This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. Thanks Gwaithfoed. Have sent those links to my husband’s computer. He is a non-believer, but that’s because I can’t explain things well and don’t understand it all myself. However, with his training (career before retirement), he should be able to ‘get it.’ Have to admit that since we just paid our last tax bill, he is more inclined to Listen, so I guess those taxes were good for something. 🙂

And so it begins. In one of the state’s first lawsuits made by a distressed homeowner against a bank on the basis of alleged fraud during the foreclosure crisis, an Ohio man is out to get GMAC for knowingly presenting improperly-prepared paperwork in the process of his judicial foreclosure case. Yesterday, Michael Fox of Johnstown filed suit against GMAC Mortgage and Jeffrey Stephan, a bank employee who allegedly signed thousands of foreclosure affidavits without any actual knowledge of the cases therein. Stephan, who was deposed in January as part of a separate suit in Florida, admitted that during his tenure as a GMAC “robo-signer,” he signed off on around ten thousand foreclosures a month without once looking at the paperwork.
At present, several of the country’s biggest names in mortgages have frozen their in-progress foreclosures while a federal investigation of fraud in the foreclosure procedures of these lenders is being carried out. Most of these lenders have come forth and confessed that, in an attempt to cope with the unspeakable backlog of foreclosure cases jamming up the legal system in the twenty-three states that require a judicial foreclosure, they hired employees to quickly sign hundreds of thousands of foreclosure documents over the past two years. These employees never even read the court documents that they were supposed to be witnessing, many of which contained incorrect or incomplete information that couldn’t stand up to legal scrutiny. The attorneys general of all fifty states are currently working in conjunction on a joint investigation as to the full extent of this fraud and how foreclosure procedures will need to be amended so it does not happen again in the future.
Fox, whose twenty-two acre horse farm is mortgaged by GMAC, accuses the bank of having flouted the state’s Consumer Protection Sales Practices Act, in addition to having committed common law fraud and an abuse of process as well as civil conspiracy through the attempted foreclosure. In retribution, he is demanding twenty-five thousand dollars from GMAC in compensatory damages, an additional twenty-five thousand dollars in civil penalties, and what NPR described as “undetermined punitive damages that his attorney said will be 2 percent of GMAC’s 2009 gross revenue.” His suit was filed in the Common Pleas Court.
The crux of Fox’s complaint is the fact that Stephan was hired by GMAC and knowingly committed fraud by signing the paperwork without having read it, even in light of the fact that “these hundreds of affidavits would be filed in Ohio courts and relied upon by Ohio common pleas court judges in deciding whether one plaintiff in the particular case had a right to foreclose on Ohio residents.” GMAC, the suit concludes, should have been aware of that same fact and stopped committing the fraudulent acts. Stephan inked Fox’s foreclosure affidavit in January of last year.

NEWARK — The inevitable legal response to allegations of fraud on foreclosure documents reached Licking County on Friday with a Johnstown man’s lawsuit against GMAC Mortgage and one of its employees.
Several major lenders recently acknowledged their employees signed thousands of foreclosure documents without reading them as required by state laws. A joint investigation involving all 50 states has begun.
Michael A. Fox, 10999 Jug St., Johnstown, claims in his complaint that GMAC violated the Ohio Consumer Protection Sales Practices Act, committed common law fraud, abuse of process and civil conspiracy in seeking to foreclose on his 22-acre horse farm.
In his complaint, filed in Common Pleas Court, Fox seeks at least $25,000 in compensatory damages and $25,000 in a civil penalty, plus undetermined punitive damages that his attorney said will be 2 percent of GMAC’s 2009 gross revenue.
The complaint states that Jeffrey Stephan, who signed Fox’s foreclosure assignment Jan. 26, 2009, also testified in a Florida state foreclosure case that he signed 10,000 affidavits and assignments in a month without knowledge of the cases or verifying the accuracy of the information.
“Stephan knew or should have known that these hundreds of affidavits would be filed in Ohio courts and relied upon by Ohio common pleas court judges in deciding whether one plaintiff in the particular case had a right to foreclose on Ohio residents,” Fox states in his complaint. “GMAC knew or should have known the same.”

I don’t know if people are aware of the issues that face me every day.
I don’t want to complain. I continue to wonder when my landlord will just throw my wife and kids out of this house.
You and Ellie have been such a blessing to me and my family.
In general, we are doing okay.
Like anybody we have our challenges every week.
I am nearly blind. I wear extra powerful contact lenses that are hard and gas permeable. I have not had funds enough to get a new exam and fresh lenses in over 12 years. These things are digging in to my eyes and I can hardly see some times. I ignore the pain, most of the time and Move On…
I need to see an eye doctor again. He’ll want me to buy new lenses, $300 plus… I can’t do that.
The last time I saw this expert eye doctor he told me my eyes are wearing out. At 50, I have been wearing these powerful, hard lenses since I was 15 and it’s wearing my eyes out. The doctor wants me to do that surgery thing – $8,000 for the special procedure that my eyes need.
Already I am dealing with these blood clots in my legs. I am exercising now and working out, working to lose over 100 pounds.
Now you know.
At 5am today my sister called me to say she needed me to take her to the Salt Lake airport, 3 hours from here.
I did need a ride to the Utah De Jure Grand Jury meeting at noon today. Another member of the jury needed a ride there too and I picked him up, along the way. The Water Softener guy wanted me to work with him for 3 hours today. We did find 1 customer today and that means I earned $100 today. Between my gasoline costs and the cost of food for Robert, who I picked up, and for lunch myself it cost us $90 to go and take part in the Jury/Assembly today.
I arrived home with my sister’s truck at 8pm tonight, after getting up and leaving by 6am today.
I need to get to more articles.
No one has sent any financial help in October.
The last time I asked for any help I received a $20 bill and $15 from somebody else.
October has been a very difficult month.
My rent is $1,200 behind.
Our elec is $900 behind.
My internet and phones are $350 behind.
The heat is $200 behind.
The cell phone has beent urned off, as it was paid for by a Fan in California and he can’t afford to do that any more.
My wife is angry at me for doing this Radio thing and the website thing, instead of finding a job and providing for our family.

Andy I believe you are correct they will usher him out quietly say mental breakdown or something else that makes it where he can no longer hold the office. If they were to reveal the fact he never should have occupied the office in the first place then too many others would be caught in the crossfire. The same people who put him office will see that he is removed but IMO just as you have said this will be done without saying he was never eligible to begin with. WE will still be stuck with Biden and his cast of clowns.

Good morning everyone. I was going through and cleaning our my inbox this morning and found an email that I hadn’t read earlier. You all may know about it already. Before Congress adjourned, they voted themselves a $200,000. death BONUS for each of them. Isn’t that nice? Come Jan. 1st, they will sock all of us with a 55% death TAX (another article says 50%). The blatant hypocracy is disgusting.
I’m with everyone else. I want Obama and gang of thieves to pay for the damage they have done to this country and its people. Slipping him out the back door and whisking him away is bad since he really knows too much, and it also gives us the idiot Biden as pres. for however long. 😦

Four Important Dates That Will Blow Your Socks Off

It is now time to put out the following critically-important information, which will have global implications.
The end of the UFO Cover-Up is in sight. And it will be this year.

These massive displays will be focused on the skies over the United States because the U.S. is the major one hold-out country to have not yet come clean with its people about UFO reality and Star Visitors contact.
The purpose of these starcraft displays is a) to pressure the U.S. Administration to stop perpetuating its silence about UFO matters, and b) to pressure the U.S. Government to begin without further delay diplomatic dialogue with Star Nations’ representative on Earth, Councillor of Earth, so that Star Nations can collaboratively plan with the U.S. Government how to unfold a series of Official Government Acknowledgments/Announcements about Star Visitors reality, contacts, communications, and gifts which have been shared.
2) November 9. [This date is approximate, it could be Nov. 8 or 10.] This is the date that Washington will finally stop stonewalling and instead begin cooperating with the Councillor of/for Earth in jointly planning a series of Official Government Acknowledgments of Star Visitor Contacts, starting this year! While it is anticipated that Washington will want to keep these initial diplomatic dialogues private, with only White House and National Security Council officials meeting with the Star Nations delegation, you will be able to tell that these diplomatic dialogues have indeed gotten under way by the fact that the relentless massive sky displays since October 24th until then will have stopped as soon as the diplomatic dialogues have gotten started.
3) December 25-26 weekend. The first of a series of Official U.S. Government Acknowledgments of UFO Reality will be made over the Christmas weekend of Dec. 25-26! That will be your extra Christmas present under the tree this year: The U.S. Government will finally stop lying about UFOs to its people after 63 years!
But wait, you say, Christmas weekend is a terrible time to make such an important announcement. People are busy celebrating Christmas, going to relatives for Christmas dinner, the National Football League Christmas game will be on TV on Christmas Saturday, December 25 (the Dallas Cowboys versus the Arizona Cardinals), etc. People will be BUSY and distracted. How can the government expects its news release to get much coverage at such a busy time?
Exactly! The U.S. Government has demonstrated for over 60 years that it earns no Profile in Courage in regard to UFO honesty. So it is foreseen that the Administration will try to “bury” this news release by putting it out on Christmas.
Ho, ho, ho! Your tax dollars at work.
However, come 2011, the government’s stalling and delaying its facing up to UFO reality has a very short time window to get its citizens caught up on 63 years of contacts with Star Visitors, information, communications, and accepting Star Visitor consultants to work here to help our scientists make the marvelous advances we have been seeing.
The short time window to get all the government admissions done is Dec. 25-May 20. Why? Because as of May 21, the American public (and the world) will see in person or on television Star Visitors in the audience of a major televised event in Philadelphia, at which Star Visitors will be some of the Speakers!! That event is described below.
4) May 21-22 weekend. An Advanced Workshop for Star Seed adults, Star Kids and their families will take place the May 21-22, 2011 weekend in Philadelphia (the City of Brotherly Love). This Workshop is being planned in collaboration with Star Nations.
One of the Speakers will be the leader of a planet in a star system 17 light years distant which has two inhabited planets. It is anticipated that this Star Visitor will bring a family member with him who will also make a presentation.
Another Speaker will be an Estican (Mantoid) Incarnate Human who is authorized to speak on behalf of her people since she is the niece of the Estican People’s Councillor representative to Star Nations.
Other Star Visitors will also address the gathering.
Two teenage Star Kids will be Speakers, and will speak on the challenges of growing up as a Star Kid in a culture which has not provided any recognition of Star Kids.
A Star Seed adult Speaker, who has been downloaded with unprecedented Star Visitors information for the public, will provide a Revised History of Planet Earth, including: who first discovered this planet,where the dinosaurs really fit into Earth’s time-line, who first bioengineered Homo Sapiens, did Darwin overstate evolution?, the histories of precedent civilizations Lemuria and Atlantis, who built the pyramids and why, other life forms on Earth not now recognized as existing and highly-intelligent, who the Great Religious Teachers/Avatars really were, which star races have interacted with Humans over the course of our history, and the history of Star Visitors’ interactions with today’s governments, the technologies shared with those governments, and what the governments are hiding from us.
And Dr. Richard Boylan, the Councillor of/for Earth, will be making presentations and explaining the advanced abilities of Star Seeds and Star Kids, and be leading demonstrations of some of those psychic abilities.
Star Visitors have foreshown that this Workshop will be televised nationally, and thence rebroadcasted globally.
This Advanced Workshop will serve as a powerful trigger which will awake recognition in millions of Star Seeds and Star Kids around the globe as to their true and full identity, why they are different, and what their full potential of abilities is.
After this Advanced Workshop is over Sunday afternoon May 22, the U.S. Government will not be able to return to business as usual. The cultural beachhead of the Transition of human society into one which must be seen as cosmic in scope will have been achieved.

Hard to believe, isn’t it? If this is true, some folks might have a bit of a pothole in their brains. If not, another whacko prediction. But I have watched this guy be right before on something you really wouldn’t have expected.
This does dovetail perfectly with indigenous prophecy (Hopi/Mayan) – which I have researched a bit.
Mind you though, they won’t be landing and saying “take me to your leader” on the 24th. That’s on November 9th.. 😉

OK so the Anunnaki are coming home. These dates were being spread around the internet one year ago when disclosure was to happen just before Christmas of last year. Over the past year, so much more has been coming out little by little so maybe this time the big event is really going to happen.
