This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

Checked out your link there. I wonder if this is lefty propaganda to make Obamao look good prior to the elections? The one thing I caught is the Secretary of Human Services is BLACK? This would be Katherine Sebelius? She is not black. So anything that supports some untrue content could in fact render the information given shall we say, less than factual? I have heard of this information before about Obamao being a so-called good-guy. His actions speak louder than the lying words he uses. The jury is still out on this one, we shall see.

One solution could be to get to the polls and vote as early in the morning as you can. That way, anyone following who may try to impersonate you won’t be able to. In my area, it’s been proved that they are bringing in busloads of people from the Los Angeles area to hit all the precints, and each person on the bus will vote several times at various precints. At the end of the day, they are bussed back to Los Angeles, given a 100 dollar bill and told to forget everything about the day. Voter fraud is rampant in CA.
You can volunteer to be a precinct observer and possibly spot fraud & report it. I think you are allowed to take photos (outside the precinct?) too as long as you don’t interrupt the election process. Check out “True the Vote.”

Never in the history of this great nation have we had a group of more inept, corrupt and unethical individuals at the helm of national leadership than we have today. For the last 21 months we have seen nothing but lies, cover ups, back door deals, bribery and collusion coming out of both Congress and the Senate as a legislature under the Democratic Party’s control pushes one unconstitutional bill after another into law regardless of the voice of the people in opposition. When faced with truth, they attack the messenger, vilify the delivery and pull out the old standard race card wherever possible, applicable or not (in fact thus far not). They have made a complete mockery of our Constitution and Republic form of government as the radical Socialists among them race for the finish line almost visibly salivating over their NWO plan for global communism.
Suddenly it’s the U.N. making policy for a great sovereign nation as the Congress that never was attempts to pass legislation to comply with Agenda 21 behind the backs of the people. Treason is committed left and right, corruption is exposed and even our Judiciary branch reveals itself accomplice to all the criminal action being taken against the people.
The Obama administration made up of completely unqualified individuals works by their own playbook, “Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky”, to fundamentally transform the country and dissolve the Republic form of government all the while claiming we live in a Democracy and they are just making things more in line with “Social Justice”. A little research into the history of the world under that silly concept should show you where it leads and it isn’t pretty to say the least.
Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve is bankrupt. The Congressional CBO has stated the current spending levels are unsustainable and there is NO MORE MONEY! The deadline for a Congressional Budget for the next year is today, September 30, 2010. Suddenly instead of a budget which they can’t produce because you can’t budget a negative balance, simply avoids doing its most basic job by passing a temporary spending measure to keep federal agencies operating until after the November elections. They put all controversial issues on the back burner until then as well while blaming the Republicans because they won’t cooperate with the spending addiction and blatant unconstitutional measure, all to avoid paying the price for spending us into oblivion, ignoring the people, refusing to accept personal responsibility and postponing collapse in the hope that voters will not notice.
“One foot out the door, the House and Senate convened just long enough to vote on a “continuing resolution,” a stopgap measure to keep the government in operating funds for the next two months and avoid a pre-election federal shutdown.”
That makes it pretty clear they care not about doing the job. They care only about keeping it at the people’s expense! They head back to their home states to engage in campaigns that will resemble a junior high cat fight as false accusations and disgusting tactics are thrown from both sides. By the way if there was any money to budget in the first place why would they need to avoid a “pre-election federal shutdown?” Why not just do the job? They’ve had a year to do it and there will be no more bi-partisan cooperation after November than there is now.
On the horizon is the re-value of the Iraqi dinar. The Federal Reserve owns tons of them and is counting on it to refund itself. Obama has absolutely no power to effect when and how this will take place but the PTB are planning to have it happen very close to the November elections so that Obama can take credit for it in hopes of keeping Democrat control over the legislature. Do not fall for it. He will accelerate the spending twice fold over the amount coming in. The destruction of this country is the plan and that is not going to change.
American’s need to scream their heads off at this de facto criminal congress and demand they go right back to work, either get the job done or admit defeat. Allowing them to get away with this only facilitates additional time for them to do much more damage to a bleeding nation.
There has never been better reason to abandon the corporation to finish eating itself and return to the Republic. This Congress is not recognizable as the lawful body it is supposed to be.

My Grandfather lived in Texas, so we went there quit a bit too when I was little. I’ve always loved Texas, it’s a great place.

Andy, you are right and I was wrong. Damn, there are actually two bills under the same name, (House Bill 875).
The difference between them is that the older one (relating to service retirement allowance) has already been adopted by the legislator (Description: PASS) while the newer one (relating to motor vehicles and traffic) hasn’t been yet.

Here’s the latest on the Miami Bank of America Robbery last Friday…….It shows one of the suspects putting something in the back seat of the vechile. They said all monies were recovered….They are dredging a body of water close to the Bank…..said they are looking for the weapon…could it be they are looking for something else…..Even though I have my doubts about the Packies, it does sound fishy about the whole robbery. Also, they are offering a $100,000.00 reward but only for the next 10 days and then it drops to $25,000.00. I have never heard of anything like that have any of you?

Rj, I don’t think anything bad about you. I like you very much(in a friend kind of way, LOL). RAP is being targeted right now, along with several other groups. I can not align myself with any groups. Last time I did, I was pulled out of a swimming pool, and revived… luckily.
Ever had food poisoning? I have… 3 times in 6 months. I was in the hospital all 3 times and one time for 2 days. I thought I was done, but the Big Guy up there must have been watching over me. Since then I had shut up for a while, but I am getting restless. I will not join the other side, but that will most likely be the end of me one day.
I can not help you to publish anything, the pressure was placed on me. I have a family to worry about. If not for RAP, I could keep on working on the site. I was warned about helping, so-called, anti-government groups. Since you are part of it, I can not be connected to you. I can answer some your questions for a few days, but I can not help publish. I don’t have to remove the site, since it is not an official RAP web site, it is morningliberty.com. That is one thing to be thankful for.
For the last few weeks, off an on, there has been a vehicle parking near our home(we live in the middle of nowhere). The vehicle is about 1/8 of a mile away, and it appears at about 2-5 am. I have run out, jumped in my truck, but by the time I get out of the driveway the car is gone! I am not happy about this. Even one of my neighbors is wondering what is going on.
Also, someone has been in my home while I was not there. I know this because I have a few things I do when I leave in order to detect this. Any door opened, window opened, or if a floor is walked on, I know it. So far, 1 visit this year. That is better than when I lived in Fort Lauderdale when I had it happen 3-4 times a year. Nothing is ever taken, just moved around. Most likely copying my computer data. That is why I leave no computers at home when I am not there.
Am I paranoid? Well just a little, but these things are happening. I am very angry about it. That is one reason I moved most of my provisions from my property. It is not safe here anymore.

I was holding off filing bankruptsy to see if the republic could get control of this evil corp illegitimate govt. and it appears they may be fighting a losing battle. Non confrontational can only get us to talk of remedy. Actual remedy will only come from confrontation i.e. our fascist leaders are NEVER going to go straight or resign. Name one fascist leader in history that was NOT removed. America is a ZIT and it is about to pop and blow puss all over the people. I am going to set my own deadline of Oct 15th and after that I will file chapter 7! Between car maintenance and the SEVENTY PERCENT TAXATION off MY LABOR. And I sent RJ all the money in my paypal when greg posted his needs. Im done and cooked folks DEAD BROKE! My prayers continue unabated never the less!

Filing for bankruptcy is not as bad as it ‘sounds.’ I did that last year after much prayer and input from confidants. It was the best decision for me at the time. I’ve ‘never’ regretted it!!! Actually, when I walked out of the courtroom, I actually felt God’s mercy and grace and broke into tears. For me, I had ended up in that place due to some medical issues. The truth is, God’s ways are ‘much’ higher than what we can even conceive of.
For ‘any’ reason that you are in this place, and need ‘help’ … ‘now.’ God knows. He’s gone before you!!!

Joe, I’m positive that your generosity will be returned to you. Remember that 1) many, many people have gone the bankrupcty route, you will be among good people, 2) it’s not your fault; “they” (who have the power) have worked to put you in that position; it was specifically their goal, and 3) it will have no meaning when the Republic grows stronger, as we will make it.
Know that many of us are putting off things like taxes ect. while we wait for the good guys (and try to be part of the solution at the same time). And remember that you can file for bankrupcty, cancel it, and refile over and over again, while you wait.

I just emailed the new docs that I got today. The training just ended. Loooong training. They asked us to NOT use these docs in a defacto court. This is for our use in OUR courts. There will be a law team that will use them to go into defacto but this has to be done the right way in the beginning. There is alot of work to do. Tim was on for a few minutes and thanked everyone for the hard work and gave us encouragement. 🙂 KTF!

On Monday, they found out.
Four state senators, three lobbyists and two powerful and politically connected businessmen were among 11 people arrested and charged by federal investigators with being part of a wide-ranging conspiracy in which lawmakers were offered generous campaign contributions in exchange for pro-gambling votes. All are facing possible jail time.
I don’t know if this is part of the beginning or not. Might just be a completely separate case not relating to anything else.

I am from Alabama. I can’t ‘verify’ that this is a separate case but ‘trust me’…our people have a ‘lot’ more going on than this situation! I know the leaders from the Republic of Alabama. I’m thinking that these people have dug their own holes….’if’ what we read / hear is true. Personally, I seriously don’t believe it has anything to do with ‘us.’
I personally believe that this is a local (Alabama) situation that most likely is going on in ‘every’ state that pertains to ‘whatever issue is the hot spot.’ It just happens to be a ‘hot’ issue in Alabama. Looks like ‘all’ of the parties are being ‘called out.’ Seems that the folks in Alabama are ‘fed up.’ Not sure yet. It could just be another ploy for political action.
