This is so frightening! This is exactly what is going to happen here in our own country! This goes to show those that have told us that what we were doing would put us all in FEMA camps are oh so wrong! There are so many of us that will fight to the end. Hi, Linda..I’m a little slow in legalese, but is this motion saying the jurors have to act in the way the court has told them to act???? If this is the case, then yes, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

First of all, it’s a motion (we don’t know from this if the motion was granted), however, part of the corruption of the court system is that the judges have created a situation where what the people get to say, show, argue and know is very limited. In this way it is easy to control the whole show and create the outcome that they want. In law school they teach you right out that justice has nothing to do with our legal system (they even make fun of any law students who talk about justice). In chambers the judges and lawyers say the same; it’s only about money. This is why anyone counting on those courts helping them (like cases against politicians or crooks or banks) are wasting their tims, and why this corrupt system, the way it is, must be scrapped.

IMHO, it is not only about MONEY, it is also about CONTROL. The minute we step into the Commerce Courts, we become victims if we do not know how to pick and choose our words carefully. The “judges” get paid big bucks to entrap litigants and get them to participate in their fraudulent court system. IMHO, it is another way to diminish us as people by reminding us we are lower than dirt. Ever notice how high the “judge’s seat” is in comparison to where you are sitting or standing?

Kari: This is what I found. There is no date on this motion; there is no evidence of a ruling or a trial; only that the motion was written. It appears this tactic is common in cases of all types.
in limine- A pretrial motion usually made for the purpose of suppressing or limiting certain testimony or physical evidence from the trial.

I listened to this on the 19th of jan. the day after it was taped. The cabal again stalled and blocked the GSF. The blockages have occured for 4 years now (actually decades). I recall when the monies went into lock down on sept. 12 2008. Mr. Story also reported the sum of 47 trillion. A key point I also recall was those trying to get this done back in 2006 through 2008 stated that if the federal reserve fought back they would bankrupt them. Observing this financial war it does appear that what has occured over the 2 year since 2008 is that the bankrupting of the federal reserve was very successful. Insolvency is occuring as I type. The CONgress would not raise the debt ceiling and no budget has been agreed upon. Refund checks still going out and those monies are simply Weimar bucks. For every refund dollar sent and spent the cost of food items will increase until it costs ridiculous amounts of funny money for a loaf of bread etc. A super inflationary system that will like a speeding bullet train send America into a Wiemar republic situation. I believe Fulfords report about the illuminati using food to achieve the chaos they so desperately need to bring the NWO into fruition is on a fast track. The animapocalypse proves that the illuminati are in fact using the suppressed technologies for malevolent purposes. The taped discussion proves that the GSF distribution was indeed blocked again by the cabal successfully. The arrests of 750 prominent officials has not occured. Now if we all can only be flies on the wall at the treasury dinner today could we truly could know more. The RuSA has provided a peaceful means of revolution. You have to know that the cabal are trying to block RuSA from succeeding. If they can block RuSA just as they have blocked the GSF for decades what occurs? Well another type of revolution is inevitable. A VIOLENT ONE! In concluding this assessment I would like to put out my own prayer call to those associated with RuSA. Pray for a peaceful revolution in America and all will be just fine! I truly believe that RuSA would not have climbed the mountain it has already without the prayers of those involved. Now that same prayer can push RuSA over that mountain to begin it’s descent into a successful peaceful revolution. Evil can only win if good men do nothing! For RuSA it is time now for the release of it’s declaration of intent to the world stage.

California Residents Hit With Government Ban On Paying By Cash
District officials want to find out who “uncommonly antagonistic” individuals are by tracing requests for public records, while federal government paints cash users as potential terrorists
Residents of Discovery Bay, California will be the first in the country to be officially denied the right to use cash to pay for public services, in a move that echoes the Department of Homeland Security’s drive to depict those who use physical money as potential terrorists.
As reported by the Contra Costa Times recently, from May onwards, residents will no long be allowed to pay water bills or purchase park permits after the Discovery Bay Community Services District board voted to ban cash transactions for all services.
Anyone paying for such public services must do so with a credit/debit card, a check or money order.
The declaration on all US money bills that “This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private” will no longer apply in Discovery Bay when it comes to paying the government.
One former director on the District Board told the Times that he believes the move has come in response to a small amount of anonymous requests for copies of public records, which were then paid for in cash, a perfectly legal right.
Residents of the town have been described as “uncommonly antagonistic toward local government”, and former director David Piepho believes some are attempting to use public records “to be like snipers and take shots.”
He believes that by banning cash payments, the local government will be able to identify who these individuals are or prevent them from requesting further public information.
However, district representatives have denied those claims, instead suggesting that the ban is being put in place because handling cash puts city officials under threat from potential thieves.
The ruling sets a dangerous precedent, not only in that it effectively limits access to public records, but also particularly in light of the fact that the federal government is pushing an agenda to identify those who exclusively use cash to pay for things and do not own credit cards as suspicious and potential terrorists.
As part of the Commercial Facilities Sector Training and Resources, the following PSA video titled DHS Video No Reservations – Extension of “See Something, Say Something” program was recently released by Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The video suggests that “Terrorists and criminals do their best to cover their tracks. This may include paying by cash.” The hotel receptionist acts baffled and dumbfounded when a guest asks to pay in cash and says he does not use credit cards. Like a dutiful tattle tale she alerts her manager, concluding “I guess it’s not a problem, it’s just… WEIRD.” The narrator of the video then confirms “This is suspicious behaviour”.
Of course, what really is “WEIRD” is the fact that we’re expected to believe that US citizens will find it perfectly normal being asked to report on each other for a government that wishes your every purchase to be electronically traceable on the off chance that you might be an enemy of the state.

……department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I ‘Googled’ the Supreme Court, typed in ‘Obama-Kagan,’ and guess what? Yep, you got it. Snopes lied. Every one of those dockets is there.
So here is what I wrote Snopes:
Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court’s website, typed in Obama-Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.

Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them.

Once again the US Senate sold us out!
Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elena Kagan for the Supreme Court…. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama.
She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural-born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied, of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.

You can look up some of these hearings and guess what?? Elena Kagan is the attorney representing Obama!!!
