Sports cars may not have the best reputation for being environmentally-friendly, but this sleek machine has been designed to reach 217.5 mph (350 km/h) – using nothing but saltwater.

Its radical drive system allows the 5,070lbs (2,300kg) Quant e-Sportlimousine to reach 0-60 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds, making it as fast as the McLaren P1.

After making its debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March, the saltwater technology has now been certified for use on European roads.

The 920 horsepower (680 kW) Quant e-Sportlimousine uses something known as an electrolyte flow cell power system to power four electric motors within the car.

It works in a similar way to a hydrogen fuel cell, however, the liquid used for storing energy is saltwater.

The liquid passes through a membrane in between the two tanks, creating an electric charge. This electricity is then stored and distributed by super capacitors.

The car carries the water in two 200-litre tanks, which in one sitting will allow drivers to travel up to 373 miles (600km).

NanoFlowcell AG, a Lichtenstein-based company behind the drive, is now planning to test the car on public roads in Germany and elsewhere in Europe as the company prepares for series production.

It claims the technology offers five times the energy capacity of lithium-ion batteries of the same weight.

‘We’ve got major plans, and not just within the automobile industry,’ says NanoFlowcell AG Chairman of the Board Professor Jens-Peter Ellermann.

‘The potential of the NanoFlowcell is much greater, especially in terms of domestic energy supplies as well as in maritime, rail and aviation technology.’

Dear Mr. President Putin,

Please accept our apologies on behalf of a great many people here in the Netherlands for our Government and our Media. The facts concerning MH17 are twisted to defame you and your country.

We are powerless onlookers, as we witness how the Western Nations, led by the United States, accuse Russia of crimes they commit themselves more than anybody else. We reject the double standards that are used for Russia and the West. In our societies, sufficient evidence is required for a conviction. The way you and your Nation are convicted for ‘crimes’ without evidence, is ruthless and despicable.

You have saved us from a conflict in Syria that could have escalated into a World War. The mass killing of innocent Syrian civilians through gassing by ‘Al-­‐Qaeda’ terrorists, trained and armed by the US and paid for by Saudi Arabia, was blamed on Assad. In doing so, the West hoped public opinion would turn against Assad, paving the way for an attack on Syria.

Not long after this, Western forces have built up, trained and armed an ‘opposition’ in the Ukraine, to prepare a coup against the legitimate Government in Kiev. The putschists taking over were quickly recognized by Western Governments. They were provided with loans from our tax money to prop their new Government up.

The people of the Crimea did not agree with this and showed this with peaceful demonstrations. Anonymous snipers and violence by Ukrainian troops turned these demonstrations into demands for independence from Kiev. Whether you support these separatist movements is immaterial, considering the blatant Imperialism of the West.

Russia is wrongly accused, without evidence or investigation, of delivering the weapons systems that allegedly brought down MH17. For this reason Western Governments claim they have a right to economically pressure Russia.

We, awake citizens of the West, who see the lies and machinations of our Governments, wish to offer you our apologies for what is done in our name. It’s unfortunately true, that our media have lost all independence and are just mouthpieces for the Powers that Be.

Because of this, Western people tend to have a warped view of reality and are unable to hold their politicians to account.

Our hopes are focused on your wisdom. We want Peace. We see that Western Governments do not serve the people but are working towards a New World Order. The destruction of sovereign nations and the killing of millions of innocent people is, seemingly, a price worth paying for them, to achieve this goal.

These embassies will be reporting back home at the end of each day on how much traffic they are getting, because that is their job. This allows us to use the communication structures we have in place now and respond quickly to try to push a story like this into mass media for more exposure.

The breakthrough the Dutch have given us is to begin using the obvious link that all of these destabilization efforts have been an offense by elites in Western governments for reasons they do not think we will agree with, hence they have cut our approval out of the process. Instead of lots of fragmented efforts with limited and evaporating effect, they can all be rolled into one big fist to pound back with.

With so much happening over the summer on the geopolitical front, including increasing social unrest around the world, it’s important to look in again on the International Monetary Fund’s 2010 Quota and Governance Reforms. Obviously the United States is still delaying the required congressional approval to enact the legislation in support of the reforms.

The G20 countries have collectively given the American congress until the end of this year to pass the legislation, which is supported by the countries listed below as well as the American Executive Branch and the Treasury. Earlier this year the reforms were attached to the aid package for Ukraine. The IMF reforms and IRS proposed rule change were packaged together and became part of the aid bill, only to be dropped later so the aid bill for Ukraine could be passed.

The IRS rule change would have limited freedom of speech in regards to the political activities of non-profit organizations. The Koch brothers, who presumably would not have benefited from this rule change, bargained that the Ukraine aid package would be passed, along with the IMF reforms, as long as the IRS rule change was removed from the bill. For whatever reason, the Democrats refused to separate the IMF reforms and IRS rule change, but the aid package was ultimately passed.

This tells us a few very important things.

First, the Koch brothers are aggressively supporting Republican candidates in this years congressional elections which are to take place on November 4th. The IRS rule change would have severely hampered their attempts at maintaining and growing political influence. Is it possible that international banking interests, represented in the form of the Bank for International Settlements, is attempting to strip political influence away from American business interests?

Second, neither the Koch brothers, nor the republicans, are against the IMF reforms. They are only against the IRS rule change which has been attached with the IMF reforms on every bill that is written. It is perhaps a requirement of the international banking interests that IMF reform and a weakening of internal political power of each country are part and parcel of the same game plan.

Thirdly, given that the Executive Branch and the U.S. Treasury, being the representation of the Democrats, and presumably along with the Republicans by way of congressional representation, are all willing to enact the legislation supporting the IMF 2010 Reforms, it is highly likely that the reforms will be passed shortly after the November 4th elections, as demanded by the G20 countries.

Fourthly, the Koch brothers, who are likely the tip of the spear for a larger American industrial like-minded collective, are unwilling to give up the ability to influence national and local elections. This American industrial representation likely accepts the inevitability of the IMF Reforms and the restructuring of the global economic structure, including the dollars removal as the worlds primary reserve currency, but are unwilling to accept relinquishing their influence over American political power.

And somehow the Keystone XL pipeline is also bundled up in this mess. The Koch brothers are the largest foreign lease holders in the Canadian oil sands industry. Not to mention that they own and control the holding tanks and shipment processing facilities located at Hardisty, Alberta, which is the beginning of the Keystone pipeline. Obviously the Koch brothers will benefit greatly from the Keystone XL Pipeline, which is likely why the Democrats are holding up its approval – IRS rule change for pipeline approval. It’s politics American style.

With the fast approaching restructuring of the global economy it is imperative for American business interests to close and secure as many resource deals around the world as possible. If one looks closely enough behind the curtain of media propaganda, it is easy to see the resource security and allocation taking place in all the flash points around the world, from natural gas in Europe to oil in Iraq. Where resources are not sold and paid for in dollars the American interests will have less bargaining leverage.

And for an American economy not blessed with the worlds primary reserve currency, business contracts and overall profitability will require as much leverage as possible.

Could the internal civil unrest taking place within America be the product of external banking interests? Could this unrest be used as leverage to get American industrial and business interests to agree with the larger mandate of economic reform and politically aligned mandates?

There is no doubt that the tools of propaganda and coercion are used on political groups and business conglomerates around the world in all countries. We need to seriously consider that the United States was used by the international banking interests and have had no more control over their own dollar and its machinations than the homeowner has over the interest rate on his mortgage.

And now that the banking interests no longer require the dollar for its broader goals, the American business and industrial interest will be brought to heel under the mandates of the Bank for International Settlements.

The Koch brothers could very well represent the last stand of American business and industrial sovereignty. Whatever sovereignty was left to begin with. Though I imagine they would sign that remaining sovereignty away for the right contract.

The 40,000 Yazidis stranded on the mountain. That was the pretext for US military intervention in Iraq, as set out by President Obama last Thursday. The air war was commenced, and officials were talking up sending ground forces for “rescue” operations as recently as this afternoon.

But a funny thing happened when the US “advisers” got to Mount Sinjar. There weren’t 40,000 starving Yazidis stranded there. In fact, the indications are that there never were, and the Pentagon quickly dropped the “rescue” plan.

What happened? It turns out there were Yazidis already living on the top of the mountain, and while there were some refugees who fled up there, the humanitarian crisis was never what it was made out to be, and an influx of Kurdish PKK fighters from Syria quickly broke the overblown siege
The Pentagon is trying to manage the narrative by simply saying the rescue mission “appears unnecessary,” but the fact that it was used to start a US war remains, and the State Department is doubling down, trying to spin the lack of a crisis as vindication of the war.

“President said we’re going to break the siege of this mountain, and we broke that siege,” bragged Brett McGurk on Twitter, neglecting to mention that the siege was largely mythical in the first place. The Pentagon wasn’t nearly so daring as to take credit for solving a crisis that didn’t exist.
Instead, the Pentagon is combing the countryside of northwestern Iraq, where their former casus belli was before it so rudely evaporated, and looking for other crises that they might use as a justification for continuing and escalating the war.

Officials seem to be totally ignoring the obvious question: where the false story of a massive Yazidi crisis came from in the first place. In that regard, there are no easy answers, though the obvious beneficiaries of the new US war are the Kurdish Peshmerga, which are suddenly getting flooded with Western arms to fight ISIS, and eventually, to fuel their secession.

The administration just seems grateful that they got an excuse to start a war they’ve been chomping at the bit for, and even if the excuse didn’t exactly pan out, they’ll quickly find another.

President Obama won’t make any major announcements on immigration reform during his secretive mid-vacation trip back to Washington next week, the White House said Wednesday.
The president is expected to return to the White House on Sunday, but officials won’t say why Obama is taking the unusual, and costly, trip back to Washington. He’s expected to return to Martha’s Vineyard, where he’s been vacationing, on Tuesday.
Speculation has circled around whether Obama might make an announcement of executive actions he’s taking on immigration reform, or a surprise visit from a foreign leader.

But the White House is “not anticipating a major announcement on immigration when the president is in Washington,” spokesman Eric Schultz told reporters traveling with Obama in Massachusetts.
Schultz did say that Obama will be meeting with Vice President Biden while he’s back in Washington. And Obama will be without both press secretary Josh Earnest, who is out on paternity leave, and Schultz, Earnest’s top deputy, while in the nation’s capital.

“Eric Schultz is staying,” the spokesman quipped, dipping into the third person.

Adding more mystery to the topic, Schultz said the administration did not “anticipate any major significant news developments out of Washington those few days.”

But if the president is only coming back to meet with staff face-to-face, it could invite questions about wasting taxpayer dollars.

According to Air Force documents obtained Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, the roundtrip travel expenses for the president’s 2013 vacation to Martha’s Vineyard totaled $1,164,268.

A return to Washington merely to meet with staff would also seem to undercut assurances offered by the White House that the president is fully operational, even when vacationing away from the capital.

Asked about partisan criticism of the vacation last Friday, Schultz noted Obama “travels with a wide array of communications equipment, and we also travel with a staff that allows us to have robust operational capabilities.”

According to the report of German pilot and airlines expert Peter Haisenko, the MH17 Boeing 777 was not brought down by a missile.

What he observed from the available photos were perforations of the cockpit: 

 The facts speak clear and loud and are beyond the realm of speculation: The cockpit shows traces of shelling! You can see the entry and exit holes. The edge of a portion of the holes is bent inwards. These are the smaller holes, round and clean, showing the entry points most likely that of a 30 millimeter caliber projectile. Based on detailed analysis Peter Haisenko reached  the conclusion that the MH17 was not downed by a missile attack:

This aircraft was not hit by a missile in the central portion. The destruction is limited to the cockpit area. Now you have to factor in that this part is constructed of specially reinforced material

The OSCE Mission

It is worth noting that the initial statements by OSCE observers (July 31) broadly confirm the findings of Peter Haisenko:

Monitors from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe reported that shrapnel-like holes were found in two separate pieces of the fuselage of the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines aircraft that was believed to have been downed by a missile in eastern Ukraine.

Michael Bociurkiw of the OSCE group of monitors at his daily briefing described part of the plane’s fuselage dotted with “shrapnel-like, almost machine gun-like holes.” He said the damage was inspected by Malaysian aviation-security officials .(Wall Street Journal, July 31, 2014)

The monitoring OSCE team has not found evidence of a missile fired from the ground as conveyed by official White House statements. As we recall, the US ambassador to the UN Samantha Power stated –pointing a finger at Russia– that the Malaysian MH17 plane was “likely downed by a surface-to-air missile operated from a separatist-held location”:

The team of international investigators with the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) are uncertain if the missile used was fired from the ground as US military experts have previously suggested, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported. (Malay Mail online, emphasis added)

The initial OSCE findings tend to dispel the claim that a BUK missile system brought down the plane.

Evidently, inasmuch as the perforations are attributable to shelling, a shelling operation conducted from the ground could not have brought down an aircraft traveling above 30,000 feet.

Peter Haisenko’s study is corroborated by the Russian Ministry of Defense which pointed to a Ukrainian Su-25 jet in the flight corridor of the MH17, within proximity of the plane.

Ironically, the presence of a military aircraft is also confirmed by a BBC  report conducted at the crash site on July 23.

All the eyewitnesses  interviewed by the BBC confirmed the presence of a Ukrainian military aircraft flying within proximity of Malaysian Airlines MH17 at the time that it was shot down: 

Eyewitness #1: There were two explosions in the air. And this is how it broke apart. And [the fragments] blew apart like this, to the sides. And when …

Eyewitness #2: … And there was another aircraft, a military one, beside it. Everybody saw it.

Eyewitness #1: Yes, yes. It was flying under it, because it could be seen. It was proceeding underneath, below the civilian one.

Eyewitness #3: There were sounds of an explosion. But they were in the sky. They came from the sky. Then this plane made a sharp turn-around like this. It changed its trajectory and headed in that direction [indicating the direction with her hands].

The original BBC Video Report published by BBC Russian Service on July 23, 2014 has since been removed from the BBC archive.  In a bitter irony, The BBC is censoring its own news productions.

Media Spin

The media has reported that a surface to air missile was indeed fired and exploded before reaching its target.  It was not the missile that brought down the plane, it was the shrapnel resulting from the missile explosion (prior to reaching the plane) which punctured the plane and then led to a loss of pressure.

According to Ukraine’s National security spokesman Andriy Lysenko in a contradictory statement, the MH17 aircraft “suffered massive explosive decompression after being hit by a shrapnel missile.”  (See IBT, Australia)

In an utterly absurd report, the BBC quoting the official Ukraine statement  says that:

The downed Malaysia Airlines jet in eastern Ukraine suffered an explosive loss of pressure after it was punctured by shrapnel from a missile.

They say the information came from the plane’s flight data recorders, which are being analysed by British experts.

However, it remains unclear who fired a missile, with pro-Russia rebels and Ukraine blaming each other.

Many of the 298 people killed on board flight MH17 were from the Netherlands.

Dutch investigators leading the inquiry into the crash have refused to comment on the Ukrainian claims.

“Machine Gun Like Holes”

The shrapnel marks should be distinguished from the small entry and exit holes “most likely that of a 30 millimeter caliber projectile” fired from a military aircraft. These holes could not have been caused by a missile explosion as hinted by the MSM.

While the MSN is saying that the “shrapnel like holes” can be caused by a missile (see BBC report above), the OSCE has confirmed the existence of what it describes as “machine gun like holes”, without however acknowledging that these cannot be caused by a missile.

In this regard, the GSh-302 firing gun operated by an Su-25 is able to fire 3000 rpm which explains the numerous entry and exit holes.

According to the findings of Peter Haisenko:

If we now consider the armament of a typical SU 25 we learn this: It is equipped with a double-barreled 30-mm gun, type GSh-302 / AO-17A, equipped with: a 250 round magazine of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells (dum-dum), arranged in alternating order. The cockpit of the MH 017 has evidently been fired at from both sides: the entry and exit holes are found on the same fragment of it’s cockpit segment (op cit)

The accusations directed against Russia including the sanctions regime imposed by Washington are based on a lie.

The evidence does not support the official US narrative to the effect that the MH17 was shot down by a BUK missile system operated by the DPR militia.

What next? More media disinformation, more lies?

Decentralization Leads to More Centralization

The financial world was centralized around a unipolar American dollar since 1944 and is now going through a form of temporary decentralization with the implementation of the eastern led BRICS Development Bank and Contingent Reserve Arrangement.

The unipolar dollar world was sustained primarily by institutions which at first appeared to be American controlled but upon further investigation and logical realization were found to be controlled by the same international banking interests which were behind the BRICS institutions.

These western institutions are the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, World Trade Organization, and the International Monetary Fund. The BRICS Development Bank and Contingent Reserve Arrangement can be added to these institutions as economic tools of the same international banking interests.

The decentralization is only temporary as the BRICS countries continue to anticipate a restructuring of the International Monetary Fund as agreed upon by all G20 countries back in 2010. The delays in implementing these reforms continues to carry increased costs for the world economy but also increases the leverage being applied on the dollar system. This leverage will ultimately lead to a further centralization as the system makes the inevitable transition to the multilateral SDR based system.

The history of empires and reserve currencies follow each other closely and always end in periods of economic and geopolitical decentralization. These periods are fraught with instability and ideological border repositioning. Yet, for all the opportunities which these periods hold for the disorganized masses to take control of the mechanisms of the larger socioeconomic world, each period once again takes on the form of a new and deeper centralization which remains in the control of the small organized elite, as represented by the international banking interests.

The reason for this is likely to involve the manufacturing of the decentralization process by the same interests which plan to implement a broader centralization further down the road. The masses are focused on controlled news sources and engineered events which steer the illusion. The machinations of economic and geopolitical control are to be kept out of the hands of the disorganized masses at all costs.

All men who learn of such things as socioeconomics are naturally inclined to seek an ever upward movement through the social structure. This inclination is somewhat tribal in nature and is better explained in the world of anthropology as opposed to the world of economics. Though both disciplines are built strongly upon the observations of man in his natural state.

It is this natural state of man and how he interacts within a tribal structure which ensures a constant and steady flow of human interest into the lower ranks of the small organized elite. In essence, the centralization and decentralization processes are tribal in design and function.

A form of decentralization which is in fact another centralization is the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization. This is a currency swap arrangement between the ASEAN countries, being Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the People`s Republic of China, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The CMIM’s capital is drawn from a foreign exchange reserve pool amounting to $240 billion US.

The recent creation of the BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement, along with the Chiang Mai Initiative, partially make up a larger group of regional financial arrangements which include:

Arab Monetary Fund

European Stability Mechanism

Fondo Latinoamericano de Reservas

North American Framework Agreement

South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation

All of these arrangements appear to be a decentralization away from the dollar centralized system. And yet all of them are serving the larger macro process of consolidating sovereign currencies into regional groupings which can be further centralized once again under a supra-sovereign multilateral currency system.

This site has often written of the regional currency groupings which will inevitably be implemented as a part of the broader SDR system. Now information is beginning to come forth supporting a Middle Eastern Union being pushed by the small organized elite. We discussed this here before and suggested that a regional dinar currency would likely take shape to support the larger socioeconomic structure which is yet to emerge. The Arab Monetary Fund will play an important role in any regional arrangements.

It’s important to acknowledge that all of the regional financial arrangements listed above are governed by the respective central banks of member countries. And as we know, all central banks are governed by the Bank for International Settlements, which is the visible representation of the international banking interests.

So here we have a perfect example of what appears to be a mass decentralization born from the end of the unipolar dollar based system, which is in fact a further centralization under a new and emerging multilateral system.

This multilateral system will be represented as the SDR supra-sovereign reserve system, a further and broader centralization then we have ever seen before, as confirmed by the level of regional financial arrangements which are governed by central banks. – JC
