By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. I can agree with you that we need to see verifiable results where I tend to disagree with you is I do think Tim Turner is attempting to gather a group of patriots and attempting to re-inhabit the republic. I do not see Tim Turner as lying as some others are saying. If anything I would say that it is Tim Turner who is being lied to by those who are out to destroy this move to re-inhabit the republic.
If we could see where these dis-info agents are coming from then just maybe they could be dis-credited perhaps they are plants from the de-facto which I do not believe instead I do believe many are former RAP and just letting their egos drive their OPINIONS.
No one to date has posted any FACTS this has all been nothing but OPINIONS.

I have listened to many of RJ’s interviews and it just drives me crazy how he is always interrupting his guest speakers. It’s almost like what he says is more important then what his guest has to say. I mean why have a guest on if your not going to let them talk.

After listening to that call last night the only thing I will say is get your supplies and guns and ammo ready as Rusa is not going to get it done in time.
First off people are expected to go out and buy this ID and then the de-facto will just back off when you show it to them? I remember seeing where police and sheriffs are being trained how to spot a person who believes they are a sovereign citizen and that they need to approach them with caution then they show that Jerry Kane tape.
IMO those ID’s are going to get someone shot! Why if we are all sovereign do we need separate ID’s ? Remedy should be for EVERY American citizen and we should not have to be NEGOTIATING to get remedy. What happened to the FED,IRS,ADMIRALTY courts going away?
I guess I just don’t see it and seeing as I’m part of the U.S. Military I guess I am bound to stick with the de-facto and continue to pay my taxes. I am ready to die for my country but I will be damned if I will go plunk down $200.00 to get a sovereign ID all so I can have a bullseye painted on my back so when I get stopped for a traffic violation some trigger happy cop decides I’m a bigger threat to him so he will eliminate the threat before he ends up like the cop that approached Jerry Kane!
Common Sense says this plan unless greatly altered is doomed to failure just my opinion and we all know what they say about opinions. If the IRS,FED and courts are dramatically changed then I may begin to believe that Rusa is the right way till that happens nothing will change except we will have some very brave people running around with overpriced ID’s

There must be a transition phase. Let’s say tomorrow we tell America defacto courts are unlawful, we are now under dejure courts and common law. If your republic state or county does not have a dejure court in place…chaos and lawlessness would reign. When you set up a dejure court in your county, it is the only lawful court in that county. This is being done behind the scenes(soon to be out in the public) peacefully and lawfully. This is the only way to keep down the chaos.
The executive branch is busy working on certain things. The legislative is working on other things and the judicial is working on their specific things. Some are confused because they listen to different ppl talk and sometimes they contradict each other. While Pres. Turner has his specific things to do that have been authorized by the Congress, we don’t know all the details. The details of the things Congress is doing are not always known by the judicial. And vice versa. Add to that the ambassador meetings, the governor meetings, the djgj foreman meetings and the individual state republic assembly meetings (who can do whatever they want) and you have a ton of things going on. No wonder things can get confusing at times. So…in others words, we are all working very hard to get our specific jobs done so they can all come together. And God is blessing us.
So far, the ids have been used with success EVERY time. Amazing indeed.

The way you spelled it out makes some kind of sense thank you for that. Don’t you think it would be much safer for Rusa to say unless your county has de jure grand jury established DON’T attempt to show your sovereign ID?
My problem with the way this is being done is many people are in limbo especially those in the military if a military member was found to be supporting another form of government they could be in some very hot water. Military members will have to remain with the de-facto until such time that they are told by their superiors they now fall under the republic.
Something has to be public all this web site,talkshoe,e-mails do not mean much of anything to the average U.S. citizen and most will cast Rusa off as a bunch of crazies. I know when I introduced RAP when it was RAP to neighbors they now look at me as “that crazy patriot guy on the street”.
They think I was a nut for going to protest in D.C. two times or the fact I am part of the American Grand Jury my point is unless something is put out over the Lame Stream News it means nothing to the general public.

It is very confusing and somehow should have been organized for smoother transitions, ie which constitution are we, the republic using. At the same token, we are in uncharted waters. Prior to the Utah was it the ursurped one or the original one that was reinhabited.
This flack with teri h and senate pro tem being elected first to be the president, what constitution did she get that from. Did we do things the ways we wanted because we were operating under the Decaration of Independence until Utah?
Being retired military and getting a retirement check for the foreign govt??? Was the oath to a ursurped constitution. Maybe one day, the rain will settle the dust!

Yes FF, I understand what you are saying. If you use your travel id in your republic you bes be sure you got back up. Showing your national republic or state republic id is not gonna be a problem. Many ppl in our country have different IDs. Yes we are ALL in LIMBO right now. We are expecting everything to be public shortly and are trying our best to prepare for the influx of ppl trying to sign on and get IDs. Most ppl will also need to be educated BIG TIME.
It will be extremely important for those who are sitting the fence right now to come aboard quickly when the cat is out of the bag so those already educated (like you)can start filling positions and helping others with the education process.
I am counting on you to be there when this happens. I will be calling on you and the amazing things you have to offer, expecially to our young folks. 🙂

Thanks for the kind words and the explanation of what you think is happening. I would love to jump on board and do whatever I can to help the restored republic but I am a realist I’m retired military therefore part of the de-facto and I know who at this time is in charge of the military now of course I have my doubts about who is the actual Commander In Chief as I’m sure many other who are on the military payrolls do but I am also no fool I know if I was to sign some document that says I belong to the restored republic that the de-facto could then come after me which does not scare in the least BUT I do care of what it could do to my family.
Voicing a OPINION vs. signing on a dotted line makes a big difference when it comes to military courts. I guess what I’m trying to say is how can the republic be restored if the most powerful military in the world belongs to the de-facto? Until such time that it is made public that the military is now working for the republic I do not see how anyone who is in anyway connected to the military can sign on with Rusa.

Personally I don’t have a Republic ID. I am waiting to see the acceptance of the passports once they come out. Once I see people leaving the Republic and coming back in, I will be all over this. I realize that this is somewhat cowardly but I am responsible for others safety and can not afford any contact at all with the de facto at this time.

Anyone can apply for an ID but before they make your ID, you must be verified with the governor of your great state republic, and stamped with the state republic seal.

You will love this. Not quite correct to say without verification. One has to provide Picture ID, ie. Drivers license, SS# etc. along with the application. Yes a trail back to the De-facto it is. I looked at it as a means to and end be it as it may. If the AZ cops will get mad and stomp off when you are traveling, good. As long as the iron stays holstered we are good.

Lots in this area are wanting answers about the IRS. What happens if you are having problems with the IRS and join the Republic? I have a number or people that are waiting on this one.

The Declaration of Independence is exactly what it says it is; it inevitably led into a long, bloody War of Independence, not into a “peaceful re-inhabitation of the Republic”; a term Republic wasn’t even mentioned in this historical document.
The Declaration of Independence is not the Supreme Law of the Land. Indeed it declares that “Governments are… deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” – but the Founding Fathers have specified in the Article 1 of the US Constitution lawful ways to gain or lose consent of the governed; by elections or by impeachment. The RuSA gov’t hasn’t gained consent of the 99.99% of Americans in any way possible, what else those prescribed by the US Constitution.
Let me remind vets amongst you:
“I, ….., do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

You need to educate yourself on the fact the current US government does NOT have the consent of Americans in that consent based upon a fraudulent trick is not true or legal consent. Most people do not have a clue that the government that claims to be their government is actually solely the government of the territory of the District of Columbia, and not the government of the land where they live. Nor do they know that the Supreme Court has repeatedly held that that government does not have to follow the Constitution. If you do not believe what I just said, you have not done your research (you have not done enough research to be commenting here amongst more educated people). Rusa is not a new government, rather it is the government of the land upon which we live. Washington D.C. is legally an alien land, and an alien government. Do the vets you know realize that they have sworn allegiance to a foreign government? If not, how legal, right, or true is that swearing?

The legislative branch of the US government has gained the consent on elections few months ago. The only lawful way to prove that was “based upon a fraudulent trick” is on the court; else it’s just hearsay.
Can you provide me a name and preferably a docket number of the SCOTUS’ case that might confirm your assortment that “the Supreme Court has repeatedly held that that government does not have to follow the Constitution”, please – I don’t rely on rumors.
The research is not seeking all over the internet for tidings that might verify someone’s preconceived opinion, but a critical thinking approach at it.

MississippiGal, what do you think about adding comments from others regarding what they felt regarding fears, feeling of relief, etc. Would love to have those comments as well. I am working with MissGal on the same project. Soon, we will need to be ready to address questions / answers and ‘try’ to decrease the shock, etc. Any input you can give would be helpful! If 3 things happen there will be less fear and more joy and I don’t think the republic will have problems finding others to be come part of the republic.
I will list them in the order of importance.
#1. Proof of Military belonging to the republic (the people)
#2. Announcement that IRS will no longer be stealing the money out of your paychecks
#3. Announcement that the Federal Reserve is closing up shop
Now if #1. happens you can be rest assured 2 and 3 will close to follow as there is no way that the military would leave the de-facto if the Federal Reserve was not going away as everyone knows it is the international bankers that are running this country. If Rusa has found a way to rid the earth from these evil scumbags then I can see Rusa moving ahead.

Let me remind vets amongst you:
“I, ….., do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
The Constitution of the united states is a de facto one. The organic was the Constitution for the united states. Isn’t this correct. Should you follow an unlawful order?

Barry, it doesn’t matter what Turner tells you about it, I have sworn to the existing Constitution of the United States; it is a lawful one until proven differently in a lawful way.
Do you know anything about the Uniform Code of Military Justice? Accordingly to it the “Unlawful order is an order to commit a crime in a plain sight”.
This is not a moot point.

This is our REMEDY!
I’ve been studying this for about 3 days now, listening to the archived shows of him explaining it and how to use it.
This document looks to be VERY powerful.
The gist of it is: We were born into an institution with an E-State (estate) automatically created in our behalf.
The estate is setup for us in the Scriptures and Scripture is Trust Law. Trust law trumps all other laws. When you’re operating in Trust law, none of the codes, statutes, regulations pertain to you.
When you get home from the hospital, you get your 1st piece of mail (birth certificate); that’s the gov’t notifying you that a trust has been created on your behalf. That document is sent to the office of the executor/executrix; the highest official, which is you and I.
The registrars seal/signature on the back of the document is proof the estate has been or is in probate. By transferring that document to us, the live human being, they are acknowledging that we are the executor/executrix of the Estate.
The address of the estate is the file # of the birth certificate.
The US Corporation is indebted to each and every one of our estates. The creditor has immunity from the debtor, and the debtor can’t bring claim against the creditor.
All debts have been paid and the bills we get are illusions. The office of the executor is the ‘creditor’
The documents the government send us are manipulated by lawyers, and the intentionally leave off the word “Estate” at the end of your name to keep us ignorant to the fact that we are the executor/executrix of the estate.
If the IRS,Gov’t, sends you a letter and you respond with the executor letter and add “Estate” to the end of your name like this John T. Doe, Estate you change the relationship of whatever entity you’re dealing with. When you add Executor to the end of the name, you’re informing them that they are now the debtor and you are the creditor.
Throughout our entire lives the government has been raiding our Estate. Since we don’t know what’s going on, they treat us as the Trustee that is in violation of their Trustee duties and they penalize us for it.
David says to stop chasing all these patriot/freedom law programs etc. Stop trying to jump through hoops finding a loop hole to separate yourself from the corp. and filing 1,000 page documents at the Sec.of State, County recorders, etc. and simply OCCUPY the Office of the Executor. This denies everyone else of having the presumption of having authority over anything having to do with the estate.
They are (Gov’t, IRS, etc.) presuming to have authority to administer the estate because they have no letter from the executors office giving them that authority.
The executor letter is calling them to task by asking “Where’s your authority to Administer for the Estate”?
They haven’t been appointed the Trustee for the Estate because we haven’t appointed them those powers and we’re the only ones that can do that because we are the executors/executrix.
David says it doesn’t matter what gov’t agency, bank, creditor, IRS agent, etc. sends you a document (lien, levy, tax charge, failure to file, etc.), when they do that, they are in violation. They have no authority to administer that estate (your all capital letter name) and that you send back their paperwork along with the executor letter to the highest law office in their organization, as well as a copy to your Office of Governor and Office of Attorney General and automagically you’re done with them … END OF STORY!
I’m still studying this, it’s intriguing. I think this may be the real magic bullet to stop the tyranny each of us are suffering at the hands of these quasi government agencies steeling our money and throwing us in jail.

Once you inform them that you know about the estate, and you know that you’re the executor of that estate, and you haven’t given them written consent to administer that estate, they’ll run for the woods.

The ruling in the Downes v. Bidwell case narrowly held that the U.S. Constitution did not necessarily apply to the “Territories of the US” (like Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) Instead, the US Congress had jurisdiction to create law within territories in certain circumstances, particularly dealing with revenue, that would not be allowed by the U.S. Constitution for proper states within the union. It has become known as one of the “Insular Cases”.

Please, don’t tell me that you don’t know that D.C. is a territory exactly like Guam, ect.? Darlin, you need to go back to school. Additionally, you don’t even know what an Insular Case is, let alone that that has no relevance to the subject matter, which is that territories do NOT have to go by the Constitution. And, the government you grovel before is that of a territory. Downes v. Bidwell has never been overturned, and that is what is relevant.
