Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. So, please post only a few lines or a jist of an article and then post a link to the rest of it. Thanks Folks.

I just talked with our newly appointed Governor, Jerry Bond. He is doing a ‘fantastic’ job handling all of the paperwork.

They are talking about the HUGE World Trust. TT mentioned on one of his calls about the various payouts when the Trust is released. We believe the Trust has been opened but deliveries of said funds have not been received.
So many updates about deliveries…that never happens!
My thought has always been,’Why would they announce the delivery date of huge amounts of money?’

Also to shine God’s light to continue to reveal the truth about the accident. We were there with the family for the calling hours most of the afternoon and evening. I have never seen so many people paying their respects. The family was still there receiving visitors at 10:30 this evening, and it was supposed to have ended at 9. I expect the church will be standing room only tomorrow for the funeral service.

Tim was never part owner of Josie Broadcasting company. Tim’s only business venture, other than his debt elimination seminars, was a now apparently defunct heavy equipment leasing company in Skipperville, Alabama.

It’s address was the same as his home address – 723 County Road 37. The phone number for the business, though, was a cell phone number in Florida.

Josie Broadcasting owned WRJM TV. It was in receivership through 2009 when it was acquired by Enterprise Capital Company and changed its call letters to WIYC. The WRJM website is dead. Mizzel, the actual owner of Josie Broadcasting, did not win his case. There is evidence on Pacer that Tim terminated his third party liens early in 2010.

Rocknee: The only way we can find out if this case was actually filed or even adjudicated is to search the court cases in that Alabama Court…another sign-in.. * Sigh * But, we have no Case #… * Sigh *
When I searched for a case number, all I got was the same info over and over from different sources. Many reported this “victory,” but there have been no updates since April, 2010.
The only man who can answer this question is TT IMHO.

Rocknee, I don’t think anyone cares about Tim’s past anymore. In the end, it’s only results that matter. And the jury is still out on results. Time will tell.

It does seem to appear those like VKD and Terri Tinkle would love nothing more than to be TT. Egos cloud their judgement for sure! I’m not so sure if it is operating “normally” after 3 judges retired. Obviously as usual we are not being told the whole story.
Steensland is the third judge to leave the bench recently. Circuit judges Lawson Little and Ed Jackson have retired.

I haven’t seen the document yet either. I look forward to the honor and privilege of reading it when the time is right. I am sure there are some very good reasons that are probably “over my head” for my not having seen it yet. I trust the judgement of the people (of fine character) who HAVE seen it. I’m thinking (and this goes for everybody – not just you) that at this stage of the game if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Seems there are a lot of folks out there still thinking they still have the luxury of having “their opinion.” We’d be in deep dookie if God wasn’t in charge.

Wish I had something positive to share but I have not seen much positive since we have changed the leadership in the house to me it like more of the same just different names. One good thing is that someone in the Congress decided it was time to read the Constitution I’m still amazed this is the 1st time it has ever been done. Does anyone have a running count on how many states are left to complete the republic? How many states are left to have a full seated republic are we getting close? It looks like Florida is finally getting their act together.

Hello All: I am trying to catch up but when I get to where I think I am about caughup someone throws a cog in the wheel and why I don’t understand. From what I have been able to understand is that there are some that like to lie. I voted for Tim Turner myself and why this person, If I understand correctly, said he was self appointed. I know at times we can agree to disagree but there are only a very few that become upset if it is not their way. We all must meet in the middle but not with a lie. A lie was created by satan in the guarden of Eden. We have to depart from evil to be able to keep
