This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

Hello all,
I have been lerking and enjoying this blog very much. I am still looking for some of our texas supporters that we lost because they were never contacted. Joe, I am sorry that your email got bounced back, but it is working well because I have had hundreds of emails returned and I am signing them up all day every day. I am also sorry about my juno account. Yes, I know that it is very old, but I have not had to use it much over the years. I got caught flat footed when I was asked to pull Texas together in order to vote on September 23. I had five days to do it and I had two other ladys work their hinneys off to help. If I have offended anyone with my Juno, please forgive. When I have time from my phone ringing, I will update with another account. Executive Summary – We are writing this report with some reluctance due to problems in the past. The Restore America Plan ended in a bad way with division and accusations. The restored Republic of the United States is an outgrowth of Restore America Plan. We will discuss the group because we feel a successful movement is needed.

Their Setup – I got this from a talk show and this will be sort of sketchy.

They have an executive branch of a new De Jure Government. Tim Turner is the President. They also have a vice president. They have elected or appointed State Republic Governors as well. They apparently have a Congress. There are Ambassadors for each state. They are starting to raise county de jure grand juries. They are putting in place de jure Attorney Generals and de jure courts with magistrates. They have some de jure judges at a supreme court level as well. They do intend to raise de jure militias. They are talking about bringing cases to the de jure grand jury as a presentment. Then if you get a finding in favor of your allegation the matter goes to the de jure attorney general who files charges and the matter then goes to a de jure court for trial. Grand juries just refer matters to courts and do not try cases.
Now if a court tries a case and the defendant (possibly a de facto government official or agency) does not appear because they do not recognize the de jure government then they would be tried in absentia or lose on default. The case is not going to drop because they do not recognize the power of the de jure court. So now you get to enforcement issues and that is historically one area the movements have failed in. How this plays out we do not know. Expect they would use de jure militia, sheriff or marshals. Now the de facto may not agree with their authority and this leads to what? The de facto is never going to go constitutional so the problem is there. They are stating that they are setting up an alternative government to take over when the de facto corporate government fails. Good plan.

Don’t they know that Al Qaeda is a fabrication by the CIA? Don’t they know Bin Laden was a CIA agent – I say “was” because he died several years ago. The pitting of Christianity versus Islam is all a part of the elite dividing humanity against one another and creating an Armageddon scenario for the zionist faction. They do the same thing with Jews vs Christians, black vs. white, man vs. woman, gay vs. hetero.
How about we unite behind the republic where all have a right to believe whatever they want to? Let us pray to Jesus for that instead.

This time CHINA is the saboteur.
The reason has to do with Documents in their possession which they have now learned are useless to them.

The documents were not ‘dated and stamped’ rendering them useless to China. China then obtained a ‘dated and stamped’ set of Documents from the Vatican which they then tried to sell for 8 Trillion Dollars.
China thought they ‘had a deal’ until the Swiss stepped up with a complete set of Original Documents proving their ownership.
Trades were attempted in order to ‘make China whole’ but were blocked leaving China with no 8T, no Quads from Trades and Documents “not worth two hoots in hell”.
The Queen had provided them Forged useless Documents.
ALL DOCUMENTS IN THE QUEENS POSSESSION ARE FORGERIES.
She has been using Forged Documents to screw the world for decades.

Me too Steph….. and that’s why we are successful….God wins every time! I really enjoy our prayer time together…they are awesome. I do have a problem though with hearing a few of the ones praying. I hear Kelby and Wade real good. CW is a little low, but the others are very low. I have to plug into my headphones to be able to hear. It could be that I am on my IPhone. I have free calls on it….I have been a faithful “church goer” for my entire life of 64 years and NEVER have I heard such SPIRIT filled prayers! I always have goose bumps going up and down my spine! I know alot of people say awful things about this, and all I can say is “Boy, you sure are missing the joy of knowing the ONE who died for you and who LOVES you so much!

I was on the prayer call the entire time and I did hear one VERY brief mention of Islam. There was no mention of Holy War or Jihad or Bin Laden or Al Quaeda. I dont remember who was praying and the comment was so brief, I dont even quite remember what was said. Maybe something about not wanting Muslim influence. It was not the least bit offensive. Scott, you must have been on a different call.

It appears that we have going on is Federal Reserve Officials heading for the microphones in a track team relay team event in order to attempt to stop an outright blitzkrieg against the US Dollar. In three week’s time, the Dollar has dropped 6% when measured against the basket of currencies comprising the USDX. I suspect that while nothing concrete may have emerged out of the past weekend’s pow-wow to smoke the peace pipe and create a resolution regarding the currency wars, the US got an earful from their counterparts who are not the least bit pleased to see the stunt that they are pulling in deliberately devaluing the greenback.
Thus we get the spectacle of seeing the very same people who brought us Quantative Easing I (Federal Reserve buying its own bonds thus printing unending new paper money) and have given every reason for market participants to fully expect another round of QE2, and I might add the green light to bond speculators to bid up the price of Treasuries, now suddenly shifting gears and acting as champions of frugal monetary policy and warning us about the dangers of excessively low interest rates! (When speculators bid up the prices of Treasury Bonds, they force the interest rates lower. It is an inverse relationship.)
News flash to Fed officials – we did not write the minutes to your last FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) press release – you did.
The reason everyone and their mother is expecting low interest rates for the foreseeable future (and more QE ) is because these same people now warning us about this are the very ones who told us that is what we could expect before QE1 ever occurred!
Wonder how these people sleep at night. This is akin to parents filling the cereal bowls of their children with a near endless amount of Fruit Loops, pouring tablespoons of sugar upon them, and then warning those children about the dangers of juvenile diabetes so that they can then claim to have been responsible parents. What kind of idiots do these elitists think we are!

Anyone hear anything positive? I just sent the scumbuckets our hard earned money finally paid our 2009 unlawful income taxes going to be interesting to see how much they will make us pay penalty and interest. Been so long since we did the income tax extension thing I forget what the rate is something like 25% but not sure how they compound the interest but still feel good about withholding money away from those leeches.
Been watching the sky at night have not seen any alien ships up there thought that the idiots in the district of criminals have been screwing up so bad that the Galatic federation would have showed up by now and told the Corporation “Game Over” . Pops said something about alien false flag but guess someone fed him disinfo. Pray everyone is doing as well as can be expected. These jack asses are not covering what’s really happening with the foreclosure fraud. They’re saying it’s problems with robo-signers, paperwork, etc. but the “REAL PROBLEM” is that your home was paid off the second you signed the note.
Remember HJR-192? It is now against public policy to pay off any public debt, and the ‘debt’ can only be discharged.
When you sign a promissory note at the closing of the deal, you just ‘discharged your debt’ through the Treasury.
The bank didn’t tell you that “you were the one who actually loaned them the money”. You created the money when you signed the note, they then endorse it and deposit it into a secret account under your name. They tap into your ‘secret Treasury account’ and pay the seller, then they tell the Treasury that the account has been abandoned and they assumer ownership of the rest of the funds; then they sell the note to another bank, and then they con you into signing over the deed to the home, and spending the next 30 years paying off a loan that was paid for the second you signed the note.

Yes I did read that and it is a great theory and if I did not have a family to be concerned with I may have tried to use title 15 but the CORP is going to find a way to collect that money. The judicial system is as corrupt as the IRS it is a lose lose situation as long as the Fed Res is around we will all still be paying those unlawful taxes.

You can have 3 of your friends meet and that is called an assembly, they can witness your signature (over 18 yrs. old)
