Goal is to inform people of things that are not usually, if ever, reported in the traditional media, TV, Radio, Press. Even the movies. This is a work in progress, if you have any suggestions, let me know on the regular comments and I’ll work on it.
Just some thoughts:
I was born at an early age 🙂 and spent 17 years of my life in Europe, supposedly in a “free” country, capitalistic but under socialism with heavy influence of neighboring communists, Soviet Union.
As we were packing up to leave, my father told us that “We are going to the United States, because it is the last country to fall under”. What an exciting feeling seeing, through the airplane windows, the old country disappearing behind. We were heading to America. We flew and stopped in Paris, Amsterdam, London, even Reykjavik, never mind those. I wanted America. Soon enough all the real excitement burst with glorious sighting, through airplane windows, New York, the grand vastness of it, with all those huge buildings as far as I could see. The crowning point came when I stepped on the American soil. I felt like I had won the great game of Life. I am in America. Nobody can take that away from me. And a bit later, now I am an American.
Later I spent another 5 years in Europe, only few kilometers from “border”. Today I see the leftists pushing their tactics and rhetoric unto unsuspecting Americans exactly as they did in the “old country”. Fake News, Propaganda is running rampant in America. I know, I was born and raised in the middle of that crap. I recognize it a mile away, as they say. For a half a Century I have been observing it poisoning American minds, especially the kids. News organizations are not telling the news. They are “News Actors” who are telling us the “alleged news”. In order to make or force Americans to think a certain way, they are telling stories masquerading as news. They mostly only make up sound bites that allow them to alter the story just enough to meet their agenda. So the unsuspecting Americans tell these sound bites to each other, affirming their belief in some cockamamie idea, like socialism or communism is good, if it was only done right way. Stalin, Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler, Castro, Maduro or Mao Zedong, they all told their people they were doing it the right way. Pelosi, Schumer, Feinstein, etc. democrats are only a stepping stone to socialism who’s end goal is communism.
So that’s the goal here, to post stories and videos that are educational for People who have been lulled into thinking that the truth comes from the tube, TV, news papers, articles, media. Also I like Paul Harvey’s saying, “The Rest Of The Story”. I will also post stories of all sorts I’m not a big writer, so mostly, I wind up bringing you stories from other writers and film makers who do such a great job. I appreciate their work and hope to direct my readers to their sites also.

Why is it, I never hear of the “Law Enforcement” doing spectacular raids on leftist homes.
That is the only reason the leftists want to “modify” the 2nd amendment. Why else does the leftist media never bring up the fact that millions of crimes are prevented when a good guy uses a gun, most often not even firing it at the culprit, most likely a leftist, by the way. The leftist writers always attach the word, white, into a shooting, what about the thousands of black and white victims killed by other black shooters in all our leftist controlled large cities. Somehow that never comes up. Those cities have gun controls in place. If we remove only 4 cities, LA, DC, Chicago, Baltimore, shootings from the statistics, America would rank as one of the safest countries in the world.

The Civil Right to Reform Free State Militias
Before the civil war the states had a militia with a common law jurisdiction. The effect of the war was that these entities no longer existed. However the right to reform these entities did and still does exist. The militia were the citizens of the free states and the jury pool of the free states.
United States law (Title 8 U.S.C. Section 1481 and sequence) creates a civil right to restart the militias of the free states as stated by Amendment Two to the Constitution.
Part of title 8 includes:
“(a)A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality—
(1)obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application or upon an application filed by a duly authorized agent, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or
(2)taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or
(3)entering, or serving in, the armed forces of a foreign state if (A) such armed forces are engaged in hostilities against the United States, or (B) such persons serve as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer; or
(4)
(A)accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years if he has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state; or (B) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years for which office, post, or employment an oath, affirmation, or declaration of allegiance is required;”
The steps include:
1. Filing a declaration of allegiance to the free state, its laws and the Constitution.
2. Assuming the duties of either an officer of the court or a member of the militia.
3. Noticing the Secretary of State of the United States that you have done this (section 1501 of title 8).
4. Request a certificate as stated by sections 1501 and 1502.
5. Prove the Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus exist in the free state as stated by section 1481(b) and rule 103(a)(2) of the federal rules of evidence.
After many years I have reached a point where steps 1-4 have been properly done. I cannot proceed any further by myself. If you or members of your group are interested in doing this please contact me. The process of doing this creates evidence that you can use to protect the acts you are performing as a militia or a patriot.
