This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. i just want it known we are fighting a jurisdiction issue here right now my friend melody rose had her republic id taken from her in court today as she proved that the defacto court had no jurisdiction on her she even cited defacto law to the judge as she filed judicial notice to show the judge he had no jurisdiction over her just before he found her in contempt of court took her id issued to her from our republic and told us anyone could make an id from the trunk of their car now she is in jail they did not observe her rights and kidnapped her against her will now i know i painted a bad picture but i digress she is one of the first in our assembly to challenge the defacto so its time to put up or shut up she is in jail for all of us so its time to stand up for our sister in God and let them know we are done with the slavery so pray for melody rose our sister in this movement

Do that for sure to inform republic leaders of your situation. What republic are you in? I tip my hat to you both for what you did to stand up to a defacto jusge and that takes nerves of steel these days. You and Melody are very brave for what you did and I admire you tremendously. The republic leaders do need to support you with information to move forward and correct Melody’s incarceration in the dejure court. But this republic is still in the building process and your situation does warrant action to set a precedence for future ignorant defacto judges. Does your county have a dejure grand jury yet? Junk silver dollars (90% silver) are currently around $26 and may be the best value but then silver eagles are beautiful and 99.9%

the is was taken from her without it being shown but we did push the fact that the court had no jurisdiction with her as we did file judicial notice and even cited the defacto statute that supported it i am not here to argue the fact her id was taken and yes it is to be used to show jurisdiction cause if you show it to a police officer who pulls you over it is to show him he has no jurisdiction over you so if not then when we are fighting this for all of us so please dont be upset cause we are trying to fight the real fight here its in our face if not now when we have to be the pioneers and blaze the trail so i hope her time in jail is well spent for all of us so when she gets out i will be the first to thank her we studied for weeks to prepare for court the judge decided he was against her before court even started so is the the country we want or do we want to fight to make it right so please do think i am trying to start a fight here i am just pointing out that fredom cost others have paid a big price this is just a small payment ….i know easy for me to say i was not cited for contempt of court and put in jail for 5 days so please dont think i am trying to be disrespectful i love every one here

This sales tax would replace income taxation, payroll deductions and over 300 billion in compliance costs.
Protecting income from taxation would flood the country with new private investments in the trillions of dollars.
Want to create jobs? Make America a safe haven for income. Isn’t this part of making Government less intrusive?
Where would the argument of extending tax cuts for the rich go? If you want to stop this needlessly divisive debate, stop taxing people and start taxing things like New Retail only. Leave anything used taxed free. Used cars, homes, and boats too would go without Federal Taxes. Wouldn’t that decrease indebtedness?
Alexander Hamilton said in Federalist Paper 21 that consumption taxes were self balancing. If the consumption tax became too high, people’s natural frugality would decrease revenues. The affect on government is immediate, not softened by layers of tax code guaranteeing multiple sources.
Simplicity brings transparency.
In the 2010 Congress there was a bill, HR25, that did not make it out of committee again.
Neither Party has seen fit to bring it to the house floor since it was first introduced over a decade ago. It has never had open public debate, although this legislation has 60 sponsors!
This is the FairTax legislation.
This New Year, please make it a truly NEW Year by taking a few moments to fax your house representatives and encourage them to sponsor and bring this legislation to the floor for debate. Please contact your friends. Encourage them to educate themselves about this. We need to start the dialogue now.
