There is a new section over at Gregs place I have been testing the waters to see if there were any Rusa supporters left over there. Everyone there seems to be all bent outa shape over the ID thing I also do not agree with the ID ‘s but I’m not going to slam Rusa over that matter I also pointed out that Rusa is more than just TT that there are many patriots that are trying to DO SOMETHING!

The robotic demonisation of Developing World spokesmen such as Ahmadinejad, Chavez and Castro by the corporate US media bears eloquent testimony to the effectiveness of what these “anti-American” leaders are saying.

I never said I agree with the Rusa ID thing that is why I said Rusa is much more than TT. What other organization already has governors, congress,senate and grand Juries assembled? Floridafree, aside from the fact that 0.005% population “voted” them in and less than 0.1% even know about them, the TRAP/RuSA government claimed TT’s “presidency” to be an interim one which after 6 months there would be elections (exact quotes : “There will be an interim President. The interim government will run for 6 months.” and “If people want a say in things they just need to wait until the six months is up and free elections are held.” – July 16th 2010). That was declared 7 months ago (and next week (March) it will be 8 months ago), so the truth is, it’s already passed its own self-declared election deadline without elections, and even if genuinely “de jure”, RuSA is now technically a dictatorship that has reneged on its own promised elections. If Obama cancelled 2012 elections in the same way, people would be screaming “fascist!”.
If RuSA really is “more than Tim”, then where are the calls for post-6-month-interim RuSA elections from those at the bottom / middle? Where are the calls from the “silent majority” to reign in Tim’s lies / history of failure? This is one of the core issues – RuSA supporters claim “it’s more than Tim” but won’t hold elections to replace Tim because Tim has convinced enough of them that Tim’s weekly promises of gold handouts from secret societies who’ll supposedly only deal with Tim are the only answer and that ultimately, RuSA ends up precisely being really all about Tim’s (plus his inner circle) endless promises on radio calls. The truth is, he doesn’t / never has delivered on anything, has no secret gold hoards, hasn’t met with any heads of state and has no military backing or ninja’s at his back and call, nor does RuSA as a whole, with or without him. There are no Navy Seals following Tim around (Seals aren’t personal bodyguards by the way, they’re amphibious SF’s), and Provost Marshalls also weren’t involved at all and didn’t deliver any Governor letters (as was repeatedly claimed by “Guardian Elders” including Tim), they were both faxed & mailed (many not even by certified mail), and even then they got the name of at least one governor wrong (Governor of Maryland was listed as “Joseph O’Malley” but his real name is Martin Joseph O’Malley).
Few RuSA members are calling for elections because they genuinely have been scared / browbeaten into backing Tim at any cost because Tim has repeatedly stated that “only he has the gold” (without which, RuSA is as bankrupt and powerless as anyone else – that’s the truth – everything about a new NESARA-style gold currency depends on a NESARA-style gold redistribution which RuSA wants everyone to believe it has, but doesn’t). From what I’ve seen, RuSA wants to be NESARA but no-one in RuSA quite knows what that means beyond clinging onto every promise Tim makes as the (literally) Gospel truth, then trying to forget / pretend he never said it after announced predictions don’t happen, and trying to distance themselves from him without ever actually finding the courage to criticize him for fear of being thrown out like others have.
Where’s the accountability of these claims? :-
TT: March 29 2010 : “Provost Marshalls with 3 de jeur appointed Guardians will serve Notice to the Governors, Key Staff and Cabinet Members of all 50 States that this country is immediately returning to De Jeur Common Law Government of The People. Interesting note : “de jure” above was mis-spelled as “de jeur” which is Italian for “of the rabbit”, ie, “Provost Marshals with 3 of the rabbit appointed Guardians…”
April 14 2010 : “We just arrested the bonds in all 50 states. Congress cannot do anything.” – Tim Turner
April 14 2010 : “Within 30 days the IRS is over, they will not be able to collect debts in this country anymore. This 4th of July will be a celebration like you have never seen because the American people will truly be free again.” – Tim Turner

And if Mizell was lying (more likely) then where’s the so-called accountability from RuSA supporters at the bottom for lies about RuSA funding made by Tim’s inner circle?…)
There’s literally dozens, maybe hundreds, more examples…
You can’t run any “government” like that by throwing around an endless string of failed predictions and contradictions like confetti at a wedding month after month and expect to be taken seriously. The more silent those at the bottom remain over glaringly obvious contradictions and outright lies, the more RuSA starts to look more of a cult following rather than a serious pro-accountability grassroots movement. How can anyone take Grand Juries / assemblies promises to hold the de facto accountable when they can’t / won’t even hold RuSA / Tim’s inner circle accountable / responsible for its endless false claims / missing $1.36bn of gold (assuming Mizell was telling the truth on RuSA’s call, if not then they’ve equally failed to hold Mizell accountable for his own lies of RuSA funding) / cancelled 6-month interim elections / bogus ID cards / proven fake ID card printing firm website? Even with a change in leadership, RuSA is still badly tarnished with prior lies and false promises and +95% of the populace will just ignore anyone / any group they’re suspicious of and it’ll just end up like another Emperor Norton, which for the majority of Americans, Tim (and increasingly RuSA by way of association as each month goes by) already is:-

To answer your question “Who will move in if de facto collapses” – If there is to be a serious interim government of some kind based on truth and not just empty predictions and contradictions, I believe it would probably be made up of well known, fairly honest, acceptable and respected public people from both parties (to eliminate claims of partisanship and maximize acceptance amongst the masses) who have previously repeatedly opposed the FR, called for banking reform, opposed the patriot act, opposed the Iraq war, don’t take corporate bribes, didn’t “fall out of nowhere” last year, hasn’t worked for FEMA / landed people in jail, and have run in previous genuine elections, eg, Ron Paul & Dennis Kucinich (whom more than 1% of the population has actually voted for let alone heard of), backed by genuine White Knights who actually reform the banks at the highest levels, and not just middle-men organizations with dishonest unelected presidents trying to claim credit for the entire patriot / pro-disclosure / pro-reformation communities. The 85-90% of other corrupt congress / senate, etc, removed can easily be replaced with *genuine* state / one-off elections that will 1. Allow everyone in the state to have a vote (and not just 0.005% who claim to “know better” for everyone), and 2. Without forcing anyone out for asking “too many questions” that RuSA has done in the past.
Take a look at Kucinich’s HR6550 (National Emergency Defense Act) : “restore the authority of Congress to create and regulate money” and “retire public debt” basically means “Shut down the Fed & FR notes and cancel the public debt”. It’s things like this that wake millions up / shake the dark ones up far more than “Asian ninja’s will give Tim +$400 trillion in gold and I Tim, can personally cure Leukemia in 5 days and I promise you’ll be using Treasury notes by August 2010″ stories on radio calls to a few hundred followers.
TT is RuSA and vice versa as long as TT is president of it. Even if RuSA is “more than TT” in your opinion, it’s still up to you and all other RuSA members to hold him accountable for his claims because his false words about the whole of RuSA do not just discredit himself, they discredit you and the whole of RuSA too. This isn’t an insult / wanting to “cut patriots down”, it’s just promotion of four plain, simple, basic old-fashioned values called : Honesty, Accountability, Integrity and Responsibility, all four of which are like charity – they begin at home.

I disagree Andy. That post was well thought out, well written and said what a lot of people are quietly thinking but don’t want to publicly say to avoid rocking the boat or not being “religiously pure enough”. That guy wasn’t demanding gold or handouts for himself, he was asking for basic accountability of public statements by de jure officials, and yes, RuSA desperately needs that, whether it’s “politically correct” to say it here or not.

About the Christian principles thing…
We are re-inhabiting our original dejure government. If you don’t think Christian principles was a huge part of that, you are grossly uneducated.
We are re-inhabiting, not starting something new.
Read the Federalist papers, organic constitution, your organic state constitution, etc.
Times have changed and we have to amend a couple of things (slaves,women’s right to vote,etc.) We don’t live in the 1800’s anymore obviously.
Our president was being attacked for being a Christian. That is his belief and he has every right to voice it, just like you and I. Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing.

I agree with you. It is all about communication and education…Those who read what our founders wrote have no problem understanding what is meant by Christian principles. Those who are ignorant of these writings have no clue. It is not about ‘religion.’ But principles to live by and govern by. It’s about liberty for all. And keeping it.

I guess I’m a little confused. You can hit Obama on, many, many things, but this law was passed in 2005. There was no Obama and Congress was controlled by the Republicans.

One of the ways in which times have changed is that this country is now filled with people of different faiths; in the time of our forefathers, there was pretty much only variations on the Christian faith. So, I’m afraid this is one area that is too different to compare. However, having said that, our forefathers may have been Christians of high faith, but the government they formed ensured religious freedom, and freedom from a state religion. And, yes, they used what you call “Christian values” (but actually, those values predated Christianity in other religions, so that while they may be the values Christianity espouses, they are not originally from the Christian religion).
Now, with that background, we must add the “political correctness” factor, which makes some people too sensitive (those who want people to hide their religiousness) and some people too insensitive (those who are tired of hiding their religiousness and tend to go overboard).
Personally, one of the things that I like about Tim Turner is his passionate stance on his faith. I don’t want to have a country where he should have to hide such an important part of himself if he wants to be a leader. So I’m not offended by when he says he goes by Christian values, I want him to say that. But, I do think, that he should use the words that show that he is talking about his own beliefs and character, so that he doesn’t offend or turn off people of similar values but of different faiths, and so that people of all faiths can be assured that Rusa is not a religious cult, but a government of men who are guided by a few common basic values and an undying desire for freedom.
It is up to all of us to make it be the later and not the former.

BLOCKING PROPERTY AND PROHIBITING
CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS RELATED TO LIBYA
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the
laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency
Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National
Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), and section 301 of title 3,
United States Code,
I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, find that
Colonel Muammar Qadhafi, his government, and close associates have taken
extreme measures against the people of Libya, including by using weapons of
war, mercenaries, and wanton violence against unarmed civilians. I further
find that there is a serious risk that Libyan state assets will be
misappropriated by Qadhafi, members of his government, members of his
family, or his close associates if those assets are not protected. The
foregoing circumstances, the prolonged attacks, and the increased numbers of
Libyans seeking refuge in other countries from the attacks, have caused a
deterioration in the security of Libya and pose a serious risk to its
stability, thereby constituting an unusual and extraordinary threat to the
national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby
declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

(ii) to be a child of Colonel Muammar Qadhafi;
(iii) to be responsible for or complicit in, or responsible for ordering,
controlling, or otherwise directing, or to have participated in, the
commission of human rights abuses related to political repression in Libya;
(iv) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial,
material, logistical, or technical support for, or goods or services in
support of the activities described in subsection (b)(iii) of this section
or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant
to this order;
(v) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to
act for or on behalf of, any person whose property and interests in property
are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(vi) to be a spouse or dependent child of any person whose property
and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
Sec. 2. All property and interests in property that are in the United
States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or
hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person,
including any overseas branch, of the Government of Libya, its agencies,
instrumentalities, and controlled entities, and the Central Bank of Libya,
are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or
otherwise dealt in.
Sec. 3. For those persons whose property and interests in property
are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence
in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds
or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to
be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I
therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing
the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice
of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1 of this order.
Sec. 4. I hereby determine that, to the extent section
203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) may apply, the making of donations
of the type of articles specified in such section by, to, or for the benefit
of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant
to sections 1 and 2 of this order would seriously impair my ability to deal
with the national emergency declared in this order, and I hereby prohibit
such donations as provided by sections 1 and 2 of this order.
Sec. 5. The prohibitions in sections 1 and 2 of this order include
but are not limited to:
(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or
services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and
interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and
(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or
services from any such person.
Sec. 6. The prohibitions in sections 1 and 2 of this order apply
except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders,
directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and
notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted
prior to the effective date of this order.
Sec. 7. (a) Any transaction by a United States person or within the
United States that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding,
causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set
forth in this order is prohibited.
(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set
forth in this order is prohibited.
Sec. 8. Nothing in this order shall prohibit transactions for the
conduct of the official business of the Federal Government by employees,
grantees, or contractors thereof.
Sec. 9. For the purposes of this order:
(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;
(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint
venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and
(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen
or national, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of
the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including
foreign branches), or any person in the United States.
Sec. 10. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the
Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the
promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to
the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this
order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions
to other officers and agencies of the United States Government consistent
with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are
hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to
carry out the provisions of this order.
Sec. 11. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the
Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to determine that circumstances no
longer warrant the blocking of the property and interests in property of a
person listed in the Annex to this order, and to take necessary action to
give effect to that determination.
Sec. 12. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the
Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to submit the recurring and final
reports to the Congress on the national emergency declared in this order,
consistent with section 401(c) of the NEA (50 U.S.C.
1641(c)) and section 204(c) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1703(c)).
Sec. 13. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any
right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity
by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or
entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
Sec. 14. This order is effective at 8:00 p.m. eastern standard time
on February 25, 2011.

GREAT NEWS FROM MICHIGAN!!!! We have 4 counties in Michigan that have ratified their county settlement documents and are now in the process of the 3 week publication of notice of the county settlement in the legal news of each respective county’s paper under an Affidavit. After the 3 week period, the county recieves a Publication of Affidavitt. The counties then can give offical notice to the county sheriff, and other corporate government agencies that the de jure county government is lawfully seated.

My Dear Companions of Destiny,
I sit here drinking my Chai tea at 4AM hoping that I can find the words to express what I am feeling in my heart. I will try my best, at this moment, as that is all I have at any given moment.
Although my perception of the “true” nature of this Republic’s status as a “Christian Nation” differs from my President and Christian brethren, I know in the deepest part of my soul that this Republic is the only way to free ourselves and the rest of this planet from the tyranny and slavery of the defacto government and their control over the minds, prosperity, health and freedom of the masses.
Does our President have the right to choose to surround himself with only Christians in the appointed positions? Yes. Wouldn’t we choose those we feel the most connected to and shared our deepest beliefs to advise and support us? Yes. Wouldn’t that make us feel safe and strong in our position to lead? Of course. Can we get over that he wouldn’t choose us/me for one of those positions? I hope so.
Does it really matter if people wish to believe that this country was founded on “Christian Principals” or on Universal Principals/Maxims? Does it really matter what we call them? Isn’t the fact that this Republic is founded on strong principals of goodness, sacrifice, love and a strong belief in a Divine Creator, whatever you wish to call him/her what’s most important? Is it so important that we be “right” and someone be “wrong”? Can we get over ourselves enough to allow the Creator to work through us to bring freedom back home to this country and the world?
I need to be able to get beyond my bruised ego and hurt feelings of being seen as the enemy/Satan, and as a divisive force in this Republic, because I choose to see that this country as founded on Universal Maxims and not “Christian Principals”. Does being seen as what is most despicable by my Christian President hurt deeply? Without a doubt. Of course, I would choose to be seen as an equal Spiritual Warrior on the same mission, to free a Nation from slavery instead. As I thought a few weeks ago while watching the “West Wing”, the question came up in the show, “Would you take a bullet for the President?” I had to ask myself that question. The answer is yes. I would take a bullet for Tim Turner. Does my heart hurt that the person I would risk my life for see me as an agent of Satan because I think that we are not a “Christian Nation” but a nation of truth and freedom divinely guided? This hurts beyond words. I sit here with tears in my eyes unable to see the keyboard because this hurts my little ego so much. Can I get beyond it, you bet. If I can’t get beyond it by myself, I will call a therapist, spiritual advisor or pray my little heart out to surrender my egoic bruises’ and limitations. The needs of the Nation are much greater than my broken heart. I am willing to continue to pledge my life, my fortune and sacred honor to promote freedom in this country by getting behind my President.
I know many of you see “reality” (I use the term loosely) the way I do. Your calls and emails have been both heartwarming and greatly appreciated. We must give up the need to be “right” and join forces behind our President to bring this Republic, to the rest of those still stuck in the slavery of the defacto government Matrix.
I will push through all my limiting beliefs and perceptions that can and would get in the way of uniting behind our President, James Timothy Turner. Do I need to agree with him about how he sees this Nation? No. All I need to remember is that this is the only game in town and I am in it for the long haul.
I invite all of you to pray for Tim, this country, our Republic, each other and ourselves to get the job done. We need to pray or tune in to Divine Guidance, Love and Wisdom to remember to do what is best for the world. We are servants of a Divine cause and must remember that in every moment regardless of what limiting beliefs our minds want to attach too. “We are the people we’ve been waiting for.”
Let’s get to the business of building a Republic.

No. If RuSA is deliberately keeping non-Christians out just for being non-Christian, then RuSA is in clear breach of the US Constitution:-
“No religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” – Article VI, Paragraph III, US Constitution
It’s one thing to have strong personal beliefs that guide yourself in life, but it’s quite another to start tearing up the Constitution with anti-constitutional religious tests because of them. Keep it real people.
