This reminds me of a time when I went, years ago in Ft. Lauderdale, to brand new Broward Center for the Performing Arts to hear one of my favorite composers, Henry Mancini, performing with his orchestra. In the beginning he gave a short introduction and concluded by saying “we are going to play some of my favorite pieces of music, we hope you like them also, if not, get your own band and go play what you like.” He and we in the audience all chuckled and we hope every blogger here also chuckles, having understood the message.

The Fed is not going away anytime soon it appears. Long battle ahead for those negotiating with the terrorists (defacto) These defacto actors are not going to give in EVER! We the people of the Republic of the united States of America (and any others who choose to walk with us), are only going to be as strong as we choose to be. We’ve been challenged to study the facts from history. If ‘truly’ we are ‘the boss,’ then this restored effort will be driven not by our passion, but from knowledge and wisdom that is passionately portrayed with God’s anointing. Personally, I need much mercy and grace to sort through and understand so much documentation, but I’m willing to give myself to it.
For those that are uncertain that ‘things are moving forward’ with the Republic of the united States of America, I can say whole-heartedly that every ‘i’ is being dotted and every ‘t’ is being crossed. I’m getting the message loud and clear that we’ve ‘got’ to have a new way of thinking. None of us in our lifetime have ever experienced having to be responsible to take the lead. Not to mention having a President, Vice President, etc. etc. etc. to follow our lead!! I’m a bit overwhelmed…but I accept the challenge. Hope you are joining me. Otherwise, we will end up as a ‘copy cat’ version of what we’ve always known. One of my favorite sayings is, ‘If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.’

Carmar-AZ, I may need to clarify some statements I made. When I referred to President and Vice President, I was referring to those that are serving the Republic of the united States of America.
There are many of you that probably know ‘much’ regarding the facts of our Constitutional rights…our heritage….and all of the historical facts that obviously need to be embraced ‘for such a time as this.’ I’m trying to catch up with you.
We now have the Republic of the united States of America that is in operation. If you need a visual representation, think of a boat floating on the water. It’s a beautiful boat…built according to the guidelines to be powerful and to win the race…fully equipped…but unless ‘the people’ show up to get that boat moving and give direction (each according to their giftings)… it will be tossed, forever.
I know. It’s a huge step of faith! Look at the options.
I’m sooooo thankful to be ‘a part of the team.’

You can tell people there that Byron Fain has now ( Thursday ) been officially removed from his appointed duties in the Florida Republic. I hope this will now bring some healing in this great Republic. We have been thru much,but in GODS time, HE will see this thing thru. HE is still in charge We the people, will overcome this time around. Continue to pray for me and all the others who are working so hard to make this thing come to pass. GOD helps those who help themselves.

Friday morning I arose at 5:30 am, showered, grabbed my gear and packed Arizona from Las Vegas for a little gold hunting.
White Hills is a 1 hour drive from Las Vegas, it’s 50 miles. Then the next 25 miles is cross country into the desert, (4 wheel only and heavy ply tires), and takes another hour.
I arrived at my destination at 8:00 am and I was swinging that SD2200d by 8:10 using a 11 inch monoloop coil.
Now I have to tell you that I have been a bit disgruntled for about 2 months because I have hit a dry spell. Actually the problem was that I had gotten spoiled when I first started hunting nuggets. I had bought a Minelab XT18000,and the first 4 times out found three nuggets, the second being a 6.1 gram beauty. So I was lulled into believing that this nugget hunting thing is a snap. By the way, for those of you that can’t afford the pricey SD2200d, the XT18000is a fabulous machine. But after finding 3 pieces of gold I had the fever and so I bought a SD2200d, because I thought I was HOTSTUFF!
So for 2 months I’ve been hunting with the 2200d and haven’t found anything that resembles gold. Oh I’ve dug every shallow stinkin’ piece of wire, 22 shell casings, slugs, boot tacks – BB’s — if it’s C R A P, and shallow, I’ve dug it! But no gold.
I kept trying to tell myself that it couldn’t be me, it must be this darn detector, maybe it wasn’t working right. But if it wasn’t working right how could I find a little boot tack, or a BB? Well they were only surface targets after all, only 1 to2 inches down.
But that was then and this was last Friday and between those times I had sat down and had a long talk with myself. I tried to figure out what the heck I was doing wrong, or what was different since I had got the SD2200d. Well the only thing that was different was that I was now using a more powerful detector that went deeper. Oh yeah, real deep! Two inches!! WOW!
I started to think about that, and the fact that this detector is so powerful that if I happen to get my head over the coil it will hit on my gold wire rimmed eyeglasses. Now this means it’s air testing my glasses at 5ft 7 inches. Yeah I know, I’d never make it in the NBA, but that’s besides the point, and what does basketball have to do with metal detecting and how dare you even bring the subject of my height into this discussion; you inconsiderate pig! So I’m vertically challenged! It goes well with my bald head and age spots; I’m a friggin’ mess. My eight year old daughter calls me a sad little man.
Anyway, I started to do a mental inventory of my hunting persona. Looking at me from the front, head to toe, the METAL inventory is the following: I have on eyeglasses with gold metal frames. I have a heavy gold necklace with a Spanish silver coin framed in gold. I wear a safari vest with a GPS in one pocket, a couple of power bars in another pocket wrapped in foil, a camera in another, a pocket watch, and old transmission from a 57 Chevy in another pocket, and god knows what else. I mean it has 17 pockets after all, I have to fill them up with some type of garbage. The vest alone probably weighs 300lbs.
Then I wear a webbed belt, with, of course, a big metal buckle. On that belt I have a tool bag that has two metal hooks for carrying a hammer, or other tools, of course I carry a rock pick in case a piece of quartz tries to attack me, and a K-bar military knife.
On my regular belt, the one that tries to hold my pants up, I have a beeper, and my gold Licensed Private Investigators badge. On my side I’m carrying a Sig9mm weapon.
In my pockets I have about three dollars in change, a gold money clip, my car keys, a folding pocket knife, and anything else I can think of that is made of metal.
Under my pants I am wearing underwear made of sheet metal with copper rivets, adorned with .38 cal slugs welded into the shape of little hearts.
I mean the point of this is, I had on so much metal that by the time this powerful detector saw all of this metal stuff, and with it’s automated ground balancing, it compensated for what it thought was ground mineralization, it probably couldn’t have detected a 747 buried at three inches.
You know I read and read about this stuff and still it doesn’t sink in – what was I thinking? In my business I consult with a lot of companies and professional folks who once were successful and now find themselves in a slump. Do you want to know the one thing they all have in common? They forgot the basics of what it was that they did that made them successful in the first place! They started cutting corners. And because “the basics” of anything are usually pretty fundamental, once they are mastered they get boring. So people start improvising and getting away from the basics to liven things up a little, to do things different, and the next thing you know, they’re in a slump.
Always remember, experimentation is an expensive proposition. If you want to be successful do what has worked before. Once you have so much money you don’t know what to do with it all then you can spend some bucks on research and development and experimentation.
After having this long talk with myself I went back out to the gold fields last Friday and like I said, by 8:10 am I was swinging my detector in the Arizona desert. However, keeping in mind the possible problem I was causing wearing so much metal I decided to make one small change. I decided to metal detect naked. That’s right I was stark naked at 8:10 am in the Arizona desert metal detecting, ouch! Darn watch those cactus!
OK – I’m kidding I wasn’t really naked, but I did leave all that metal in the car. Guess what, I started getting targets. By around 12:10 pm I had dug about five.22 slugs, or pieces of slugs, two small pieces of wire, one at 12 inches, and an expended shotgun shell. BUT STILL NO GOLD!
Well I thought it was about time for a break so I headed back to the car for a sandwich and a soda. I swung my detector as I walked, not really being very careful about overlapping. I was within sight of my car when I got another signal. Another .22 no doubt. I dug about six inches into very soft soil until the target was in the pile of dirt and not in the hole. I split the pile of dirt a couple of times to isolate the target into a smaller workable pile. Down on one knee, first scoop of dirt across top of coil, nothing, second scoop, and I had the target in the scoop.
I started splitting dirt into my hand and the plastic scoop until I had got down to a few grains of dirt, a couple of pinhead size rocks, and a darn .22 caliber fragment a little bigger than a kitchen match head. I grabbed the fragment and waved it over the coil to confirm that was the target. I fumbled to reach for my detector while I moved to deposit the bullet fragment in my trash pouch. Out of the corner of my eye, I thought I saw a glint from the sun come off the slug fragment. I held the slug in my hand and stood up and waved the coil over the hole and the dirt one more time. Then I directed my attention back to the small fragment. I held the slug in my hand and waved the coil over the piece of lead.
I rubbed it between my fingers and it started to show some shiny spots. I thought to myself, “it must have been a copper jacketed .22.” Then I started talking to myself out loud. “Wait, this isn’t the color of copper, the shiny spots look like the color of gold. THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE! It couldn’t be gold, I haven’t found any gold with this 2200d because I wear too much metal! But you took the metal off stupid! Yeah sure, but all there is around here is .22caliber slugs, you’ve been digging them all morning. So get out your drinking water.”
Suddenly I realized that I was standing naked in the desert talking to myself -OK, I wasn’t really naked! I told you I was kidding about that part, why won’t you believe me?
I dropped the suspicious item into my plastic scoop and poured a little water in on the questionable metallic object. Sticking my index finger in the water on top of the item I gave it a vigorous rub. When I removed my finger, there, to my amazement, was not a lead bullet fragment, but a gold nugget that later weighed out to be .7 gram. That little nugget was so dirty, and my mind was so cluttered with negative thinking that I almost threw it in my trash pouch; the trash pouch that would have been summarily dumped into a trash can upon reaching home.
So my dear friends the moral of this true story is, 1. Never give up 2. When things don’t seem to be working, review the basics and then get back to practicing them. 3. Stay positive 4. Don’t dig a target with a pre-conceived notion 5. Examine every find carefully before discarding it.
More than enough said.
Let’s be careful out there and find lot’s of that yellow stuff!

I do not believe tonight at midnight is the deadline for this as stated in the email above.
I believe it is Tues Oct 12th. (10 days from when presented not including Sundays)
I do not have a warm and fuzzy feeling about this because the session is still open.

Did some research and this is what I have come up with so far…
Some Background info.
A pocket veto is a legislative maneuver in United States federal lawmaking that allows the President to indirectly veto a bill. The U.S. Constitution requires the President to sign or veto any legislation placed on his desk within ten days (not including Sundays) while the United States Congress is in session. From the U.S. Constitution Article 1, Section 7 states:
If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a Law, in like manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its return, in which case it shall not be a Law.
If the President does not sign the bill within the required time period, the bill becomes law by default. However, the exception to this rule is if Congress adjourns before the ten days have passed and the President has not yet signed the bill. In such a case, the bill does not become law; it is effectively, if not actually, vetoed. If the President does sign the bill, it becomes law. Ignoring legislation, or “putting a bill in one’s pocket” until Congress adjourns is thus called a pocket veto. Since Congress cannot vote while in adjournment, a pocket veto cannot be overridden (but see below). James Madison became the first president to use the pocket veto in 1812.[1]

Now, I just checked with someone who did pay attention in this class and this is what I received…
Congress is in pro forma – meaning that they are conducting meetings but no formal business is addressed in the meetings. Pro forma can be used to prevent the president from exercising his pocket veto.
I am thinking we have not yet won this battle – we still need to continue with the pressure. the president has 10 days (not counting Sundays) to either sign the bill, veto the bill, or return the bill unsigned. If the session is ended and a bill is returned unsigned then it fails. However, with Congress in pro forma, they are still there and they can pass the unsigned bill.
This is really a very sticky situation we have right now. The president received the bill on Sept. 30 + 10 days = Oct. 12.
Everyone is reporting that Congress has adjourned – but they really haven’t – they are in pro forma session. If they continue in pro forma through Oct 12, then the prez has to veto the bill – otherwise it will be law.
One last thing – back in December, the president faced a similar situation with the pocket veto. What he did then was to return the bill unsigned with a Memorandum of Disqualification basically stating that he disagreed with the bill he vetoes the bill.
I have not seen any reports that the president has done the same thing this time.
Did some more digging and came up with the White House press release…
MR. GIBBS: It’s been hours. Good afternoon. Before we get started, let me just confirm for you all what a number of you are reporting and some of you are seeing.
The President will not sign H.R. 3808. Our concern is unintended — the unintended consequences on consumer protections, particularly in light of the home foreclosure issue and developments with mortgage processors. So the President is exercising a pocket veto, sending that legislation back to Congress to iron out some of those unintended consequences.
Q You can do that even though the pro forma session is going on in the Senate?
MR. GIBBS: It’s our understanding, yes.
Q I’m sorry, what bill is that?
MR. GIBBS: H.R. 3808.
Q I don’t know it by number. (Laughter.)
MR. GIBBS: Well, I don’t know it by title. (Laughter.)
Q We’re at an impasse.
Q Interstate recognition of notarization –

MR. GIBBS: It’s the IRON Act. It has to do with notarizations — out-of-state notarizations for financial documents.
Q Robert, on that bill that would make it harder for homeowners to challenge foreclosures, why not just a straight veto of that? Why do a pocket veto? And also, were you guys blindsided by this? I know you said you had meetings on this today.
MR. GIBBS: No, again, we’ve heard from — let me check on the second one with counsel. On the first one, Caren, I would say we have heard from officials around the country about the concern that they have about the possible unintended consequences of this legislation, certainly in light of what we’re seeing in the mortgage processing.
So out of an abundance of caution and to ensure that those unintended effects don’t harm consumers, the President will send the bill back, and believes that Congress did not intend for those unintended consequences to be in the legislation, and we’ll — and we will as an administration work with Congress to fix this.
Q So you talk with people on the Hill and you think maybe they’ll send it back in another form? Is that –
MR. GIBBS: I don’t have an update on that. I know they were certainly informing the Hill of the President’s action and certainly we’ll work with the Hill in whatever capacity we need to to fix any legislation so that it doesn’t complicate the process.

Is this a ploy claiming pocket veto then after the elections they come out and say, we have consulted with legal counsel and a pocket veto was not legal because the senate was still in session and since the president did not actually veto the bill, it became law without his signature by default, too bad so sad, sorry…

Will he choose to side with the banking cabal and destroy any goodwill he has left with the poor sods trying to keep their houses or will he let the MBS markets implode upon themselves?
My take: He’ll figure out that there are many more problems related to the fraudulent mortgage market and signing this Bill will not help in the least…then again there may be more to this Bill going on behind the scenes due to the ease of passage in the Senate.
SPECIAL SATURDAY UPDATE: It looks like this bill may pass even though Obama didn’t sign it….

I knew there was something suspicious about this story as it got past the Good Guys too easily. Most likely it has something to do with the recovery plans and either legally giving people their homes outright or adjusting the principle balances with something like the NESARA act (www.nesara.org) Either way it won’t stop the total destruction of the banking cabal.

Yes, I listened to it live. Thought it was great, we are moving on forward. Only trouble I have is that we have so many groups in Florida, I’m not sure who to go with. I did email the HQ to get clarification. There is also a warning out to watch out for groups intentionally trying to mislead us.

No Gwaithfoed (is this formerly Barry?)….there’s 2 of us without a life. Today is one of the rare ones that I’m not in the kitchen all day. We watched the Damon Vrabel #1 so far. It’s good and he makes it easily understood. Will watch the others later. Thanks for sharing.
I’m hoping that this is the quiet before the storm and that everyone is enjoying their weekend. Last week my IP went down and I was without internet for several days. Came in here as soon as I could and didn’t see anything updated. Has anything happened with RA this week? I just listened to a show recorded on the 6th with a host named Ted, and guest named Jennine? from Oregon. Have there been any others? It’s difficult for me to listen during the week.

Has anyone else gotten a call from Phyllis, a delegate of the Republic, asking for confirmed information? Says she is trying to convert information for the assemblies. Checking it out with ‘all’ sources. Just wanted to know if you’d gotten a call from this lady in California.

These documents are so POWERFUL! Have ya’ll studied them yet? They are amazing. I am so excited…There was a huge group of already organized patriots that signed on a week or so ago. And sheriffs and provost marshalls and militias and retired military are coming on board. 900 people signed up on the website in one day last week!!! Also, did ya’ll know that there is a candidate for governor in the defacto elections that has signed onto RuSA? God is expanding the Republic and it is Awesome! We need to pray harder than ever! God is blessing us indeed and with that comes more attacks from the evil ones. Keep the faith! Study the docs, sign them, build your county and state republic. God is going before us and moving mountains. In His time, we will be VICTORIOUS! And we will give HIM the glory because we realize that only HE can bring this all together. God Bless! Yes…I don’t believe they are finished with the county settlement constitution. I think this is the one they are supposed to be finished with this week. It needs at least 12 but as many as possible signing in each county, then filed at the courthouse. After the original is filed, everyone else still signs but it is kept in the library records.
