By now we all know the common sense rules for blogging etiquette; if you don’t know, then just ask, we’ll try to guide you as gently as possible. This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.
Also, please note that not everybody likes to scroll through dozens of lines of an article that is important to you and others as well, but we need to let people choose what they want to read. A little while back there was a lot of talk of letting CNN do it to start with, they were eager to catch up with viewers they had lost to FOX. Sounded like our people were talking with them, but that same week end, overnight, the head guy at CNN got fired and the guy from their tabloid channel took over.

I dont think Val’s is a rerun. There is one for the 13th and one for the 20th and they have different headlines. 13th was on foreclosures and yesterday was on debt. Unless I am reading wrong.

I figured it was a re-run when she read an email I had sent last week. Today I tried to play the new one for 10-20 and it says:
“We apologize this show is not yet available, please check back after this show’s scheduled air time and date”.
Maybe there is a mix up of some sort somewhere.

I just downladed the 14 page NEW DOCUMENTS from the site but they can’t be printed. Looks like maybe a security issue. Anyone else have this problem?
Also, I click on the Ranger link and it said I can’t access it.

I first saved the docs onto my computer and have no problem printing them.

I just tried it again and if you save them with that name you can not print. I saved it with a 1 up front and it prints, go figure why they left it like that. Maybe they don’t want them printed until people sign up, then they send printable copy???

I had heard that you fax your copies in and mail the originals to your Ambassador. My Ambassador says that I should just keep my originals. Anyone know for sure which is correct.

I have been told to fax in to HQ, send original to ambassador so it can be recorded with the state republic and stamped with the state rep seal, then ambassador mails back to you and you keep original in your possession. Send self addressed stamped envelope with it so your ambassador won’t go broke mailing back thousands of docs.
County docs-same thing.
Get the 12-24 signatures, meets and bounds for your county, fill out your docs and send to ambassador. The governor will have to sign it. He/she will stamp it and send it back so you can file it in your county corurthouse and keep in your own library records at the county level.

AGJ is run by Bob Campbell not Bob Chapman just thought I would point that out. Bob is a great guy yes he teeded me off when he shut down the RAP discussion on AGJ him and I spent about 45 min chatting on the phone the first time he pulled RAP off at that time I told him I was convinced that RAP was real but Bob just could not buy it and when it seemed like RAP was taking over AJG Bob shut the discussion down. Now as for JS she is in her own little world she called out Germak and I all because I posted on here that people who left Gregs place can go back because JS was not posting there any longer and that I had noticed she moved back to AGJ. That is all I said then she claims that Germak and I said that Greg booted her off from Gregs blog and I never said that. If she brings up the republic on AGJ Bob will shut her down I’m sure of that he wants nothing to do with RAP or the republic if he has changed his mind about that I have not heard a word on that and I am not going to ask him either he made it perfectly clear that he wanted ZERO discussion about RAP so when JS posted what she posted and mentioned TT I was surprised that Bob did not say a word. Sorry for bring this up here Andy but I was just wanting to set the record straight I was not trying to cause trouble. JS wants to make a mountain out of a mole hill I have tried to agree to disagree with JS but she ALWAYS has to have the last word I told her over at AGJ to just drop it!

That is funny, in such a prominent place too. HOWEVER it really does not matter after all, at least we are not changing the complete meaning of words like the de facto does with great effort to mislead people, like “person”= = “corporation”, the examples are in hundreds if not thousands.

At least he looked at the document, I can’t say that much about my girlfriend. I can understand him too, I have that same mentality and have to work to overcome it. Anything is a good excuse, I grew up that way. I have since learned that if I know how hard it is to change myself, why even try to change some one else. Later I learned that I can not change peoples mind, I have to give them some new information that gives them an excuse to change their own mind. Car salesmen and others use it on us all the time.

Yes he listened to the call. I have been slowly and gently educating him about the history of how our country and government has been usurped. He has never been against RAP or RuSA, just not interested. He has always said he supported me in whatever I thought was the right thing to do. So Wed night I got on the call and when the music came on I climbed up in his lap (in the recliner) put the speakerphone on and layed it on his chest. He turned the tv down and listened. (Miracle-all my kids and grands were gone or busy.) After the call, he said sign me up and tell them I’ll volunteer for ranger duty. 🙂 All in God’s timing!

That was clever, MissyGal (getting him to listen that way!). My husband is skeptical, but onboard. Also onboard 4 out of 5 of my adult children, although a couple a teachers and waiting for me to tell them if it is safe for them (no one can afford to lose a job these days).
As for the typo, when I was working as an attorney, there were always typos in everyone’s papers, even mine, which makes me crazy. I don’t understand how they get past the editing on WORD. I know that it is very difficult to see your own mistakes because you are actually seeing what you meant to write in your mind’s eye (that’s why professionals hire someone else to proofread). More that one person should have proofread Rufa’s papers. Julie, I hope you have contacted them and told them about the typo, because I agree- it doesn’t look good. These papers are important.

It’s encouraging to hear about family members being receptive. I don’t have a husband but I do have three awesome, good-looking, successful sons that still think, ‘Mom’s lost it.’ I keep sending news ocassionally but certainly know that everything happens in God’s timing. My son is a pilot in the Coast Guard. About 6 months ago, on the phone (he was in Central America) he asked me how I was and I said FANTASTIC and I told him about TT. He didn’t say much and (get this) w/him being in the military I figured he knew ALL about it and was under a gag order. I don’t think that’s the case now and we haven’t talked (again) about any of it yet. The time hasn’t been right. I’m waiting for that. He’ll come around, he always does.

My hubby isn’t on board either. Maybe if that announcement ever gets made, he will be. Like MissGal, he encourages me in what I want to do, but normally we don’t make decisions as big as this unless we both agree. He has agreed to read the documents. He also told me that he would go over the articles that pertain to mortgages, etc., since Real estate is his area of expertise, not mine. I also have a very hard time understanding legalese and zone out everytime I try to read it, like falling asleep with my eyes open. Very frustrating. 😦 I keep trying.

I have 4 children. My oldest son (27) is in the army, he and his wife and 2 boys are stationed in Germany. He is deployed to Afghanistan right now. I haven’t had a chance to talk too him yet. My daughter (25) and her 2 children live close to me. She is very interested in what is going on and asks me questions just about every day. I keep her informed and in God’s time we will fill out her docs. She’s just about there. My 21 year old daughter, husband, and son live about an hour and a half away. We have talked and she says to let her know when it’s time for her to get onboard. She’s coming to stay the weekend during Halloween. I will let her know then the time is right. My mom and dad are RuSA members already and my 97 year old Papaw is on board too. So keep the faith and keep educating and talking. Lots of folks out there looking for something to DO to take our country back. 🙂

Andy, thanks for posting this. Originally, I found this video on Donna Kozak’s website that she had ‘during the earlier days.’ The videos I accessed on that website were influential in helping me to decide to ‘come on board.’
Regarding this video, I listened to it then and I just listened to it again. I often get ‘financial braincramps’ when I listen to stuff like this. I have to break it down to absorb the content. I won’t give up! I’ll keep on keeping on until I understand the information. I was married to a stockbroker for many years and I probably just have a mental block. Overcoming it!

Typos and misspellings matter in these documents. The defacto government does not misspell or make typographical errors very often, and certainly not in any documents of this “supposed” importance. When they do misspell or make typos it is usually while a state or federal employee is typing something into a computer, live, in real time. A name, an address, a SSN, a zip. It is not common at all.
I looked at all the document pages to see why she is so upset. These documents contain other obvious mistakes in structure, grammar and spelling. Some of the sentences don’t make sense and appear to be added as an afterthought. It is very obvious they have not been reviewed by an attorney. In totally, they cannot be taken seriously. We can’t take these to our college educated family and friends. They look like amateurs made them overnight. Any educated person will see the same thing. Lynn herself could make them in about 3 hours, mistake/typo/misspelling free. She could proofread and fix all the mistakes in under an hour.
She is upset because it is the death of her dream that this movement might be IT – in that it might work to bring some change to our country. And to MississippiGal, I am still waiting to see if you can find just one example of a typo or misspelling by the defacto government. I want you to look for one and see just how difficult is is to find them. There are very very few. You made it seem like there are a comparable number, like they are just as common which frankly, could not be more wrong.

No prob Rocknee. I don’t have the time nor the inclination to look through defacto documents but the mistakes are there nonetheless. I’ve seen enough to know this without having to prove it. If he wants proof he can look himself. BTW maybe Lynn should have proofread his post. It has some mistakes as I’m sure mine does. No one’s perfect. I’m sorry I just don’t do petty very well. Life is too short. If I wanted to I could think of 100 reasons why NOT to believe in RuSA. This movement is real period even with all the typos, mistakes, communication problems, etc.

Exactly! If I had gotten ‘caught up’ in all of the typos and other mistakes I’ve made in ‘trying to make a difference’, I would have given up long ago!! I know one thing, my ‘gifting’ is NOT being a spellchecker! : ) All I am looking for is the main idea in the content. Yet, I’m thankful for those that have that gifting..because it’s not I!! : )

Have you looked over the docs? The mistake is on the cover letter, not the docs. The documents are written like back in the old days. Defense is spelled defence like in our organic documents. Is this what some are so upset about? The old timey way of writing?

We had a Mississippi conference call tonight and I expressed my concerns about the communication problems. My ambassador, governor, and foreman said that if anyone is having trouble getting in touch with someone in their republic let them know and they will get the info to you personally. The Law marches forward on ‘intent’. All these people trying to degrade the movement over a misspelled word, out of place punctuation, etc. are just being ignorant and we can’t let them discourage the movement.
It doesn’t matter if there is a mispelled (misspelled) word, the law marches on “INTENT”.
Get over the discrepancies and stop nitpicking over a misspelled word or two or ten, it doesn’t matter.
INTENT ………… The law marches forward on INTENT.

Amen! Not that I care much for lawyers(no offense, one of my best friends is an attorney) but they will tell you the same thing. The law goes forward on INTENT! I said this on GG blog but that doesn’t matter to some. If you look for something negative, you can find it.

Look at how MSM behaved when they reported on the document deliveries to the 50 Governors April 1, all that sniggering. We were made fun of here in Nevada but the PTW did take it seriously enough to move huge boulders around so no vehicles could get close to the capital buildings and they kept highway patrol cars parked in the driveways of the Gov’s mansion for at least 2 months after the deliveries. So they may act one way and be thinking another. Obviously.
Has anybody expressed their conern about the glaring errors in the docs (or even just the cover sheet, if that’s where it was) to Kelby or Dr. Val?
TT says not to come with complaints unless you have a solution and since Lynn was willing to do the work to make the corrections I think it’s a good plan to try again. I think it does need to be addressed so we have more credibility. We need to make every effort and this is a really a small, fixable matter.

I stand corrected. I’d forgotten TT saying that about the law marching forward on INTENT. Thanks The South and M Gal. Guess it’s a good way to separate the patriots from the phony defactos. The typos are sort of a filter system. lol. Works for me.
