By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

My Fellow Americans,
The following list of items is in response to issues and or accusations concerning the Republic as raised in the below string of emails. Not everything is addressed but these are the relevant points. There are many other lesser points noted in the string, most of which are also assumptions not based in fact and are not addressed here. However, the main points are as follows:
1. We have not created a new Republic. There are not two Republics. We have re-inhabited the original dejure Republic that the founding fathers created. Congress created a Declaration and passed it into law, lawfully by the way.
2. The notion that we no longer have funding has no foundation on fact. I know everyone of the players that Terri is allegedly talking to. I have met them personally and spent time with each of them. I was warned to stay away from them because they are simply brokers and are attempting to attach themselves to the funding to get a commission. I have checked them out internationally with people who know them. I am working directly with the principals and not brokers. The source, commitment and direction of the funding has not changed at all. If this other group were to successfully take control of the Republic, which is not going to happen, they would still have to get my signature and agreement to be funded.
3. We do not have an ex-cop as Secretary of Treasury. As of today we have not appointed one but we are interviewing for the position and will fill it soon.
4. We have not hired any nasty guy to help secure the funds. One of the men who we are working with has been accused of doing a lot of bad things by one of the brokers. He was left behind because he stopped two deals from going through that would have funded those working in our government as Grand Jury members, congressmen, representatives, and staff needed to complete our government. The woman she is referring to was (Maria – yes I know about Maria) replaced as signer by the principal after he investigated the false claims that she made against our representative. Our representative was given signature authority in her place. As far as being wanted by Interpol, he travels in and out of Europe, the United States and Asia regularly and has not been arrested yet. They must not be checking the airports anymore.
5. The Utah meeting was done lawfully and no unlawful actions were taken at the meeting. Those who are making up this story were not there. The convening of congress was not planned before the Tuesday before the meeting. There is no proof to the contrary and I can prove that with numerous witnesses who were involved.
6. It appears, by this email, that congress has no power to vote. There was a lawful quorum of 227 lawfully elected Representatives of the people who held a lawful vote for 36 states. All of the others were invited and welcomed but for various reasons they could not attend. We realize that it was very short notice but congress said they could do it, and they did. No sates are being thrown out or turned down. We are setting up meetings now to go and meet with them starting in a couple of days. I will be travelling more than 4000 miles before Christmas to make sure they have an opportunity to review and sign on to the document. The national Government has no power to force a free and independent Republic to join. Their congress must voluntarily agree and they need to read the document so they will have full disclosure, as the law requires.
7. The National Government has no power over a republic and we have repeated this numerous times. It is simply a united group of free and independent republics that are free to do as they choose with no involvement from the national level. We only regulate commerce among the republics (states). We are asking the republics to allow us to hold National district courts in each republic as it was done by the Founders of this nation. We can not force them to and have no desire to try. These courts have no jurisdiction in republic (state) cases. We can only hear cases at the federal level that are brought to us by the people of that republic (state). This idea of the national taking over any republic by any means is simply fabricated. They want to complain about what the rest of us are doing. It is purposely being done to cause division.
In summary, I am tired of all of the problems and just want peace and unity. Some of you have made it clear that you no longer want to be part of our Republic. Since you don’t agree with anything we are doing please depart in peace. We no longer wish to associate with you. We wish you no harm but we can no longer fellowship in discord. I solemnly affirm that all my statements are true and correct so help me God the Creator of all things.

It is very obvious the de-facto is doing whatever it can in a attempt to derail Rusa. That bogus e-mail from the “unbroker” just goes to show that they will do whatever it takes to try to draw people out of the republic and encourage people to stay with the de-facto. If Tim Turner is being fed the correct information it sounds like the de-facto is very close to collapse.
If Rusa does not obtain the funding by the time the New republican de-facto congress is seated in my opinion this will be a indication that the de-facto once again was able to obtain funds from somewhere if they do you can bet it will have something to do with the Iraqi Dinar. I have faith that Rusa can get the job done but I do not see how Rusa can move ahead unless it is funded before the de-facto republican controlled house takes over control as they will begin the smoke and mirrors that will make it appear that everything is getting better and people will not be looking to re-inhabit the republic when that happens we that support Rusa will be the definite minority.

I have asked all the disinfo agents that send me bogus emails and call me on the phone stating that our interim government is a fraud and unlawful and TT has no funding available to him, to please send me proof of their claims. There have been 3 responses…
1. Ignored me
2. They say I will show the proof at the right time.
3. They say I will show the proof through the “proper channels” through the governors of the Republic.
I have a question for all 3 responses.
1. Why ignore? Just send the proof.

I hope this isn’t too confusing but I believe this reference (below) to the Constitution is significant. Seems likely that all the prosperity programs, Farm Claims, etc.. will be tied in with “the funding.”
We Freedom Program participants have been waiting since 2002 for pay-outs but the defacto would have just stolen or deflated anything we got until the Constitution is restored as the law of the land.

I don’t know about anybody else but it seems “a littlle odd” that you have to print 1.1 billion bills to realize that there is a problem with the process. This is the first bill signed by Geithner, maybe there is a change coming in who signs and what? Maybe there is a “little” change coming in the whole monetary system. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
