Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. BANK HOLIDAY! Tonight at church our Minister of Music who is a Secretary to a Bank President said she was going to be off Thursday and Friday….Her mother asked her was she taking vacation and she told her she had not planned to be on Vacation Friday, but her boss asked her if she wanted to take Friday off….She then found out that the teller’s were asked if any of them wanted to take Friday off…she was shocked as they have never been allowed to take vacation off one day at a time…it is their policy to be out the entire week and that is when their window is audited….Federal law…….I asked her if they had problems with their ATM machine and she said YES! They have had problems since last Friday….A company in Orlando, Florida services most all banks in the southern district and they all had problems…she said the company said they were having problems with their NEW SOFTWARE!!! I don’t know about you but this rang a bell with me…May be nothing but I think it may happen this weekend..

Good news. Greg made a comment on his RotuSA blog tonight that looks promising:
“Tonight I had the pleasure to speak to our President. I asked him about the “funding” in particular if it was connected to De Silva or DWB holdings. Tim immediately knew that this was from Bruce Curtis, witch was my source, and told the world at that moment that Bruce was a lyer.”
I sent wrote him at the email he gave on the call tonight encouraging him to open back up for comments – minus the troublemakers, of course. You can’t have too many healthy blogs serving our just cause.
There’s hope, at least to me, that after all this time he may soon take a stand. He could do a lot of good by helping get NH straightened out too.

For me, it’s late in the evening. I’ve been having to take care of my elderly Mom who is suffering from serious burns. I couldn’t help but respond to this comment. Bob, absolutely you can ‘count on’ having comments to back up what was said!!!! Don’t listen to ‘anyone’ outside of God’s presence! He is full of surprises!! : ) At least, that’s my thinking.

A solution about what? About the assassination of “evil dude” and taking over of his wealth (as germak and Carmar hinted at), or about the Restoration of the Republic? About the former: I don’t think we could discuss this topic in public; about the latter: I thought that’s a done deal? The Republic has been restored and the required funding has been provided; the President said that, personally! You’ll need to deal with some technicalities, but that’s all.
You need to be more specific about what kind of solution are you interested about?

I typed out scripture and was merely pointing out how God deals with those who think they can do evil and get away with it. He handles it. That means the RuSA has support of the US military, even if it was clear few days ago there isn’t any – because Turner said so; the same is valid for the international support. I shouldn’t ask for explanations, reasoning or, for worse, evidences, right?
The Oath of Enlistment proclaims: “I, (name), do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the US against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Let me stress: The Constitution of the US, not the Declaration of Independence of the RuSA.
Any military member that would support the RuSA would break his/her oath. So there.

Dear President Tim Turner,
We have been following your progress and was wondering when you / military plan to formally announce to the public about the new Republic? We also wonder when the new metal backed dollars announcement will be taking place so the farm claims settlement can be fulfilled.
Based on the election results, the people are ready to hear and SEE positive change. One of these changes would be to announce the return to the constitutional government and give the people back their taxes paid in for 2010 immediately for those who register under the new Republic.
We thought perhaps the Nov 3rd speech by De facto President Obama would be the introduction of the De Jure administration.
There were slight indications, if you listen, you did hear and outline of topics that would point to the new Republic if you know what is coming. With election done, time is of the essences to move foward with the announcement.
We hear that De Facto President is taking a number of planes and folks to India, while Clinton and other cabinet or government officials are in Asia right now. We hear that some of the wealthiest American elites are on their way or have arrived in the Asian realm. We continue to hear about other wealthy American elites pledging their wealth to do some humanitarian outreach when we know they are pledging their dollars to the De facto cause.
When will this stop?
We have heard that the Federal Reserve has been foreclosed upon by China, all assets confiscated and returned to China including the plates to print money. We have heard that Federal Reserve Banks have been shut down (bankrupted) and restored into US Treasury banks supporting Basil II or III. We hear that the US Treasury Banks has the new metal backed dollars and a few folks have even seen the new US Treasury dollars.
When will we announce?
If I could speak for the people who have been supporting the process, we are extremely frustrated, probably not as much as yourself, with all the stop / starts. We understand your original plan was years not months to convert. We understand that many road blocks have been put in your / our way but you / we have overcome. Right now, the announcement, should be seen as a great step forward by the people as a reflection of the new election.
Mr. President, when are we moving on?
We understand that the Federal Judges have cleared their dockets in late October to early November.
We understand that the Federal Judges are meeting to discuss on how to use Common Law in their courts.
We watched Glen Beck for the last few nights on describing the puppet master behind the collapse of the American economy.
We also understand that the week of Nov 8-12 will be big announcements.
So, when will there be an announcement?
If I could say a pray at this time, it would be:
Father God, In the Name of Jesus, please send Archangels Michael and Gabriel with their angles to lead and clear the pathway immediately for De jure President Turner & our Military to make the announcements for returning to a Republic Nation following the Constitution, using Common Law, Metal backed Dollars, the release of funds to the farm claims, the Trustees of the different prosperity programs, and to the people for the rebuilding of our nation and its infrastructure while all wars & false wars are stopped so peace reigns on Earth.
Lord, we bind the enemys efforts to delay, their tongues from speaking falseness and preventing them from manifesting in any form against our plans. We also pray a hedge of protection around De jure Government, our Military and all those who are supporting the De jure government and the intercessors. Lord, we call forth the announcements now in Jesus Name to set your people free both from De facto law and finances. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
Timing is everything, we know, but your supporters are waning similar to the book of Revelation when God reduces the time Satan is to reign on Earth. We also need time to fix the infrastructure before the end of 2011 / beginning of 2012 Solar Flare cycle. The longer you allow delays, the less time we have to repair / replace infrastructure and the greater the risk we will lose Sovereigns.
So, Mr. President Turner, when will we move to the announcements?

I certainly understand the urgency but , with all due respect, I think we are gaining way more in numbers and support than we are losing. Besides, what alternative do the true and substantial believers have than to have faith and stay the course?
Those that leave wouldn’t count anyway is what I am saying.
We really need to keep the miraculous nature of this development in perspective – how quickly and miraculously it HAS come together in light of how long (and intense) our unconscious decent has been into darkness and the evil corruption/corporation. (my 2 cents)

O.K. I have a few questions after listening to the latest call.
#1. Why did they select Utah for this convention? I would have thought they would have selected a more Central location this would have removed excuses as to why they could not get 27 republics to the convention.
#2. How do I get information about the Florida republic ? I keep getting e-mails and it is confusing to me the e-mails I get is talking about some county assembly it sounds more like that organization that JS has been hyping up. I want to become part of this movement but not sure where to start. I do not go to the web site for Rusa as I’m not really sure what to believe which organization is which you have the county assemblies you have Rusa there are so many different organizations all going in different directions it is all too confusing.
Now I see Greg has shut down comments on his blog and I can see why as the majority of the post was coming from JS and the rest just kept posting that JS was in violation of Gregs standards that he posted on the beginning of the blog. Now she is spending all of her time at AGJ.
As Rusa attempts to restore the republic Obama and his machine are on a FAST track to continued destruction of America. I was hoping that after listening to that latest call posted above that I would be more encouraged but after listening I just got mad. Here there are Governors,Senators, ambassadors,congressman all elected within the republic and it sounds like some will not make the convention in Utah? I don’t get it if a person signs up to represent the Rusa then they should do whatever it takes to make it happen. I want to be involved with this process but I am unsure how to get started. Time is running out George Soros and his puppet Obama have their plan and are in the process of implementing it and the Rusa is still trying to find enough people to hold its first convention . I would say we are a bit behind the enemy and we better get moving FAST.

You’re right, a more centralized location would make more sense; but, as we all know, time is running out, and we are simply making best use of the material at hand. Originally billed as the “Wind Walker “We Love Freedom” Retreat”, the occasion has been ramped up to convention status in order to accelerate completion of the Republic’s organization, and we will have the people there required to do the necessary business. Unfortunately, I’ll have to repeat what I was saying months ago when Turner was claiming the military support to the RAP and what is even more valid by now:
No way in hell that the US military would commit sedition by supporting anyone that rejects the existing US Constitution (read documents that you have signed), wants to replace the elected government and publicly boast about the military support at that.
No way in hell that any government on this world (except North Korean) would support anyone with such batting records, credibility and public recognition as Turner has. Most of you can’t even convince your own family members about the authenticity of the RuSA.

By your comments, it is clear that you lack a basic understanding about what RuSa is doing. I could be wrong but it seems that you do not desire to really understand but instead, being caught up in you own intellect, you come here to stir up strife.

TOC, it is very clear to me that deep in your heart you really want to believe in Rusa (or really wish you could) whether or not you will acknowledge that even to yourself. That is why you are here (since you are way too intelligent to think that you are going to turn any of us off to it). I really get that. You are not a leap-of-faith kind of person; I suspect you believe that you are too rational for that. Did you know that the smartest cows in a herd make sure they follow behind other cows so as to stay safe?
Luckily, though, there are always some who will go first, and though they may get roughed up a bit, or have to turn a little this way or that way, they proceed ahead leading the way so that others may follow.
So, some of us in Rusa have faith, and some courage, and some just can no longer take the way things are, but one way or another we have all decided bluster our way ahead, and hopefully (but not perfectly) lead the way.

Great article, but unfortunately Rolling Stone’s doesn’t know that half of it.
The mortgage was paid off within 72 hrs. after you signed the promissory note. Because of HJR-192, all our ‘public debt’ must now be discharged through the Treasury. When Roosevelt stole our Gold in 31 (?) and made it impossible for us to pay off any debt because they did away with the Gold Standard, they had to give us a remedy.
That remedy was HJR-192 ….. Tim teaches this in his seminars; this is how people who go through his seminars are discharging their public debts (ie: homes, utilities, vehicles, etc.) via their TDA.

Then raped the account for millions, and sold the note to another bank to repeat the process all over again; all the while, convincing you to sign over the deed, and conned you into believing you needed to spend the next 30 years paying off a loan that “YOU ACTUALLY GAVE TO THEM” by signing the promissory note.
Read those docs, and you’ll be a firm believer.
If you signed a promissory note, you DISCHARGED YOUR DEBT!

Getting in here late to post, and giving my apologies. Today, being Veterans’ Day, is very special in this household, as it is in many. My dad (deceased) spent nearly 30 years, through 3 wars, in the Navy, my brother served in the Marines, and my oldest son served in Desert Storm. Other relatives have also served, and so today was spent in thankfulness for their service and in reflection of where our country has been and where it is going.
Just wanted to thank every single Veteran in here, from the bottom of my heart, for what you have given. I’ll overlook your unwarranted attacks on Tim Turner for now and call attention to your usage of the word “sedition”. Merriam Webster defines that as the “incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority”.
Do you sincerely expect me to believe that you accept the current de facto government as the lawful authority? If you don’t, just exactly what is your point? If you do, then what are you doing here. Also, rejecting the Corporation in no way implies rejection of the Constitution, just the unlawful portion added by the de facto.
If you are one with us you know that the Corporation is unlawful. You cannot have done any serious research into real American history and the nature of our political problems without realizing that is true.
If you should happen to be sincere, just take a look at the first several chapters on the Republic site’s “History” page. It will take less than a minute to do so. Then just tell us whether you agree with us or not.

I joined the Army 48 years ago as a naive kid fueled by patriotic zeal. Now I am much wiser but still as patriotic and eager to stand up for what is right. And, I resent your inferring that I would be involved in any seditious act against my beloved country!
I’m sure there are many people in service today, and in influential positions, who could, and would, say the same thing, and it doesn’t surprise me that military support is growing as the truth about what we’re doing spreads.
You’ve been around too long to make such remarks and come across as being sincere. You should know that we don’t reject the Constitution. No, all our efforts are aimed at restoring honor to it.
Don’t you also think that our current corrupt government needs to be replaced by something better? You have to decide whether you’re with us or against us. If you’re not for us, then just leave. You’ll not be made to feel welcome here either.

(1) I agree; furthermore, I’d love to change the rules of the game, not just the party. But what how to do it and what is “something better” is another issue.
(2) You lost me at here; it’s a false dilemma; worse, it’s a clear paraphrase of “Each man must choose between joining our side or the other side” (V.I.L.), or “You’re either with us or against us.” (B.M.). Exactly such kind of mindset distracts me; the one that restricts dissent thoughts as well, even if expressed in a polite manner.

Back at the beginning: like it or not, I have to “accept the current de facto government as the lawful authority” – until it lawfully proven the opposite or until it’s replaced in a lawful way, defined by the US Constitution (article 1). BTW, Merriam Webster defines “de facto” as “in reality”; we can have different opinions, but there’s only one reality.
The fact that “the US” is “a Federal corporation” as well (U.S. Code, Title 28, Part VI, Chapter 176, Subchapter A, § 3002.) is not unlawful. All modern states can be classified as corporations: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/corporation
“corporation: 2. a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single person although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with various rights and duties including the capacity of succession.”
The US is formally not a privately owned corporation… although in practice (at least last few of) its governments serve to very narrow private interests – namely interest of bankers, oilers, defense industry and globalists – that’s the game I’d love to change.
About upholding the Constitution; please read the 3rd paragraph of the “Jural Covenant of Office …” that many of you signed: “I will support, preserve, protect and defend … the Constitution of the Republic of the united States of America (2010)” – not the original Constitution of the United States (1787), members of the US military swear to support and defend; from this point on, any of us who ever took the oath would break it by supporting the RuSA.

Nevertheless, a term “the Republic of the United States of America” doesn’t exist in any version of the Declaration of Independence. I don’t know what’s the point of signing of the document that has been signed, ratified and accepted as international legal fact centuries ago?
BTW; thanks god that the US military can’t have any political affiliation, but their members can; a vast majority of them are either Reps or Dems. The window of opportunity for RAP/RA to gain support amongst them has been largely closed after the Republican victory and split of powers (executive / legislative branch).
I can’t imagine any top brass that would get involved with “entity” that doesn’t accept the existing Constitution, claims support of undisclosed financial sources and undisclosed foreign countries and intends to replace the current government (like it or not); but maybe I lack imagination.
IMHO, that was a huge PR mistake.

I don’t know if you were on then, but the early pages at GLP shows proof that Panama Law took the history page from Truth Seeker, and posted on their Panama Law site with out giving credit to where they got it. Just making correction with where they got the history from.
I really don’t want to go back and look it up, but some on here might remember who really wrote it to back up what I’m say is true.

Paulajal…..your “cow herd” analogy is spot on and very true. The folks that work livestock know this and use it to their advantage. It’s easy to find one cow or steer that is the most easily lead and put it at the head of the herd. Because of the “herd mentality” thousands of cattle can be easily moved by a mere handful of cowboys. Once in a while there is a maverick or two that attempts to be free but they are ignored by the main herd. While the cattle think they are being moved to greener pastures, only the cowboys know the final destination is the slaughter house. The cattle never have a clue until the gate slams shut. While it’s far more comfortable and much easier to follow a trusted leader it’s also very prudent to demand to know exactly where you are being taken. People!!!! Don’t just ask questions, DEMAND SOME TRUTHFUL ANSWERS.

I completely agree that people should demand some truthful answers if they have questions (happens all the time in Rusa). However, I’m afraid your analogy doesn’t really fit here. Rusa people are definitely not of the herd mentality (not the ones I’ve met), but rather outside of the herd. To argue anything else is just silly (even those who oppose us call us “fringe” elements). Most of us have been outside the herd for a long time, long before TT.
You know it’s been my experience that a thief always thinks that everyone steals. Perhaps you are inclined to follow blindly, but I know that I am not (and anyone who knows me would laugh out loud at that premise). I know a lot of Rusa people who are highly educated “thinkers” for whom Rusa is just a natural progression in a lifetime of thinking outside of the box. Of course there are many other ways that people come to Rusa, and many other ways of being with us that are equally valid. But when I wrote about cows I was really just pointing out that some people forge ahead to lead the way for others. Most people are too afraid to venture out into unknown territory, and many people are inveterate “nay-sayers”. The artists, inventors, imaginaries, explorers, stretch the limits of possibilities because they don’t listen to the “nay-sayers”.
So if you chose to be a nay-sayer like the majority (herd), you will not be alone, but here amongst explorers, you will find that you will not make headway.

My husband and I felt compelled to say this prayer last night and then to write it down. I am sharing it with you. Thank you for all the work you have been doing.
Prayer for the Convention:
Convention Center
Father God, In the Name of Jesus, we call for mighty warrior angles to surround the convention center protecting all who are working and those who are participating at the congressional meeting.
Lord, we pray for the convention center to work properly, no utility outage, no pluming problems, no mechanical problems, no parking problems in Jesus Name.
Lord, we pray for all the good and calm weather that surrounds the Republic of the united States their travel to and from and during the convention in Jesus Name.
Lord, we pray that you bless their food, their drink to bring the proper nourishment to their mind, body and souls allowing them to do your work in Jesus name.
Lord, we pray that the plans of the enemy be revealed so the angles and Republic can deal with this together in Jesus name.
Hedge of Protection
Lord, we pray a hedge of protection around each participant, their families, the entire workers and all those who are providing food and shelter, for all who are not attending while they support the convention and the intercessors in Jesus Name.
Lord, we pray a hedge of protection around them as they sleep, we call for angles to guard them, and we call for your hand to be upon them so they get refreshing and renewing sleep in Jesus name.
Lord, we call for a hedge of protection around each member’s family, property and possessions, protecting them from any enemy attack.
Lord, we call for the hedge of protection around each member as they travel from their homes to the convention, while they are in surrounding area, back and forth to the convention and on their return to the homes.
Binding the Enemy
Lord, we ask that Satan, his angles, his familiars to be bound, gagged and prevented from manifesting in Jesus name. What we bind of earth is bound in heaven.
Lord, we pray that no enemy assignments shall come against President Turner, the executive team, the Statesman, the Delegates, and any other members who are participating, supporting or intercessors for them in Jesus name.
Calling for God’s Present
Lord, we ask you prepare each persons heart, mind and soul for this convention, that they are open to the move of GOD, that they release all their anxiety, anger, frustrations, contentment, hatred, lust, resentment, from their minds to be open vessels for you to fill them in Jesus name.
Lord, we loose God’s Love, Peace, Joy, Happiness, Wisdom upon all the participants since what we loose on earth is loose in heaven in Jesus Name.
Lord, we ask for you to place your hand upon this convention, the participants to guiding them, to heal them and to bring unity in Jesus name.
Lord, we ask that you send messengers to guide their foot steps at this convention in Jesus Name.
Lord, we ask for the goals of the convention be accomplished that you wanted done for them and not allow for any man’s agenda to interfere in Jesus name.

Paula, I believe in God, I believe in principles righteousness, compassion and love; I don’t demand proofs for that, since those are my beliefs. But the RAP/RA is supposed to be about politics, not faith; I don’t need a substitute religion, I already have my faith.
Ugh, the cattle herd parable was a bit, um… awkward. When:
– promised greener pastures are always “right behind the next turn”,
– you don’t reach any check point on the way that you should long ago,
– after the Holly Cow leading you tells you there’s actually no guidebook,
… then it might be time to stop rushing “ahead” without any question asked and try to find out where you actually are and in which direction you’re moving toward.

Actually I said that some in Rusa are here because of faith, but other not.
The things you say remind me of my husband, who is a wonderful builder of anything. But when it comes to creating anything new (like furniture), he has a terrible time getting started because he has so many questions about how it’s going to work and wants to wait to start until he has all of the answers. In my experience, if I let him stay in that place he won’t ever start.
But if I help him figure out how he’s going to do a couple of the major aspects of the project, and he just gets started, he solves the rest of the smaller puzzles as he goes.
I think you are expecting that every detail be perfect in RuSa too early. Furthermore, you know you are way too tangled up on one man. You fail to take into account the impact that the rest of us have in Rusa’s direction. I don’t agree that it should all be about us asking questions and the leaders giving answers. WE are all creating the answers.

I am very anxious to hear what JS has to say after the 1st congressional meeting happens this weekend. We need to all PRAY that enough people show up that they have enough to get the job done. Time is running out it will not be much longer before the USURPER returns to U.S. soil and when he does you can bet he is going to have a plan ready to move his socialist agenda forward. I’m sure he has his marching orders from his boss George Soros.

I called and checked on the status of attendees to see if were going to have enough. There are plenty of people going but may need some senators from a few of the states. That’s why Mark sent out the message regarding donations. At that time, he felt like everything was going to be ok. Would hate to get this close and be one or two short!!!
Nothing like just picking up the phone and finding out. I just called Mark L, and he is almost there. Getting ready to meet with Tim. They are working on solutions to make sure business can get done! He was very positive!!
