Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. Met Robert Z. from Hawaii as well as another couple from Hawaii. Also shared the ride to the airport with a lady from Hawaii. There are numerous assemblies in Hawaii that so far havent been able to come together.
TT said there may be problems to correct with Hawaii. Understood it to be something to do with statehood???

Also, understand Hawaii consists of islands (5) maybe with posssible differents families of natives. The constitution they (RA folks) wrote was very hard and took some time so to emcompass all the people of Hawaii.

I’ve read and studied this twist and see it as another speed bump on the learning curve – no big deal, but the detractors certainly will try to make it one.
We’ve all just have to learn how to get along and pull together. Not to name any names, but big, high profile undertakings like ours attract big egos, which take God a little longer to discipline than others.
It’s as important for a leader to be teachable as it is to be honorable.

I don’t know anything about these accusations, by people in Georgia. Why does Mike Higgins continue to throw ” the Republic, ” under the bus and Terri Hinckle too? The first rule in this Movement is ” Do No Harm. ” We’re even offering forgiveness to TPTB.
In Utah we voted for the Governor. We voted for Senators and for Statesmen. In Utah, by vote, we also removed people who were plotting against us. We had a mole within our ranks.
I have some strong disagreements with some of the people in offices who are from Utah, but I am not tearing apart ” the Republic, ” over it.
These people, ” Accusers, ” in Georgia don’t seem to be solving anything.
It’s one thing to point out a problem. It’s another thing to bring about a solution.
In family squabbles I have seen people who deal with and overcome issues. I have seen other spouses who make personal attacks.
In ” the Republic, ” we are learning as we go along. Ed, from Nevada made some significant points as we were visiting and learning from one another at the Wind Walker Ranch. Who knew how evil the words ” of ” and ” the ” were? Documents have been changed and the name of the Republic has been changed because of the truth that Ed brought to the event in Utah. We’re now Republic for the united States. Special Ed Ed ified all of us, as he came in peace to participate and share with all of us.
At the beginning with R A P we kept hearing a handfull claim that the 4 Elders or Generals would lead all of us and we were the Corporals. What a bunch of hogwash it was. We all have understanding to bring to the table.
At the Wind Walker Ranch I saw the hand of God upon hundreds of people who came because the Creator spoke to their heart and told them to come. Members of the ” Republic, ” were still at W W R until yesterday finishing up the details of what transpired last weekend.
Every one of these provisional positions are temporary.
On the calls, the system has flaws. The equipment has hid-ups and some of the people have made mistakes too.
This ” Republic, ” thing is bigger than Tim Turner.
In Utah, as the Congress met Tim Turner could not come in to the meetings. This Congress did the work of the people. On Sunday last week the Congress held their own Praise and Worship Services, Wow!
There is a lot of work to complete.
Every County needs to have it’s own Assembly and it’s own Common Law Court and it’s own Rengers. At the same time ” the Republic, ” gets to build a little from the Top and people have the right to build from the bottom up.
We now stand at the Moment in Time where this Provisional Congress has done the will of ” the People, ” and Tim Turner now can take these documents to the world and Proclaim that ” the People, ” are Standing on the Land Again.
Will we all come together now or will we come a part at the seems?
I will Stand with Tim Turner and this Republic. I will Stand and invite my neighbor to Stand with me for America, in my own neighborhood.
We don’t agree on everything, with some people in ” the Republic. ” So what! We can still take one another’s hands and walk forward with our neighbors. People can make up their own minds to Lead, Follow or Get the hell Out of the Way.

This tactic will not fly. They have tried to no avail so now they are smearing.
TT, CW, and the rest of the executive branch had nothing to do with the name change for the republic. The people of the First Continental Congress did this and for good reasons.
They are insinuating that Tim and others are doing something sinister by changing the name. This is ludicrous; they had nothing to do with the change.
It is time to Unite and Pray. We don’t have that much time. Certainly not to waste on lies.

Since it is common knowledge that Tim Turner is (only) the interim president, it is a pity that Mr. Perkins and his co-horts haven’t taken that route for him to become president . . .. by exhibiting good will, constructive co-operation and problem-solving. It isn’t like he didn’t have that option (if they’d had enough perspective to have awareness of it).

Personally, I took a few hours to shop at Sam’s, and then tried to ‘plug in’ with some friends. To be honest, I would have rather been ‘right here’ connecting with those that have the ‘same heart’ !!!! Lesson learned.
The good news is, I ran into someone that I know from this community. Went through high school with him. He has become a successful business person in the area. He has done a ‘lot’ of reading and is very interested in what we are about. We shall see.

Janet, I wish I had your gift for persuasion. I’ve gotten completely gun shy now after being thought a men
tal case by the few I’ve approached. Nobody is of the mind that the economy is about to implode. I don’t know if it’s me or them! Am I a nut? I didn’t used to be this way! All I used to worry about was how to get rid of the hook that developed during my last round of golf, or where we’ll go eat this coming weekend. Now I worry if there’ll be food to eat once things go sour.
My wife is still what I call “short-sighted”, you know, the way I used to be. As long as things look good to her when looking forward over the next few days, she’s happy. Shoot, I lay in bed and worry at night about things that may not happen for months if at all and she sleeps like a baby. I guess, though, if there’s worrying to be done, I’d rather it be me inflicted with it and not her. But I do wish I could get her in the mode to maybe start stocking up on food for us and our MANY dogs.
Well, as I was typing this, a friend I have told about the Republic called and talked to my wife and made reservations for his and his girl friend’s dog to board with us. Maybe I didn’t run him off with my “crazy” ideas after all!

I had success last night,in Canada…LOL I was at a Church Christmas party and was telling them about you having a new Constitutional govt.They were very receptacle and curious! The lady beside me said,”You have to show me!” Her late mother was our Prime Minister’s (John Diefenbaker)right hand. He was way ahead of his time and tried to oust the Corp out of our affairs. Needless to say the Corp outed him. I mentioned about your govt as a corp and that I have a url that shows all the different corp nu’s and seals.
I also stated how the new Govt filled seats that were already vacant.
Then I brought out how our govt is a corp too…HEHE They nodded agreeably, Then of course I changed the subject,,,cause wasn’t the place to go farther. Just threw out some seed

I just posted this at GG. Like many I am tried of the BS and complaining with no better options.
No plan ever brought forth by either government or corporate has ever been perfect. We the People have lost much in regards to our freedom and prosperity over the years. There are many freedom groups out there trying their best to make positive change in bringing back what has been lost. Many have paid with their lives and/or are incarcerated for their efforts. The PTB are still following their planned agenda. They care nothing about your personal problems or family. What are you going to do if none of these movements bring success? What will your children or grandchildren have to look forward to? If and when the UNITED STATES CORPORATION collapses and we have foreign troops on our soil and we have martial law and chaos reins in the towns and cities, where are you going to go, what are you going to do? Some had said that they will head for the hills. Well, only a few can really do that. That is not the answer.
The PTB are getting exactly what they want, division, backbiting among the various movements in our beloved America. Everyone has the answer but few are willing to do anything about it.
There has been and continues to be issues related to the RuSA plan but currently, it is the ONLY plan that has any chance of working in the short term. And folks, we only have the short term. We do not have years to get this done. You can sit around and post all the negative comments you want but, what is your plan. What are you going to do with your children and grandchildren WTSHTF. How do we improve the lives of our children and future generations?
Please explain what the other freedom movements are currently doing to answer in the short term how they are going to save America. RAP, constitutional party, dejuregovernment, Rod and Carl etc.. Many of these groups have done some wonderful work. Is it currently enough to keep the above from happening say in the next month or so?
RuSA has a plan and has been moving forward with the plan changing, modifying improving as need be. It is not perfect but right now, it is the best option we all have to protect ourselves from our own unlawful government and the PTB. If you have a better plan, we would ALL like to hear it. If not, then you are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Stop complaining and whining and start helping to get this done before it’s too late.

“Two major mistakes were made by what the Utah convention did. First they created a separate nation from the existing Republic (and I can prove this was planned for awhile not just a last minute decision). Second by creating a whole new Declaration instead of re-instating the original Declaration of Independence 1776, they have in effect created a “new” government instead of re-inhabiting the vacated seats of the de jure. New is not de jure. New will be seen as an act of aggression by the “Corporation”. The de facto Supreme Court has upheld that the de jure exists and that the people have the right to re-inhabit but they certainly HAVE NOT acceded to the right of the people even if it truly exists to form a NEW GOVERNMENT.”

Thank you for forwarding the email of Teri Hinkle. Notice that this is copied to Intel and to the Media Team for review, and for broadcast on my behalf and for the security of the people.
While the email contains many fallacies, I will make only a few observations that should indicate the overall quality of the email. For the most part, my comments shall be focused regarding her statement: “The fact that the Utah meeting and its intent was planned for weeks, not just the week of the announcement is a clear indication of secrecy.” I am a witness of the following facts, and many more; and I make this memo in the interest of national security, including the security of the people of the several member-republics united.
The first discussion of the possibility of a national meeting occurring in conjunction with the Utah (regional) meeting was not until Tuesday of the same week of the Utah (regional) meeting. Said discussion occurred when the notion was presented to President Tim Turner by Chief Justice Nathan Peachey in an effort to facilitate and expedite the urgently needed act(s) of congress that were/are fundamental to lawful existence, including congressional creation and formal approval of lawful name (by act of congress now being Republic for the united States of America) and the formal choice and approval of law form and other things necessary to our lawful existence and wellbeing. Said discussion was witnessed by Carl Sedlak and Tim Pledger (me). President Turner initially voiced strong opposition to the suggestion, being apparently concerned about the confusion-factor of such extremely late notice and about the right of the people to have sufficient and lawful representation; but during a subsequent discussion he consented and gave certain stipulations/conditions of his consent, including that of proxy authority for the attending representatives in order that the assembly be a lawful assembly in the name of the people.
In connection and regarding the commercial building (warehouse) where congress assembled, the building’s owner (Carl Sedlak) did not know of the possibility of a national assembly until Tuesday of the same week (of the Utah meeting); and he began making calls on Wednesday in hurried attempt to make the unprepared building usable if it were needed.
Security for the assembly at the commercial building did not exist until Saturday night, and mainly consisted of members of congress in attendance and was supplemented by volunteers who were either governors or ambassadors or grand jury foremen of the several Republics (it is lawful and right that the people/People secure themselves). That security detail was managed by me, with much exuberant help of the various representatives and officers who were in attendance and elected/appointed by the people of the various Republics. I am very thankful for their patriotic answer to the call for the security of the duly elected representatives of the people.
Since it is apparent that Teri has no problem with posing questions, please consider the following.
Is it not true that Teri’s email evidences at least one of the following causes of untruth regarding her words/notions: 1) someone has been feeding her various falsehoods and she has been gullible enough to place her faith in them and draw her conclusions based upon them; 2) she has fallen into various fallacies of reasoning (i.e. drawing conclusions from too little evidence; overlooking alternatives; a variety/twist of ad ignorantium; false dilemma; red herring; loaded language; non sequitur; etc.) and thereby stated as fact/truth things which are only her (or another’s) false conclusions; and/or she is an agent (wittingly or unwittingly) of disruption/division?
In light of her exposition of her thinking that is evidenced on the face of her email, why would the people of Georgia not unseat her from her position? And why would others so attuned not likewise be unseated by the people? Is such the kind of official/representative that will secure the people in truth; or is such the kind that will foist untruth and error upon the people? What should the people do for their own unity and preservation?

My take on the senate pro tem issue:
It should be correct to say that there are no senators or representatives yet.
Delegates met in Utah because the republic is/was operating under the Declaration of Independence until Sunday night in Utah. No constitution up to that time because the organic constitution had been ursurped by the corporation and unlawful. When the vote occurred Sunday night for the Foundation Documentation/Declaration, at that point, is when the voted-in documents become effected.

I have been monitoring this blog and Greg’s blog and what I have noticed is as the DE-FACTO continues to ruin the U.S. the new republic is tearing itself apart. What good is this doing? I cannot for the life of me understand how a handful of republics can attempt to destroy what was initiated in Utah. In case some of you missed it North Korea just attacked South Korea! How much time is left before this insane current administration with a non eligible President gets us into World War III on the losing side? The man is scared of his own shadow will he wait till North Korea faces it’s nukes in our direction?
If the republic is actually in place it is high time for EVERY republic to get on board and get the job done as time is surely running out. NO one is going to be able to replace this De-Facto if it is in the process of gearing up for war.

Don’t go to Greg’s blog if it brings you down and takes the wind out of your sails. Let them stew in their own juices. Don’t listen to the mainstream media or watch it. The television set is programed foro mind control. Focus on the postive and the constructive and what you CAN do. I am contacting the candidate who ran for sherrif here in the defacto election and lost to the good ol boy incumbent. (sp?). I have a very passionate one of us, a viet nam vet, very active who met TT last weekend in CA standing by to follow up on the phone. We haven’t met be he will network with me from CA. I heard last night that 75 people are coming on board here per day. We can do this. FF, do not be deceived by appearances.

It’s all in God’s timing and we can’t do a doggone thing about it but PRAY Florida Free….I like you ponder on so many things….it seems we are in a war now…If we can’t unite as one working toward a common goal then God isn’t going to do anything for us….I am going to pray and be faithful to God in all things then and only then will I be a winner…I just don’t know about our country….we have alot of stupid and dumb people that if they were smart, they would and could do something….they have chosen to sit quietly while we self destruct..Sad, Sad Sad!

So true. But they have been dumbed down by design. TV is the worst. I watched the music awards Sunday night with my daughter and it was So obscene. The (lack of) clothing, the lyrics, the choreography, the idiotic, simpering little speeches… This is the “standard” that our youth is being held hostage to. There is absolutely nothing in their heads but ego. They don’t even understand cause and effect. And this is all by design, facebook, mindless ego oriented texting. They have become incapable of “lofty thought.” Listen to what TT says about Dewey and the school system.
RuSA will fix all this. We have work to do. We have to get in the trenches. How is your dad?

That is one of my favorite verses especially when it is paired with the previous verse. I look at it like a step by step guide to peace. I meditate on these verses and the peace does come even in the midst of a storm.
Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6-7

Yes Mgal maybe he should know that the can of worms he is responsible for could kill millions upon millions of God’s children because if this new republic fails global economic collapse WILL occur making the 30’s look like a picnic and GA and Hawaii can claim responsibility for those deaths in a round about way. We all MUST grasp the reality of such an event! And we MUST understand that the republic must be victorious! And it will because God has a hand in this. Gods people were destoyed because of the lack of knowledge.

Did I make Tim Turner send an e-mail to the Republic saying that I was sending him “disturbing” e-mails? … Have you read these “disturbing” e-mails? … See whynotfreedom.com for details.
Did I make Tim Turner claim that I was sent to destroy the Republic without presenting a single shred of evidence?
Was I responsible for Kelby Smith writing an e-mail saying that he knew the “whole story” about me and had talked to all the interests and read all the e-mails, yet, when I granted him full permission to reveal the “whole story,” he curled up into a ball, tucked his tail between his legs and went silent? … Doesn’t that make you wonder, just a little bit?
Was I responsible for making Tim Turner blatantly lie that the President Pro Tem intended to voluntarily resign?

What you are missing here is that you put your own egoic needs before the needs of the republic and now you expect people to spend time and energy on the “details” on a website you have created all about you and how you were wronged (I assume) instead of people (and you) moving forward for the greater good of all.

You know, I hear a lot about unity here, but I don’t hear much about integrity and respect. If we don’t have integrity and respect, unity is just a tool of ignorance and tyranny.
I could care less about what Tim Turner thinks about me, but others should care about the way he treats people who simply ask questions and then get labeled as enemy agents not fit to be part of the republic.
I could also care less what Kelby Smith thinks about me, but others should care about Kelby creating innuendo and making blatantly false statements about others without a shred of evidence, and they not be willing to man up when he is challenged.
Is that the kind of leadership we want. If it is, that’s exactly what we’ll get and it won’t be any different than we have right now with the de facto.

This was funny;
Subject: Traffic camera
I was driving when I saw the flash of a traffic camera. I figured that my picture had been taken for exceeding the limit even though I knew that I was not speeding.
Just to be sure, I went around the block and passed the same spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed.
Now I began to think that this was quite funny, so I drove even slower as I passed the area once more, but the traffic camera again flashed.
I tried a fourth and fifth time with the same results and was now laughing as the camera flashed while I rolled past at a snail’s pace.
Two weeks later, I got five tickets in the mail for driving without a seat belt. You know, you just can’t fix stupid.

I have been emailing our HQ of RuSA but have not got any answer yet. Some fellow named Michael Bishop was somewhere in the running but nobody is listed on the RuSA website. At least they have a bunch added. I’ll email Kelby and Jim Fitzgerald again.
I did log in on that Republic of Florida site but I don’t see any place to leave comments on there. The second one, I think went with Dave Mack et al.

Anyone who has been in the military understands the criticality of what just happened in South Korea. My comment about the republic may be moving too slow and not be in place in time is based on the fact that the number of troops that is in South Korea is nothing but a “speed bump” for North Korea.
A REAL leader would have at the least let North Korea know there were ships moving towards that direction and warned that any further attack on SK would be considered an act of war. We cannot allow these rouge nations to think we are weak. I spent 20 years in the military and it comes to this? Some weakling in the White House who would rather go campaigning in Indiana rather deal with a Foreign crisis at hand?
At least I heard later today he finally met with his security team (I’ll bet they called the meeting and told him he better be there). I worry for those brave men and women who are the speed bumps for Kim jong Il and his cast of demons.
