Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

As things stand now, Credit River Township is just now considering incorporation. Examine the markings. I was working with Jerry to get that evidence directly published here in Colorado, where it all began (fiat) as BUCHANNAN’s war chest. That is likely where Jerry got his distaste for the attorneys pushing to incorporate.

I did that. Docs 29 and 30.
You don’t have to eat your words though. Tim reinstated the lien by process twice. He did so because the court would need to move in admiralty to terminate them and the court was not willing to go there. The court cannot terminate Ronald Roy’s lien (but I have not called to check if it is terminated). Only Tim can terminate the liens. Tim did that in late-February. They are definitely terminated and Tim has not moved to reissue any process on them because he will be held in contempt if he does.
I may be difficult for him to move Ron’s lien now though. Ron is in prison.

Since Tim was not forthcoming about terminating the liens, I cannot expect he will reveal the reasons why he did so. I was and still am convinced that rather than escaping six assassins Tim was in federal holding (rather than military lockdown) while the DoJ engineered a method of turning an intelligence mill.

Where is the law?
It is right there in the Constitution – prohibiting states from legislating obstacles that might inhibit the obligations of contracts. Do you know what a naked adhesion contract is? That is when you are handed a blank page and expected to sign your legal name on it. Do you do that with your paycheck? That is the naked adhesion contract you have been conditioned to sign every payday (electronically too).
I implore you, before running with this information (fraud) to at least search the Articles of Incorporation to discover that the charter is to promote sporting events! I have a crazy feeling one of you will try grabbing this for evidence the USA is in fact a corporation…

I’m not sure what ranchero42 is implying..or even what these articles are. Mississippigal, you are completely right. THEY gave us their cards and requested that if at any time, we needed them, or if ‘anyone’ harassed’ us, to please not hesitate to call them. They were very polite to all of us that day that we met. Thanks Linda. Yes God has blessed me so abundantly. Last of our company left today. It has been a wonderful week! Spending time with the Alabama folks and our President on Wednesday, then seeing all of my family (except my oldest son who’s in Afghanistan) and making some great memories with my children, grandchildren, my 97 yo Papaw, my parents, my husband’s parents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. Wow! It’s been great celebrating and worshipping Jesus and telling our little ones all that He did and does for us, and why we celebrate Christmas.

I think he was just testing the waters. David Merrill has been posting on the colorado jury site. He posted a few days ago that he had heard that Janet on Wednesday nights call mentioned that Andy’s site would not allow anything negative to be posted about the republic. I informed him that it was more like if you want to post and you don’t have anything of value to share about restoring America, there are other places that would welcome you. Having questions and honest concerns and willing to discuss these in a peaceful manner is honorable. Time is short and we need to get this done.
Patriots from all over this republic need to get together and stop all of the backbiting, egos and eating their own. If, you are involved with a movement, group, effort etc. that is moving forward and having positive results, let everyone know. We are ALL in this together.

Andy, I just checked out the site today wanting to show it to my sister. I was surprised when I clicked on the image of our new ID to hear President Turner talking. I know I’m speaking to the choir here but those who question how Tim Turner is always referring to “God is the one who is driving the direction of this movement” need to go READ the “5000 year leap” you can download a app from Amazon and can read this right on your PC or on a E-reader the e-book is only $6.00 if you have not read it I highly encourage you to read it.
After you get through the first cpl of chapters you will then understand that Rusa is following our forefathers directions how anyone can NOT see this is the right thing to do is beyond me. We are in the 5000 year leap and we have no choice but to follow the Declaration Of Independence. It is our OBLIGATION to follow the guidelines of our forefathers.
Everyone is so damn worried about the FUNDING they are missing the BIG PICTURE. What came first during the days of our forefathers it damn sure it was not funding it was FINDING the MEN to follow the lead of their CREATOR. If our forefathers were here today I do believe they would tell us that Tim Turner and the other brave men and women are headed in the right direction. As we were always told in the military you can either “‘lead,follow or get the HELL OUT OF THE WAY”!
From what I have seen since I have been on Andy’s blog most here are headed in the right direction and when the ones who need to get the HELL out of the way Andy does a damn good job helping them find their way out. Does anyone know if Florida has a Ambassador or Governor yet?

Yes FF. The Speaker of the House (Mark) asked us to read it a few weeks ago. And you are right! This is God’s plan and we are doing our best to follow it. Tim (actually the American people) has the funding (being blocked right now but it’s there) but you are also right about the BIG PICTURE. In God’s time, everything will come together and ALL will be amazed at how He did this. (including the funding) It has been a slow start but the choo choo is picking up steam now. There still needs to be a transition period so the ones who are still sleeping don’t freak out. Also so the evil ones don’t freak out. We MUST be careful…it must be peaceful…or we could lose our back up.

We decided Not to file our county docs with the defacto. We keep very good records at the county level and state level. That’s all we need as far as we are concerned. I think each free state is different though. It just depends on what your state wants to do. Just make sure you keep good records, electronically and physically (hard copies) and back up and keep in safe place. Your governor should also have everything for extra verification and safety. And all docs should have the governors embossed seal including your personal docs. Make sure your governor has a copy of everything for his/her records.

I watched my son in California stand up in court, say the same things, and have the same result. The courts think that they can do anything they please, and they do. But we have only begun to fight.

I tend to be morbidly curious when it comes to the courts after my hideous foreclosure experience and the many lives I’ve seen literally ruined by them.

It was just a traffic stop-registration that had just run out 2 days before. He decided to fight it, but the things the court did were outrageous. He eventually had to give up fighting because he had taken up fighting his girlfriend’s foreclosure and didn’t have the time or energy to continue. So he paid it but is proceding with liens and complaints against the court. Fighting on more than one stage.
Steph, I’m so so sorry that happened to you. Wish I could somehow have helped. The courts as are, are evil.

Thanks Paula, I didn’t mean that the lives were ruined by the foreclosures, I meant that it was by the courts. Re the foreclosure, I am so over it. I did the administrative process on it to the letter. No dice. The judge and attorney (who flew up from Las Vegas for the day) got 3 houses in 20 minutes…. . All in a day’s work. On one of the houses that was taken that day we had tried previously to bid on it with silver dollars. No dice. But that’s why I loved the comment about the “tupperware party” in that video. They all act so high and mighty when they are really the scum of the earth.
Home ownership (and the American dream) isn’t all it’s cracked up to be any more. It used to be a good thing when a person could get equity or if the value increased and a person profited that way. But now with the taxes, inflation, etc.. I am very happy in an apt.. and I am in a better part of town, more historic. That house served me well in the good old days while my son and daughter were growing up and I did (obviously) get/spend the equity out of it, lol. As you say the time and energy it takes is just unbelievable. I hope your son and his girlfriend can hang in long enough for the Republic to prevail. My sister is in the same boat. She just got the 60 day notice so she might make it under the wire. We need to get the grand juries in place like they are doing in AZ.

Was George Bush Jr. delivered a coffin as a warning?

The accident that left a fancy sports car on the lawn in front of George Bush Jr.’s front lawn last week bears a striking coincidental resemblance to the traditional triad custom of delivering a coffin to someone’s front door as a warning. This, combined with the attack on Prince Charles and Camilla, the car entering Obama’s security zone and other incidents seem to indicate the spontaneous emergence of organized mass resistance to the banksters. The Western elite, for their part, are now working hard to fundamentally reform the stewardship of this planet. In fact, although no formal announcements have been made, a transition process has already begun.
As a first step, scientific, economic and other experts around the world are being consulted on how best to create a new global economic planning agency charged with ending poverty, stopping environmental destruction and sending life on earth on an exponential, peaceful and constructive expansion into the universe. The winding down of the Federal Reserve Board is now expected to last until August 1, 2011. That is the date when the Bank of Japan, the Bank of England and other central banks will stop printing US dollars.

By that time, most of the gold stolen or received from China in the past 150 years will be returned to China. In exchange China will write off all US and European debt. US dollars held by non-Americans will then become first gold-backed and then commodity backed neutral units of exchange managed by an impartial agency staffed by a meritocratically selected international group of professionals. The United States will issue their own, government controlled new currency, possibly to be called greenbacks in recognition of the previous efforts by Presidents Jackson, Lincoln and Kennedy etc. to free the American people from the clutches of international banking cabals.
One of the most important trigger mechanisms for this process will be the filing, expected in January, of RICO organized crime charges against Daniel Dal Bosco, the OITC, Giancarlo Bruno, the Davos World Forum, the UN and others. As reported in previous weeks, international police and other agencies are waiting for Neil Keenan and his group to charge these individuals and organizations with the theft of over $1 trillion in funds from a group of wealthy Asian families. Neil Keenan is a genuine hero who has refused massive bribe offers and evaded attempts on his life as he has pursued this case.
The Federal Reserve Board has already contacted Mr. Keenan and told him they would help him put the stolen bonds in a trading program as soon as they are returned. Mr. Keenan would then use the funds to develop suppressed technology. He has already demonstrated factories that have the ability to cheaply remove salt from sea water so as to allow the greening of the deserts.
Another hero in this battle is Chodoin Daikaku, head of the world-wide Japanese martial arts associations. Daikaku and his White and Black Dragon colleagues have been purging the Japanese underworld and body politic of Satanist proxies. Daikaku was also a close friend of the singer Michael Jackson and has vowed to bring his killers to justice.
Also a great hero in this battle is Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin who led a group that freed Russia from the Satanic cabal that has tormented the Slavic peoples since 1917. The White Dragon Society sent an envoy last week to the Russian embassy in Tokyo with an offering of alliance. Putin’s response apparently was to publish photographs of himself wearing Judo clothing. The White Dragon Society has suggested that Russia settle its territorial dispute with Japan by returning the two of four dispute islands it has already promised to return. The other two islands could then become a jointly administered Japanese/Russian free trade zone. This would allow Japan and Russia to finally, formally end World War 2.
Other heroes in this battle wish to remain anonymous because they believe we always need to have good people in the shadows in case the situation once again changes in the favor of the Satanists. However, we can say that good elements in the Rothschild family and the Royal Families of Europe will be given a chance to show all the good they are capable of doing once the Satanic parasite that has been tormenting them is removed.
There are also many in the Pentagon, NSA, CIA, FBI and other US agencies as well as in the global criminal underworld who wish to remain in the shadows even though it was them, acting out of moral conviction, who first dared to bring the fight to the Satanists.
Criminals though some of them may be, they drew the line at killing innocent people, especially women and children.

Found this on Steve Quayle’s website tonight. Thought it was very interesting. Also there is an article about silver for all of you who own and those of us who need to buy silver……
American Free Press is reporting that during September and October commodity staples like cotton had already risen by 54 percent, corn had climbed 29 percent, soybeans 22 percent, orange juice 17 percent and sugar by 51 percent. The rise in prices have NOT shown up in Supermarkets because none of the big food corporations wants to be the first to raise prices so dramatically. This cannot continue. Add the freezing temps to the situation and it could get ugly.

I’m in Florida, so we know the freezing is always a good time to raise prices. Who’s going to argue with mother nature?
