This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

That’s what’s always bugged me about those guys…….they won’t cut to the chase. Maybe it has someting to do with the fact that thier “jobs” depend on maintaining the “status quo.”

While at the bank earlier today I saw a notice posted at the drive up window that our bank would no longer be accepting “Federal TT&L deposits” . So I came home and looked up what that was and this is what I found out.
The Treasury Tax and Loan (TT&L) Service enables a financial institution to collect federal tax payments from its customers and retain these funds at a competitive rate of interest.
The last day for financial institutions to accept Federal Tax Deposit (also known as TT&L or IRS Form 8109) coupons will be December 31, 2010, under a Treasury final rule change (IRS REG-153340-09). Under the rule, most businesses will be required to pay those taxes electronically, beginning January 1, 2011.

While the turmoil between a few states persists we the people on Arizona are moving forward at a rapid pace. We have been getting our butts kicked by the de facto on a daily basis but are converting hundreds if not thousands by the month. The issue of the funding with a few, seems to be a source of continued assault. I wonder how the fore fathers would have changed the country had they been in a warm home with television, internet, groceries stored in a reefridgerator, while watching their children sleep in a safe warm bed. I have watched our assembly and grand juries whittled down a bit every month only to be multiplied and strengthened in numbers again. The answer I am given by the ones that have droppoed out is almost
always the same, when are we going to get paid? when is the money going to come through? My answer, when we are ready. I know that the minute men in 1700’s didn’t hop out if bed and run to the aid of the republic if thier govt. check cleared the week before. I know as the sick and weak in a heard die off first or are takin by the wolves it makes the rest of the heard stronger and less feeble. As one of the people on Arizona I say to the nay sayers and the complainers, bring it, We have not come this far to quit. We have acomplish much. You obviously missed my post a few days ago. If there was proof of the Trust now it wouldn’t have been dismissed would it? NOTHING will see the light of day for the bad guys who paid into the trust, why is that so hard to grasp? This was played out the way it was not just because it’s part of the plan but it was part of the agreement with Maheu and the bad guys. The same reason AL didn’t put anything damaging in the compliant.
Why are some making this harder than it is. Bjenkins, who said it would happen between this fall and early 2011? I’m cool with you not reading my posts or agreeing with me, but I have put so much info out there over the last several years that if you would have connected them you wouldn’t be seeing this from a negative light. She told me the Governor thought it was a great idea and so did I, so we booked a date far enough in advance to give everyone time and yet not too far into the winter months to escape the snow. No time for Roberts Rules, committee deliberations, debates, questions, or asking permission.

The details, speakers, agenda could all be worked out later, a real command decision.

Loretta has invited the Utah Assembly and others to meet and discuss the New county and State level Constitution, documents, strategy, networking with other groups, the republic, etc for the weekend of Nov 13 and 14 at Wind Walker Ranch in Spring City, Utah
She can host up to 72 people for beds for Friday or Saturday night and over 100 in the main dining room for discussions.
You need to bring your own food or contribute some suggested cash donations to the food budget for the number of meals you will eat there; she’s providing the facilities and we provide the food and a donation for the room if you stay either or both nights. This will be for all day Saturday and you can also stay over Friday or Saturday night or both if you like.
Suggestion is $6-10 per meal and $40 per night for the room.
She also needs a RSVP via E-mail soon so we know who’s coming and how many to plan on for food purchase and preparation and room reservations. I have already gotten the room with the jetted tub for Sat night, eat your heart out.

Correction as to the Windwalker Ranch gathering
Dear Utah republic members
The e-mail I sent out yesterday was an open invitation to many groups of people from many other organizations from Loretta and she asked me to make the announcement and we went over details as she was driving. We needed adequate time for the info to be passed on and plans made and the winter was coming in fast making the roads bad and decrease the turnout. This was not a formal or “Official” gathering/convening of the Utah Assembly sanctioned or approved by the Governor. Perhaps the invitation should have read to all Utah republic members instead of using the word assembly? Sorry for the mistake. I meant no dishonor to the office of Governor. It did not have any letterhead on it or his signature; this was a private gathering of those who might be interested in joining the republic. Loretta had suggested the idea to Utah assembly leadership and they liked the idea but did not book a date.
At that time Loretta told me about Stevens very serious problem with armed 7 law officers looking to arrest him. I sent out an EMERGENCY e-mail to the assembly asking for your prayers in hopes of a peaceable solution in his behalf.
This even may turn into a very large one as Nathan Peachey, and Sam Davis have been invited as well as other groups in this region. We have just planned for Saturday presentation day but maybe it could continue thru Sunday. Some may want to come in Friday night and start discussing the many issues we have. Many have very firm and hard ideas as to wording of any document so please be amenable to ”other” ideas and be understanding. We are all here to learn and combine in a solid republic not argue.
I need some ideas as to what we will present to the group and they most probably will want to present their ideas too.

At our next Assembly meeting a committee was set up and Vickie came up with a good formal invitation. She wanted “TAKE A STAND” which sounded too harsh so we went with “come together” or “to gather” or “gather in” to soften the words. I sent invitations to many including Ed Ylst and he decided to make this a regional event and started invited all the people he meet at the Vegas Conference a few months earlier.

Vickie made addition changes including changing the title and I left on vacation, our grand hopes of a large event were dashed, only 100 people had booked the ranch and it was just going to be a local/regional event. Oh well maybe next time! I got back a week later and still nothing much was happening except the Kelby firing and the rumor that Tim was not going to speak at the event.
Then the preverbal manure hit the rotating blades. The announcement that a Convening of the republic Congress would be at Wind Walker Ranch was unthinkable. Podunk Utah in podunk Spring City? One bathroom for 227 people; in just a few days; how could that happen?
THE LAWS OF GOD WOULD GO FORTH FROM THE TOPS OF THE MOUNTAINS
THE GOD OF ISRAEL IS RESTORING THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL TO THEIR PLACE.
We had a lack of communication but everyone just seem to know what to do. The IT guy John S. just happen to join a week prior to the event and have the skills to video the event. We all were watching and DOING the miracle after miracle that unfolded in all of our lives and we will be telling our grandchildren the stories and they will be passed them on for generations and generations of what happened there. Books and more books will be written about the event.
The Spirit of God moved powerfully on everyone to do his or her part. RJ gave a powerful welcome on the call and stimulated many (some say 75) to come. That one 10-minute welcome gave us the numbers to have a quorum. One man spent his whole social security check for travel and ended up waiting tables for food and a place to sleep on the floor. N. M. could not speak and tears came to her eyes when first meeting Tim. One man saw the founding fathers their dressed like they did in their day. I felt the overwhelming peace of many ancestor spirits but did not see anything. God moved in the powerful way, many cried upon reading the documents produced.
We were totally unrepaired and without funds for such an event, no one could have orchestrated what happened. No one could have created the overwhelmingly peaceful feelings present, the togetherness, the familiarities, the sacrifices, the tears of joy at a wonderful happy family reunion; we were brothers and sisters who had never met before.
We spent hours telling the various stories each of us experienced at Wind Walker at the next assembly meeting. I have wonderful fond memories to cherish for a lifetime. I meet a number of brothers I wish I had grown up with and been in my family, but I guess they are in my family now.

Folks, I am fighting a bad cold or ‘something.’ I have dozed off and on tonight. The sincere word that I believe that God would have us ‘really’ listen to….especially NOW….is to ‘put on the whole armour of God.’ To acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses. To really understand and know our enemy that he ‘will’ attempt to attack us from our weaknesses. For those of us that will embrace and recieve His power, glory, and anointing….to be given an ‘extra’ measure’ …’for such a time as this.’

At that price only 92 people would have to get them to pay for the machine. But, that will make it out of the price range for most of us (a lot of the people are having problems paying for their houses). It should be a third that price.

Good point on the pricing especially if you have to double that for a couple and it is now the holidays. I am thinking that the enforcement for these would come from the county levels in each republic with the de jure gj and the rangers.

First, I don’t have to justify anything. I was appointed by the Governor and elected by the assembly (we used both procedures). Georgia is not owned by RuSA. Georgia is not in the Republic and will not return,(this too by vote). If someone decides to sign that document and claim that Georgia is in the Republic it will be by their own personal decision and not representative of the Georgia assembly.
