The program to erase the individual

I could have added a number of other countries to those in the title of this article.  In those I mentioned, there was once a tradition of the free and independent and unique individual.  That tradition has faded like a photo on an old postcard.

The individual is now considered a) a criminal by definition, or b) a member of a group defined solely by ethnicity, color, religion, gender, or c) either in the 1% or the 99%.

But the individual is not considered to be himself/herself.  Certainly not.  Anything but.

In any of these countries, go back through the speeches of recent presidents and prime ministers and try to find a significant, positive, extensive mention of the individual.  Good luck.

These days, mention “private property” and “individual” in the same sentence, and if you’re understood at all, chances are you’ll be labeled with some slur—because public-everything is supposed to be the utopian answer to humankind’s ills.

At one time, it was believed that a centuries-long struggle to liberate the individual from both church and king was meaningful.  It was where history was heading.  It was about more than economics.  Freedom of thought and expression had something to do with it.  Of course, the individual had to have an operating mind, if his independent thoughts were to add up to anything.

The power of the individual.  That phrase carried a message.  It was well-received.  The idea that government existed in order to enforce a basic minimum of laws which would support the individual; that idea made sense.

The idea that innovations were made by the individual, not the committee.  That notion had currency.

But this trend stalled and reversed.

It reversed, for example, in the hands of people suddenly called social scientists.  These were bloviating academic analysts of societies, who were unleashed to pontificate opinions as if they had been confirmed by laboratory experiments.

One of the founders of sociology, Emile Durkheim (1858-1917), coined the phrase “collective consciousness.” Durkheim insisted there were “inherent” qualities that existed in society apart from individuals. Exposing his own absurd theory, he went so far as to claim suicide was one of those qualities, as if the “phenomenon” were present beyond any individual choice to end life.

He wrote: “Man is the more vulnerable to self-destruction the more he is detached from any collectivity, that is to say, the more he lives as an egoist.”

In other words, according to Burkheim, the individual who rejects the norms and conformity of society must be wrapped up in himself in some morally repugnant way. There are no other alternatives. He’s either part of the collective or he’s tinged with criminality.

In his book, The Division of Labour in Society (1893), Burkheim spun moral conscience in the following fashion: “…Make yourself usefully fulfill a determinate function.” He cited this as a kind of command issued by collective consciousness. This is the presentation of the individual human as machine-cog.

From the mud of sociology’s beginnings, the long sordid history of the academic discipline brings us to something like this. Peter Callero, of the department of sociology, Western Oregon University, has written a book titled: The Myth of Individualism: How Social Forces Shape Our Lives (2013, 2nd Ed):

“Most people today believe that an individual is a person with an independent and distinct identification. This, however, is a myth.”

Staggering.  But as public relations and propaganda experts have learned, hauling a really huge lie in front of the public gives you a better chance of being believed than telling a small lie does.

When Callero writes “distinct identification,” he isn’t talking about ID cards and Social Security numbers. He’s asserting there is no significant difference between any two people. There aren’t two individuals to begin with. They’re a group.

This downgrading of the individual human spirit is far from accidental. It’s launched as a sustained propaganda campaign, the ultimate purpose of which is top-down control over the population.

Here’s another gem:

“The cold truth is that the individualist creed of everybody for himself and the devil take the hindmost is principally responsible for the distress in which Western civilization finds itself – with investment racketeering at one end and labor racketeering at the other. Whatever merits the creed may have had in the days of primitive agriculture and industry, it is not applicable in an age of technology, science, and rationalized economy. Once useful, it has become a danger to society.” (Charles Beard, 1931)

Beard, a celebrated historian, sees no difference between individual racketeering and the individual freely choosing and living his own life. In making this judgment, he becomes an intellectual/propaganda racketeer of the highest order.

One more:

“British empiricist philosophy is individualist. And it is of course clear that if the only criterion of true and false which a man accepts is that man’s, then he has no base for social agreement. The question of how man ought to behave is a social question, which always involves several people; and if he accepts no evidence and no judgment except his own, he has no tools with which to frame an answer.” (Jacob Bronowski, Science and Human Values, 1956).

Bronowski is quite sure that hearing other people’s evidence and then keeping one’s own counsel is wrong. One has to accept that evidence on its face. This is sheer idiocy. Individuals are capable of deciding, on their own, what social agreements to enter into.  They aren’t permanently enmeshed from birth.

Even more to the point, Beard and Bronowski were both high-achieving individuals—who then turned around and celebrated the kind of society that would try to flatten and level the individual to an average.

The world has many such experts. They rise high enough and then they preach collectivism. They become social meddlers. They believe they have the tools to plan what kind of world we should live in—since they are not part of that world anymore.

Freed from the obligations with which they want to bind us, they can scheme and fantasize about social, economic, and political constructs in which The Group is all.

This is elitism par excellence.

What is the primary power of the individual?  It is the power to create.  If that idea seems shop-worn or vague, it is only because the creative force of the individual has been purposefully downgraded from a hurricane to a drizzle.  The force is now viewed with a blank stare of non-recognition—or it has been transferred over to used car salesmen and other hustlers who have rebranded themselves as self-improvement gurus, who reduce their proclamations to the language of infomercials.

Cheapening the most profound human impulses and energies is part and parcel of engendering a civilization that looks, sounds, feels, and tastes like a cartoon.  We live in it.  It is often vicious and painful for many people, but it is a cartoon.  Intellectually, it imitates life with shortened perspectives and short-circuited ideas.

But…the individual does not have to buy any of this.  The individual can refuse.  He can take up a different position.  He can invent from the platform of his own freedom.

He doesn’t have to play the part of idiot or slave.

He can reject the collective and the group.  He can pursue the unlimited space that opens up when he is launching his best future.

The tradition of the individual, in the nations where it once existed, where it was fought for, may be dead; but the individual himself is not dead.

He can find his way.  He can return to the center.  He can live through and by his own imagination, come hell or high water.

He can walk away from every fungus-ridden collectivist scheme and invent his own destiny.

He can stop prostrating himself before the billion possible little phony gods the salesmen are selling.

The endless volleys of contemporary criticism aimed at “the human species” and its desecrations, crimes, and insanities do not distinguish The Group from the individual.  They attempt to bury the individual, but they fail.

You are not everyone else, and everyone else is not you.  That absurd prescription is glazed, re-fried, many-times-boiled, and sold-on-a-stick “ancient Asian wisdom,” in modern-mall “spiritual centers” of the West.  It has been recycled to conceal its collectivist message.

The individual, no matter how hard he tries, can’t rid himself of his independence, creative-force, power, or freedom.  He can induce amnesia, but somewhere within himself, he knows what he is doing.

Dedicated slaves are a dime a dozen.  But there was once a tradition in some nations, and it stood for the unique individual.  It was real.  It was never perfect; far from it.  But it existed.  That tradition was hijacked and turned inside out.

As the battle for individual freedom and independence gained ground, education was seen as the means to teach boys and girls what it meant to be a citizen in a limited Republic.  That was a major purpose of schooling.

But as education was turned into a quacking duck, as too many students refused to learn, as too many teachers refused to teach, as too many citizens didn’t care, as government slyly expanded its reach and size and control, the public education experiment went down the drain.  And so did limited government.

The resurrection of the individual by the individual is now the course.  It can only be understood by those who know that “average” and “normal” aren’t the objectives.

There are many, many people who are living half-blind, while believing that they can see clearly, and that everyone else should see on this level.  That is another feature of the cartoon.

Don’t buy the cartoon.

The group has no creative power or imagination.  It merely pretends it does.  It passes a gross imitation from hand to hand…and if it ever stops, it will find dust, only dust…

The Donald Singlehandedly Wrecks the Republican Party and Upstages Every GOP Presidential Candidate

Regardless of what you think of Donald Trump as a person or presidential candidate, what is really important about him is this.

Trump has courage.

Donald J. Trump truly possesses a streak of raw, unadulterated courage not seen since John F. Kennedy.

Forget how he projects or speaks for just a moment. He was not bred or acculturated like JFK. He was born as a tough ass, hard-as-nails, in-your-face New Yorker. That’s what he is.  So, everyone needs to get over it.  After all, isn’t that what this 2016 presidential election cycle desperately needs?  A super-dose of reality mixed with some very tough love.

In his drive to succeed in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island housing markets, and later in the cutthroat Manhattan real estate market, Donald Trump had to play the game against some very tough competitors. That’s why he was FORCED to file for bankruptcy four times. And yet, he got up again, raised himself from the mat, and re-entered the fight.

Donald Trump was born to fight and he just picked his biggest one yet. 

Donald Trump is the only BIG — really BIG — public figure to have persisted about Barack Obama not possessing an authentic birth certificate (BC).  Not only that, but during the last presidential campaign his relentless pursuit of that BC forced Obama to post a  fabricated copy of a fraudulent BC on the official WhiteHouse.gov website.

Since then, Obama’s birth certificate copy has been proven by several experts to be a completely fraudulent and forged document.  That’s a felony on the part of Obama and his colluding staff.  Actually, the whole process of defrauding the American people — over two presidential election cycles — represents a whole bunch of serious felonies … as in high crimes and misdemeanors.  As in impeachable crimes!

In his brave endeavor to expose Obama, Trump trumped all the aces that Obama and his tribe were holding, and forced them to commit felonies in the process of fabricating and posting a falsified birth certificate.  Do you now understand the sheer enormity and profundity of the accomplishment of one Donald Trump?

Not only did Team Obama go into panic mode due to Trump’s bold initiatives, they proceeded to engineer the fake assassination of Osama bin Laden 2 days after the posting in order to divert the attention of the whole world from the fraudulent and forged BC they contrived.  That manufactured event is further elaborated here and at the following link.

What’s the point?

There is only one other man of stature who has been brave enough to pursue the truth of Obama’s BC and that is Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Phoenix.

That’s not really the point; it’s just another VERY significant factoid. Why?  Because the good sheriff has found himself harassed and persecuted, harried and prosecuted by the Obama Administration every time he attempts to enforce federal immigration law. Just like Arpaio, the MSM has gone after Trump for simply wanting existing law enforced by the federal government.

The other point is that Donald Trump unveiled the BC conspiracy in a way that no one else in American society was able or willing to do.  Because he speaks the truth like no politician in the land, he has distinguished himself at least as a authentic birther and, therefore, truth-teller.  That doesn’t mean he’d be a great or even good president, only that he is willing to tell the people the truth. In this particular case, he was quite willing to pursue the single most inconvenient truth in the USA — Obama’s lack of an authentic birth certificate.

Donald Trump also seems to represents the dire reality of these United States of America in 2015 in a way that no one else will. In so doing, he commits the greatest crime that any American politician can ever commit — he tells the people the truth … and then let’s them come to their own conclusions about how to proceed.

Trump has the cojones of King Kong and Godzilla put together

It is critical to understand that there is no one else out there who has shown any willingness to take on the system.  Joe Arpaio has, but at a much lower level.  That’s not to say that there are not others out there who would like to take on the system.  However, they need to see how it’s done first.  What it takes. And what the consequences might be.

Donald Trump has shown a willingness to lose everything he has.  TPTB have already been stripping away one revenue stream after another from his empire.  At the end of the day, he could literally be left with nothing, and he really seems not to care.  Talk about HUGE cojones (yes, it is properly spelled with an “o” not an “a”).

Sorry if we offend anyone’s sensibilities, but it’s crucial to understand at this critical juncture of American history that, going forward:

WHOEVER HAS THE BIGGEST COJONES
OUGHT TO BE THE BOSS.

What we’re saying is that the whole planetary realm has been ruled by sheer cowards for many decades. Cowards manufactured the two world wars and succumbed to the forces promoting a perpetual war economy. Cowards both synthesized and surrendered to those economic depressions and recessions which paralyzed the planet. Nothing but fear-filled cowards built massive arsenals of nuclear weaponry that could destroy the world one hundred times over. It is still the same cowards who continue to create every conceivable weapon of mass destruction in order to hold regions of the world hostage. Hence, only a leader with moral courage, and especially one who will act on the courage of their convictions, can break the current downward death spiral of American society, as well as Western civilization.

We’re not saying that Donald Trump would make the best president of the USA.  Who can possibly say at this point?  What we are saying is that Trump will make sure that the current electoral process will be revealed for what it truly is —> a TOTAL FRAUD. In fact, it is an unmitigated fraud perpetrated on the citizenry every four yours to present the appearance that the American people live in a democracy where the people choose the leaders, not the rich and powerful.

Look it, it takes a person with a large ego to go up against the entire Anglo-American power structure, yes?  Who would ever embrace such a formidable undertaking (with the exception of JFK, of course) except an individual who has real courage and fearlessness, moxie and intestinal fortitude … and a HUGE ego?

Trump’s Scottish Ancestry Makes Him A Fierce Fighting Force

For those who are unaware, the Scots have a long and valiant history of bucking the system.  There was no more tyrannical system than the thoroughly despotic English monarchy.  That’s not to say there were not some fair-minded British monarchs who departed from the typical ‘royal’ despotism down through the centuries.  Nevertheless, it was the Scottish people who felt the heel of the British Empire as no other ‘colony’.  After all, they began as the next door neighbor of the biggest global bully of the second millennium.  In effect, Scotland was the first British colony in the making of the British Empire.

George Galloway: A Scottish Former MP Who Is As Fearsome As They Come 

Very few nations produce sons as courageous as Scots-Irish George Galloway, the Respect Party Member of Parliament (MP) who served from March 2012 to March 2015.  Galloway fiercely fought the entrenched and prevailing mindsets of the British Parliament in a way that no other MP has in modern history.  Watch any video on YouTube and his principled stands and righteous ferocity come through clearly every time. Unfortunately, just like Trump, his was often a lone voice crying in the wilderness.

The point here is that Trump comes from the same no-nonsense Scottish pedigree.  Whether you love ’em or hate ’em doesn’t matter.  Whether you like his style is really irrelevant.  Whether you appreciate, or not, his approach to real problems facing America is not the issue.  Whether you’re appalled by The Donald‘s total lack of political correctness is inconsequential.  Just like George Galloway’s tirades in the House of Commons — year after year — where he was somewhat successful at waking up the woefully unenlightened consciousness that predominates throughout Parliament, Trump is busy pricking the American conscience during this unparalleled and paradigm-busting campaign season.

What remains to be seen is how Trump articulates his foreign policy.  Galloway’s was extraordinarily considerate of the sovereignty of other nations, as he was compassionate toward oppressed peoples such as the Palestinians.  Nevertheless, Trump’s stated mission is to first: “Make America Great Again!”  He knows that the current domestic predicament under Obama has so deteriorated and is in such desperate condition that nothing short of a 21st century “Marshall Plan” will effectively rebuild this nation.

3rd Party Independent Candidates Often Educate and Enlighten the Electorate 

Though he has ‘resisted’ leaving the GOP primary process, Trump is actually operating as the quintessential independent 3rd party candidate.  He knows that there is no place for his politics or policies, presentations or polemics within the Republican Party.  That’s why it’s so much fun to watch him blow it all up.  The whole Republican charade is being exposed with every event that occurs around The Donald.  He is a natural for setting up the GOP to unwittingly reveal their treachery and treason at every turn.

This is the real beauty of Donald Trump.  It’s not about him becoming president, because that is highly unlikely to happen.  It is about him exposing the outright corruption of American government, especially the nefarious workings of the U.S. Federal Government.  Every time he opens his mouth something new comes out of the closet.  The Megyn Kelly episode during the recent debate, that was sponsored by FACEBOOK, no less, is a perfect example of The Donald exposing the conspiratorial collaboration between the ever-perfidious Mainstream Media (MSM) and the American political establishment.  Truly, FOX News was caught with their pants, and skirts, down, as never before.  WOW ! ! !

Just as Ron Paul has effectively served as the Thomas Paine of the 21st century during and between his presidential campaigns, Trump is serving the very same purpose, only in different ways and for different purposes.  Paul was, and is, functioning as the New Age Internet Pamphleteer prior to the upcoming 2nd American Revolution.  He has methodically educated the American people about the tyrannical IRS, the unaccountable Federal Reserve and perpetual war economy that both political parties aggressively promote.

Trump, on the other hand, is our Paul Revere screaming that the British are already here, and that they have destroyed the country from within.  Their Manchurian Candidate and loyal agent — Barack Obama — was surreptitiously inserted into the American political system by way of the extreme stealth and subversion that the British are well known for.  That’s why Trump raised such a raucous about the birth certificate.  That incredible conspiracy, which continues to this very day, is enough to create the greatest American constitutional crisis of all time.

The key role that Donald Trump has in this national drama is to alert the American people of the many political dangers and fiscal perils that lurk around every corner.  In that regard, though unelected to any public office, he is also playing the part of John Adams, the extremely righteous, determined and outspoken advocate for American Independence. Simply put, were it not for the mountain-moving John Adams, the Revolutionary War would never have taken place.  Furthermore, the constitutional republic of the United States of America might never have been born … for real!

Only a real outsider — who is independently wealthy — can shake up the system in the way that it needs to be earth-shaken.  In this regard Donald Trump is the man.  Make no mistake about it, in spite of his predictable Donald Trump moments, he has already sacrificed more of his “life and limb” than all the other presidential candidates put together … … … since JFK, that is.

TRUMP: Man Of Destiny

The politicos on both the right and the left have never seen anything like Donald Trump. His destiny is unlike any other American politician.  The establishment knows however, that Trump should not, can not, and will not be elected president on their watch.  They will not tolerate someone who doesn’t take orders from the real shadow government that runs the show.

Hence, the folks who make up the plutocratic oligarchy that controls America’s fate will do everything on their power to sabotage Trumps Campaign.  These same characters fails to realize that what doesn’t kill Trump will only make him stronger.  Now that he has tasted the genuine support oozing from the electorate, who yearn for a real leader, he will not end his march to Washington.

When we state that they will not allow Trump to enter the White House, that means they will try to prevent him from winning however they so choose.  If they are unsuccessful they will resort to a plan B like they did with JFK, RFK and MLK.  The shadow government will stop at nothing because their whole world depends on strictly controlling the U.S. Government, and especially the presidency.

For this reason Mexico’s most powerful drug lord, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was permitted to escape from his pleasure palace prison on Saturday, July 11th just in time to issue direct threats at Donald Trump.  How ridiculous is the following account of the escape.

Guzman, 56, escaped late Saturday from Mexico’s Altiplano maximum-security prison through a specially built, lighted and ventilated tunnel that ended in a half-built house in a rural farm field near the prison.

Now the ruling cabal has plausible deniability should Trump be taken down by a Mexican drug gang leader (actually by his henchmen), particularly gangs known for their shocking violence and heinous crimes.

It’s No Accident That A Man Named TRUMP Owned A Gambling Empire

Donald Trump is in many ways the epitome of the American Dream. Like many who have came before him he has tried his hand at many different occupations and enterprises.  Some of those have failed; many have succeeded.  In addition to his extensive real estate development projects, his two mainstays have been gambling and golf.  American culture has embraced both of these as much as mom and apple pie.  Donald is the classic All-American businessman.

Just like the U.S. economy, Trump’s gambling empire rose and fell with the vagaries of the American consumer.  No one knows the true status of the economy like a gambling magnate.  People can only gamble when they have the discretionary income to do so.  They now no longer have it; hence, cities like Las Vegas and Atlantic City are now a shadow of their former selves.  Of course, Superstorm Sandy only serve to further hasten the demise of Atlantic City.

Even the sport of golf is subject to the time and money that fans have to both attend tournaments and pay their club fees, respectively.  Although it tends to be more recession-proof than most other athletic businesses, amateur and pro golf always needs big-spending corporate sponsors to pony up the sponsorship and advertising fees.  Given the many and massive corporate stock buybacks that have been occurring over 2015, even professional golf is vulnerable to a significant downturn.

So, it’s quite fitting that a person like Donald Trump, who knows the lay of the land as well as anyone, to fight the good fight.  He has watched the bankers and brokers systematically effectuate the largest transfer of wealth in American history over the past many years.  He has witnessed Wall Street’s predatory fleecing of Main Street and feels the pain of the people.  He also knows that when the middle class has been virtually eliminated, the 1% will have no more customers to fleece.  What then?

That’s exactly where America stands today, and men and women of financial stature like Donald Trump know that.  Which is exactly why people rich and poor, smart and dull, powerful and weak resonate with his populist message.  Again, we’re not saying Trump can deliver on his campaign promises.  It may be too late for anyone to save the sinking USS America.  With Obama at the helm for so many years, irreparable damage has been inflicted throughout all of society, on the national economy and on America’s finances at every level.

Conclusion

You don’t have to support Donald Trump for president if you don’t agree with him or his platform.  However, his real mission, whether he knows it or not, is much, much greater and for the ultimate good of the country.  Regardless of how his personal political fate or fortune unfolds, his campaign has irreversibly changed the course of the American electoral process.

Whether you like his histrionics or not, Trump’s ever-occurring dramas have laid bare American politics for charade that it truly is, and has always been. He is also unmasking his fellow GOP candidates for the frauds that they truly are — EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. That’s not to say that he will prove himself to be a completely honest and straightforward president certain to deliver on every campaign promise. He is a change agent, after all, and GENUINE change agents rarely make great leaders. All that matters, however, is that his sincerity at this stage has made him enemies of the entire political establishment. And that is a good thing … a very good sign of his authenticity.

Is Trump being used by some clandestine force to fix the race in favor of the Democrats? Is he really in bed with the Clintons?  Or, is he working on behalf of the real GOP leadership that tells the RNC who to nominate?  Maybe he’s closely allied with the Tea Party and Libertarians?  Who knows?  Only the final outcome will reveal such a hidden agenda(s). If he is a stealth candidate, it is highly unlikely that he is aware since he stands to lose so much wealth and reputation as he burns in the crucible of so much negative national media attention.

The New York City business environment that Donald Trump has worked in throughout his adult life is the toughest in the world.  It doesn’t get any rougher than Manhattan real estate development.  Those bankers and brokers, bureaucrats and businessmen make for a very difficult and trying environment in which to succeed … for anyone.

The point:  Trump has tangled with the very same power-brokers throughout his career who basically control the American electoral process.  They are the banksters and brokers, lawyers and lobbyists, corporate CEOs and presidents who have engineered the outcome of virtually every U.S. presidential election for the past two hundred years.  You simply can’t win an election without campaign contributions, yes?

Therefore, the only way to beat these moneychangers is by upsetting their little monopoly game.  The only one we know who can successfully turn their monopoly board upside down is Donald Trump.  He knows their game better than anyone in the Big Apple. He’s been there, done that and won’t lose a wink of sleep .

By the way can you believe these same NYC con-men rebranded the biggest environmental disaster area on the planet the Big Apple?  You talk about Madison Avenue Mad Men and word merchants!  Yeah, The Donald, he’s definitely got their number.

The SOTN editor grew up in upstate New York. How many times did we hear New York — The Empire State.  We even got excited about visiting the Empire State Building, the tallest skyscraper on the planet.  From the very beginning it was clear that we lived in the state that controlled the world and what some have called American Empire.

Yes, the city of London controls New York City … and Rome controls London; however, it is the critical financial and political nexus of NYC and DC that is currently running roughshod across the planet — practically anywhere and anytime it wants to.  The reader must understand that the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) and DJIA (Dow Jones Industrial Average) and Fortune 500 and Wall Street Journal are all creations of the Madison Avenue Mad Men.  What’s the point?

Donald Trump not only mastered the Manhattan milieu — in his own unique way — he also meandered down to West Palm Beach and southeast Florida aka the “New York City” of the South.  For those who are unaware, the Florida stretch of coastline from Stuart to Miami is called the Gold Coast.  It is aptly named since it represents the greatest concentration of wealth on the planet.  The same geographic area, particularly West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale and Stuart are also well-known for the sheer number of ultra-rich power-players (read Illuminati, Incunabula and Cahilla) who reside there all year round. This is perhaps the only depression-proof region of the world which will become much more evident after the upcoming Super Shemitah events.

Donald Trump is quite aware of the coming collapse of the Global Economic & Financial System.  He knows exactly who is responsible for the inexorable and unconscionable redistribution of wealth from the 99% to the 1%.  He also knows that it is only through the loyal patronage of the 99% that he still possesses his business empire.  Both the 99% and 1% have gambled and golfed at his casinos and courses, purchased and rented his condos and apartments, and even watch his TV show and golf tourneys.

Maybe this is The Donald‘s unique way of giving back?  And remember, he’ll always be a true Scot at heart

Personally, I try not to ask liberals much of anything, because they seldom have anything worth while to say in return. It’s always a mix of racial, socioeconomic, religious, or gender mumbo jumbo NONSENSE intended to strike an emotional nerve, rather than anything resembling facts. In my last post titled, The Most Honest Three Minutes on Television… Ever, I refer to them and others like them as “headline readers and soundbite seekers.” If it fits on a bumper sticker, it’s good as fact in their book. 

No, thanks anyway, I can do without the talking wanna be pseudo-intellectual liberals most of the time. It’s always the same. I’ll ask a question, they’ll divert, dodge, and then attack on a totally different topic (one that strikes and emotional nerve of course), all while gradually raising their tone and talking over you. Sorry. I’ll pass. Should YOU have more patience with fools than I, The Federalist Papers reports that Brian Anderson over at Downtrend has ten questions that liberals can’t answer, and they are spot-on. Ask your liberal friends a few of these questions, grab the popcorn, and enjoy!

10. How many people should we let into this country?

Liberals want amnesty for the 11-20 million illegal aliens currently living in America. Let’s say that happens, then what? Do we grant amnesty to the next 20 million illegals that come looking for a better life? There are over 7 billion people on the planet, most of which would certainly have a better life if they moved to the US. I’ll ask again: how many of these people should we let immigrate to our country?

9. How are rules that apply equally to everyone discriminatory and racist?

Liberals say that everything from the justice system to education is racist. They whine that voting laws that apply to everyone equally are somehow discriminatory. Why? I have no idea. If everyone is playing by the same rules there is no disputing that the playing field is level.

8. How are rules that only apply to one group of people not discriminatory and racist?

Affirmative Action set quotas for minorities in hiring and college admissions. Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper program gives funds and opportunities to people of color. There are literally hundreds of liberal programs available to minorities only. Do not disadvantaged white people deserve the same help?

7. Do you know what a pyramid scheme is?

Wikipedia tells us: A pyramid scheme is an unsustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. The people at the bottom of the pyramid do all of the paying and never reap any benefits. Sounds an awful lot like ObamaCare, doesn’t it? In the private sector a pyramid scheme is fraud but when the government does it it’s called progress.

6. Why is it okay to kill unborn children but wrong to kill convicted murderers?

Liberals love abortion but hate the death penalty. Seems a little hypocritical since both involve the taking of a human life. The only difference is, unborn children haven’t viciously murdered anyone. Why do liberals deem the life of a killer more important that that of an innocent child?

5. How does stagnating growth stimulate the economy?

High taxes and needless regulations are two things liberal lawmakers can’t get enough of. They are also the two things that hurt business growth the most. I don’t know if the libs are aware of this, but businesses are those things that give people jobs. When people have jobs, they have money to spend. Our economy grows when more people have jobs and spend money. This is not my opinion; it’s a fact.

4. Does it make sense to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result?

The social safety net, which includes welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, and a whole host of liberal entitlements, has failed in its stated goal to pull people out of poverty. Instead, these programs have had the opposite effect, creating generations of people that are utterly dependent on government handouts. If these programs don’t work, why should we continue them? Do liberals think that they’re bound to work eventually? Even worse, they want to expand these failed programs. Now that really is the definition of insanity.

3. How will punishing law-abiding people stop criminals from breaking the law?

Every liberal gun control law either passed or proposed places arbitrary restrictions on law-abiding citizens. These laws don’t apply to criminals because, by their very nature, they don’t follow laws. If someone is going to commit a murder or assault, do you think they care if their weapon of choice isn’t compliant to the local ordinance? No one has ever said, “I was going to rob that liquor store but the only gun I have holds more than seven rounds and that’s illegal in New York.”

2. How can you count to ten if you skip the number two?

The first ten amendments of the US Constitution are known as the Bill Of Rights. These enumerated rights were laid down by our Founding Fathers because they felt each of them was essential to ensure we live in a free society. Liberals are enamored with all of them except the 2nd, which guarantees our right to keep and bear arms. They say all of the other amendments confer individual rights, yet claim the 2nd Amendment is a collective right that allows only the government to possess arms. Why would the Framers list 9 individual rights, and one government right? Liberals also don’t seem to understand that the 2nd Amendment protects all the others. Tyrants can’t take speech and voting rights away from an armed populace.

1. Why was George W. Bush a bad President but Barack Obama is a good one?

To liberals, George W. Bush was the Devil incarnate. Their biggest beefs were the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the bank bailout, and Guantanamo Bay torture. When Obama took office he escalated the war in Afghanistan, gave even bigger bailouts, and after 5 years in office still hasn’t closed Guantanamo Bay. On top of that, Obama ignores the Constitution, spies on every single American, kills women and children with drone strikes, and has saddled the country with a health care law that will bankrupt the middle class and require an insurance company bailout of epic proportions. I’d say, even to liberals, Bush Jr. looks pretty good by comparison.

Liberal policies are filled with contradictions and hypocrisy all over the place.

There’s No Way the IRS Was Prepared for Rand Paul’s Latest Move Against Them

Rand Paul has a penchant for making trouble for government establishments he feels are in violation of the constitution.

He’s made a career on challenging the establishment and has constantly been a thorn in the government’s side.

And while the IRS isn’t technically a government organization, don’t think Paul’s going to let them off the hook for over-stepping their authority.

In fact, Paul has just filed a lawsuit against the IRS. One of the first of its kinds.

Bloomberg Business writes:

“Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul sued the Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service over rules on how Americans abroad are taxed and what foreign banks must disclose about U.S. customers.

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act is supposed to make it harder to hide assets overseas, yet its regulations are unconstitutional and violate privacy rights of U.S. citizens, Paul said in the complaint. The suit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Dayton, Ohio, also seeks to strike down requirements for Americans to file reports on foreign accounts over $10,000.

The tax act, or Fatca, “imposes enormous economic costs on individuals and financial institutions,” according to the suit by the U.S. senator from Kentucky and six others. It makes millions of Americans living abroad report accounts above $50,000 with their annual tax returns. Fatca also requires foreign banks to report any account held by a U.S. taxpayers.

“On the most fundamental level, Fatca deprives individuals of the right to the privacy of their financial affairs,” according to the complaint. “On a practical level, Fatca is severely impinging on the ability of U.S. citizens to live and work abroad.”

Justice Department representatives didn’t immediately respond to an e-mail after regular business hours seeking comment on the lawsuit.

President Barack Obama signed the law in 2010, and the Treasury Department reached cross-border agreements that are easier for governments and banks to use than the strict rules in the law itself.

Those accords, which didn’t get congressional approval, are unconstitutional because they exceed the president’s authority, Paul claims. He asked a judge to strike down the Canadian, Czech, Israeli and Swiss agreements.

Paul, a frequent critic of the IRS, is blocking Senate ratification of a U.S.-Swiss tax treaty signed in 2009.

The lawsuit also targets the Treasury requirement that U.S. residents abroad disclose accounts through a Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts, or FBAR. Americans who willfully violate the law are subject to penalties of 50 percent of the high balance of the account — a levy that can run into the millions of dollars.

Paul claims the penalties under both the FBAR provision and Fatca violate constitutional protections against excessive fines.

The lead lawyer on the case is James Bopp Jr., a longtime conservative activist whose clients have included the Republican National Committee.

Fatca requires U.S. financial institutions to impose a 30 percent withholding tax on payments made to foreign banks that don’t agree to identify and provide information on U.S. account holders. It allows the U.S. to scoop up data from more than 77,000 institutions and 80 governments about its citizens’ overseas financial activities.

The case is Crawford v. U.S. Department of Treasury, 15-cv-00250, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio (Dayton)”.

Admittedly a lawsuit against the IRS probably won’t do much.

Even when they’re caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar all that ever happens is they receive a minor slap in the wrist.

The encouraging thing in all of this is seeing Paul, a Presidential candidate, refusing to let the government continue to grow in scope.

These are the hallmarks of a willing and committed libertarian, and we can be sure if Paul were elected he would use his executive authority to shrink the size and scope of governmental authority.

Over the weekend, “the Donald” backed down on his attacks on McCain, calling “Hanoi John” a “war hero.”  However, Donald is not going to be able to close the can of worms he opened.  Today, McCain is trying to wrap himself in the POW flag for cover.  POWs had never been rock star heroes before, quite the opposite.  These are people who surrendered to the enemy, people suspected of collaboration and worse.  With Korea, POWs became the shame of America with many “brainwashed” into following communist doctrines.

American POWs from Vietnam were the bloody flag Richard Nixon wrapped himself in, on the advice of Henry Kissinger, part of a ploy to divert attention from his endless personal failings which included his agreement with North Vietnam that let them keep and later execute hundreds of American POWs.  1205 American POWs were kept by North Vietnam according to records recovered at the end of the Cold War.  President’s Clinton and Yeltsin instituted a search of Russia’s gulags looking for their remains with no success.  In 1993, armed with testimony from a former high ranking Czech security official, I proposed a systematic search of archives in Prague that recorded the fate of 200 missing US POWs from Vietnam but was blocked by Senator John McCain.

33 POWs faced execution for treason after Vietnam until Nixon pardoned all POWs.  McCain was on the list of the 33, in fact at the head of it.

Here are the facts as we know them:

• According to Colonel Ted Guy, John McCain’s commander as a POW, McCain collaborated with the enemy.
• McCain is accused of giving information that led to the downing of 60 US aircraft
• McCain is accused of training North Vietnamese air defense personnel
• McCain is accused of making over 30 propaganda broadcasts against the US, broadcasts he moved to have classified when he was elected to the senate.

These 4 accusations are the only real and supportable accusations against McCain.  The evidence for these acts exists and is substantial.  What is stranger still ………snip……….

Event for Donald Trump in phoenix will draw thousands

Donald J. Trump, the real estate mogul who has tied Republicans in knots in recent weeks with his comments on immigration, will roll into Phoenix on Saturday to address the issue again, just after the head of the Republican Party supposedly asked him to tone down his words on the issue.

The planned speech is already attracting a storm of attention. Even as city leaders have asked (emphasis added by me ) Mr. Trump “to stage his hate-filled circus” elsewhere, ticket requests have been so high the campaign has moved the speech from the swank Arizona Biltmore hotel to the convention center downtown.

“Mr. Trump certainly has a First Amendment right to bluster as much as he wants, and even to pander to our worst instincts in a sad attempt to win votes at the expense of hard-working, honorable, law-abiding Latinos,” Daniel Valenzuela, a Democratic councilman and the city’s vice mayor, said on Thursday. “However, we should draw the line at allowing him to use the Phoenix Convention Center — a public building funded by all of our taxpayers’ dollars.”

Mayor Greg Stanton, also a Democrat, issued a similar statement condemning Mr. Trump and his remarks, but assured that the city would not try to prevent the candidate from speaking.

Mr. Trump’s spokeswoman, Hope Hicks, said on Friday that 4,500 tickets had already been reserved for the speech, 3,500 more than initially expected.

Mr. Trump will appear onstage with Joe Arpaio, the long-serving sheriff of surrounding Maricopa County, whose tactics to track down and deport illegal immigrants have drawn national attention and a federal conviction for racial profiling in 2013.

Mr. Trump has attracted sharp criticism from business and political leaders since asserting in his campaign announcement that those crossing the United States-Mexico border illegally include rapists and criminals. The remarks led several businesses, including Macy’s, Univision and NBC, to cut their ties with the developer.

Republicans will be watching the weekend swing through the desert closely to see if Mr. Trump tempers his language on the issue. This week, Reince Priebus, the chairman of the Republican National Committee, was said to have urged Mr. Trump in a phone call on Wednesday to soften his tone on immigration.

Mr. Trump is expected to start the day on Saturday in Las Vegas, where he will speak at FreedomFest, an annual libertarian-leaning gathering that bills itself as the “world’s largest gathering of free minds.” Ms. Hicks said he will also hold a press conference after the event.

The main stream media has been told to tell lies and they are gladly doing so. They have been told who to push for the next president. The next president has already been “elected”, it is the job of the media to convince the American public to go along with that particular choice.

While illegal immigrants account for about 3.5 percent of the U.S population, they represented 36.7 percent of federal sentences in FY 2014 following criminal convictions, according to U.S. Sentencing Commission data obtained by Breitbart News.

According to FY 2014 USSC data, of 74,911 sentencing cases, citizens accounted for 43,479 (or 58.0 percent), illegal immigrants accounted for 27,505 (or 36.7 percent), legal immigrants made up 3,017 (or 4.0 percent), and the remainder (about 1 percent) were cases in which the offender was either extradited or had an unknown status.

Broken down by some of the primary offenses, illegal immigrants represented 16.8 percent of drug trafficking cases, 20.0 percent of kidnapping/hostage taking, 74.1 percent of drug possession, 12.3 percent of money laundering, and 12.0 percent of murder convictions.

One GOP aide expressed shock at the numbers, emailing Breitbart News, “These statistics blew me away, and they blow a hole through the oft-repeated line that people only want to come to America to work.  It’s tragic so few politicians are willing even to acknowledge the true extent of this problem, but until more do, more Americans will keep getting harmed.”

The USSC data only deals with federal offenders sentenced under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (SRA) and does not include other categories like state cases, death penalty cases, or “cases initiated but for which no convictions were obtained, offenders convicted for whom no sentences were yet issued, and offenders sentenced but for whom no sentencing documents were submitted to the Commission.”

The data does include immigration violations, of which illegal immigrants represented by far the greatest number of cases: 91.6 percent, or (20,333 cases), out of a total 22,204 cases.

Eliminating all immigration violations, illegal immigrants would account for 13.2 percent of all the offenders sentenced in FY14 following federal criminal convictions — still greater than the 3.5 percent of the population illegal immigrants are said to make up.

The politicians like to keep the money trail brushed as clean of their footprints as possible, to make it less blatantly obvious that they are exchanging votes for “campaign” cash. Money talks in DC. In our current government it is the only language other than Orwellian double speak which is understood.
John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Mike McCarthy and other House members did quite well for themselves financially in the pursuit of their corporate masters’ dreams of overthrowing the United States government.
Anyone who wonders how millionaires or billionaires are made on a Congressional salary can get some good insight from this information, published by Maplight.org.
In the instance of H.R. 1314, the legislative vehicle for moving Obamatrade, from the period of October 1^st of 2012 to September 30^th of 2014, the amount of “potentially” influential financial contributions heaped upon the largely unscrupulous members of Congress in both chambers was nothing short of obscene.
Contributions from pro-Obamatrade lobbyist alone were enough to make very wealthy people of those who are supposed to represent the citizens, and the period of time immediately preceding the vote, that between October 1^st of last year and June of 2015 is still unknown. Certainly the pot was “sweetened” considerably more as the deadline drew nearer.
Contributions to House members from forces favorable to Obamatrade outnumbered those from those opposed by a factor of 8.6 times, $197,869,145 to $23,065,231. The differences were even more stark in the Senate, with a total of $285,225,162 in financial incentives being meted out from supporting groups and only $27,569,149 from the opposition, over ten times as much. There were 32 House members with over a million dollars in contributions and many who were just below that threshold. In the Senate, only five Senators were below the one million dollar mark, and two of those, Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and Mike Lee (R-UT) voted no, and against betrayal of their country.
The formula in the House seems fairly simple, at least as far as rewarding those in leadership positions. Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) got a cool $5 million and change, Mike McCarthy (R-CA) half that at $2.4 million, and Steve Scalise (R-LA) half again at $1.2 million. For Paul Ryan, the price of American sovereignty was $2.2 million.
Rep Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) was a member of the million dollar club at $1,053,646. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) collected $1.4 million, Cathy McMorris Rogers received (R-WA) $900,732 and Mike Pompeo (R-KS) $949,708. Pete Sessions, House Rules Committee chairman, was compensated to the tune of $1,057,079, with his fellow Texan, Lamar Smith picking up $608K. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), who fought against illegal immigration, we thought, during the amnesty battle, received $700,687 and voted for uncontrolled immigration and the usurpation of domestic American rule.
Financial gain doesn’t appear to be the only reason behind surprising anti-American votes in favor of the three secret bills, a dictatorship and foreign control of our nation. Disappointing betrayals by supposed champion of conservatism, Steve King (R-IA), who received only $382K, Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) $358K, and Trey Gowdy at $305K still don’t make sense.
In the Senate the picture is even uglier, and much more blatant. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “acquired” $9.2 million, John Cornyn (R-TX) $5.3 million and Orrin Hatch $4.2, the third member of the Senate trio of traitors forcing this upon us.
Marco Rubio pocketed $3.9 million for voting to tie us to a bill he never read, with his fellow presidential candidate Lindsey Graham “earning” $3.4 million. Candidate Rand Paul (R-KY) voted against the package both times it came up in the Senate. Ted Cruz (R-TX) first voted in favor of it but was eventually forced to recognize the will of the people in the interest of the survival of his campaign and cast a meaningless vote once the debate and outcome was determined.
It is clear that money talks, and the people can take a hike. Once the numbers come in for the current year, it will be interesting to note just how much influence was purchased in the last days and weeks leading up to this betrayal. While nobody in the Senate is stupid enough to admit that their vote was purchased or influenced by being handed the equivalent of a mansion or a lifetime of earnings for most Americans, neither are we stupid enough to believe that a pattern of corruption doesn’t exist.
We were sold and our “representatives” were purchased. It’s that simple.
