Anything Short of Hard Time is a Defeat of Epic Proportions
“We are beyond the point where a little embarrassment will be adequate. We need to put the criminals in jail.”
 
We can file this one in the category of, “I don’t know what to wish for.”  Our side has been absolutely giddy lately with the recent, albeit deserved, fall from grace by key members of Team Zero.  On the one hand, Eric Holder is by far the single worst Attorney General our nation has suffered to date.  That’s impressive, considering the fact that Janet Reno once held that position.  He has politicized the Justice Department to the point where its very name has become some sort of sick mocking irony.  Backing off from the Orwellian manner in which Holder has performed his duties thus far however, even if, and things look slightly inevitable now, Holder resigns his position as our nation’s top law enforcement official, who do any of us believe will replace him?  (By the way, it is far from a done deal that Holder will be forced out at all.  Remember, our current President has not shown the slightest shyness in appointing known criminals to cabinet positions.  An example would be Tim Geitner, who’s problems with tax evasion were over looked in order to utilize his genius in overseeing the Department of Treasury, that very directorate that is responsible for handling people with tax evasion problems.)

The problem as I see it, is that even if Eric Holder goes, Barack Obama will still be the only person with the Constitutional Authority to nominate his replacement.  Who does anyone believe will be given that nod from the Bamster?  As our nation’s chief executive, Barack Obama has shown a penchant for nominating the worst possible candidates for any and every position.  If this next statement doesn’t chill you right to your bones, nothing is capable of placing fear into your heart.  Are you ready?  Hillary Clinton was the most competent member of the Obama Administration.  And all she did as our Secretary of State was to oversee a situation where roughly one quarter of our embassies world wide were set ablaze as some sort of bizarre celebration of the, “Arab Spring.”  If Eric Holder resigns, which is far from being a done deal, and subsequently slinks out of town quietly, he will be replaced by Eric Holder 2.0, and that version has the potential to be far worse.

The question here, is how can we prevent this from happening?  I’m going to take a slight detour here, but I promise that it will tie in to the topic at hand, and eventually make sense.  During the summer of 1979, our economy was in a shambles, and actually stood in far worse shape than even the darkest days of 2008’s fall or 2009’s summer.  The reported unemployment rate stood at solid double digits, and actual unemployment was pushing 20%.  Annual inflation peaked at 13.5%, and William Miller, our Fed Chairman practiced a pure Keynesian approach, despite promising the opposite.  Before William Miller, Arthur Burns did the same, and before Burns, W. McChesney Martin ran an identical policy.  We had a monetary policy of purposeful currency devaluation from the 1950’s through the late 1970’s without respite.  1979, thanks in part to the utter incompetence of the President we had elected for ourselves saw those sins ultimately reach their inevitable conclusion, as a full blown economic crisis.  On August 6, 1979, President Jimmy Carter’s only good decision, Paul Volcker, took his place as our Fed Chairman. 

What is important to note here, is that Volcker was not Jimmy Carter’s first, second, or even third choice to head up the Fed.  Carter was forced to nominate Volcker, by a business community who were preparing to surround the White House with torches and pitch forks.  They were joined in their anger by mostly Congressional Members of his own party, who were skittish about their own prospects for reelection in an election that was only a year away.  Volcker’s performance as our Fed Chairman was perhaps as important for our economic recovery and boom as Ronald Reagan. The point I suppose, is that even someone with Jimmy Carter’s level of incompetence is capable of making good decisions. 

To be certain, there are differences between Carter and Obama.  One being that Barack Obama is a narcissist, and quite frankly incapable of caring about anything or anyone other than himself and those things that do not impact his life and possessions personally.  He does not care about trite little things like the electoral prospects of those people in his party.  He does not care if his personal convenience is ruinous for others around him, or if his ideology causes hardship for anyone else, anywhere.  Eric Holder has served him well, and his brand of politicizing the Justice Department serves the President’s agenda to a tee.  I do not see anything changing that, despite the loss of approval ratings that the President has currently enjoyed.  Barack Obama does not need to win any more elections, and really no longer has a use for approval ratings.  He has shown that he understands executive fiat all too well, and most certainly can continue this strategy for 42 months longer without so much as a scintilla of cooperation from Congress, regardless of the make up of that fine collection of political cowards.

If there is to be any improvement with our current dilemma, it will only ever happen if the church of liberalism were brought down a bit, and more importantly, the church of Obama along with it.  The first of those criteria was met over these past few weeks, but that one criteria being met is not enough.  Eric Holder must go to prison, and he must face a penalty commensurate with the laws he has broken.  Perjuring oneself to congress, swearing out falsified warrants, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and racketeering all carry stiff penalties should one be convicted of such.  The only way a future Attorney General appointed by Barack Obama keeps to the straight and narrow is if they realize that politicizing and abusing the power of that office comes with a price.  For that matter, all bureaucrats working in our out of control Executive Branch need to be reminded that behaving in such a manner carries consequences. 

Darrell Issa asking a few uncomfortable questions of our nation’s ruling class elite will accomplish nothing.  Our ruling class elite learning the hard way that they too, are accountable for their actions will accomplish much.  Lisa Jackson broke the law while working for the Environmental Protection Agency, and she was promoted to a position of increased responsibility.  Victoria Nuland broke the law while working for the State Department, and she was promoted to a position of increased responsibility.  Lois Lerner broke the law while working for the IRS, and subsequently was promoted to a position of greater responsibility.  There is a definite pattern to be noticed here.  Even if the White House did not direct any of the shenanigans, (something I do not believe for a moment,) they are sending a clear message by promoting these law breakers.  Currently, that message is, “abuse your power and break the law, it’s OK, you may even get promoted.”  With an incarcerated Eric Holder, Lisa Jackson, Victoria Nuland, and Lois Lerner, that message would immediately change to one of, “even if the President turns a blind eye to people in his Administration violating the public trust, you will still find yourself in prison should you do just that.”

A show hearing in which our Congress Critters pretend to get tough will do little to solve the problems of a politicized government run amok.  Actual accountability will do wonders towards the goal of constraining this behemoth.  We are beyond the point where a little embarrassment will be adequate.  We need to put the criminals in jail, and there is no better group than those who have abused their authority to do that very thing to others in our society, some of them unjustly.

Turd Ferguson, of the TF Metals Report, does superb work and commentary on the precious metals markets. His latest analysis on Friday’s Commitment of Traders Report caught my attention for a number of reasons, in addition to it being so well done. Here it is with his permission to show to you:

We knew that this week’s COT was going to be interesting but I didn’t expect it to leave me speechless.

Look, I know I’ve been banging this drum for months and all the metals have done is go down. Got it. I read you loud and clear. But we’re talking big picture, positioning stuff here. I am 100% firm in my belief that QE8 caught the bullion banks with their pants down. All of the price action since 9/13/12 has been designed to alleviate the gigantic financial risk and potential liability of being short paper metal. By smashing price, against the fundamentals, from $1800 to $1350 and from $35 to $22, The Cartel Banks have accomplished two things:

  • They’ve been able to transfer the vast majority of their potential liability from themselves to the speculator sector (hedge funds, managed money, small investors).
  • And now, instead of being trapped short, they are a in position to profit from the inevitable explosion in price.

Even though it’s blatantly criminal, you almost have to give them credit. That they’ve been able to pull this off in broad daylight is simply astounding. On the level of Oceans 11.

Once again and with meaning: On 9/11/12, two days before the announcement of QE8 and with gold already at $1800, The Gold Cartel was net short 237,091 Comex contracts. That’s 23,709,100 paper troy ounces or about 737 metric tonnes of gold. As of last Tuesday, they are now net short just 59,221 contracts or about 184 metric tonnes. A reduction of just over 75%! Oh, and did I mention that, over the same time period, the GLD has been raided for 277 metric tonnes? Just thought I’d throw that in, too. Simply magnificent! The Crime of The Century! Ah, screw that. That’s The Crime of The 20th Century, too!! Amazing.

So, here are your numbers. Keep in mind that, for the reporting week, gold was up $1.30 while total open interest fell ahead of June13 expiration by 35,086 contracts. Also keep on mind that for Wednesday and Thursday of this week, total OI fell another 25,110 contracts. One can only imagine how much more long-term bullish these levels are as of this weekend.GOLDFor the week, the Large Specs dumped 16,836 longs and added 6,544 new shorts (quite a few of which got squeezed yesterday and put back on today). This brings the Large Spec net long total down to just 56,879 contracts. Do you think that’s a lot? Hmmm. What if I told you that, back on 9/11/12, the Large Specs were net long 182,016? From a different perspective, back on 9/11/12, the Large Spec net long ratio was 6.62:1. As of last Tuesday, it was down to1.49:1. And here’s a little more perspective for you: At the price lows on 12/27/2011, the Large Specs were net long 130,788 with a ratio of 4.57:1 and at the price lows of last August they were net long 114,304 with a ratio of 3.43:1. Again, as of last Tuesday, the Large Specs were net long just 56,879 contracts and had a net long ratio of 1.49:1. The Small Specs also reduced their net long position by a little over 1500 contracts and they are now net long just 2,342 total contracts. Again, by contrast, back on 9/11/12 the Small Specs were net long 55,075. That’s a reduction of nearly 96%!And The Gold Cartel. What did they accomplish this week? Not much…No, they just reduced their net short exposure by nearly 25,000 contracts! Again and as stated above, The Gold Cartel is now net short just 59,221 contracts or 184 metric tonnes of paper gold. Back on 9/11/12, they were net short 237,091 contracts or 737 metric tonnes of paper gold. The new Cartel net short ratio is just 1.34:1. This means that they are now long 3 contracts for every four that they are short. Incredible!

Finally, the Washington Post speaks out on Obama! This is very brutal, timely though. As I’m sure you know, the Washington Post newspaper has a reputation for being extremely liberal . So the fact that its editor saw fit to print the following article about Obama in its newspaper makes this a truly amazing event and a news story in and of itself. At last, the truth about our President and his obvious socialist agenda are starting to trickle through the “protective wall” built around him by our liberal media.

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, the result of a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world’s largest economy, direct the world’s most powerful military, execute the world’s most consequential job? Imagine a future historian examining Obama’s pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a “community organizer”; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote “present”); and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions.
He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator. And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama’s “spiritual mentor”; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama’s colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?
Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberal Dom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass. Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass – held to a lower standard – because of the color of his skin.
Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) “non-threatening,” all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?
Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon – affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves.
Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don’t care if these minority students fail; liberals aren’t around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self-esteem resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin – that’s affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn’t racism, then nothing is.
And that is what America did to Obama. True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary.
What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks? In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama’s oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people – conservatives included – ought now to be deeply embarrassed.
The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that’s when he has his Teleprompters in front of him; when the prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth – it’s all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years.
And what about his character?
Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?
In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

j. Announce the largest banks in United Sates of America are now Basel 3 Banking Regulations complaint along with several hundred mid-size banking institutions.
i. Basel 3 – A comprehensive set of reform measures designed to improve the regulation, supervision and risk management within the banking sector.
ii. Basel 3 – Largely in response to the credit crisis, banks are required to maintain proper leverage ratios and meet certain capital requirements protecting the end customer.
4. The “Fines & Penalties”, Foreign Currency Revaluation, Prosperity Packages, the Global Settlements Program, Prosperity Packages, Native American Claims, Humanitarian funds are to be paid out simultaneously effective IMMEDIATELY.
5. The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew will oversee the delivery Sunday 12 May 2013 to all recipients of the Farm Claims=Fines and Penalties=Farm Claims Class Action Law Suit Settlement=Bank Claims=Resolution Trust proceeds to the people;
a. The Farm Claims shall be moved to the Royal Bank of Canada for complete delivery=disbursement effective IMMEDIATELY.
b. The Farm Claims Lawsuit shall be unsealed and made part of the public record with=by publication, posting on the internet which is freely accessible to the public at large and=or full disclosure to all claim participants. The executive order that has kept this information hidden was done with the intent to defraud the people and has delayed the execution and delivery of the settlement.
c. These claims shall be delivered using any of the following methods of delivery or all of them together; National Guard, County Sheriffs, Bonded Couriers, Registered Mail, and the Organized and Unorganized State Militias.
d. There shall be NO taxation, NO fees, NO NDAs, NO hidden=misleading language, NO terms or condition or forms that create a contract causing loss of value through BANK FRAUD=MANIPULATION against the private citizen’s.
6. The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew shall conduct the release of the foreign currency exchange to all tier three foreign currency holders known as the “U.S. Treasury Hold” on the participating banks Sunday 12 May 2013 and
a. To communicate on all main stream media channels that the global re-set has occurred every hour for the next seventy- two (72) hours.
b. All banks are to make the hours of operation from 07:00 AM to 24:00 PM daily for the next ninety (90) days.
c. All tier three foreign currency holders shall be given VIP=Group rates with NO taxation, NO fees, NO NDAs, NO hidden=misleading language, NO terms or condition or forms that create a contract causing loss of value through BANK FRAUD=MANIPULATION against the private citizen’s when they exchange their currency.

Who’da thunk it?

 Artificial sweeteners especially aspartame has gotten a bad rap over the years, most likely due to studies showing they cause cancer. But not to worry Ajinomoto the company that makes Aspartame has changed the name to AminoSweet. It has the same toxic ingredients but a nice new sounding name. And if you or your child happens to be allergic to Aspartame, well don’t take it personally it’s just business.

Despite the evidence gained over the years showing that aspartame is a dangerous toxin, it has remained on the global market . In continues to gain approval for use in new types of food despite evidence showing that it causes neurological brain damage, cancerous tumors, and endocrine disruption, among other things.

This is something everyone can do without fear of being labled an extremist or a threat to government. Glass-Stegall helped keep the banks in check for 66 years before it was repealed, paving the way for what the banks have become today. The momentum is shifting with more and more congresspeople from more and more states initiating their own bills to reign in the out of control banksters. Now, in a pivotal act indicating a major shift in the political capital, similar legislation has been proposed in the senate. With our help, this nail in the coffin of the runaway banksters can be pushed to fruition.

·         I am truly appalled at the president’s claim that 90% of Americans support the proposed gun control laws. His speech writer should be fired. He claims these bills would have prevented another Sandy Hook or Aurora shooting, yet he has no evidence to support that claim. Factually speaking, the proposed laws in Colorado would not have prevented one incident, nor would the Federal proposed bills. Don’t forget one of the sponsors, Congresswoman DeGette, actually thought magazines were the same as bullets. That’s the kind of familiarity those who sponsor these bills have with the subject. 

Mr. President, just because the polls tell you what buzz phrases to use to seek your agenda, it does not mean the American people are so naive to follow your continuous record of lies. Remember there are many of us that remember the day you promised to reduce the National deficit by 50%, and you did far more damage and tripled it with nothing to show but more people reliant on your handouts. The people are onto you and we will remember this at election time as you asked in your latest hollywood type speech. Here in Colorado, and at the federal level, your puppets will be removed from office and your legacy will be remembered in history as the ultimate failure based on lie after lie. Yes, your so-called promise of change is more lies, debt, and higher taxes on the middle class to pay for your failed promises. Please tout more successes of Chicago, such as their tax rates, the upside down pension fund, number of homicides, clearance rates or lack of clearances. 

Our president even claimed Chicago as justification, for these gun control measures knowing full well that Chicago is the poster child of failure from gun control laws. Violence has increased since Chicago’s gun control measures have been in place and they are more restrictive than any other city in this country. In simple terms, it got worse and his creation of so-called “sheep” to fend off the “wolf” have failed. The American people are not the sheep he wants to create. We will be heard and we will not follow his lies that lack scientific validation and truth. My heart goes out to all victims of any violence. Statistically speaking, more people are killed by items other than guns far more often, but our president doesn’t want you to know that. Check the Bureau of Justice Statistics for yourself and do it before his administration manipulates them. 

The president claims to be speaking for the victims, yet he chooses which victims, because I, as many of you, have witnessed victims from Aurora, Sandy Hook, and even Columbine plea with law makers to not pass measures that criminalize and punish the law abiding citizens for the acts of killers. They demonstrated common sense and showed true courage to stand against the lies and denounce the measures as ineffective. The promises of preventing these horrific acts in the future are misleading and even our own governor has admitted, here in Colorado, the similar guns bills would not have prevented tragedies such as Aurora and Sandy Hook. Our president is an embarrassment to our free society and so are his puppets. The next election will show just that. The president’s posturing and agenda were truly seen for what they are, more lies and false promises, most importantly an agenda based on undeliverable promises. How embarrassing he uses the greatest failure in our nations’ history for more gun control and people control- that failure being the murder capital of the United States, Chicago. Watch his statement on CNN and ask yourself how he can mention his home town as an example of justification. This is the city that arrested a 56 year old female researcher at the University of Illinois, Chicago, during the week of February 15th for bringing an unloaded weapon to work, in a secured box, to prevent it from being stolen by contractors working on her home. She was trying to prevent a crime and not be a victim. She was arrested and had to post a $25,000.00 bond to get out of jail and is now on suspension from work, pending criminal charges and awaiting trial. 

This is what happens when emotionally charged laws are recklessly passed. Law abiding citizens are criminalized. Thankfully a majority of US Congress saw through these proposed lies and did what’s right. Now we, the people of Colorado, need to send a message to the governor and the Capitol that we will not be criminalized, nor will we stand by and allow our rights to be infringed and stripped based on lies and unenforceable, agenda driven bad laws. That is why I will not back off this issue and will proudly support my rights, to access to courts, with 37 other sheriffs in a legal action against these ridiculous, unconstitutional laws. 

I have been asked by many, what can I do to help? I will ask that you do not lay down, do not go silent; that is what they hope for and expect. Do not let them convert you to sheep. Evil prospers when good people do nothing. Do not let evil prosper. I will not quit and please don’t you give up and quit.

Guess our national leaders didn’t expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of …the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful. They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of the transcript:
“Since the dawn of creation there has been both good &evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers. “The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain’s heart. “In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA – because I don’t believe that they are responsible for my daughter’s death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel’s murder I would be their strongest opponent I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy — it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.
Your laws ignore our deepest needs, Your words are empty air. You’ve stripped away our heritage, You’ve outlawed simple prayer. Now gunshots fill our classrooms, And precious children die. You seek for answers everywhere, And ask the question “Why?” You regulate restrictive laws, Through legislative creed. And yet you fail to understand, That God is what we need!
“Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation’s history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine’s tragedy occurs — politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.
“As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him.
To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA — I give to you a sincere challenge.. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone! My daughter’s death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!” – Darrell Scott

NEW REVELATIONS FROM LT. ZULLO and CARL
GALLUPS –
COLD CASE POSSE  – Obama Fraud
Case

On Friday April 5, 2013 – Carl Gallups of Freedom
Friday with Carl Gallups interviewed Mike Zullo, Lead Investigator, with
the Sheriff Arpaio Cold Case Posse. The interview was conducted over an hour and
half portion of Carl’s show. Zullo and Gallups promised stunning new revelations
in the case … and in spite of the Obamabot naysayers and, apparently, those
incapable of intelligently discerning spoken information – Gallups and Zullo
delivered on the promise!

Below is a recap of the revelations:

1.
Within the last 2 days before the interview, Zullo confirmed that brand new
information had been received in the investigation which bolstered the legal
evidence of the long form birth certificate being a 100% fabricated and
fraudulent document. The information came, unexpected, from a professional
source of the investigation, and is irrefutable.

2. Within the last
couple of days before the interview, Zullo  had several lengthy meetings with
VIPS who have promised to soon bring this case forward in an “official” manner.
The VIPS are of “standing” and have the authority to bring the case forward.
They have promised full public exposure to the case, the evidence, and to the
hopeful ends of a full and official “hearing” of the matter.

3. A
definitive “plan of action” is now being formulated with several VIPS to make
number 3 above happen as soon as possible.

4. Several other VIPS have now
scheduled meetings with Zullo and are expected to come on board with the
exposure process.

5. Zullo revealed for the FIRST TIME publicly that a
“certified” source of legal investigation has now “signed off” on the CCP
investigation and has declared the evidence to be 100% accurate and the document
in question to be a complete fabricated fraud upon the American people. This
source is certified to testify in Federal Courts throughout the
nation.

6. Gallups identified that at least one VIP has reneged on their
promise of further meetings and investigations. Gallups is promising to “out”
this VIP very soon. Gallups attests that he possesses the email trail from the
office of the VIP proving that the VIP planned to participate in the evidence
examination. The VIP is now claiming that their office never planned to be a
part of that meeting – even though the email evidence specifically indicates
otherwise. In other words – the VIP lied and Gallups says he can prove it.

7. Zullo says the public disclosure of the evidence and the push for
definitive legal action may take from 3 – 6 months depending upon the “plan of
action” that is being formulated by the VIPS who are already on board and the
VIPS that they are trying to bring on board with them in this matter. Further
VIP meetings are being scheduled at this time. 

For those wanting
“specifics” of the above – we will have to wait until it is all made public.
This is no small matter. This is a criminal case of monumental and historical
magnitude. Zullo, Arpaio, Gallups, et. al. are not about to leak out the
specifics of the investigation and especially names of the VIPS who are now,
finally, promising action in this case.

The Obamabots would LOVE for
Zullo or Gallups to “slip up” or be “bullied” into releasing more
information…but Gallups and Zullo are much too smart for those tactics. The
Obamabots would love to know the specifics, the evidence, and the names of the
VIPS so they could attack them and start a disinformation campaign. But they
cannot do either – because they simply do not know what the CCP is now in
possession of. The Obamabots are going crazy.

Gallups and Zullo are
asking people to be patient. The bottom line, they say, is that this case is now
further along and closer to being publicly dealt with than ever before. These
things take time – but Gallups and Zullo have promised that they are not going
away until the case is “heard” or until the VIPS are “outed” for reneging on
promises to deal with the matter. Gallups and Zullo have promised, one way or
the other – the truth will be disseminated to the world.

Yes…Mike

Former US Treasury Official – Fed Desperate To Save System

Today a former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury warned King World News that the Federal Reserve’s recent market interventions are a clear sign that there is something desperate going on behind the scenes.  Former Assistant of the US Treasury, Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, also cautioned KWN that the Fed is trying to maintain control so the whole scheme doesn’t blow up.  Below is what Dr. Roberts had to say in the first part of two extraordinary interviews which will be released today.

Dr. Roberts: “As I have explained, the orchestrated move against gold and silver is to protect the exchange value of the US dollar.  The Federal Reserve is creating one trillion new dollars per year, but the world is moving away from the use of the dollar for international payments and, thus, as a reserve currency. 

 The result is an increase in supply and a decrease in demand.  That means a falling price.  The orchestration against bullion cannot ultimately succeed.  It is designed to gain time for the Federal Reserve to be able to continue financing the federal budget deficit by printing money and also to keep interest rates low and debt prices high in order to support the banks’ balance sheets. 

 When the Federal Reserve can no longer print due to dollar collapse which printing would make worse, bank deposits and pensions will be grabbed in order to finance the deficit….

“The manipulation of the bullion market is illegal, but as government is doing it the law will not be enforced.  It is an act of desperation.  If bullion were not a threat, the government would not be attacking it.

 The fact that the Federal Reserve is short selling bullion means that there is something desperate going on, and I assume it’s related to the US dollar.  If the dollar drops sharply in exchange value the Fed can’t control the interest rate and the bond price and so all of the bubbles would blow up.

 All of the recent reports of countries moving away from the dollar to settle their international payments has most likely caused a great many countries to look at getting out of dollars.  We not only have the BRICS moving away from the use of the dollar, but also China, Japan, and all of the East Asians. 

 Recently we have even seen reports out of Australia that they are going to deal directly with China in their own currency.  So this drop in demand for dollars when the Fed is creating one trillion new dollars every year means the exchange value of the US dollar is untenable. 

 The first move out of the dollar is in to gold.  In fact this has been going on since the beginning of the 21st century.  But the Fed doesn’t want that because if the price of gold rises too rapidly in terms of dollars it scares everyone.  Also, if you had a sharp movement out of dollars you would in fact see a sharp fall in the exchange value.  At that point the Fed has lost control and the whole scheme blows up.

 So that is what the situation is.  They are desperate.  They are having to drive down the obvious alternative to the dollar, which is gold, in order to affect the psychology of people throughout the world.  But China sits on the largest collection of dollars in the world and they have to be worried about it.  In fact they have been lecturing us for years about our irresponsible monetary and financial policies.  So they will be very glad to get out.

 Now I don’t think this attack on gold on the part of the Fed can last much longer because the Indians will buy gold here as well.  The BRICS will also use this opportunity to get rid of dollars.  But what this is designed to do is break up the sentiment among Americans and gold bugs.  It scares them.  It is designed to stop the flow of money from ordinary citizens into gold.

 The Fed is also hoping the offsetting run of the central banks buying gold won’t be enough, at least any time soon, to push the price of gold back above where the Fed has capped it.  The Fed has been at this for a long time.  First they capped the gold price (at around $1,900), and then they drove it below $1,750.  Gold would come back to and even above the $1,750 level and the Fed would drive it back down.  

But now they have it even lower.  I think the last couple of days there has been an amazing amount of selling on the part of the Fed.  It’s paper shorts, not actual people selling bullion.  But they are trying to bust up the momentum in gold so they can hold on to their low interest rates, high bond prices, and continue printing money.

 You see if the Fed can’t print money they can’t finance the federal budget deficit.  Printing money is also how the Fed buys the bonds to drive up the derivative debt-related instruments on the banks’ books.  It makes the banks look solvent.

 If the Fed can’t print money they can’t buy the bonds to keep the banks solvent and buy the bonds to keep the Treasury operating.  The rising gold price is a threat to that.  So the Fed is taking desperate action against gold.  I agree with you that this will be temporary.  I don’t know how long this will last, how long they can get away with it, but certainly not for very long.”
