A friend of mine told me the following story today. He called up the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis on Friday, April 29th. He asked the clerk if he brought in a cashier’s check, if they would give him the new Treasury Notes. The operator referred him to the Currency Dept, where he got a very long voice mail. They said as of May 1, 2011 the system you are doing business with will no longer be in effect. We are accepting no further deposits or no new clients. Even the name will be eliminated by November 1, 2011.
This confirms some other information we have recieved recently about the Fed being history. Let us hope and pray that it means exactly what it says.
The bank is closed now, but I suggest you call them on Monday and ask the same question to see what you get.

I’ve been personally interested in researching various cars that ran on water but later disappeared. I recently met a shop owner that reported how he met an inventor that lived near Gainesville Florida about 14 years ago. This inventor also had a car running on water.
This shop owner saw the vehicle and met the man in his store. The inventor had just sold the technology to Ford Motor Company and of course we never heard of it again! Clearly the car companies have been in bed with the oil companies all along and have been key in the suppression of this important technology. Ford Motor company shelving the technology they bought to run cars on water proves this point.
Here’s the reality. We don’t need to go to war anymore over oil. We don’t need to destroy our Gulf of Mexico beaches with oil. We don’t need to have high food prices because of high gasoline prices. Hello all…….it’s not been a good year so far for my household, so I’ve been out of the loop for some time. My mom died in Feb., my brother has been in a veterans hospital in ICU since before Easter, and my younger sister is facing some major health issues as well. My husband has had a couple of major illnesses the last couple of months too, and I wish I could clone myself about 4 times and be there with everyone, lol. But GOD is awesome and does a better job than I can.
Came back in here a couple of times, but have never gotten a chance to catch up with all the posts and now everything seems to be going rather slow in this site. What’s happening? Anything new or any important updates? Where’s Gwaithfoed and others who were in here everyday? Maybe others are going through the same kind of family ups and downs as I’ve had.

Andy, that is awesome about the car running on water and possibly the same technology powering houses. Thanks for the info. Will try to follow up on upcoming interviews. That’s exciting news, especially in todays’ world where everything is sky high cost wise.

Dear friends of the Republic,
Below, you will find a letter to Tim Turner that was sent to him today. It is our opinion that since the National level, executive and legislative, have attempted to usurp the individual state’s freedoms and assert control over our individual states that they have abandoned the ideals of the Republic. It is our duty to recover the Republic and inhabit it properly.
Inhabiting the Republic is a sacred responsibility and honor. It is our obligation as a whole to ensure it is done correctly and in accordance with how it was intended by our founding fathers.
Thankfully, between us in Florida and other states who are in agreement with us, we have communication lines open to all the 50 states. We will have a formidable structure. Each state will develop itself with the aid and counsel of other states if needed and requested. It is imperative that all free states maintain self control and from the bottom up. The basic structure is already in place. Not only can we do this, we can accomplish this much better and stronger by developing at county and state levels.
Funding is on the horizon for the individual states and with a better plan than originally anticipated. The bottom line is nothing will be funded except a bottom up government adherent to our Bill of Rights and organic Constitution in accordance with our founding fathers. Faith, trust, confidence and a lot of work will be required. Together, we can do this. It will require us all working together and helping each other. We are already putting things in place. Join us. Your input is invaluable.
This is our golden opportunity to replace the greed-driven structure that has had a stranglehold on the planet for most of history. It is time now to put in place a structure based on love, unity and peace. It is up to each of us to play our part in making this happen. Never doubt the awesome possibilities that are before us!!
Thank you all for your continued love and support. Make room for more wonderful things in your lives because they are on the way. Open yourselves to receive. We are overjoyed!

Dear Tim,
It has become very apparent that since Susan and I brought forth the message from the “funders” regarding funds for the individual states, this “house” has become divided. No doubt this has become a curse to you. All the while, it has been a great blessing to me and Susan. Many truths have become glaringly and painfully obvious.
Some of these truths are the following:
•That no matter how many times you have stated that the States tell you what to do, that is not true. If States attempt self control, they are dismantled and regrouped with people who are aligned with your way of thinking.
•That the very way you are setting things up are from the top down. Congress has two masters. They wear two hats and when they change hats, they change jurisdiction. As members of the national congress, their allegiance is to national first. Then as state legislators, they are servants to their individual states secondarily. This is what allows you to come in and dismantle the various states as they cause problems for you. This is just wrong on every level.
•That you have appointed proctors in the several states who are there to oversee what is going on in their states and report back to you. Anyone who is non-compliant to your wishes or plans is removed. We know that plans are in the making to remove Susan, an elected ambassador and not appointed by you, and myself, Florida Representative. Your proctor here in Florida told me that last Friday. State elections and the will of the People make no difference.
The Florida proctor told me that we should simply go our own way and do our own thing. We are taking that suggestion quite literally. It will no longer be necessary for you to concern yourself about removing us. We are leaving your “house” and are building a castle for the People. Because of the snowballing support from other states, we know that we are doing the right thing. We will re-inhabit true republics because each State will be a republic unto itself. A genuine bottom-up government will created of the People, by the People and for the People as was originally intended. We will not have to wait for or hope that your top-down government will be “flipped” when you finish it.
We most graciously appreciate all you have accomplished in creating a collective structure of all the States. We States will be able to utilize your structure and take it from here. Each State will be able to grow itself the way it wants. Any fledgling States that require assistance, other free states will lovingly assist. The States will collectively decide to what degree a national administration will be needed. The word administration is used because we do not want to be GOVERNED by national ever again.
So, we thank you, Tim, for what you have done for us–for all the prodding, the pushing, the cultivating and educating. It is time for the States to “spread our wings”. We would not have done this or be where we are without your tireless dedication. Proudly, we stand and salute you for what has precipitated through your efforts.
May you forever be blessed. And may God bless us all for we are all ONE under God. We welcome all with open arms–Christians and non-Christians. May the Light shine on all our respective paths that we may see clearly with loving intent!!! Peace be with us all.

Please understand I am a supporter that will hang on in hopes that many will wake up even within this little community.
There is however one glaring problem I feel is at the root of the above issue. Throughout this endeavor we have all become aware of the meaning of words and the import thereof. To that end let me share the following.
Our little republic is made up of 50 sovereign states, joining together to form a federation of states. This fits the creator is always greater than the created. Now if you look at what we are forming is “National level” ? That in my humble opinion is another sovereign state in and of itself. In this case who is the creator and who is the created? See my point? We need to stop calling National national. For it is The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Even the so called De-facto calls itself the Federal Government, not that they act like it however.
Next to come is my issue with the name REPUBLIC. Till then look for any successful and truly free republic in any of history.

It is my understanding that Mary does not understand who We The People refer to (Preamble). It is the elected officials put there by the bottom up folk. In other words, the only time the 300 million of us has a say is during elections. We The People represent us, serve us and do it by the oath they take. If that oath is violated (as have in the defacto), then the only way for the bottoms up folk to speak again is through the next election.
I listened to a call Tuesday night. Got on late and the first thing I heard was Articles of Confederations and bottoms up. So tired of hearing those two phrases. Articles of Confederation was superceded by the US Constitution of 1787 because it did not work now just part of history, nothing else!
Really dont know why this was posted but if I am on the wrong track, I hope to hear about it.

Rocknee you did hit a point right on the head in your understanding of “We The People”. This truth I feel is part of what has brought our society to what it is now. It is my view that the forgoing establishes an elite group. Namely “We the People”, those who make the rules. Leaving all others (commoners) to follow the rules. Seems like a two class system to me. If one goes further and looks at the 1st and 2nd amendments with the above understanding in mind, you will see it is not the commoner that has the rights but rather the people = “We the People”. Meaning guns? you have no right to guns so set down and shut up, so to speak.
Even if we succeed in being the replacement for the existing government until such time as we acknowledge these short comings of the Conn-stitution we will shortly return to what we live under now.
Not saying we should scrap what is happening, but rather guide it more truthfully. Brings us right back to Are we a Federation of states or a Nation of ruled states?

So they know they have Obama cross-wired. Obama is stuck right now and the military knows that. It’s been leaked out. These are the kinds of conversations that would go on in the environment we have today.

Nothing much has been going on here that I have observed of course I’m just one of the mushrooms if anything is happening with Rusa it has been kept very quiet but now that ZERO (that is what I call that person who calls himself president who resides on Pennsylvania Ave) is going up in the polls I do not see how anyone is going to unseat this IMPOSTOR. I have been following the RV of the Dinar too and I too would like to know what is the impact to those of us who do not own Dinar?

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA’S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT
AP – WASHINGTON D.C. –
In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College … Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter…

While I’ve little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?
And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. … Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a “natural born” American citizen between 1981 and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Dear Members of the Republic:
The joint session call last Tuesday night raised critical issues regarding our strategy and method to create a true republic. I raised the point, as did several others, that this joint resolution suggested remedies that were needlessly oppressive. The rationalizations used as an excuse to bring in national to settle a dispute within a state were completely out of line with our founding principles. The idea that the clause in the constitution that guarantees a republican form of government could somehow give national the authority to intercede in an intrastate squabble is not credible. The idea that “national defense” could be used is even more out of line.
I know that those of you who created this resolution mean well and truly have the interests of our country and your families in your hearts, but this kind of proposed misuse of power is exactly what has led to the oppression we are trying to eliminate. My suggestion to you is to drop all the coercive enforcement provisions of your resolution and just let people know what you would like them to do. Let the states take care of their own problems and issues. Let the states decide what their priorities are.
It was pointed out by one of the national representatives that this was not a top down resolution because it did not come from national and that it had come from a “committee of the people.” If that is the case national should have immediately let the committee know that they would have no part of what they were suggesting and that they had gone way too far in their desire to “force compliance.” My concern, however, is not the source of this joint resolution, it is the results of what it will do to undermine state sovereignty and the supreme law of the land, which is the bill of rights.
Notice that I did not say the supreme law of the land is the constitution of 1791. I was not mistaken with my wording. That document is a flawed document and in every way the bill of rights is superior to it. This may be the major reason we are having trouble in this republic, people know there is something fundamentally wrong but they cannot put their finger on it. More on this later, please stick with me.
As I write in “Common Sense Revisited,” it all comes down to the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence. If there is ever a question about an issue, reading those first two paragraphs reminds us of the fundamental principle which is the foundation for all the other documents. Simply stated it says that each individual human being has indigenous power and the source of that power is our Creator. We are unique in that we have free will, the ability to manifest thoughts into reality, and unalienable rights. We as individuals are the only ones with that power and we never give it up, no matter what we have signed or done, indigenous power does not leave us. The surrogates we create to do things for us have no indigenous power, only surrogate power.
ALL surrogates, because they have people running them, have a tendency to usurp power they were not intended to have. This is just a manifestation of human nature. When a surrogate is out of control and begins to use coercion to maintain and increase their power, then we have the duty and the right to take back our indigenous power. We declare our indigenous power and then we take it back. And we ALWAYS have the right and duty to alter or abolish any surrogate at any time that infringes on our indigenous power.
This is essentially what is said in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration and this fundamental principle was well understood by the colonists before the revolutionary war. If you want to know how well it was understood and how well the colonists understood the principles of bottom up government you should read “American Insurgents, American Patriots” by Breen. This book provides us with a blueprint for re-establishing a republic and a clear understanding of why we need to build this republic back up again from the local level to the state level.
The role of national should be a clearing house of best practices. It should be an enabling organization and totally non-coercive. We will succeed if we do not divert our attention from building our jural assemblies, grand juries, local militias, etc.
We do, however, have a deeper problem with this particular movement to restore our republic. By adopting the constitution of 1791 we have adopted a flawed document. This constitution is not the people’s document. It is instead the document of a cabal of lawyers, moneyed interests, and international bankers who wanted a powerful national government with a central bank that would be controlled by them. Hamilton was the main spokesman for this group.
The counter group to these nationalists/federalists was made up of people like Thomas Jefferson, George Mason, Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams, and Richard Henry Lee. In other words those who were the most in tune with indigenous power, they were the true federalists, as the word is defined, in that they believed in a very limited federal government. They ended up being called anti-federalists because the incredibly devious Hamilton labeled his group the federalists when in actuality they were nationalists and totally against supporting indigenous power.
George Mason was one of the most influential delegates at the convention, but when all was said and done he said he would “cut off his right hand” before he would sign the final document. Why were Mason and the most powerful and intelligent defenders of liberty in this country so dead set against this document?
First let’s look at some of the things Mason said at the convention;
“Mr. Chairman, whether the Constitution be good or bad, the present clause clearly discovers that it is a national government, and no longer a Confederation. I mean that clause which gives the first hint of the general government laying direct taxes. The assumption of this power of laying direct taxes does, of itself, entirely change the confederation of the states into one consolidated government. This power, being at discretion, unconfined, and without any kind of control, must carry every thing before it. The very idea of converting what was formerly a confederation to a consolidated government, is totally subversive of every principle which has hitherto governed us. This power is calculated to annihilate totally the state governments. Will the people of this great community submit to be individually taxed by two different and distinct powers? Will they suffer themselves to be doubly harassed? These two concurrent powers cannot exist long together; the one will destroy the other: the general government being paramount to, and in every respect more powerful than the state governments, the latter must give
way to the former. Is it to be supposed that one national government will suit so extensive a country, embracing so many climates, and containing inhabitants so very different in manners, habits, and customs? It is ascertained, by history, that there never was a government over a very extensive country without destroying the liberties of the people: history also, supported by the opinions of the best writers, shows us that monarchy may suit a large territory, and despotic governments ever so extensive a country, but that popular governments can only exist in small territories. Is there a single example, on the face of the earth, to support a contrary opinion? Where is there one exception to this general rule? Was there ever an instance of a general national government extending over so extensive a country, abounding in such a variety of climates, where the people retained their liberty?”
Mason and the other “anti-nationalists,” the true patriots, knew that the government that would be created by this document would be used to create an illusion of freedom but that eventually it would grow to be as oppressive as any government in Europe. For the next several months the battle was joined. Only the support of Washington, who was primarily concerned about national defense issues, enabled the constitution to barely win acceptance, but only with a bill of rights. The bill of rights WAS CREATED at the insistence of the people and LEGALLY ADOPTED at the people’s state ratifying conventions.
The constitution on the other hand was created by delegates who were sent to Philadelphia to amend the articles of confederation. They had no authority to do anything else. They could not amend the constitution because Rhode Island did not send delegates and the articles required 100% acceptance by all thirteen colonies for an amendment. These delegates had no authority to continue their meeting, they should have gone home. They did not go home. They decided among themselves, with no authority from their state legislatures, to lock the doors and begin a secret meeting to create a new government. This is when Patrick Henry, the great patriot and Christian pastor said, “I smell a rat.”
The key point here is that the bill of rights was truly a manifestation of the people’s will and indigenous power. The constitution was not legally created. The bill of rights contradicts the constitution in many key areas. The bill of rights is superior to the constitution, it is the supreme law of the land. It should be the first ten articles of the constitution and should be recognized as the supreme law of the land. Once the bill of rights was created they should have changed the supremacy clause in the constitution to “The bill of rights is the supreme law of the land.” Since the bill of rights restricts the government and its powers under the constitution it also renders the “necessary and proper” clause of the constitution null and void.
Also the judiciary act of 1789 which created our entire federal court system should be null and void. There is no mention of an attorney general in the constitution. This was rammed through the congress by the nationalists/attorneys so they could set up and control the entire judicial system, and ultimately control all three branches. They have in fact accomplished this over the years due in large part to this unconstitutional act.
Recognizing the rightful place of the bill of rights as superior and preceding the rest of the constitution would allow us to replace the entire corrupt federal legal system and the corrupt supreme court with a supreme court derived from the jural assemblies and county grand juries. The people would have a direct influence on the judicial branch of the government and make it what it was intended to be, a true check on the misuse of power by the other two branches of government. This branch was also intended to be a protection of the people’s rights and their property. This has all been perverted primarily by the attorneys. Self serving pit falls have been built in by the lawyers for their control.
The welfare clause of the constitution has been misconstrued and needs to be clarified. An updated preamble would make clear the difference between “general” welfare and “special” welfare. Special welfare being theft and the basis of all forms of collectivism. The fifth “article” of the bill of rights states that we cannot be deprived of our property with out due process of law. The government cannot confiscate the property of one person and give that property to another person.
This right also prevents the government from taking action to devalue the currency as that deprives us of our property more effectively and comprehensively than any other kind of theft. Article five would therefore allow us to create a provision clearly stating that the national government can never pass a legal tender law restricting the right of a sovereign individual from choosing whatever currency he or she wanted to use in commerce. It would also restrict the government from disallowing competitive currencies from either state or local governments or from private sources. It would also allow us to state clearly that the congress can never again delegate its monetary authority to a private group of individual bankers.
The interstate commerce clause has been used to allow the government to interfere in virtually every aspect of our lives. In the 1780’s there was a reasonable argument for the federal government to get involved in this arena, but 220 years of history has shown that this clause is one of the major sources of federal government encroachment on individual and state sovereignty. This clause should be eliminated on the basis that it has led to numerous violations of individual rights guaranteed to us by the bill of rights.
The oath of all military and police should be changed from agreeing to uphold the constitution to swearing to uphold the bill of rights. This would protect the people against the government using police and military to unfairly oppress individuals who did not agree with them or who opposed their corrupt behavior. It would also help us oppose the government from engaging in endless foreign wars.
The bottom line is that we have the opportunity at this point in time to create a future for our children that would be truly in tune with the founding principles. If we accept, with our signatures and delivered paperwork, the constitution of 1791 with all its current flaws we will be doing ourselves and every person in the world a huge disservice. Right now, as it is, no living individual, has signed a contract and delivered that signed contract accepting the constitution as having any authority over them at all. It is not a valid contract for those living today in this country. Read this amazing article by Lysander Spooner from 1870 on the constitution. We must support the right founding documents, and we must not support a flawed constitution that would continue to enslave us all. What I have outlined here in these last few paragraphs is explained in a book that you must read. It is called “The Constitution that Never Was” by Ralph Boryszewski. This author spent 27 years as a police officer fighting corrupt judges, district attorneys and police officers. He has done extensive research on the constitution, its history and the law. He has given us a legal blue print for fixing the flawed constitution that has given the lawyers, politicians, powerful special interests, and especially the international bankers control over our lives and those of our children.
The plan, which his research supports, would allow us to eliminate the corrupt federal judiciary and replace it with a bottom up judicial system based on natural law. It would allow us to eliminate the most damaging clauses in the constitution; the supremacy clause, the necessary and proper clause, and the interstate commerce clause. We could also eliminate, under the fifth amendment, the clause allowing the federal government to levy the enumerated direct tax, legal tender laws, completive currency restrictions, etc.
The original 13th amendment will disallow attorneys from holding office in any branch of the federal government. Hopefully every state and county will have a similar provision in their constitutions. In Florida we have placed an extensive bill of rights at the beginning of our constitution. I hope all states will be doing the same. Many consider the Virginia Declaration of Rights, which is the preface do the Virginia constitution, to be one of the original founding documents. It was written by George Mason, here are the first three articles:
SECTION I. That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, of which, when they enter into a state of society, they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity; namely, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.
SEC. 2. That all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people; that magistrates are their trustees and servants and at all times amenable to them.
SEC. 3. That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government, that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and that, when any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal.
These principles are totally in tune with the Declaration of Independence and the basic principle which clearly delineates the relationship of authority, the individual is the master, the government, or any other surrogate, is the servant. So what do we really need our federal government to do for us? At this time we really only need the federal government to provide for the common defense, that is all. The articles of confederation would be just fine for us at this time. We have been operating as a union for over 200 years and virtually every problem we have is a result of the outrageous growth of government, especially since it became a corporate structure in 1871. The state or local governments, or private organizations or companies could do everything that the federal government does for us now and do it much more effectively.
The resolution recommended on Tuesday night mentioned the ineffectiveness of the Articles of Confederation. People have to remember that we have been subjected to 200 years of propaganda that our constitution has given us our freedom and that the articles were totally ineffective. Remember that under the Articles of Confederation the colonists defeated the greatest military force the world had ever known. George Mason and the other individuals who wanted to retain the Articles and not drastically change the basic structure of governance under the Articles were arguably the heart and soul of this country.
The “Give me Liberty or Give me death” speech of Patrick Henry galvanized the nation. Samuel Adams was responsible for the Boston Tea Party and the Committees of Correspondence. Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration, along with John Adams, and was the galvanizing force for the opposition to the Hamiltonians and the central bankers. Richard Henry Lee was one of the most brilliant spokespersons for freedom in the country and was a President of the united states under the Articles of Confederation.
Would you rather be a Hamiltonian or a Jeffersonian? Is it top down or bottom up? Frankly I don’t think we could get back to the Articles of Confederation. I would prefer it, but I think it may be too much of a paradigm shift for most people in this country. However, I do think we could get people to accept the plan proposed above which is based on the writings of Boryszewski and Spooner. We simply place the bill of rights where it should be by law as superior to the rest of the constitution and make the changes suggested above. People are familiar with the bill of rights and this is a plan that will gain wide acceptance.
Please keep in mind though, that the Articles were never shut off. It is a perpetual union and the government under the articles just ceased to be inhabited. It could be re-inhabited and then the three or four key problems with the articles that were addressed at the constitutional convention could be added as amendments. It would be easier to do that than to accept a flawed constitution and then have to go back and eliminate the problems.
So we really have three choices: 1. Accept the flawed constitution of 1791 2. Follow the plan described above inspired by Boryszewski and Spooner and make the bill of rights the supreme law of the land, or 3. re-inhabit the government under the Articles of Confederation.
I don’t see how anyone who is serious about restoring our fundamental principles could accept number 1. above. I know I can’t continue to bring people into this republic if we are asking them to accept and ratify such a flawed document.
I hope you will all read the books by Breen and especially by Boryszewski, and the incredible article by Spooner. I also just ordered “Hamilton’s Curse” by De Lorenzo, the same author who wrote the expose on Abraham Lincoln. This book outlines the history of the battle between Jefferson and Hamilton. I think if we all read these books it will give us the knowledge to make the right choice going forward. We cannot afford to accept the constitution that the Hamiltonians created. We must get this right.
By the way I have read responses to Tuesday nights call that criticize those who are not totally supportive of the coercive tactics proposed under the joint resolution. The major theme of those critics is that we are under this enormous pressure from the evil forces in this world and we must rush out and get all these positions filled and documents signed so we can enlist the support of other nations, funding sources, and the military.
I do not underestimate the evil of the ruling elite. I know they are capable of creating great destruction and upheaval. However we will not get support from divine providence if our underlying principles are off base. We will not get support from divine providence if we don’t build from the bottom up. We will not get support from divine providence if we forget that we are all about non-coercion and actually start using coercion to try to force compliance with what our particular view of the action steps happen to be.
In my view the steps outlined above in either alternative 2 or 3, would elicit the support of divine providence to a much greater degree than our current direction. I ask those who consider yourself to be Christians, would Yehowshua want you to support a flawed constitution which has enslaved us to a ruling elite consisting of lawyers, international bankers and professional politicians who are devoted to a one world government?
Let’s focus on the essence of what we are doing here and get right with God’s law. Then let’s build our state republics up from the county level one person at a time. We will find that to be a much easier and faster process than we ever imagined possible when we get this right.

When we signed the “Jural Covenant of Ofice” we affirmed that:
“If appointed or elected to any office serving the people in the free state or Republic for the united States of America and I accept such calling, I will
faithfully serve this office. I will uphold, support, preserve, protect and defend … Republic for the united States of America Constitution 1789 and c.1791.”
Furthermore, those of us who were elected to Congress underscored that committment by confirming that:
“…we will support and defend the Constitution of the Republic for the united States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Having so pledged, before God, there are only two honorable paths to take; either support and defend the Constitution, or rescind your agreement and resign from office. We who staunchly support this document have every right to expect absolute unity on this issue without dissension from others in Republic.
Our foundation is set, and we are diligently at work building the structure. We have known from the beginning that some adjustments will be needed, but now is not the time to attempt that. To do so is counterproductive and potentially catastrophic.
Those who have sincerely changed their minds about continuing in the course we’ve set should either work with us for now to help move us beyond the provisional period or leave and commit themselves to another course of action. Either step would bring them back into honor.
It’s time to stop tiptoeing around the issues and start hitting them head on. A hundred people in unity are superior to ten thousand in disarray. We will win by force of virtue, not numbers.

The Dream Act has been heralded as a good thing for America. However, Americans who are worried about their security should examine this Bill carefully. The Goal of the US Military is to protect the Citizens of the United States. There is a big question that needs to be answered here. What country in the world has or wants illegal aliens in their military. I mean, our military is our last line of defense. Do we really want to depend on illegal aliens in our Military?

I have had a thought rattling around my brain, thought I would put it out for some feedback.
Background: The premise for the Republic is that we are re-inhabiting the de jure government. The de jure government was vacate in 1861 when the South walked out of Congress.
Question: Then shouldn’t we be adopting the lawforms (constitution, laws on books, etc) of 1861 and then correcting issues of the laws for today?
Reasoning: It seems to me if we go back to the 1789-91 documents, thoses de jure government seats were filled. I can understand why one would want to go back to that time, but to stay on the reinhabiting and not reforming, it seems to me, that we would have to adopt all of 1861 documents at the point of congress vacating and then start moving forward.
I know that logic thing is coming into play here LOL. Seriously though, I’m not trying to cause trouble, I am just concern that course may have shifted slightly without intention or realization of shift. If this has happened and is the case, then we would be out of line with reinhabiting, which could cause grief for us down the road.

Go here to listen to Kelby’s interview with Michael Varas on ‘Late Night in the Midlands.’ It was a great interview. Over 1 million radio listeners. This was just the beginning, there will be more coming. I was in the chat room last night on their website and the comments were amazing and very encouraging. Many new people actually begging for information on how to sign up and get more info. There were only 2 republic members in the chat area, me and one other guy. I guess the defacto did not have time to organize..there were no detractors, only positive comments from the many folks there.
Going mainstream was a little scary but many were praying for Kelby as he shared with these millions of people about what has happened and what we have done so far to get our remedy. They were very excited and the host of the show and the other guest being interviewed are now supporters of our Republic. 🙂

Hi Bonnie,
You raise good points, as have others recently, about our choice of law form. No thinking person can deny that a lot of serious discussion will be required in order to resolve differences of opinion and put the issue to rest, if ever it will be.
I would only add that I believe that it’s imperitive that these discussions should proceed in an orderly fashion and within the structure that we’ve all already agreed upon. The only way our Union will succeed is if we continue to work within the confines and upon the basis of what has been mutually established.
In my opinion, what is needed most at this point IS unity. That’s not to say that we should totally ignore our differences or pretend that they don’t exist. Rather, we should, in the best interests of the Union and the hope of freedom, set these divisive issues aside for now. We have more urgent business to attend to which requires us to work cooperatively.
The arguments promoting other Constitutions or law forms will only tend to distract, divide and confuse us at this point; and, when they are addressed it must be done so lawfully and prudently for the sake of progress. As noted above, we already have a law form that we ALL agreed to: “I will uphold, support, preserve, protect and defend … Republic for the united States of America Constitution 1789 and c.1791.”
If we each will just honor our word then we will be on firm ground to move forward until we reach a point where we can revisit the “law form” issue and then move ahead in unity with any needed reforms. The house has already started the process within the “Constitutional Studies & Special Issues” committee, and I would expect that the Senate is similarly engaged.
Whatever our personal opinions or preferences may be, the fact is that the original Constitution and the Bill of Rights were chosen by us as our law forms in Utah last fall, and that was done lawfully under common law and the Declaration of Independence. Changes will eventually come, but to press the issue now is also to invite disaster.
