This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. NEW YORK, Oct 27 (Reuters) – JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) and HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA.L) were sued on Wednesday by an investor who accused them of conspiring to drive down silver prices, and reaping hundreds of millions of dollars of illegal profits.
The banks were accused of manipulating the market for COMEX silver futures and options contracts since June 1, 2008 by amassing huge short positions in silver futures contracts.
“Defendants reaped hundreds of millions of dollars, if not billions of dollars in profits” from the conspiracy, the complaint said.
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. district court in Manhattan by Brian Beatty. He identified himself as a Connecticut resident who traded COMEX silver futures and options and contracts, and lost money because of the alleged market manipulation.
Beatty sued one day after the Commodity Futures Trading Commission proposed regulations to give it greater power to thwart traders who try to manipulate prices. Commissioner Bart Chilton said he believed there have been “repeated attempts to influence prices” in silver [ID:nN26129046].
Spokeswomen for JPMorgan and HSBC did not immediately return calls seeking comment. Both are major participants in the silver market.
The lawsuit seeks class-action status, triple damages and other remedies.
The case is Beatty v. JPMorgan Chase & Co et al, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 10-08146.

I noticed that the money was not discussed tonight on the call (having the funding to catch the faux gov when it falls). Also, they have backed off of helping with mortgages. Does anyone know if this is because we are not getting the funding that they thought? Was that money the money that Tom is going after with VKD? Does anyone know?

At first I thought they backed off on the mortgages but then later Kelby spoke about it more and it is still on track. RuSA “finance committee” or something like that will assume the debts and then have the bank try to come and claim that a debt is valid, they will fight the bank.

We need to keep this (miracle) all in perspective. Even if it takes longer than 2 – 4 weeks we are moving in the right direction (praise God) and gaining momentum. I think it will go faster now w/o the bickering and dead weight of the whiners that have been mucking up the works. TT basically said “my way or the highway” which is the most (and only, really) reponsible thing he could have done in the position of leader that he is in. There is too much at stake. The whiners did not offer solutions. Thank you Andy for this place to come and talk and hash things over and M Gal, yes, for all you do and everybody else for being here and sharing. It means so much. We need to pray a little extra for Pres Turner now I reckon.

COMMON SENSE

So, who wrote this yarn? Sounds like she is privy to lot of stuff.
All I can say that it is easy for people to write stuff on the internet and not reveal names, their own or anybody else involved. This way Mr. “X” is free to run around and make more accusations, make more claims of this and that and nobody can make any heads or tails of anything that is going on.
I can just see one of us inviting a new person in and cheerfully tell them “just go on our website, we even have our own blog”. The poor new guy just runs the other way never to be seen again telling my other friends to “watch out for Andy, he is full of crap”. I think this political correctness is what greatly helped to kill our country.
I didn’t sign up to see old reruns of “what’s my line” or “mystery guest” or “twilight zone”. It all leaves us looking like the “Keystone Kops” running around trying round up people for an Amway meeting.
I’m just trying to make light of it, but I am ticked off and yes I am praying.

I remember when the split from RAP was going on, that TT said he was praying and the Lord spoke to his heart and told him that He was doing some necessary prunning but that there will be more. Perhaps this is the beginning of that “more prunning” . Pray for President Turner for wisdom and discernment with the people he has around him.

It is crucial the Republic does everything exactly by the constitution. Some in key leadership positions are being lax about that.
You’re right though, we need to stay in prayer. The Lord’s plans will succeed and sometimes bumps in the road are there for our own good.

Wow, that article made me feel like I’d just teleported back in time to when the founders wrassled over everything. Have you read the writings from the time? Just like that. Great! We need lots of voices to keep us honest. I wish we had more writers so as to give opposing views. I cannot say that I liked what I read (or liked the writer for that matter), but the only way things will fall neatly into place without some dissent, is if we are all zombies.
I do agree with the writer that not releasing the names of members of the Republic is wrong on every level, and security is not a valid excuse. Dictators use that tactic to keep people isolated and weak, and that is exactly how it is for the Republic. Bonding with the other members would strengthen the Republic and the individuals in it. And we have a right to know with whom we are associating.

I just read it. Was kind of on the edge of my seat. Who/what is the final authority/taskmaster re the funding ?
And why don’t they help, lend a hand, if they have so much knowldege of and respect for the Constitution and we have to anwer to this critic/taskmaster anyway? And they (that entity) seems to want this to work….. I mean, is this some kind of a test ?(literally).
I’m glad the author was reassuring in the comment section as there are way more good guys than a few “bad” . I’m so relieved that there was no TT bashing. Interesting re Sam K and his sudden disappearance like there is a (defacto?) puppetmaster somewhere. It’s nothing that prayer can’t handle. We’re good at that.

I first signed up with RAP last March. My account on the republic site shows signed on 24 weeks ago. Now last April, I contacted my coordinator and after a met up, was ask to be a juror . Four months later and many emails later, I was never ask to come and meet anyone else. After finding out that my coordinator stated with RAP, I let the republic know that information and eventually, was given the name of a new contact. Last September, I met with this person and signed documents for jury duty. The bottom line is that after almost 8 months, I have never met anyone else from my republic but my old coordinator and my new ambassator. Is anyone feeling the same frustration?

The author gives information that seems to be insider info. If the post that states it is the chief justice for the republic of georgia is true the article has merit. It is nice to know she is a part of this task at hand. The author sure is constitutionally (the original) grounded. The 2 comments are also people that give input that helps the cause. I hope TT reads that article and I bet he has already. My mind has been churning ever since I read that piece. Inspires me to say the least. It does appear that msnbc and Dylan Ratigan are the mainstream voice that have taken on the chore of exposing the fraudulent US corp. and the fed. I am mulling over creating my own website to promote the restored america. I will be concentrating on counties and building assemblies in each one in every republic. I too have to work overtime to fund my project but I have someone in my corner. I have the lord and my prayers will get answered in some mysterious way just as it has my entire life. The article gave me inspiration and I will take in and run with it. I wish everyone on this blog a great weekend with love for all of you. It is in my prayers too that the article has been read by all and I feel that the person who posted it has the true republic’s goal in their heart. It is such a crucial time and with them seeking more to come on board I pray this does not scare some away. I believe that the Lord is testing us all to see how badly we really want this and if we are worthy of it. May God show them the way and prune away that which is needed to be pruned.

Have you all been watching the news? With all of these “suspicious ” packages showing up across the country just 4 days away from election day I don’t know about you but I smell a “RAT” and it is called a “Corporation” in desperate shape will they attempt to throw us into “Martial Law” in order to disrupt the elections? This could be a actual terrorist plot but I just don’t buy it at this time.

Also Obama is leaving for India, 40 airplanes, reserved entire Taj Majal hotel 580 rooms. If you go on White house website to see theschedule next week it says “No Public Schedule” . They are all leaving. No word on the website of FOX or CNN.

Carl was saying that he was a PAG Private Attorney General and could file V. K. paperwork and the guest (V.K.) typed in that Tom Schaults was also a PAG. Carl then ask on the call if this guest was V.K. and she did not response.

Does anyone know who is sending up the planes that are spraying high in the sky ? I just now saw planes very high in the sky here in East TN. criss-crossing spraying and I guess this is the Chem trails they have mentioned on different web sites. These planes were deffinently flying in a purposeful pattern and criss-crossing. This is scary ! I wonder if it is the UN. ?

If they are white, unmarked planes no doubt it is UN. Every part of the country has been very hard hit the last couple of weeks. Some days these activities are low altitude and quite bold — other days they try to be more subtle but there is usually something suspicious going on overhead at any given time, if only people would take the time to look up and observe.
