Kari, I think you mean Ecclesiastical Trust. Tim Turner has stated that he has registered the RuSA as a 508 Ecclesiastical Trust. That’s a non profit religious trust. The term “Ecclesiastical” is really an antiquated term, and the trust is simply called a 508 trust these days.

Interesting. I never heard Mr. Kelby talk about an Ec.Trust under 508 of the internal revenue code. When did Mr. Tim say that? I’d like to listen to that for myself, not that I doubt you. Now I have another question. If RuSA is trying to take down the defacto and put the IRS out of business, why is it necessary to register RuSA as any part of a defacto classification let alone with the IRS? Now I’m really confused. Is RuSA going to have to submit accounting papers and tax stuff to the IRS? Man this is a rabbit hole I didn’t even know about. Personally this makes me fearful and uncomfortable. I am glad I asked. Thank you.

Kari, sorry about that…Mr. BF aka FB aka whoever likes to pop in here and try to discourage whomever he can…he is either a plant or just an old man who gets off on poopooing anything positive. An allegious trust and an ecc. 508 are way more in depth than you may think to explain. And there is an explanation why it has to be done this way in the beginning (the 508). Lots of factors involved. If you will allow me to have your email addy I could do it in email form, after supper and the prayer call tonight. Can not tell which recording to listen too. You as all of us must do the work and listen to the earlier republic public calls to find the statement. I do remember it was mentioned as the Trust form used. And that the IRS calls it a 508. But there was no claim to have asked for or filed with the IRS for the recognition as a 508. The IRS reference was only for clarification of the what it was and that they had a de-facto recognition in place for it. In no way would Turner ask IRS for any thing, beyond, “When will you go away?” Properly stated it would not be put in form of a question.

Help republic members. RJ when speaking with panama law spoke of the law that allows chemtrails being discussed on the republic call prior to that recording. Could not find it. I would like to know the reference to this law that allows them to legally spray and test biological weapons on the people. Thank you kindly in advance if you can find that reference. Feb 14th my skies were again FULL of those trails. A nice blue sky day turned out by afternoon to be cloudy due to jets cris-crossing over my head the entire day. I am fed up with this in my face activity and the military allowing it unchecked. Reference please anyone?

Also Justanotherfreedomfighter replied. ( go back and read both of them right after your question) Here are a few words, that I undersstand about it.
An ecclesiastical trust is what most FREE nations of the world use…..
It means they are a free and independent nation. The Vatican uses it, the Crown, most all the other free nations of the earth… almost all of them use the same format . It’s basically for financial and banking purposes. And this type of trust is sacred and usually not touched except by trustees. I guess it is called 508 here but we are not asking any permissions from IRS.
