Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. So, please post only a few lines or a jist of an article and then post a link to the rest of it. Thanks Folks.

Don’t get me wrong I own gold. If FRN’s are worthless and it takes $1350 of them to purchase 1oz of gold, I ask what is gold worth?
My math is worthless = worthless. You can not wear, eat, stay warm, build your house, travel on Gold. Let us say God took all gold away from the earth, what would happen? On the other hand if God took all concrete away, or steel, of cotton, what would happen?
My point is we need to examine what we think is backed money. My view is turning to anything that contains the value of human energy applied and carried into trade with others.
Just food for thought.

I don’t disagree with you…my point was that when a collapse comes you will be smart to realize what you hold in your hands, food, physical gold and silver, etc. and yes the value of human energy creating is what will be worth something.

I like to think of gold in these terms: 2000 years ago, with a 1 oz. of gold I could have bought a nice toga, leather sandals and a web belt, today I still can buy a suit, leather shoes and a web belt.
What happened to gold price is that the gold retains it’s value, only the dollar value is going down.

Oh, a story. We were on the way back to SLC airport Mon. morning and had to stop for a potty break. Sitting in a booth were two delegates from Iowa. In the next booth were local police. Conversation exchanges and the police asked the delegates what they were doing here. “We’re here to change the government!” Should have seen the look on their face.
One had a card for the republic printed from Vista or something. Said I could email him and get the information he used. Pretty nice.

andy- depending on the layout of your card- you could always use small mailing labels – print it up at a laser copy center and stick them over the old website address. just an idea.

What if you take a permanent fabric marker and cross off “of” and write “for” ? I would think it would make a huge statement and bring attention to it. Not sure how many shirts you ordered or how much time you have re-written- but could be cool like how Ron Paul reversed the word Love in his campaign banners. Just an idea. : )

URGENT:
I know everyone in here believes in the Bible. This is a bill that would put all food and food supplements under one control. It will ban back yard gardens, small farms, require tagging of all farm animals, etc. and (in my humble opinion) help pave the way for how people will be forced to take a number (as in that of the beast?) before being able to buy food or anything else down the line. Can you see it or is it just me in a panic? I wonder how this will affect sovereign citizens, especially those who have their own little victory gardens, or want to in the future. Sorry, I’m still struggling with what’s going to keep the de facto gvmt from policing and forcing their laws upon the sovereign people. Tyrants respect no one. 😦

I’ve sent 2 checks over the last few months and have never heard any of his broadcasts. It’s on between 6-8 or 7-9 am here in CA and I’m usually doing the necessary morning stuff at those times. Will try to send a little something more soon. It bothers me that people have to live in fear of losing their home, having no heat, etc.
