By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. At least now we have proof you are a plant from the De-facto. do you really think that the alphabet agency does not already know much more about Rusa than you ever will? It is one thing to question the validity of some of the claims that TT has made but I agree with Andy you are just here to cause havoc. I have not been here the last couple of days so I was not aware of the return of TOC! He is a plant can’t you all see that! He only comments when things are moving forward with RuSA….. I can read between the lines and he is definitely —-Anti Christ. Anti Chrisitian. No Christian I know would ever question someone beliefs in the way this person does… Now I will hear back from him asking me if this is a proper Christian response! YES YES TOC! Call starts at the 26 minute mark. Now, this could all be disinfo but, this also brings up many many questions since nothing has come true yet. We have all put ourselves in a position to help restore the republic and we all need to have honest answers. The dejure grand juries are real of this I am sure. Everything outside of that now comes into question. The person who has the property in Michigan is on this call along with Richard Murray. I don’t know anything about either of them but their conversation is very very disconcerning. WE DESERVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH! I just find it hard to believe that this call was all just created with nothing of substance.

This is REALLY far out. I started at 48 minutes in. I wish I could “rewind” it. Seems like total disinfo to me. Richard seems to be the one who had the “bowl of arrogance for breakfast and washed it down with a glass if ignorance.” The other guy (Carl) is the one who owns the buiding in Utah (where all the “pure evil” took place), paid $1,217 for it and is now putting out $30k/month for it. HUH? The upshot of it seems to me to be that Richard values and sets more store in the defacto than in what TT stands for. He’s also on the Tim worked for FEMA rant . OK so Carl has a $1.4 million offer on the building. Richard is a commodities broker and a world class sculptor. He’s beyond being a broker, he’s a facilitator. He works with the wealthiest people in the world.. He has 9 of the most powerful bonds right now and has taken an hour out of his day with lawyers trying to get to him. Richard is sicking the FBI on TT now. Carl has a position in the Republic and has not had any interaction (more defacto standards in my perception.) Seems like Carl was reaching out for info, trying to do an (external) reality check. I’ll pass this on to Russ in Trinity County.

I thought Carl said that he owned the building in Michigan and Utah and that he had very little contact with the republic for sometime now about the building. This was posted on skype and when I listened to it, I must admit that it brought up questions. The republic is a place for open discussion and not a place for secrets especially when it effects all of our lives and future generations. I don’t know anything about any of these guys but if there is any truth in what they were talking about, WE NEED TO KNOW. Let truth be our measuring stick.

oh. i think it IS the building in Michigan. It wouldn’t have been that warehouse in Utah… It does bring up questions until you back off and get the big picture and figure in the miraculous spiritual nature of it (which further excites the naysayers.) You guys in California have Kelby anyway, and Russ in Trinity County and Ken Cousins down south. It will really take off over there when it does. I hope there is something coming together close to where you are as you have so much to bring to the table.
We (just found out that we) have 17 counties in Nevada, many of them sparsely populated. We need some circuit riders over here.

Some of us cannot join Rusa until it is proven take for instance us who are part of the de-facto military. If we were to sign on with Rusa and it fails and they start to round up those who went against the de-facto military that is called Mutiny that is why anything I say I make sure I say this is only my OPINION as a opinion cannot be used against you in a military court.
Now I’m retired military and chances of them coming after me is slim but if there are any active duty military that sign on with Rusa or anyone else for that matter they are treading on very thin ice. It does not mean we are against Rusa it just means we have to be careful on what we say.
I want to sign on with Rusa I want to become part of the Florida leadership but I need some kind of assurance that I am not part of a Mutiny once the military verifies that they are part of Rusa then I will be ready to help where I can. If you or anyone else wants to call me a naysayer for exercising a bit of caution so be it. When I joined the American Grand Jury I had the same thought sequence but at the time I no way expected Mr. Zero to hang on for as long as he has I thought for sure our military leaders would see to it that he could never degrade our readiness and that they would step in when he proved he was out of control. I now see I was very wrong in drawing that OPINION.
The fact that the military leadership has allowed LTC Lankin to be thrown under the bus shows me they are with Mr. Zero 100% I pray I am wrong and that there is some white hats that are working with Rusa to undo this injustice.

Of course you are right, FF. (But I do consider you one of us in spirit at least). There are people who need to wait for things to get a bit further before officially joining, military personnel in particular. But some of us are going to have to stick our necks out- that’s the way it has always been. Those who can must push forward, and those who cannot for now are hopefully cheering us on in spirit.

Don’t ask Don’t tell looks like it is going to pass the republicans could not block it from going to the vote like they did for don’t ask don’t tell the vote for don’t ask don’t tell is scheduled for 3pm Eastern Standard time.
This is NOT the time to repeal this I was active duty when we had a huge push for “race realtions” and the time it took to calm people down over race was lengthy. It took many years before discrimination cases and problems subsided. I can see it now all while we are all over the world fighting our military has to create “Gay relations” training of course those training hours will come out of combat training hours or mission action hours. This is not the right time to REPEAL Don’t ask Don’t tell but from the looks of the #’s it can’t be stopped.

If I was a betting man I would say the same ones in the JCS who are opposing Don’t ask don’t tell are the same ones who are supporting Rusa. Army,Marines,Air Force. The holdouts would be the Navy and the chairmen of the JCS Mullins. I also think that LTC Lankin is part of the plan to take down the de-facto and his incarceration is only temporary. The man is smart he would have never put his career on the line without a backup plan.
I’m just a retired enlisted guy that spent 20 years around military officers you do not rise to the rank of LTC being stupid! If LTC Lankin did this without knowing full well he could not lose in the end he would have never agreed to be the Guinea pig to test Mr. Zero’s eligibility in my OPINION this was all part of the plan and Rusa is very much involved.
I believe that not long after the New Year we will see one of two things a bunch of de-facto who fail to repent under arrest or TT and co. under arrest. I think if TT and co. were not correct in what they claim they would have all already been arrested. You do not rise to level that Rusa has and go unnoticed by the alphabet agency.

Thanks for the kind words I worked closely with military officers I had to understand how the military officer mind works they are very calculated how they operate if they are not they do not last long and here is another observation that I’m sorry if I offend any past military officers who happen to read this but a Officer does not get to the positions of where they get without LISTENING to their Senior Non Commissioned Officers. (NCO’s)
You can bet that many Senior NCO’s have pulled their officers who are in charged aside and told them “something is not right ” this is not what we all took our oaths for. The military is in control don’t let anyone tell you any different our politicians may think they control the military but they don’t and they should never be able to tell the military how to do the job which is protecting the people. I think the military is getting flat tired of politicians telling them to protect every other country but our own and this is why they approached at the time what was RAP to “nudge” them to do the right thing to establish a LAWFUL government so that the military could get back to the job of defending this great nation. Our men and women and military aircraft and tanks should be protecting OUR borders first. After that is achieved then and only then should we be deployed to assist other countries. Now do we simply pull all of our troops back within our borders ? No we still have our allies we need to support but we sure could reduce the number of troops in the sand box and put them in defense of our own borders. You want to take of of the cartels tell Mexico to get out of the way and let us go in with a few c-130 gunships and hit some of the Cartels main hideouts I would venture to say the violence on the border towns would stop quite abruptly.
Why is this not happening? Simple it is called politicians getting in the way! All that would be need to be done is to give the military the authority to take care of the border situations and plans would be drawn up and implemented quickly there would be no need for border fences as once a few thousand are shot the message would be clear. A bit harsh maybe but if we allow this to go as it is now we will be just like Europe most of the borders are gone now and you can travel from country to country without being stopped. That is what Mr. Zero and his cast of clowns want to see happen in the USA.
This is why I say that the military has flat had it with the politicians and they are soon to take matters into their own hands with the help of Rusa. If I am wrong we are all in big trouble as the republic can NEVER be restored if the military is not on the side of the people.

NOW, HERE’S THE REQUEST, and I’m sorry this is coming to you at a time which you might feel is “so short of time” before Christmas, but it’s still something I want to ask of you no matter when you get something sent. Either today, or Monday (Tuesday??, or whenever after that as I’ll send them after I get back home), I would like for you to send Tim’s wife, “K,” a Christmas card/note/letter with a message of appreciation about Tim and what he’s done, and what that has meant to you during these past 2-3 years of him being on the road, away from home.
I am going to be seeing Tim the 3rd and 4th days after Christmas, so all the cards I get up through Friday, I will take with me, but I want you to know that I AM GOING TO OPEN EVERY ONE and skim through the message so that nothing of any negative or other derogatory nature will be given to his wife. And I don’t know if Tim has ever mentioned his wife’s name “to the audience,” so to speak, so that’s why I am only putting her first initial. And if you include anything with the card, you can be absolutely, positively sure that Tim and his wife will get it. No one will have their hands on what you send except me.
Now, if anything comes after I’m gone, I will bundle everything up and send it after I get home after New Year’s. Believe me, it won’t matter when she gets these messages telling her what her husband’s time, and their money, sacrifices, and their sacrificial separation has meant to people . . . . . I just want her to know what Tim has meant to anyone personally, but more so, to and for this entire country. I mean, he’s not exactly the front story on the newspaper for her to know what’s been going on. And I have absolutely NO IDEA if she has ANY C-L-U-E as to what’s happening because of Tim. I don’t know if she has any lady friend “in the movement” who keeps her informed, and I doubt if Tim is giving her all the details, either.
And men, especially, if you’re not a “letter writer” and you don’t send out Christmas cards or write letters, please make an effort to send a word today or Monday. I know that there’ll never be a better time!!!!! It’s probably now or never! SOOOOOooooo many of you have talked with me and told me what going to one (or more) of Tim’s seminars did to you or meant to you, how it had a major impact on your life, etc. Please convey that into a few words (or more) and send it. I know it will mean SO MUCH to Tim’s wife to realize how Tim has affected your life.

If there was ever a time that the military needed to move in and arrest his sorry butt now would be that time before he has a chance to lay a pen on that bill they just passed. As soon as he signs that document we will have the proof that he is a enemy of the United States as 3 top military leaders told him if this law is repealed it would degrade our combat forces. If the Commander In Thief is signing a document that will degrade our forces wouldn’t that be a Enemy of the State? A act of TREASON lock him and every person who voted for that bill behind bars as the military leadership told the non Commander In Chief this move would hurt our combat readiness.

I know who rrobin is. He used to be on the djgj for his state and became discouraged back when we kept hearing things were gonna happen at a certain time and they didnt. I think he listened to some lies about TT and believed them. It seems to me that he uses question asking as a way to mask his bitterness. So his questions will never be answered to his satisfaction because he needs to apply forgiveness first.
Some people have a knack for being on the wrong side of an issue more often than not and I believe this to be true for rrobin.
It’s not worth much but most of the above is just my opinion.

All kinds of rumors going around again. We are a cult or some sort of a religious nut organization etc. The way I see it is that the most difficult job at hand is to get rid of de facto, the fed and irs, any way we can accomplish that, is good. After that if we don”t like what we created, at least we have plenty of practice how to change that if necessary. I’m sure it will not be as difficult as we are doing now. The people who are spreading rumors want to stop the work so we stay in de facto. Is there really any need to question their motives? JMHO.

Andy, I agree lots of falsehoods out there. I do not think jerry and teri in georgia had bad intentions. I believe they might be constitutional perfectionists that had to cross i’s and t’s but did not grasp the seriousness of completing the building of a republic in such short time. Never done before and someone had to be in charge and that is TT. Im sure we could have haggled for years on the right way to do things even though this has never been done before. It is done and TT made decisions along the way. A person who makes no bad decisions makes no decisions at all. It appears that TT is a leader that leads from the front plain and simple. What does 2011 have in store for America? Restoring America does equate to restoring God back into the republic and that is how we WON! At least we are well informed and taught to know and prize the rights given to us by God so we can never be enslaved! Thank you Andy for being civil moderator!

Those people are pathetic and of little consequence to us. Their voices have become shrill because of their inability to stop anything. They have no power whatsoever (if they had, they would long ago have stopped everything from going forward). They are only jackals not finding the carrion that would make them happy.
On could ask why they bother with Rusa? No one is forcing them to be a part of it. It has no consequence to their lives; they can stay with the alien Corporation. The truth is that they are either disinfo agents or bored and boring net-junkies, and therefore no one to be concerned about. Ignore them. Or rather, consider their escalated efforts to be signs of Rusa’s impending success.

No Nativity Scene in Washington
There will be no Nativity Scene in Washington this year!
The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene in the United States’ Capital this Christmas season.
This isn’t for any religious reason.
They simply have not been able to find Three Wise Men in the Nation’s Capitol.
The search for a Virgin continues.
There was no problem, however, finding enough asses to fill the stable.

“free states” vs. Individual Republics
Creation of the free state Seals
These seals were designed by request of individuals that desired assistance or council in the creation of a lawful seal that would not be an infringement of copyrights and or a seal that would be strong. We are asking all the Governors to approve these seals for use and also for use on the Travel Warrants etc. Where approval is not given please feel free to send a seal that is approved by the people for use. You are welcome to read this letter and to pass it to all your people to help you in your decision process for the seal. Always remember your decisions will affect many people to come and will effect in how we can defend what we did in reinhabiting the original de jure government for the people .
Here is the “Thought Process” that went into the creation of these seals.
The seal being used at the time of annexation to the united States of America; the Republic.
Remove all symbols that would have a Luciferian connotation such as 5-star symbol which is the symbol of Imperial Power.
Added the 6-star which is the Star of David or the symbol of the Bright and Morning Light.
Added the court which symbolizes Jurisdiction of law and justice to protect the sovereignty of the people.
Added the words “ free state” which denotes a jural society of sovereigns that are united to delegate power by constitution; some by state constitution and other power by Republic constitution, for the purpose of protecting their sovereignty and their free state.
Added the date July 4 1776 which designates the Republic or Union of states of the Declaration.
Added the (c. date) which denotes the date the particular free state was annexed to the Republic or the united States.
r.2010 which denotes the year the de jure “free state” was again reinhabited and the original Republic resurrected.
When the Declaration of Independence was signed it was done so by the Representatives of the 13 colonies, known as subjects of Great Brittan. The Declaration of Independence July 4 1776 declared them as free and independent states. Blacks law dictionary the 1st Edition 1891 State; a body politic or society of men, united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength.
This type of state sounds like a good thing and certainly not like the STATEs that we are familiar with today.
Blacks Law 1891 edition: A Republic is a commonwealth, having a form of government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the general body of citizens. Citizens of what? Maybe citizens of the state? As much as people love to name their states a Republic, it does not necessarily mean a good or bad thing. First it means you are a commonwealth. A commonwealth has to do with the public welfare and rights of the entire mass of people rather than the privileges of a certain class of people. It also means that it is a commonwealth which receives all its power from the people. The people could be good people or they could be bad people or the could be socialist people or they could be communist people or they could be democratic people running a democracy. Simply naming your state as a Republic is not the magic bullet necessarily.
A Republic is generally an entity “all inclusive by itself”. As states annexed to the Union of the united States, the states are not necessarily getting all their power from the people. They are also getting some from the national Republic. An example would be certain cases being tried in the Republic national judicial system for cases between a citizen of one state and a different state. Because of the way the Constitution is written no one state that is annexed to the Republic for the united States of America is necessarily an all inclusive Republic….. but they are Republic in form.
As you will find in the research of the state histories you will find that some states were known as Republics till they joined the Union then they were known as states or free states.
History research will show you that the territories that identified their states as a Republic…ceased to do so when they joined the Union. However California is still known in name as a Republic today but yet its function is that of a state, and not a Republic at all. It just carries that name.
The name California Republic is just in name and nothing more then that unless it really functions as a Republic. A state that is a true Republic is not part of the national union and certainly does not delegate power to the Republic (Federal Government) as it is a complete nation all by itself.
Texas is kind of a different state in that it actually functions quite like a Republic…an entity all by itself.
Historically this is what happened:
The California Republic, also called the Bear Flag Republic, was a government proclaimed by settlers on June 14, 1846, in Sonoma in the then-Mexican province of California. Declared during the Mexican–American War, the republic lasted a mere 26 days.

I have been told by very credible sources that the Restore America Plan was put together for the purpose of creating a situation to where the “powers” would have reason to orchestrate a military takeover. Well military takeover did not happen because The Restore America Plan failed in establishing 50 Free Republics. But here is how the Restore America Plan was put together. It very heavily promoted the idea of each state being a “Free Republic”. If we would have been successful of finishing the Restore America Plan and creating 50 Free Republics we would have just created a situation for the “powers” to have reason to order military takeover because that would have been a complete fracture into 50 different pieces the union of the united States of America…it would have been treason to the highest degree according to the Constitution. 50 Free Republics would be the complete opposite of one Union of united States of America because one Republic is “all inclusive” by itself.
However on the other hand, it was OK to call the states a Republic as individual states but since the Utah Convention when the states got together and convened congress and reinhabited the Republic for the united States of America……it may be very well that we consider well in identifying ourselves as the free states of the Republic for the united States.
Here is History lesson that sheds light on the formation of the Republic. The free states joined together in a Constitutional Convention much like we did in Utah. Please read:
“At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results, and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished, asked him directly: “Well Doctor, what have we got, a Republic or a monarchy?” “A Republic if you can keep it” responded Franklin.” So quotes Ron Paul in a statement written in early 2000.
Franklin’s words were quite telling. He could have simply said, “A Republic”, but he added the 5 words, “if you can keep it.” By uttering those words, Franklin was suggesting that a Republic is not something that can be expected to survive without nurturing and constant attention. Much like an infant, a Republic requires the supervision and disciplinary hand of a watchful guardian. If that guardian takes his responsibility lightly, it can be expected that the Republic will stray from all that is good and pure and will grow into an unrecognizable monster that knows not how to function properly, defiant and thirsty for self-gratification.
Franklin saw the very real possibility that our infant Republic might not stand the test of time; indeed, he recognized the thirst for tyranny among some of those that sat right there in the room with him, crafting our Constitution.
The “free states” joined session formed a united States Constitution and called it a Republic. They should never have named their Republic the……. United States. They should have named it the Republic for the united States of America. Naming their Republic….the United States, has always created confusion among people and causes it to be difficult to discern what you mean.
The Republic was not sovereign by any means. The Republic was not supposed to be sovereign. The sovereignty was held by the people. In 1861 they killed the Republic because it was not sovereign. It was easy to do because the Republic was called the United States; of the 10 miles square area. They simply incorporated the Kings sovereignty via creation of a US Corporation. This US Corporation now was incorporated with the Kings Sovereignty. Now they created a US Citizenship or the 14th amendment. The moment you became a US Citizen you became subject to the Sovereign Corporation. Today the US Corporation will admit they are sovereign. This information is readily available if you look for it.
The Republic Constitution (United States) guaranteed a Republican form of government to all the states. Only a Republic could guarantee that, could it not? Now what this meant was the states would be governed in a Republican manner which was…… they would be allowed to send their sovereign free state Citizens as Representatives directly to Congress of the Republic and Represent their free state. The free state would not be under a monarchy rule or the Republic would not act as sovereign to the state. It would govern the state according to the will of the people in that state through the free state Representative. Now how many states are experiencing this type of Government? Well of course none……Why? Because the US Corporation has taken the position of usurping the sovereignty of the people within the free states by contracts…getting us to waive our sovereignty and waiving our rights to have our sovereignty protected by the Republic Constitution.
The original Republic created in the 1787 Convention was not sovereign. The states were “free states” and together in session they created a Republic for the united States and created a Constitution for the Republic. They did not have citizenship of this Republic. Being a citizen of a Republic is a bad thing…because the Republic is not sovereign. Being a citizen of the sovereign US Corporation is also a very bad thing because even though the US Corporation is sovereign…..you do not receive sovereign status by being a citizen. You become a subject.
The people were free state Citizens. A free state was a jural society of men that joined together in political union to protect their sovereignty. They created a Constitution where they delegated some power to the free state government and then they delegated other powers directly from the sovereign people to the Republic. The free state government had certain functions and the Republic had other functions.
Original Blacks law gives almost identical meanings to the word state and the word Citizen.
While the word state means a jural society..the word Citizen means a member of a jural society, or putting it bluntly.. a Citizen is the Jural society who enjoys all the rights and privileges of that which he creates …….. The state does not give you a right or privilege, neither can it because it is a free state and you as a sovereign are the states Citizen, but as a state Citizen you enjoy rights and privileges of having the state law and justice system protect you and your sovereignty, whereas you otherwise would have to do it on your own and you may get arrested through the law of Conquer and Conquest….such as traveling down the road without a license. If you get arrested you have lost your sovereignty. The original word state is a jural society of men and women that band together to protect their sovereignty by law and justice. That is a good thing. A state Citizen is a member of a jural society that has united together with others to protect their sovereignty by law and justice delegated by constitution.
The states are free and operate by common law unless otherwise legislative law has been established by constitution. In the beginning the free united States created a Republic to protect the united States and the sovereignty of the people. How did it get so terribly turned around? I mean today the Federal US Corporation is anything then trying to protect the sovereignty of the people. But that is all about to change as we have now lawfully reinhabited the original de jure free states and resurrected the original Republic for the united States of America. We are back in business again and We the People hold the sovereignty and we now come as free state Citizens with established courts of law and justice that are here to serve the people and to protect their sovereignty.
The free states also govern themselves in Republican form… although they are not entirely a Republic by themselves as they are annexed to the Republic for the united States of America. A Republican form of government is simply Representatives governing for the people according to the will of the people. This is quite a luxury because while a few folks can be governing the rest can be farming or fishing or hunting and knowing that their Representatives will carefully guard their sovereignty in government. This is a privilege, is it not?
Lets look at the construction of the name “Pennsylvania free state” for example.
Pennsylvania denotes the name of the geographical area. Now the name Pennsylvania all by itself could mean any type of politic within Pennsylvania. It could mean communist or a Monarchy. The name Pennsylvania is simply the name of the geographical area .
Free denotes, “not subject to the dominion of another”.
State means, “A jural society of people united together in common for the purpose of protecting their rights.
As one last thought to those that insist the word Republic in their state seal please let us know how you want the seal. As a suggestion I would recommend if you need the word Republic with your seal I would have it read:
Pennsylvania free state Republic
Just keep in mind that for the sake of legal consequences we should be absolutely correct in the fact that we indeed reinhabit that de jure framework which had already been here but just lay dormant. I would highly discourage creating a situation where we create something new unless we got the manpower to handle consequences although we have the right to create what we want to create. Remember the Restore America Plan had us do that and now we know we were being set up to create a situation to where the military would be asked by the “powers” to take over and run the country for them.It did not happen because we failed in the Restore America Plan.
As you will also notice on the website http://www.bureauofrepublicrecords.org under the free state documents the Declaration of Sovereign Rights has been modified to be state specific because their were a lot of complaints from people that felt that we were creating a situation where you were becoming a member of the national Republic jurisdiction. This was not the case at all. The word Republic we had meant it to be the state Republic. But we had so many complaints that we changed it to reflect clearly the free state. I am getting compliments from many people that like this new one very much better. They are much more comfortable with it and I am too. Please take a look at it.

It appears he is trying to establish the National Government as the Republic and the “States” as subservient to it…just like the defacto gov. And his explanation why is so convoluted it is impossible to understand.

Either you have purposely twisted the article for your own agenda, or you need someone to explain it to you. The whole article is about the states choosing their own seal. Nathan is merely explaining the ramifications of several specific terms since he is more educated about the terms than most people. His suggestions were extremely helpful. Are you here for any reason other than to attempt (albeit unsuccessfully) to cause dissension?

We ARE deciding for ourselves. And some of us have already had them made ourselves. National does not ‘make’ us do anything. They give advice and make suggestions. We are free to do what we want within the general guidelines that we ALL agree on. If we do something that might be questionable, they let us know we may have a legal problem down the road. And explain why. This is a work in progress, we are all learning together and pulling together. It’s a great thing! We all have a voice and we express it, hence the constant re-doing of things. Just like you are free to join us or NOT. If you don’t agree with what we are doing, just don’t join us. It’s very simple. If you are feeling left out of the loop, you should join us. Smokies, Thank you for your concern for my blog. This blog is open for discussions concerning the Republic of United States. I could also start a blog about cup cakes and all would not agree. I would like to offer two points. The first being that I love this country. Ronald Regan said if we fail to preserve liberty here we are doomed be cause this is the last free place on earth, or something to that effect. We have lost many liberties since Ronald Regan’s presidency and if we do not do something to stop it we will lose more and more and more until we have lost it all. So I support ANY legitimate effort to that end.
Second point. TT had apparently a large group of people, myself included, to jump into this effort, as I did back in the spring of this year. I believed we were going to be successful enough to effect change or at the minimum get out voices heard in time for the November elections. But TT made many promises that have just not materialized. I personally know of people that have gone to jail because they believed TT and left their dealings with the de facto only to have them come and eventually arrest them. He has made many statements that you may not want to admit are lies, but certainly are not true. Like the millions of tonnes of gold for instance. The amount of gold held worldwide by individuals exceeds the amount held by governments and institutions like the IMF. Of the 140,000 to 160,000 tonnes of gold ever produced, it is estimated that about 100,000 of these tonnes are held by individuals. This “gaf” is something that seems to be common place with TT. He talks off the top of head with no regard to the actual facts. So in short, he is either lying or he is totally incompetent.
Now if he comes up with the funding he has stated to have, and he told me personally that he has it, then I on board. If some other source confirms the legitimacy of the RoUS as TT has described it, then I am on board. If he is arrested this week, as reports indicate, then this is all over including this blog.

In this period, Imperial Russia explored the California coast and established a trading post at Fort Ross.
In 1846 settlers rebelled against Mexican rule during the Bear Flag Revolt. Afterwards, rebels raised the Bear Flag (featuring a bear, a star, a red stripe and the words “California Republic”) at Sonoma.

The Republic’s first and only president was William B. Ide,[13] who played a pivotal role during the Bear Flag Revolt. His term lasted 22 days and concluded when California was occupied by U.S. forces during the Mexican-American War. The California Republic was short lived. The same year marked the outbreak of the Mexican-American War (1846–1848). When Commodore John D. Sloat of the United States Navy sailed into Monterey Bay and began the military occupation of California by the United States. Northern California capitulated in less than a month to the U.S. forces. After a series of defensive battles in Southern California, including The Siege of Los Angeles, the Battle of Dominguez Rancho, the Battle of San Pasqual, the Battle of Rio San Gabriel and the Battle of La Mesa, the Treaty of Cahuenga was signed by the Californios on January 13, 1847, securing American control in California. Following the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo that ended the war, the region was divided between Mexico and the U.S.; the western territory of Alta California, was to become the U.S. state of California, and Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Utah became U.S. Territories, while the lower region of California, Baja California, remained in the possession of Mexico.
I have been told by very credible sources that the Restore America Plan was put together for the purpose of creating a situation to where the “powers” would have reason to orchestrate a military takeover. Well military takeover did not happen because The Restore America Plan failed in establishing 50 Free Republics. But here is how the Restore America Plan was put together. It very heavily promoted the idea of each state being a “Free Republic”. If we would have been successful of finishing the Restore America Plan and creating 50 Free Republics we would have just created a situation for the “powers” to have reason to order military takeover because that would have been a complete fracture into 50 different pieces the union of the united States of America…it would have been treason to the highest degree according to the Constitution. 50 Free Republics would be the complete opposite of one Union of united States of America because one Republic is “all inclusive” by itself.
However on the other hand, it was OK to call the states a Republic as individual states but since the Utah Convention when the states got together and convened congress and reinhabited the Republic for the united States of America……it may be very well that we consider well in identifying ourselves as the free states of the Republic for the united States.
Here is History lesson that sheds light on the formation of the Republic. The free states joined together in a Constitutional Convention much like we did in Utah. Please read:
“At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results, and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished, asked him directly: “Well Doctor, what have we got, a Republic or a monarchy?” “A Republic if you can keep it” responded Franklin.” So quotes Ron Paul in a statement written in early 2000.
Franklin’s words were quite telling. He could have simply said, “A Republic”, but he added the 5 words, “if you can keep it.” By uttering those words, Franklin was suggesting that a Republic is not something that can be expected to survive without nurturing and constant attention. Much like an infant, a Republic requires the supervision and disciplinary hand of a watchful guardian. If that guardian takes his responsibility lightly, it can be expected that the Republic will stray from all that is good and pure and will grow into an unrecognizable monster that knows not how to function properly, defiant and thirsty for self-gratification.
Franklin saw the very real possibility that our infant Republic might not stand the test of time; indeed, he recognized the thirst for tyranny among some of those that sat right there in the room with him, crafting our Constitution.
The “free states” joined session formed a united States Constitution and called it a Republic. They should never have named their Republic the……. United States. They should have named it the Republic for the united States of America. Naming their Republic….the United States, has always created confusion among people and causes it to be difficult to discern what you mean.
The Republic was not sovereign by any means. The Republic was not supposed to be sovereign. The sovereignty was held by the people. In 1861 they killed the Republic because it was not sovereign. It was easy to do because the Republic was called the United States; of the 10 miles square area. They simply incorporated the Kings sovereignty via creation of a US Corporation. This US Corporation now was incorporated with the Kings Sovereignty. Now they created a US Citizenship or the 14th amendment. The moment you became a US Citizen you became subject to the Sovereign Corporation. Today the US Corporation will admit they are sovereign. This information is readily available if you look for it.
The Republic Constitution (United States) guaranteed a Republican form of government to all the states. Only a Republic could guarantee that, could it not? Now what this meant was the states would be governed in a Republican manner which was…… they would be allowed to send their sovereign free state Citizens as Representatives directly to Congress of the Republic and Represent their free state. The free state would not be under a monarchy rule or the Republic would not act as sovereign to the state. It would govern the state according to the will of the people in that state through the free state Representative. Now how many states are experiencing this type of Government? Well of course none……Why? Because the US Corporation has taken the position of usurping the sovereignty of the people within the free states by contracts…getting us to waive our sovereignty and waiving our rights to have our sovereignty protected by the Republic Constitution.
The original Republic created in the 1787 Convention was not sovereign. The states were “free states” and together in session they created a Republic for the united States and created a Constitution for the Republic. They did not have citizenship of this Republic. Being a citizen of a Republic is a bad thing…because the Republic is not sovereign. Being a citizen of the sovereign US Corporation is also a very bad thing because even though the US Corporation is sovereign…..you do not receive sovereign status by being a citizen. You become a subject.
The people were free state Citizens. A free state was a jural society of men that joined together in political union to protect their sovereignty. They created a Constitution where they delegated some power to the free state government and then they delegated other powers directly from the sovereign people to the Republic. The free state government had certain functions and the Republic had other functions.
Original Blacks law gives almost identical meanings to the word state and the word Citizen.
While the word state means a jural society..the word Citizen means a member of a jural society, or putting it bluntly.. a Citizen is the Jural society who enjoys all the rights and privileges of that which he creates …….. The state does not give you a right or privilege, neither can it because it is a free state and you as a sovereign are the states Citizen, but as a state Citizen you enjoy rights and privileges of having the state law and justice system protect you and your sovereignty, whereas you otherwise would have to do it on your own and you may get arrested through the law of Conquer and Conquest….such as traveling down the road without a license. If you get arrested you have lost your sovereignty. The original word state is a jural society of men and women that band together to protect their sovereignty by law and justice. That is a good thing. A state Citizen is a member of a jural society that has united together with others to protect their sovereignty by law and justice delegated by constitution.
The states are free and operate by common law unless otherwise legislative law has been established by constitution. In the beginning the free united States created a Republic to protect the united States and the sovereignty of the people. How did it get so terribly turned around? I mean today the Federal US Corporation is anything then trying to protect the sovereignty of the people. But that is all about to change as we have now lawfully reinhabited the original de jure free states and resurrected the original Republic for the united States of America. We are back in business again and We the People hold the sovereignty and we now come as free state Citizens with established courts of law and justice that are here to serve the people and to protect their sovereignty.
The free states also govern themselves in Republican form… although they are not entirely a Republic by themselves as they are annexed to the Republic for the united States of America. A Republican form of government is simply Representatives governing for the people according to the will of the people. This is quite a luxury because while a few folks can be governing the rest can be farming or fishing or hunting and knowing that their Representatives will carefully guard their sovereignty in government. This is a privilege, is it not?
Lets look at the construction of the name “Pennsylvania free state” for example.
Pennsylvania denotes the name of the geographical area. Now the name Pennsylvania all by itself could mean any type of politic within Pennsylvania. It could mean communist or a Monarchy. The name Pennsylvania is simply the name of the geographical area .
Free denotes, “not subject to the dominion of another”.
State means, “A jural society of people united together in common for the purpose of protecting their rights.
As one last thought to those that insist the word Republic in their state seal please let us know how you want the seal. As a suggestion I would recommend if you need the word Republic with your seal I would have it read:
Pennsylvania free state Republic
Just keep in mind that for the sake of legal consequences we should be absolutely correct in the fact that we indeed reinhabit that de jure framework which had already been here but just lay dormant. I would highly discourage creating a situation where we create something new unless we got the manpower to handle consequences although we have the right to create what we want to create. Remember the Restore America Plan had us do that and now we know we were being set up to create a situation to where the military would be asked by the “powers” to take over and run the country for them.It did not happen because we failed in the Restore America Plan.
As you will also notice on the website http://www.bureauofrepublicrecords.org under the free state documents the Declaration of Sovereign Rights has been modified to be state specific because their were a lot of complaints from people that felt that we were creating a situation where you were becoming a member of the national Republic jurisdiction. This was not the case at all. The word Republic we had meant it to be the state Republic. But we had so many complaints that we changed it to reflect clearly the free state. I am getting compliments from many people that like this new one very much better. They are much more comfortable with it and I am too. Please take a look at it.

This is the kind of “thinking” that really gets my goat……. deferring to the defacto (re TT’s possible arrest) as the ultimate authority.

I was just on a two hour Governor’s conference call and Tim was on the call. As you can tell from this taped call between Carl and Richard, it’s very “staged”.
We are so close to having everything pulled together and we will continue to move forward. Carl and Richard are the joke (Richard’s comment: we would be better off getting stoned and going to a concert?) and they are doing this call just to scare people.
Tim says that the reports now have him as arrested 97 times just this year. Tim has not even been approached one single time to be arrested. There is no fear of anyone getting arrested. Everything that we are doing is lawful. We are not overthrowing a government; the de facto is a corporation. We “are” the de jure republic government. This is a total propaganda piece. Propaganda, propaganda, propaganda. I hope that you see through Richard’s BS. He says numerous times that we are committing treason. Treason can only be done by someone that is trying to overthrow a government. The de facto is a “corporation” not a government. This is simply a propaganda scare piece by a wack job.
Talk about drinking the Kool-Aid. Listening to Carl and Richard would be drinking the Kool-Aid.
I was at the congressional meeting in Utah along with several others from the Arizona republic. All of us that were there know that our signing of the declaration will change the world. The de facto is very worried; they will continue to try to divide us. What we are doing is lawful and right.
