The so-called COVID-19 stimulus package has now been passed by the House of Representatives and sent to President Biden’s desk, who is expected to sign it on Friday. Today on Sekulow, we discussed the Left’s sneak attack on conservative states. A mandate buried in the American Rescue Act prevents states receiving COVID-19 stimulus funds from cutting taxes through 2024. There’s a provision of the American Rescue Act that comes right out and says that states receiving stimulus funds cannot cut taxes: “A State or territory shall not use the funds provided under this section or transferred pursuant to section 603(c)(4) to either directly or indirectly offset a reduction in the net tax revenue of such State or territory resulting from a change in law, regulation, or administrative interpretation during the covered period that reduces any tax (by providing for a reduction in a rate, a rebate, a deduction, a credit, or otherwise) or delays the imposition of any tax or tax increase.” According to this provision, it is ok to do tax increases. In fact, you’ve got to keep those on track if those are already planned. A state can raise taxes however they’d like. However, if a state accepts these funds, which they are going to have to do whether they like this legislation or not because of the economic relief that are provided to its citizens, they cannot lower taxes during the time period prescribed in this bill. That’s not six months, by the way. That is through 2024. When this is signed into law, people need to understand that their states are going to be barred from lowering taxes if they accept any of these funds. They will have to challenge that in court. ACLJ Director of Policy Harry Hutchison gave his opinion on this provision when he said: “I think the law right now is not necessarily clear, but the inference from my research suggests that there is indeed a basis for states to challenge the federal attempt to coerce and control the taxation power of the states. There seems to be a conflict posed by this particular legislation between the states’ interest in exercising their sovereign and essential ability to exercise taxing power and perhaps the federal government’s interest in fostering economic and political unity – and perhaps surviving the coronavirus. My interpretation and intuition is that the courts, when they get a chance to rule on this, will rule against the federal government. This bill gives huge power to an unelected individual, Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen, which I think is outrageous.” This is an attempt to take away an individual state’s ability to decide that maybe a tax cut will benefit it helping to stimulate that state’s economy, which in turn can generate more revenue for that state’s budget. In particular, the film focuses on biological impacts. You know, the area of study that is the most important and therefore roundly ignored by the geoengineers. The most extensive discussions here revolve around the Human health impacts of aluminum exposure. If you’re new to this topic, aluminum has been found to be the most common constituent of today’s geoengineering sprays, and guess what? It’s really bad for us – especially aluminum nanoparticles. The film also shows how the combination of aluminum in our bodies and our exposures to harmful electromagnetic energy (such as that produced by 5G cell towers) adds another layer of harmful complexity here.

The centerpiece of the film is documentation of the collection and analysis of particulate samples taken in flight. Dane and his team were able to collect air samples at altitude then have the samples professionally analyzed. The whole process is detailed in the film. Samples have been collected at ground level for many years, but these aerial samples eliminate the possibility of contamination. As one might expect, the dispersed particulate matter collected at altitude was found to consist of the same elements prevalent in samples collected at ground level.

In summation, The Dimming is a must see. At its core is a call to action against something that threatens all life on this planet. The last segment is particularly stirring. We have an awesome home, folks. It’s too bad that vigorously defending it is not something that most people do. I went to war for the United States three times. I have always loved
my country. I still do. It is the U.S. government that I despise,
which has deliberately and decisively separated itself from the
American people.
In his 1993 book, “The Wish for Kings,” Lewis Lapham described
the U.S. government as an oligarchy: “…that 2% of the population
who own the media and the banks, manage the government,
operate the universities, print the money, write the laws and, every
four years, hire a President.”
Is there any doubt that the oligarchy hired the enfeebled Joe Biden
to run for President and carry out its wishes because Donald
Trump would not?
That was the essence of the 2020 election and an explanation for
the last four years of political turmoil in which the oligarchy
illegitimately tried to remove Trump from the Presidency.
But it is now far worse than that.
In the past decades, the oligarchy was manipulating government
simply to maximize its profits, as Lapham wrote: “The politicians
dress up the deals in the language of law or policy, but they’re in
the business of brokering the tax revenue, and what keeps them in
office is not their talent for oratory but their skill at redistributing the
national income in a way that rewards their clients, patrons, friends
and campaign contributors.”
Today, in addition to maximizing profits, the oligarchy wants to
control what you read, what you think and what you are permitted
to express.
There is an unholy and dangerous alliance combining the media
and Big Tech with the national security state, that is, the
intelligence services, the military-industrial complex and law
enforcement.
It is, quite literally, an effort to abrogate the First Amendment of the
U.S. Constitution and eliminate free speech. The United States
government has gone beyond authoritarianism towards the
Chinese Communist Party model of state capitalism and
totalitarianism.
And what better candidate to carry that model forward than Joe
Biden, who is already compromised by his close connections with
the Chinese government?
Make no mistake, Donald Trump won the 2020 Presidential
election. It was stolen, not only from him, but, more importantly, it
was stolen from the American people by the well-organized and
well-financed application of massive electoral fraud.

Most of what the media are reporting about the election and the
events following it, such as the so-called “assault” on the Capitol
building, are lies combined with Big Tech censorship and
psychological operations conducted by those with connections to
the national security state.
Media disinformation and Big Tech censorship are extensions of
and an attempt to solidify the fraudulent 2020 election, which was
not simply a contest between the Democrat and Republican
ideologies, but a battle between the entrenched power of the
bipartisan political establishment versus the freedom and wellbeing of the American people
Contrary to the claims of the discredited media, there was never a
cult of personality.
Donald Trump was an instrument by which the American people
might wrest control of their own government from the vicelike grip
of the oligarchy.
The oligarchy hates, not just Trump, but hates and fears the
American people, who represent an obstacle to the oligarchy’s use
of government as a lever to obtain personal power and profit.
It is a fundamental principle of democracy that the efficiency and
effectiveness of government are directly dependent upon the
trustworthiness of government officials as representatives and
executors of the views and desires of the people.
Americans now believe that we are not citizens of a republic, but
subjects of a fraudulently-elected aristocracy, composed of a selfabsorbed permanent political class, which serves the interests of
international financiers at the expense of the American people.
Although we have elections in the United States, we no longer
have representative government.
As an American patriot, it is painful for me to admit it because I
have always considered the United States as history’s greatest
democratic republic, but my country’s government is hopelessly
corrupt.
The U.S. government must be stripped bare and rebuilt from the
ground up according to the U.S. constitution as it was written, not
how it has been interpreted by the self-centered incompetents,
cowards, profiteers and deranged, but otherwise unemployable
ideologues, all of whom currently populate the government’s
executive, judicial and legislative branches.
Three years before the start of the American Civil War, Abraham
Lincoln said a government cannot endure permanently half slave
and half free — that a house divided against itself cannot stand.
Likewise, a government separated from the people cannot stand.
He may be inaugurated, but Joe Biden will never, under any
circumstances, be considered a legitimate President.
