   If you read the Constitution….the most powerful court in the country is provided by Amendment Seven. That is a common law trial with a jury of your peers. Also see filing the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus in a common law court to get that trial.

   Every court in this country has a rule that allows an individual to use the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus to claim a right to a common law trial. You waive this right by not prosecuting the privilege in a common law court. If you are involved in a group that claims a right to a common law trial but will not issue a return on the privilege—you are not in the proper court.

       Back to – do you want your country back? The people have to reform common law jurisdictions for the purpose of creating self governing societies. Once you write laws with a common law jury…washington is not running your country.

   About pretrial proceedings:

   In a civil law action you move for a stay order .. which results in an alternative order to issue….this may start a civil action.

   In a criminal action the government has the right to commence a “grand jury” proceeding to determine if a crime has been done and the person is subject to a criminal action.

   In a common law action a person can prosecute the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus(in a common law court) to establish immunity from a criminal action and/or the right to a common law trial. These are called civil law and common law recoupments.

   If someone is trying to extract money from you by requesting funds for a “common law grand jury” action you are being taken advantage of. If someone is trying to get money from you for any purpose except prosecuting the privilege Changing nationality, protecting your property, claiming jurisdictional immunity, forming a militia, etc. is the function of the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus.
