In light of the guilty verdict in the New York hush money trial, which makes Donald Trump the first former president in American history to be convicted of a crime, Kelly suggested that Joe Biden, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are facing a reckoning.

“Next time, it’s not going to be Hunter Biden,” she said. “It’s going to be Joe Biden. It could still be Barack Obama. It could also be Hillary Clinton. We need to look at the statute of limitations on the various crimes that they certainly committed. We need to pass laws to revive those statute-barred crimes, felonies or misdemeanors, so that they become statute-barred.
