    The patriot belief system that a certain flag in a courtroom has a jurisdictional meaning is simply not true. Jurisdiction is based on nationality (see title 8 of the US code). There is a presumption of US nationality….you become a subject of a US court for that reason. You have to defeat the presumption with the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

    What about Admiralty Law, does that not apply, in most courts.
