OBAMA ELIGIBILITY COURT CASE…BLOW BY BLOW

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.
The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.
Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.
The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.
With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.
Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.
Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.

The Treasury Department has been and is involved and orders from ‘on high’ are to ‘Cover it Up’, Prevent Leaks, provide a Niagara of dis-information and that is what they have been doing. The Government is trying to SQUASH the Bank Examiners while Moynihan and the others compare notes at Davos. Treasury has been ‘Busted’. The ORDERS to ‘suppress’ come from very high up, very high up.

The reason that many of the top Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate crooks have not been arrested yet is that the old system needs to be kept going with string and wire and duct-tape until final preparations for a radically new system are completed. For example, an Asian proposal now being negotiated calls for 10 million yen or about US$125,000 to be budgeted for each and every individual human being on earth. The Pentagon is also making similar radical proposals for a complete change of how humans interact with each other and with nature. The big conclusion being reached at the highest level is that the old financial system in the West was an illusion used by a secret cabal to keep us enslaved. We are now about to become truly free in ways that will exceed most people’s most optimistic expectations. However, there will be some hard work at first before this becomes true.
The proposal being forwarded by the White Dragon Society to Asian clan elders is for the creation of a new, meritocratically staffed organization to be set up near Tenri City, South of Osaka. The name now being proposed for this organization is “Long-term Investments For Everyone,” or LIFE, for short.
The negotiations towards unifying the Korean Peninsula with Japan and moving the capital of this new entity to the same region are also proceeding smoothly. We can confirm that Japanese “kidnap victim” Megumi Yokota is the mother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Kim has agreed to accept the union of the Northern dynasty with the Southern one in the region in exchange for a ceremonial post. Perhaps he can become the symbol of unity and have his own palace and staff.
The initial funding for LIFE, to be backed by Gold returned to Asia from the West as well as by other historical assets, can be set at 7000 trillion yen or, as mentioned above, about $125,000 per human. The money will be delivered in the form of development services such as canals, sewer systems, desalination plants, nature preserves, fish farms etc. People working for LIFE will receive generous salaries and be subject to draconian penalties for corruption.
LIFE will not be the only major organization working on planning for the future of the species according to White Dragon Society proposals.
The British Commonwealth, with its 1.8 billion members, will want their own independently financed development and future planning organization built according to commonwealth consensus. It will probably have to be initially headed by someone from India in order to make up for past British racism. Indian and other historical gold assets as well as commonwealth real estate will back their funding.
The Catholic Church and Vatican Bank will also want to have a Christian planning agency controlled by actual Christians for their 1.2 billion members once the Satanists are purged from the Vatican bank.
Similar independent groups such as the Chinese, the Muslims, the Africans and the first nations will also be able to plan for their own independent futures.
In addition, the United Nations will have to be radically restructured in order to make it truly representative of the human race and not be an instrument of Western imperialism as it is today.
Studies by the pentagon, anthropological research and corporate governance research all conclude that the most effective decision making bodies number between 6-9 people. This is the size of the traditional human family during hunter gatherer times. The most natural division for humanity along cultural and historical lines suggests a new council of elders be put at the heart of the United Nations Security Council.
The White Dragon suggestion is for a representative to be selected by each of the following groups: Africa, China, East Asia (excluding China), India, North and South America, Europe including Russia, the Islamic world and first nations.
This 8 person grouping would only function as an emergency consultative council to deal with issues affecting all humans. It would operate according to majority rule. Each region would have a veto but that veto would be restricted to that region only.
Sovereign nation states would continue to exist as before unless voluntary agreements to merge were reached between countries.
The Pentagon, for its part, has reached an agreement to merge with the Chinese and Russian Military to form a global peace keeping force, according to a high ranking agency source.
There has also been an agreement to break up many of the large corporations controlled by the Khazarian Satanic Cabal. Microsoft was specifically mentioned as a company that was about to go Kaput. The major corporate media corporations will also be broken up. Many other top 100 corporations will be broken up into as many as 20 smaller units, according to this source.
The cabalists in charge of the G5 countries are also going to be excluded from the new financial system. If necessary the Pentagon will round up both the Illuminati and the Nazis, in order to make sure they cause no more trouble.
In the US there is also going to be a detailed study of what happened over the past 100 years since the Federal Reserve Board took over and a lot of stolen funds are going to be returned to their rightful owners.
A lot of billionaires will soon be out on the street pan-handling if they are found to have been living on stolen funds. A lot of poor people will suddenly be able to live in their own, mortgage free homes.
Needless to say, revamping how we run the planet is not an easy job. There is a lot of nitty gritty to be taken care of before anything public is announced. We also need to be on extreme alert for any last minute Satanic terror attacks aimed at trying to prevent the freeing of the sheeple.
However, have no doubt, the Satanists will be defeated. There will be world peace, an end to poverty and an end to environmental destruction. Humanity will be set free.

Many of you have asked about how the Minor v. Happersett definition of natural born citizen effects the eligibility of Mitt Romney and Marco Rubio to be President. First, let me reiterate that the Constitution should be applied to everyone equally. So, if Mitt, Marco, or anyone else meets the definition of Natural Born Citizen, they meet the minimum Constitutional qualifications to serve as President. If they don’t, they don’t.
The definition of Natural Born Citizen, as defined by the Supreme Court, has two elements: 1) you must be born in the U.S.; 2) both of your parents must be citizens of the U.S. at the time of your birth.

Is the Judicial Branch Dead?
Obama’s behavior is even more disturbing than Nixon’s. Nixon at least respected the judicial branch enough to have his attorney’s show up in court and follow procedure. Nixon’s fight in the courts followed existing law. Nixon acknowledged the authority of the judicial branch even while he fought it. Obama, on the other hand, essentially said yesterday that the judicial branch has no power over him. He ordered his attorneys to stay away from the hearing. He didn’t petition a higher court in a legitimate attempt to stay the hearing. Instead he showed complete contempt for the entire judicial branch and for the rule of law.

Divine Order
Divine order is established in me and in my life.
As I think about order, I marvel at nature. Winter’s barren trees follow their indwelling pattern to become summer’s canopy of green. Birds follow their internal compass to make their yearly migration. The sun rises every morning in the east and sets in the west.
I am part of and immersed in the order of life. My breathing is orderly and rhythmic, as is my heartbeat; neither requires my control or direction. I relax into the flow of divine order and allow God to express in and through me, guiding my unfolding.

Relationships
I am thankful for my relationships.
My heart warms with gratitude when I consider the relationships that enrich my life. I have family and friends who are my companions, and with whom I share a deep and lasting soul connection. We celebrate, cry and hug one another through joy and sorrow.

Trustworthy
I speak the truth and I give my best.

Dear friends,
I attended the same Certified Processors’ training in Chicago for the “Taking Dominion Land Patent class” as Daniel and Abby Flores who won the recent Land Patent Victory announced below. Many of our Wisconsin free state citizens will remember the story of Daniel and Abby Flores from last August as they battled through the courts regarding a fraudulent foreclosure on their home. …
(Some personal background regarding how Daniel and Abby Flores were badly mistreated is omitted for brevity.)
I’d like to convey a very victorious story in the legal/lawful scenario of what transpired at Kenosha County this morning.
Daniel and Abby went through the Certified Processors’ training for the Taking Dominion Land Patent class at Chicago over the weekend. The clock was ticking for a resolution to come forth for them as there was a Confirmation Hearing scheduled this morning at 8:45 to determine whether the Sheriff’s Sale which took place on 12/14/2011 selling their house to the bank for $64,000 would be granted and they would be forced to move within 30 days. Because the Flores’ had filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy on 12/13/2011 (all parties noticed) there never should have been a Sheriff’s sale.
Sunday night and into the wee hours of the morning on Monday the Flores’ completed all of the lawful steps of the Land Patent process they had learned in class over the weekend. Public postings and notices were done and paperwork sent out via Notary Presentments. They hand delivered and had recorded an additional set of the Land Patent paperwork at the Court. This was their last chance to save their home.
It was 10:30 a.m. before the hearing went forward. With unusual delays the judge -for the first time – read the Flores’ paperwork into the record. He read through bullet points of their Land Patent. The bank’s attorney made much commotion and interrupted the judge about not having received a copy and therefore the hearing should go ahead. Daniel spoke up and interjected the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy which had been filed and how the sale never should have gone forward. He stated that he hoped that nothing unlawful was transpiring and that no one would be making a big mistake. The judge granted the banks’ attorney a 45-minute recess.
In returning, the judge ordered that the pleadings be stayed and that the judgment of the Sheriff’s sale be voided. For the first time, the Judge allowed Daniel to make statement for the court record. “I want to put on the record that from this day forward that because I have filed my public Notice of Land Patent no other man or woman on the planet has any standing and there are no liens on my home nor any taxes should be taxed to my property. From this day forward, whatever transpires will have no standing and it doesn’t hold any standing with me and our American Republic. The Judge said, “Your statement is noted.” There was no objection brought up by anyone to Daniel’s statement.
Daniel and Abby reported to me that usually the judge wouldn’t acknowledge Daniel’s statements and this time the Judge brought up the Land Patent. Danny advises that the Judge had to address it because it was “the real man” – not the strawman — that made the claim. Danny said, “If you stand there and acknowledge the sale they’ll take it and sell it.” There are 45 days to cure and once cured it’s done.
The Flores’ report that today they had Victory in Jesus.
From your state administrating servant: Within days Dominion Services, a division of the Republic Records Bureau, will be up and ready to receive requests for the Land Patent services. One of the final steps to the process is to record the Land Patent paperwork at the only lawful recording only true records bureau in America: the Republic Records Bureau. Once the Land Patent and other paperwork is recorded, the RRB will return the paperwork to the land owner. The RRB will also send notice to their local county land office to remove the land from the tax role. No more real estate taxes.
God bless the Flores family. THANK YOU, Danny and Abby, for standing up and doing the right thing. You are no cowards. You’ve paved the way for the rest of us in so many ways.
