  1. I do believe that the word “hinky” in this reporting needs to be less “politically correct” it’s more than “suspicious” but the word that best describes his wording and bodily movements needs to be labeled as HIGHLY DECEPTIVE, and dishonestly evasive!

    This man is being willfully and wickedly deceptive, which only proves his guilt in being perversely wicked!
