Hi everybody, we are opening up another blog site just for like-minded people who like to discuss and disseminate pertinent info about our great journey from democracy (so called) to a real honest-to-goodness Republic, all 50 of them. By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. Sorry ’bout this, Folks. I said I was new at this so, I just found a few messages in the spam file for last couple of days from people who have posted before so I suppose I need to keep a closer eye on the spam folder. Well the stupid Ninth Circuit ruled tonight that 11 or 12 Latin American countries can file amicus briefs along with Mexico against one of OUR republics-Arizona. So the Corporation and most of Latin America is sueing our Arizona republic.(fellow sovereign Americans) I just cannot wrap my brain around this!! It really ticks me off!!! Enough is Enough!!!

In today’s newspaper, the editorial cartoon shows ……Big shadowy figures at the huge front door with little people sitting in their living room with a caption that reads :
“These are anonymous billionaire gentlemen who say they have bought and now own our democracy and are here to tell us how to vote…………..(and in the bottom corner a little guy walks off saying)….. Tell’em to come back on Halloween.”
………..and what struck me as funny was that it was written in ALL CAPS.

The ninth circuit is all along the west coast. They are truly sickening. Amicus briefs have no real meaning- they generally always allow them. But they do give the crooks bad ideas to use.

Some concerns about signing the documents. I have friends who want to sign on but they work for the corp. Teachers, etc. They are concerned about their social security numbers and pensions if they sign on. I did post the question to questions at the republic and waiting for a reply.

Don’t feel like the only one !! I spent last night and today finishing ours. I waited until the last minute hoping:

Thistle and RC I hear you just mailed our 2009 taxes in the other day as you I was hoping that putting in a extension would have been all we needed to do as the IRS was suppose to cease but that never happened so gave in and sent the leeches the money of course the interest and Penalties are soon to follow I’m sure the IRS will be sending us another bill soon. This will be the first time in the history that our mortgage payment has to be late as it was the only way we could afford to pay the leeches in the District Of Criminals.

Question. What happens if you win/get remedy on a Foreclosure? Since the signature and original note seem to be the key here, and those are not showing up. Are these HO still to pay on the mortgage? I’m at a loss as to what happens after the HO wins their case.

If they work for a government agency that does security background checks then there could be a problem (firing). Tim T always gave the advice that people with federal jobs should not become secured party creditors because it would raise red flags with Homeland Security and that the average person would not be equipped to deal with that. Not sure how that applies now to the Republic or teachers working for state.

All I know is we have a woman in our republic who has been a member of our republic for many months. After being unemployed for many months, she landed a job working for an attorney. She was worried about this, and before signing the new papers, she asked if there would be any repercussions. She was told it did not matter what job she had. This came directly from the CA.
If anyone knows of anything different, then please let us know.

Good question RC! How could you pay on a proven fraudulent mortgage. Seems to me that you couldn’t pay, unless you agree to a new contract.
I sure hope we find out the answer to this soon.

From what I understand- your mortgage was settled 3 days after you signed/monetized the note and then it was hypothecated 4 or more times after that. That is one of the frauds committed on you. Also, not only do you want to ask for them to produce the note, you also want them to produce the title page where it is stamped (and I believe this is the wording ) Paid in Full. Main thing I would ask for is a “clear title”, clouds removed. I would not take their lawyers word for it but have title search by your attorney or a title company.

Folks this Foreclosure Fraud Issue is MAJOR and even according to the VP of the RuSA once the moratorium is over they are going to come out biting like rabid rats. So DO NOT rest on your laurels if you are in a process now keep pressing forward and do as much research as you possibly can and hit them from every angle. (you know they would do it to you)

Your welcome South! Had our 2nd Congressional hearing today. Lots and lots of work to do! But it’s exciting! Conference Calls for everyone in the Republic and anyone interested in re-inhabiting the Republic with us will be on Wednesday nights. I will post the call info on the blog. Really good news today about people joining the Republic and meetings with large groups, including Tea parties, are ongoing. Meeting today with a group of over 100,000.

Also TT stressed the importance of us all learning how to self-govern. We can’t depend on him and the leadership to make the decisions. We must come together and govern ourselves. Then tell them what it is we want them to do. This is foreign to most of us. The dumbing down and brainwashing runs deep. We have depended on our “leaders”(so called) to do everything for us. (Not such a great idea) We MUST stop spending our time on tv watching, video games, etc. and get things done ourselves. This is what liberty is all about. Liberty with responsibility and accountability.
