Control my Life?

Now, what is that one document they have in their possession that
gives them this supposed Authority or Jurisdiction?
 
Pretty simple question, isn’t it? I mean surely someone in government
can answer that question, right? I mean these people are holding very
high positions in their corporations (STATE & UNITED STATES INC.),
right?
 
Everyone in government; including City, State, and Local
Municipalities have these undying presumptions that THEY have some
magic authority over our lives; that they have the right to tax us;
steal our homes; our money; our children (CPS); our bank accounts
(IRS); our land; our freedom (prisons for profit), etc, right?
 
Where do they get this Magic Fairy Control Dust? I mean think about
this for just a moment if you will:
 
Do they just dream this $hit up? Or do they get their authority from
your lack of rebuttal? If you don’t rebut, you must agree, and when
two parties agree, it is now law, right?
 
Ride with me here:
 
In every single City, Town, State, across the country, there are
government offices full of people who just Automagically assume they
have the authority to fine you for breaking some statutory code, rule
or regulation. Or they have the right to throw you in prison for 20
years at the drop of a hammer because you have some natural growing
plant in your backyard (marijuana), or that their own Internal Law
Enforcement Officer have the authority to pull over the average
American Citizen for not wearing a seat belt; running a stop sign; not
using a turn signal; going 5mph over the speed limit, etc, right?
 
What about those who believe they have the authority to fine your 10
year old child for putting up a lemonade stand without first getting
the “Cities Permission” and/or paying a permit fee to do so; or to
have a garage sale, etc?
 
Where does this “Magic Fairy Control Dust” come from? I mean think
about it: What gives them this supposed authority over your life on a
daily basis?
 
Isn’t the State or the City, just another Corporation? You can look
them up very easily to find out, can’t you? So if the City or State is
just a Corporation, then they must have an CEO, Directors, Employees,
etc, right?
 
Now if that City or State Corporation all of a sudden has a corporate
meeting one day and votes to implement a new statute that states “from
this day forward, all employees must wear a pink tie to work”, does
that statute apply to people living in that City or State who are NOT
receiving a weekly paycheck from that corporation? Or does that
statute, code, rule, or regulation only apply “Internally” to those
who are actually employed by the corporation?
 
If I start my own corporation and I’m the CEO of that corporation, and
one night sitting at my office desk, I write up a new statutory rule
for my corporation that says “Anyone that decides to work for this
corporation that has a 50″ Plasma TV, has to donate it to the
corporation within 48 hours of starting employment”, and I print it
off; walk across the street and knock on my neighbors door and say
“Hey Bob, I’m here to take your TV. I just made a new rule in my
corporation that states anyone who works for me, that has a 50″ Plasma
TV has to hand it over to me within 48 hours of this notice”, and Bob
stands their scratching his head with a stumped look on his face, and
finally says “Well, okay, I guess it’s legitimate; you’ve got the
document right there that says so, and it looks legal and all, so go
ahead and come inside and take the TV”, and I walk in, grab the TV and
leave, who’s fault is it?
 
Is it my fault? Did I commit a crime? I was just F****ing with Bob to
see if he’d actually do it, and Kiss My A$$, he fell for it, hook-line
and sinker, is it my fault?
 
Or is it that Dumba$$ Bob’s fault for not questioning my authority to
take his TV? Couldn’t he have said “Hold on a damn minute, how does
your internal corporate BS statutory rules apply to me? I don’t
remember signing an employment contract with you; I don’t work for you
jacka$$; you aren’t paying me, and if you don’t get off my porch in 10
seconds, I’m going to Help You Off My Porch with a 12 gauge slug”?
 
Sure he could have said that, and I would have left with a severe
quickness. But he didn’t say that, did he? Nope, he just agreed. It
worked so nice, that I think I’ll draw up another statute that says
“Anyone working for corp XYZ, has to pay me $20.00 per/day by close of
business as a tax for the luxury of working for corp XYZ”, and take
that back across the street and present it to Bob.
 
After he agrees to that one, I’ll draw up another one, and another
one, and by the end of the week, I’ll have Bob’s car, his boat, half
his land, his dog, his kids Big-Toy, his mailbox, his King Size Bed,
his Refrigerator, his Microwave, his socks, his soap on a rope, his
other TV, his couch, his recliner, and he’ll be paying me a total of
$140.00 per/week in cold hard cash.
 
Now that’s a pretty damn nice deal for me isn’t it? But Bob sure is
getting screwed eh? But who’s fault is it? Is it mine? Or is it Bob’s,
because he has still, to this day, failed to rebut my presumption that
he is one of my employees, by forcing me to cough up an employment
contract or past pay records which would justify my actions of taking
Bob’s $hit?
 
So who’s the real Dumb-A$$ here? Me, or Bob?
 
Well, that seems to be exactly what’s happening with Local, City,
State, and National Gov’t (I mean corporations:). These folks just sit
at their desk at night; draw up a bunch of BS codes, rules,
regulations, and statutes for their corporations and start knocking on
doors; sending out their own internal-corporate revenue agents
(police) to enforce their new rules and statutes, and NO ONE rebuts;
they just go along and scratch their head; bi**ch, complain and moan
to their neighbors, and never one time do they rebut the corporations
presumptions. Now who’s the real Dumb-A$$’s here?
 
Corporations are meant to make money, right? But lets say you’ve got a
corporation that only 80 people really want to work for, and the other
6 million in that State don’t want to work for you.
 
You’re in this to make money right? You want to make a LOT more money
from union fees, corporate taxes, fines, sales, etc. but only have 80
people who’ve agreed to your BS statutory rules and taxes so they
could be a part of your corporation. So what to do?
 
I mean no one else really likes your corporation, only those 80 people
who signed an employment contract, right?
 
Now it’s time to get crafty! What if that CEO and his Directors just
start knocking on doors and “hoodwinking” people into believing their
statutory rules, regulations, taxes and codes apply to them?
 
What if, lets say you can “hoodwink” another 2 million people in the
State, just like you did Bob? Now the corporation could make some
serious money, if you can find 2 million more idiots like Bob, right?
 
But what about those folks who don’t buy your line of BS and demand
you cough up an employment contract to show you actually do have the
jurisdiction or right to take their stuff? What do you do then?
 
Perhaps, you just leave them alone, because they know the scam, and
you walk next door and hope to find another idiot?
 
What if those people who have one brain cell left in their head asks
What’s the One Document you have in your possession That gives you the
authority or jurisdiction to control my life and my money”?
 
There must be a Document somewhere, right? I mean if there is no
contract, there is no jurisdiction, right?
 
Well, unless you’ve sat down with someone from that corporation and
both of you have come to an agreement on your pay, insurance, sick
leave, vacation time, bonuses, etc, then is there a contract?
 
Or is it just “Magic Fairy Control Dust” that’s being sprinkled on you?
 
What if everyone stopped screaming from the rooftops about government
abuse; state abuse, etc. when it comes to them violating our Inherent
Birth Rights, and when confronted by these power hungry
authoritarians, simply ask them one question:
 
What’s the One Document you have in your possession That gives you the
authority or jurisdiction to control my life and my money”?

last legitimate government body we had with a foreign-fiat paper
currency, and the collateral for that foreign-fiat paper currency was
the future labor of every American Citizen?
 
Questions-questions, and more questions. The good Dr. Paul says to
always question authority doesn’t he?

Can ya handle a slight slam on the Democrat?

A woman who had been married three times walked into a bridal
shop one day and told the sales clerk that she was looking for
a wedding gown for her fourth wedding.
“Of course, madam,” replied the sales clerk, “exactly what type
and color dress are you looking for?
The bride to be said, “A long frilly white dress with a veil.”
The sales clerk hesitated a bit, then said, “Please don’t take
this the wrong way, but gowns of that nature are considered
more appropriate for brides who are being married the first
time – for those who are a bit more innocent, if you know what
I mean? Perhaps ivory or sky blue would be nice?”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The White House got some good news on Monday when Lockheed Martin said it would not issue notices of possible job reductions before the November 6 election. With numerous defense industry jobs on the line in critical states including Virginia, a wave of job cuts could embarrass Democratic President Barack Obama’s administration.
 
Lockheed’s announcement followed assurances from the U.S. government that employers will not have to warn workers they could lose their jobs due to delays or terminations of contracts under automatic federal budget cuts set to come into force in January.
Some companies, particularly in the defense industry, have threatened to send out notices, which corporate officials have acknowledged is a way of pressuring both Congress and the White House before the election.
By law, companies with at least 100 employees must provide written warnings to workers 60 days in advance of plant closings or mass layoffs, if they are reasonably foreseeable.
That time frame meant employers might have to warn workers of layoffs as a result of planned spending cuts on November 2 – just days before the election, which many expect to hinge on the U.S. unemployment rate, the budget and the economy.
The Labor Department told defense contractors in July they would not have to issue the notices. Then, last week the White House Office of Management and Budget reiterated the guidance. A letter from the Defense Department, as well, appeared to calm the concerns of Lockheed, a leading Pentagon contractor.
Even if lawmakers fail to reach a deal sidestepping the automatic spending cuts, there would be no contract actions on January 2 and funding would probably not be adjusted for several months after that, said Jennifer Allen, a Lockheed Martin spokeswoman.
A Lockheed statement also said the company was assured any costs incurred by contractors who failed to warn employees would be “allowable and recoverable” from the government.
Because Congress and the Obama administration could not agree to a deficit-reduction plan last year, government funding is due to be cut by $109 billion across-the-board. Democrats and Republicans blaming the other for the automatic austerity that would bite deeply into defense and non-defense programs, and many say, could push the economy back into recession.

Update:
 
White House Presidential Schedule stops at 3:30 p.m. today and is blank all the way through the end of the year and into next year. No Christmas events (not a surprise) but no Muslim events either (big surprise).
 
Apparently, there are no events or meetings or campaign events or anything from now on on the White House schedule.
 
What could this mean, since virtually all world leaders’ calendars are purported to be blank on their websites as well?
 
Coincidence?
 
See for yourself, click the “Week” tab and then keep hitting “Next”. Obama has cancelled meetings with leaders, debate prep events and other important events lately.

Uh, I think there’s something strange with the White House Presidential Calendar. There are events scheduled for up to 3:30 P.M. Eastern time today, but the rest of the calendar is blank all the way through October 27th which is as far as I checked it.
Also, Obama only had one mock debate session with Kerry and was supposed to have several but they too were cancelled. Doesn’t this seem a little strange? There is a rumor floating on the net, as well, that schedules of most all world leaders are similarly blank after today.
Yeah, I know, I’m just a conspiracy nut, but it does seem strange to me, why no schedule in the future? :\

More than 1,000 American    soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months. This    is more than the combined total of the nine years before.
Thirty    have died in August.  During the last month, over 50 additional NATO    and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to    be a force for good in Afghanistan.
 
The    commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at half staff for the    Sikhs that were killed.  There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in    the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this    president.
 
It has    taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger    runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the    idiocy of this war.
Obama has    had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has    vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men    and women in uniform.
 
But, there is    now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the    vote drive against this president.
 
Not just    current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired,    and all other prior service members. This is no small special interest    group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the    outcome of the November election if they all respond.
 
The    million military retirees in Florida alone could    mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the    polls. It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between    now and November, but a turn out to vote by    the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a    powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow    little man who just lets our soldiers die.
