By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

There’s so much to share!! So much thankfulness!!! Mississippigal and Germak, it was such an honor to have you here this evening!! I have so many wonderful memories from this evening! Tim? Heck no… he has not been arrested. In fact, it’s the other way around. I was in on the meeting earlier this week with the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice. They weren’t there seeking out Tim, Tim was wanting them to meet with us so that they could know that we are NOT involved in ‘any’ disruptive actions. It was an awesome meeting! I will not say anymore as I understand that there are those copying and pasting and putting comments on other blogs and making up lies. God knows!!! Enough said.
Yes, this blog got the ‘high five’ tonight!! Andy, thank you for all that you are doing to bring truth to those of us that really care…and choose not to distort the truth.
Word of advice, for those that copy and paste my comments and ‘change’ the information..in any format…, you WILL be held accountable!! You can run, but you can’t hide forever!

Rocknee, not only will the ‘few’ badmouthing be embarrassed, we are going to witness MANY coming into a real realtionship with Jesus! This document spells out what has happened….and what will happen….all spoken with integrity. All of us need to be praying for a HUGE spirit of forgiveness…. that’s the ONLY way!!! In my life, there has always been ‘changes’ that have happened when I was introduced to ‘truth.’ There were also ‘prices’ I had to pay with coming into truth. It would have been ‘much’ easier not to know. Others in our great country are going to be slowly introduced to ‘what has happened.’ It’s time for showers of mercy and grace! The ultimate TRUTH is…God is in control!!

I want all of you to ‘know’ that we are on the right path! There are ‘so’ many things happening behind the scene. My impression, after reading the document (that spells MUCH out) is that we need to pray for an anointing of forgiveness!!! There isn’t a single issue that hasn’t been addressed. I put down the document and just covered my eyes and prayed. We MUST come into a unified form of forgiveness….and call ‘those that be’ into a spirit of repentance! That’s easier said than done. It takes ‘me’, Janet…bowing before my Heavenly Father, God, Jesus Christ, to receive forgiveness…so that I can give forgiveness!! It’s all by His love and power. There is no other way!

Janet, I can bear witness to what you are saying about forgiveness. When I was in prayer last night, the Lord spoke to me about forgiveness too and that after individual forgiveness, there needs to be a collective spirit of forgiveness that we apply. (This was before I read your post) The Lord will see to it that justice is done and as we’ve heard before, forgiveness pulls down powers of darkness and releases God’s power to heal and restore.

There is a excellent article over at NESARA about what the Banksters are up to if what I read is true this is not good for Rusa as it looks like TPTB are getting ready to make a major move with the Iraqi Dinar. If the Dinar is revalued the de-facto will NOT collapse they will have the funding to continue their evil ways and we will be looking at a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT!

Thanks for posting the rep wed night call it sounded good and I PRAY Tim is right when he says the de-facto cannot get funding. Where will that leave those who are military connected? If the de-facto cannot provide pay to those who are part of the military it is going to be quite a site to see what will happen. My guess will despite all other de-facto programs the military will continue to be funded. How? They will simply tell the Fed Reserve to fire up the printing presses once again.
As long as there is paper and ink the De-facto will continue to fund out of thin air of course anything we go to buy will be priced so high you will not be able to afford anything.

Sparrow, that section deals only with Grand Juries for special terms. It’s not a general ruling about Grand Juries. The case referenced deals with a special term.
People v. Brautigan has nothing to do with “dejure” grand juries in the sense that RuSA is using them.
In People v. Brautigan, an existing grand jury extended its term to collect more evidence in a case it was investigating (a special term). Because their original term was up, a new grand jury was, at the same time, convened. A judge in the state case ultimately decided that two grand juries couldn’t operate at the same time, and ruled that a grand jury that existed in fact (defacto) (the newly convened one) could not exist if a grand jury convened by law (dejure) (the original and still sitting GJ) was already sitting.

Why did the de-facto Congress adjourn “sine die” ? Do they not intend to return? Are they admitting game over? If you look up the term “sine die” it is Latin simplest way to explain what it means is it is adjournment without a date of return.

FF, that was the last official session for this Congress. This Congress will not meet again. So It was adjourned sine die. For more information on parliamentary procedure see Roberts Rules of Order. A new Congress will convene next year, with some new members.

The problem is that you emphasize the Robert’s Rules term. It is used loosely even when the body politic will be meeting the next morning sometimes. That particular event was historically spectacular though – March 28, 1861 (not 1860).
Because of the confederation of Southern States seceding from the Union the Congress did not convene until July 4.
This began the Emergency in America.

Can someone please read the email below that I received from Teri Hinkle and tell me exactly what is she saying! I know for a fact that there is someone on the database she sent out has resigned and someone who has been on board and a Rep since day one is not on her list! What was her motive in sending out this email along with the database? I asked her but no response from her or it could be that I told her to remove my name and everything
from all her lists! She must really be a part of the defacto trying to derail
RuSA as she is striking out at all of us working so hard to have a smooth
transition.

I am going to be very busy tomorrow and on Christmas Day….I had a neighbor and church member to die this evening at 10:00 p.m. She was only 54 years old…..Very sad for the family here at Christmas! I want to wish everyone a very safe and MERRY CHRISTMAS! May we all celebrate the REASON for the SEASON! I love my family here so very much….Yes, Kimmy we made it safely home…We took the Florida route and drove all the way through Florida to get home but had a wonderful time talking to Janet most all the way home….She was afraid we were going to go to sleep at the wheel…..we assured her we wouldn’t, but being the compassionate person that she is, we had a three way conservation with her most all the way home. I dropped MissyGal off at 5:oo am and I made it home at 5:30 am….Can you believe MissyGal was over at my house at 10:30 am to wake me up! lol I had taken an Ambien, but I got up and I have been going strong since then…I am just about to call it a night as I am TIRED! Goodnight everyone… have pleasant dreams. Hope your husband is feeling better Kimmy….you two are such a wonderful couple!

Reactivating the Common Law Grand Jury
A Brief Strategy Suggestion
BACKGROUND
When the colonies separated from England, King John retaliated by revoking the charters. Technically, the colonies were without any legal authority to operate. However, civics (the branch of political philosophy concerned with individual rights) was generally taught and known by the people who asserted their rights and maintained order by applying the common law. The people united in the form of common law grand juries and continued the functioning of government.
As the legislatures matured they slowly increased governmental power while simultaneously reducing personal sovereign power. This was done through a combination of passing pro-government legislation and reducing or eliminating education about civics. Today, two and a quarter centuries later, hardly anyone even knows the meaning of the word, “civics.”
Despite the fact that the state and federal constitutions still acknowledge the common law as the ultimate law system, people everywhere are conditioned to believe that the statutory law and codes are the only source of law. The only remaining common law term generally known among the public is “common law marriage.”
The common law grand jury is now dormant only because of the public ignorance of its powers that supercede all other government entities, including the modern statutorily defined grand jury. Awakening the grand jury will not be graciously accepted by the government. A strategy is needed to reintroduce this fundamental protection against tyranny and injustice.
STEP 1 – ESTABLISH LEGITIMACY
The first step is to get public acceptance. Every dictator in history understood the power of the people and cultivated their support either through enticements or threats. Reactivating the grand jury concept will go through four traditional stages: denial, ridicule, violent opposition, then self-evident acceptance.
Theoretically, the grand jury can meet anywhere, anytime. But that is hardly good image. One way to get public acceptance and minimize denial, ridicule, and violent opposition, is to hold the grand jury sessions in the public court house. The foreman could apply to a court administrator for use of one of the rooms in the public courthouse. If it is refused, then the court administrator should, under common law procedures, be sued for his dereliction of duty.
The grand jury should follow normal protocol. In other words, if the grand jury begins a process on its own, the resulting accusation is called a presentment. If a prosecutor orginates a process, then the jury returns to the prosecutor an indictment (also called a “true bill”) on acceptance, or a “no bill” on denial. [Note: be careful with your words. wrong words may result in inaction! If you call the presentment an indictment, the prosecutor may feel no obligation because he did not initiate the process!]
STEP 2 – GAIN PUBLIC ACCEPTANCE
The second step is to start small. The grand jury could take on issues which anyone can easily see should be prosecuted. As public acceptance increases, the grand jury can enlarge its field of inquiry. The grand jury should have a strong public relations program for this step.
STEP 3 – TAKE ON LARGER PROJECTS
The third step is to take on grander objectives. If the first two steps are well executed, then this step will be the easiest. With both legitimacy and acceptance established the grand jury can make itself felt.

I have been doing this for quite some time.
I have been chief justice on an ad hoc grand jury too. The very first thing for you to do is get territorial. – Like what Kelby said the other night; When you show your Travel Warrant to a police officer you are identical to an American Indian on the reservation. You need to have a reservation for that. Otherwise you are just like an Indian off the reservation. Well, except in your case with the Travel Warrant you are claiming that you have a reservation somewhere that you are off of? No, that’s not quite right either.
Look for yourself at exactly what you are promising the stopping officer. The card guarantees setoff in Equity – $$$. That is why it is called a Warrant. A warrant is a financial instrument, when it is for arrest it is calling for seizure of the vessel in rem or usually in personam for bond of 2x the damage incurred by the violation (general bond rule) or for a fiduciary to appear who is good for that amount.
Therefore if you want to pull one of these Travel Warrants you are promising for one thing that you are good for the liquidity bond in your state (because you insurance company will not be covering you any more) times two.
When Tim gets funding for the Republic then maybe the officer will give Carson City a call and send them the police report for immediate setoff.

You talk about being like an indian off the reservation and you would need to get territorial but that is not what the amish do. I grow up in the amish country of penna. and they amish are all over the northeast. The amish do not pay taxes and are not under the de facto juristiction are they?

I have not studied the Amish very much. I believe they are landed. They own enough contiguous land to be an established positive law jural society. I read a supreme court case once about education requirements, now that is intellectual property so the Court was intrusive, because the children are free to enter the greater society. If the Amish want to drive cars off the “reservation” they are required to have driver licenses. There are some issues around using horse-drawn carriages on the public roads but I think they get around okay.

It is a pleasure to address such a great and wonderful people. We have been through many tests this year. Some who were faint of heart have fallen away. I am very thankful for those of you who have stood with us through all of the lies, deceit, and attacks from the enemies of America and freedom. You were not deceived by the fear tactics. The attacks will continue for a short time longer and then their mouths will be shut by the unveiling of the truth. God, the Almighty Creator has guided us to victory and that will be apparent soon. Those who ran away in fear will soon be ashamed that they did not stand. Let us forgive and restore them wherever it is possible, if they repent. Never forget that they were not there for you when you were standing on your faith in God the Creator. We can allow them to be involved with the Republic but must remain diligent and keep them from positions of authority because they have proven that they are not worthy of our trust. Grandpa always said if a snake bites you once it is his fault, if he bites you twice it is your fault. Let’s not get bitten twice.
The coming year will be an exciting one. We will see many changes. As our government is being peacefully re-integrated we must be patient. Our movement must remain totally non-violent as the Creator has commanded or we will certainly loose our position. As long as we do it his way we will have complete victory. We have only come this far because of the Creators help and we must continue with his guidance. I thank all of you for all of the hard work and dedication this year. God is going to honor your labor.
Let us always be aware of the reason for Christmas and give honor to our Lord and Savior. Many get caught up in the commercial aspects of Christmas and the Lord gets lost in the celebration. He is the reason for the season and it wouldn’t mean much without him. I pray that each and every one of our people have a wonderful and blessed Christmas season followed by a safe and prosperous new year. I hope that you will pray for the leaders of this re-inhabited Republican government that they will always follow the Lord’s direction. God Bless you and your families.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
It has been a tremendous pleasure interacting with so many of you wonderful people over the past several weeks. I am so encouraged that We the People can have peaceful union, mutual respect, protection, and wise judgment, all under God. The creator has brought us together from all walks of life in unity to acknowledge God, and honor His righteousness. He chooses to bless us, and begin to lift a curse that has been the natural consequence of violating His character and dishonoring His natural, as well as written law. He hears the cry of His people, His arm is never too short. He is never early, and never late. As we celebrate the first coming of Christ, scripture tells us it was at an appointed time from before the foundation of the world. His second coming in Glory will also be at the appointed time, and is a reminder that all we have experienced in the past year has also been appointed. Even though it has been hard, and seemed uncertain from our perspective, we can TRUST in Him and His sovereignty. May the peace of God guard your hearts and minds in Christ(mas) Jesus.

Traffic Stop
Subject: Traffic Stop
A guy makes a rolling stop at a stop sign, and gets pulled over by a local policeman.
The guy hands the cop his driver’s license, insurance verification, plus his concealed carry permit.
“Okay, Mr. Smith,” the cop says, “I see your CCW permit. Are you carrying today?”
“Yes, I am.”
“Well then, better tell me what you got.”
Smith says, “Well, I got a .357 revolver in my inside coat pocket. There’s a 9mm semi-auto in the glove box. And, I’ve got a .22 magnum derringer in my right boot.”
“Okay,” the cop says. “Anything else?”
“Yeah, back in the trunk, there’s an AR15 and a shotgun. That’s about it.”
“Mr. Smith, are you on your way to or from a gun range…?”
“Nope.”

As for forgiveness, you don’t get to slap someone (metaphorically) and then call for forgiveness. When you give forgiveness, you must first let go of the anger. You can still be cautious, but you’re not offering forgiveness if you are still bitter or angry or trying to get in a dig. So, in the spirit of the day, I am forgiving everyone (except, of course, the banks and their minions, the politicians ). LOL

So let’s discuss the remedy that Tim was talking about this past week. Say IRS, Foreclosures, mortgages. It sounded to me like each republic has to get their de jure grand juries in place to hear presentments. Now is this at the national, state or county or all of them? Sounds like arizona is close. Any other republic in good standing?

Mississippi has its federal jurisdiction gj, state jurisdiction gj seated and working on counties now. Many free states are at this point. Many free states have juries that are hearing cases now. IRS issues and many of the prisoners’ issues (without injured party) fall under federal jurisdiction. Many, if not most, foreclosure issues fall under federal jurisdiction. You will begin to see a majority of free states doing what Arizona is doing now in the very near future. 🙂

That is really great news about Mississippi. Since our state moved to the federal, we are having issues seating the state again. I am hoping that once some other state republics start hearing cases, ours will come on board and get moving.

I was listening to a talkshoe the other night with David Clarence and Jean Keating.
David is a Biblical and Trust Law scholar (really sharp) and very well versed in both.
At some point in the recording he’s talking to someone that called in and said “I don’t know why everyone’s running out and buying up all this silver, all they need to do is start converting their larger bills to one’s”.

He goes on to explain that …..
In the scriptures it says: He who has the most will obtain the least, and he who has the least will obtain the most. So when they bring in the new currency, the man standing at the Federal Reserve window to trade his worthless money in that’s holding a 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 dollar bills, will walk away from that window with the least. The man who has a handful of 1 dollar bills will leave that window with the most, and those dollar bills will be worth much more than a 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 dollar bill.
Why is this? Because the dollar, whether it be a silver dollar or a 1 dollar bill is the only lawful currency of the United States. The Constitution tells congress they have the authority to regulate the weight and measures; the value. They haven’t changed the 1 dollar bill in forever, but they keep changing the other denominations, ever notice that?
A 100 dollar bill is actually 1/100 th of a ‘dollar’, and a 10 dollar bill is only 1/10 th of a dollar. It’s an illusion. The dollar is different than a 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 dollar bill. If you look at the seal on
In the front left of the dollar, you’ll notice it says around the seal “Federal Reserve Bank of (insert city and state here)”, it’s because it’s a “BANK NOTE”. Now look at the 20 dollar bill and you’ll notice it only says “UNITED STATES FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM”, because it’s a Federal Reserve Note ……. Two totally different things. The dollar is worth something, and the Federal Reserve Note is not.
The Fed debt is base on how many “DOLLARS” are in circulation; they must have so many “DOLLARS” in circulation to issue 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 dollar bills. There is NO bill anywhere worth more money than a 1 dollar bill. So don’t worry about buying silver and gold if you can’t afford it, just start converting your larger bills to 1’s.
Everything we hear about our currency is “The US Dollar”. You never hear the “The US Twenty Dollar Bill” or “The US One Hundred Dollar bill”, that’s because everything is base around the DOLLAR. It’s the only true currency.
Just to prove to you how much purchasing power one US Dollar has (as in a one dollar bill), you can go to any bank in town, and if they have a silver dollar in their drawer at the window, you can exchange your one dollar bill for the silver eagle dollar. I did this the other day with two one dollar bills. I bought $60.00 worth of silver for 2 bucks. What does that tell you? That tells you that a silver dollar is exactly one ounce of .999% pure silver and right now it’s trading for about 28.00 to 30.00 per/oz. That means your one dollar bill is worth 28.00 to 30.00 or whatever the price of silver jumps up to.
I bought two American Eagles (just exchanged them) for two one dollar bills.
Now don’t get excited and think you’re going to call all the banks in the metro tomorrow and buy a bunch of silver for $1.00 and ounce and get rich, because there are a lot of guys out there who know what’s going on and have close relationships with their bank and when the get silver dollars in the banks call them. Just start asking when you go to the bank if they have any silver dollars in the drawer, and if they do, watch what happens when you ask to trade your one dollar bill for the silver dollar; they’ll hand it right over to you, no questions asked.
Now the Fed doesn’t send the real silver dollars out anymore, just the newer fake ones, but if there’s a silver dollar in that drawer that a customer brought in and exchanged it for a one dollar bill, the teller will exchange it for a one dollar bill no questions asked.
Remember, a silver dollar is a dollar bill, and a dollar bill is a silver dollar, they are the exact same thing. So don’t go out and spend up all your money buying silver dollars from local coin ops or online retailers for $30.00 each. Instead, just start cashing in your larger bills for one dollar bills.
When it comes time to go to the Federal Reserve and trade in your worthless 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 dollar bills, the exchange rate is going to be very low; as in $10,000.00 worth of those bills may only be worth $3 – $4,000.00 ……… BUT ….. if you have $2,000.00 dollars worth of one dollar bills and the price of silver is $100.00 per/oz, you’ll be able to cash your one’s in for
$200,000.00 worth of the new currency ….. That’s Two Hundred Thousand Dollars.
As the Scriptures say: He has the most (5’s, 10’s, 20’s, 50’s, 100’s) will obtain the LEAST, and he who has the least (1’s) will obtain the MOST ……. Get it?
Now I don’t know if the government will honor this exchange rate when the new currency comes into play, but this overall theory just blew my mind and makes perfect sense.
The US Dollar is one powerful unit in and of itself. It’s how many DOLLARS that are in circulation that’s important, not the higher denomination bills.
I think I’m going to save both, one dollar bills and silver dollars.
Wouldn’t be hard to put back $500.00 in one dollars bills. If this theory is correct, and silver jumps to $100.00 per/oz, then the one dollar bill will be worth $100.00 too.

I don’t think that makes a lot of sense. If $1 has a set value, then that will continue to be 1/20 of a $20 bill.

P.S. This is the lien he is banking on now. As of August fines and penalties had exceeded $1T. Ronald Roy though, he is now in prison for a couple years for filing false liens.

Correct me if I am wrong.
The read of the referred documents only release liens of Mizell and exclude those of Tim Turner.
The recording asked questions intended to mislead. When you asked the clerk why the terminations were on and off.
The documents clearly show a court order had terminated once and the lien was reinstated.
Then terminated by Mizell again excluding Turners interest. As the proof you have given clearly shows Turners interest still stands.
My guess is Mizell was scared off or worn down during the fight. Not important as of 2-22-2010 his interest is terminated.
You show us nothing of the termination of Turners interest.
I ask is your point to let us know about Mizell or Turner?
Then I ask what of the assignment to Sam Davis? If it was assigned partially to Davis and Turners interest still stands Davis is still in the action.
